This study investigates the impact of loyalty programs on customer retention within the retail industry, focusing on how these programs enhance customer loyalty and influence purchasing behaviors. “Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, the research combines quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews to provide a comprehensive analysis.
