PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI PT ALAM JAYA GRAHA

Work discipline is a crucial factor in achieving a company's goals. This study aims to determine the impact of work discipline on employee performance in the Logistics Division of PT Alam Jaya Graha. The company operates in the transportation sector and is based in Bekasi, West Java. The research was conducted using arithmetic mean and simple linear regression methods, with a sample size of 71 respondents and census is adapted. The findings indicate that the average work discipline score is 3.55, which falls into the "Good" category, and the average employee performance score is 3.56, also categorized as "Good." Furthermore, the simple linear regression analysis shows that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (0.00 0.05). The coefficient of determination obtained is 97%, indicating that work discipline has a substantial contribution to influencing employee performance. Future research is recommended to use different methods and a combination of more independent variables

Analysis of Archives Storage Systems in the Logistics Division at PT. Dharma Lautan Utama Surabaya

This research is a qualitative research. The research methods used include document analysis, interviews, and direct observation in the field. This research aims to analyze the archival storage system in the logistics division of PT. Dharma Lautan Utama Surabaya so that archived documents can be stored properly and optimally. The research results show that the archive storage process currently used still faces challenges in terms of information accessibility, document security, and archive storage space management. Some of the efforts suggested in this research are related to implementing a digital archives management system, efficient spatial planning, using minimalist archive storage facilities, and employee training regarding document management.

Research on the Development of Agricultural Products Logistics under the Value Chain Optimization Concept of Logistics Management

The value chain of logistics management is the key to meeting the needs of circulation entities, improving logistics efficiency, optimizing logistics division of labor, and promoting the upgrading of logistics enterprises. It plays a positive role in promoting the development of agricultural product logistics. However, it is understood that there are still many problems in China's agricultural product logistics system, such as opaque information, multiple circulation links, high costs, high losses, and low profits. These will reduce the optimization of logistics management value chain, leading to low efficiency in agricultural product circulation and entering a low consumption cycle mode. Therefore, based on the concept of optimizing the value of logistics management, this article analyzes the development difficulties of the current agricultural product reverse logistics model, explores the design and operation mode of the agricultural product reverse logistics system, proposes corresponding countermeasures to maximize the value chain of agricultural product logistics management, in order to promote the stable and sustainable development of agricultural product logistics and improve the circulation efficiency of agricultural products.

Analisis Aspek Manajemen Waktu pada Event Festival Bingen 2022 (Studi pada Divisi Logistik CV. Soundtrack Indonesia, Palembang)

In organizing an event there will be various divisions involved including the logistics division, one of the success factors of an event is the supply of goods from the logistics division, the logistics division will provide goods and distribute them to other divisions, the application of time management is one aspect that needs to be Paying attention to managing time properly will produce maximum results, so that the supply of goods by the logistics division will be more effective. This research discusses how the implementation of time management by the logistics division at the event Bingen Festival 2022. The research method used is qualitative research. Sources of research data conducted are from interviews and documentation. From the results of the study it was concluded that the logistics division has implemented several aspects of time management but there are still indicators that become notes for the logistics division that can be applied in the future.

Comparative Study of Car Seat Sales During and Before the 0% PPNBM Policy During the Covid-19 Pandemic at PT X

This research aims to find out the sales of car seats during the 0% PPnBM policy for the period March to December 2021 and to find out the sales of car seats before the 0% PPnBM policy for the period March to December 2020 and to find out the comparison of sales from of PT. when PPnBM was 0% for the period March to December 2021 and before the PPnBM policy was 0% for the period March to December 2020 at PT. Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia. This research method uses documentation techniques in data collection. In documentation techniques, documents are records of past events, which can be in the form of writing, drawings or works. The data used by the author in this research is seat sales data (documentation) which data was obtained from the logistics division regarding car seat sales at PT. X. And using validity tests and descriptive statistics. The results of data processing obtained in a descriptive statistical manner are that there was a very good increase in sales of car seats when the PPnBM policy was 0% and the results of hypothesis testing using the t-difference test were that there was a significant difference in sales when the PPnBM policy was 0%. So it can be concluded that there is an average difference between car seat sales when PPnBM was 0% and car seat sales before PPnBM was 0%, which means there was an increase in car seat sales when the PPnBM policy was 0%.

Implementation of Scrum Framework Agile Method to Develop Integrated Asset Management Information System at Universitas Diponegoro Inventory Module

Diponegoro University Property (BMU) requires an inventory process by the assets and logistics division at least once every five years. The inventory process is still manually. So it is necessary to develop an Integrated Asset Management Information System Inventory Module. The development of an information system that used the Big Bang and Use Case Points method, in this study the Agile method with Scrum Framework will be implemented based on considerations. Scrum as a framework that implements Sprints to break down complexity and accommodate priority features that need to be built from an information system, also divides the roles in implementing development into Product Owner, Developer Team and Scrum Master. The results of implementing this method can be a solution to several problems that arise during development, that is : dividing roles with existing teams, accepting all updates and changes originating from user evaluations through mutual agreement, work transparency which can be a reference in assigning the workload of each team members, regular periodic inspections to remind each member of development targets and goals, as well as adapt to implementing conditions, especially in adjusting communication and implementation times. So make information system development time can implemented shorter.

Logistics Distribution Route Optimization Based on Genetic Algorithm

Aiming at the problem of logistic division based on genetic algorithm, it is planned to study the improvement of logistic distribution methods. We first meet the requirements of the genetic algorithm of logistic development, use the division method to divide the delivery area of the gene, and formulate a functional delivery plan, which generally includes weight measurement, measurement time, customer value measurement, instrument measurement time, and the whole process index. We set weight goals and find the best way to improve genetic algorithm delivery. The experimental comparison results show that the optimal method takes less than 2 minutes to find the optimal method, while the normal process takes 4 minutes to find the optimal method, and the longest can reach 5 minutes. The comparison shows that the traditional algorithm takes longer to find the correct way than the algorithm developed this time. Finally, the simple logistic distribution optimization method model and the soft time-limited logistic distribution processing optimization model are calculated and simulated by the genetic testing algorithm and genetic algorithm development. The effectiveness of the improved genetic algorithm in local research and the effectiveness of the logistic transportation allocation solution are determined.

Analysis of the Effect of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) on Employee Performance in Distribution Center Area Logistics Division

In Indonesia, problems related to Occupational Safety and Accidents (K3) are still quite large, both in cities and in villages, both in the industrial and service sectors as well as in the agricultural sector. This is evident from the still high number of work accidents that occur. Throughout 2020, work accidents in Indonesia reached 153,044 cases, where this figure decreased by 1.46 percent when compared to work accident cases in 2019, which was 155,327 cases. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of occupational safety and health on the performance of employees of the Logistics Division of PT. Indomarco Prismatama Gresik Branch. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires, with the number of respondents as many as 60 employees of the Logistics Division of PT. Indomarco Primatama Gresik Branch. The sampling technique used is random sampling using questionnaires and data testing techniques used in this study include validity and reliability tests, multiple regression analysis tests, F tests, and t tests. The results of this study indicate that: (1) work safety has a positive effect on employee performance; (2) occupational health has a positive effect on employee performance; and (3) occupational safety and health affect employee performance.

Disaster Mitigation Innovation: Lessons Learned at a Regional Disaster Management Agency in South Sulawesi

Natural disasters are becoming more common in Indonesia, and their severity is increasing. To meet the challenges of updating disaster mitigation and rehabilitation capabilities, more innovative or better technology is required. In an effort to mitigate and overcome disasters, an innovation known as Simpul Pena has been developed. Simpul Pena is an information system for the control and operational center for disaster management in the regional disaster management agency (BPBD) in Wajo Regency. This study applied a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations and document review. Interviews were conducted with the Head of BPBD Wajo Regency and the Head of the Emergency and Logistics Division, while observations were carried out to gain an understanding of the process of implementing public service innovations at the BPBD Wajo Regency. The results of the study showed that the implementation of the Simpul Pena innovation was effective and there has been consistency in its application. The impact of Simpul Pena was measured using five factors that can contribute to the success of innovation: leadership, management/organization, risk management, human resources, and technology. Disaster information system services were carried out through Simpul Pena via access to WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram, resulting in integrated, coordinated, efficient and effective disaster management, as well as a significant increase in community participation in disaster management. The role of leadership was the most influential factor in shaping an innovative culture and behavior so that the organization continued to improve in developing service innovations to meet the challenges faced.

Perancangan Enterprise Architecture E-Procurement Framework Architecture Development Method (ADM) Pada Krakatau Steel di Cilegon

E-Procurement is a process of procuring goods or services electronically and facilitated by software or a website with an internet connection. An enterprise design model for the eprocurement application architecture aims to serve as a guide in developing eprocurement at Krakatau Steel in accordance with the needs and objectives of the logistics division of Krakatau Steel. The research method uses TOGAF ADM architectural modeling by conducting interviews and observations. And there are several stages that are implemented, namely the Preliminary Stage, Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Information System Architecture, Technology Architecture, Opportunities and Solutions. The results found in this study are the integration of the eprocurement application with the MM module SAP application so that the goods/services procurement process activities can run as expected. In addition, it can also produce blueprints as the basis for the e-procurement process enterprise design strategy at Krakatau Steel.

Coordination Function of the Camat in Disaster Management in Central Sinjai District, Sinjai Regency

Natural phenomena that hit the District of Central Sinjai almost every year, especially landslides, it is necessary to strive to reduce the risk of these disasters so that it is hoped that the Government will optimize coordination in tackling these disasters. This study aims to determine the coordination function of the Government in Disaster Management in Central Sinjai District, Sinjai Regency. The type of research is qualitative, data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The informants consisted of the Head of the Central Sinjai Sub-district, the Head of the Public Order and Peace Section, the Head of the Emergency and Logistics Division at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Sinjai Regency, and the Village Head. The data analysis technique was carried out by means of data reduction, data display and conclusions. The results showed that the sub-district coordination function in disaster management in Central Sinjai District, Sinjai Regency was quite maximal, both vertical coordination and horizontal coordination.

Sistem Informasi Kaji Cepat Bencana Kebakaran Bpbd Provinsi Dki Jakarta Menggunakan Java Netbeans

The information system for rapid assessment of the BPBD of DKI Jakarta Province was built so that the fire disaster data processing system at the BPBD of DKI Jakarta Province could run precisely, effectively and efficiently. The case approach at BPBD DKI Jakarta Province uses a descriptive method, which is a method with the aim of making a systematic, factual, and accurate description of the facts and characteristics of a particular research object. In the first stage, the writer collects the data and materials needed first, and in the next stage the writer processes and discusses to arrive at a conclusion. The fire rapid assessment information system built by the author uses the Java programming language and Mysql database which can provide previous convenience in terms of processing fire data quickly and precisely compared to systems that still use manual systems, providing automatic calculations that make it easier to meet the basic needs of fire victims, and also able to generate reports of fire events, disaster reports, refugee data, calculation of basic needs and handling of fire data. Before the new system is implemented, it is recommended that the Emergency and Logistics Division be given a good explanation first, regarding the work process that will be implemented so that no incident occurs. And it is necessary to conduct training on the use of the system for the distribution section of this system so that they can know and understand how the new system works.

Logistics Distribution Retrieval Support System Using Analytical Hierarchy Process Method

Logistics Distribution Decision Making Support System is a computer-based information system that can be used to help distributors to distribute logistics in accordance with what is desired. The distributor in this context is the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Magelang Regency Logistics Division. In this system, the distributor will get a result in the form of a decision recommendation that is made based on the distribution's assessment for each prospective beneficiary area. The distribution assessment is determined by the number of criteria used, namely the amount of damage and loss (JKK), category of damage (KK), cost of proposed funds (BuD). In this system, the Analytical Hierarchy Process method is used to determine the comparison of assessments for each candidate area. This method was chosen because it has a hierarchical structure, which is in accordance with the core of the problem in selecting each regional candidate. The distribution of logistics with the Analytic Hierarchy Process method is able to get regional results that are the priority of logistics distribution with an error rate of 17.24% to 23.78%. The results obtained are the difference between the system and excel scores divided by the excel scores. The results obtained, can be used to help distributors carry out logistics distribution to potential natural disaster areas, and will only help (find the best solution) and not be the main benchmark in logistics distribution.

Implementation of Full Time Equivalent Method in Determining the Workload Analysis of Logistics Admin Employees of PT X in Jakarta, Indonesia

PT X is a company engaged in distribution and trading as its business activities. The logistics division, especially the logistics admin as a supply chain, certainly, has a big responsibility. In order to carry out this great responsibility, an appropriate number of workers is needed so that the work carried out can be executed properly. In this study, the main objective is to analyze the workload that exists in the current logistics admin employees and later from the results of the workload analysis, a human resource policy can be drawn concerning workloads setting.
 The method used in this study was the Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) method where this method could show how much workload is proportional to each employee. As a result, the workload received by each logistics admin employee has a different workload from one employee to another. Of the three existing logistics admin employees, 2 were overloaded and one was inloaded. Human resource policies related to workload arrangements for PT X logistics admin employees can be said to have not been maximized due to differences in workloads for each employee even though each of them does the same job.

The issues of automation of a logistics company main processes and creation of a 4PL-operator on the basis of an existing logistics company of a large industrial holding company allowing achieving a significant economic effect and reducing the share of logistics costs in the cost of finished products are considered.

Factors Influencing Spot and Forward Freight Rates in Indian Logistics Industry

Logistics sector plays an important role in the economics of every country. The logistics sector in India is expected to grow to USD 215 billion by 2020, employing more than 22 million people. A separate logistics division has been put in place in the Ministry of Commerce & Industry. The growth in Indian trade and commerce is also anticipated to be equally positive. The logistics sector in India has shown a significant development over the years and has also encouraged the technology enabled start up s which has provided a big opportunity of providing seamless movements of goods across the country. In this sector there are multiple factors which drive it towards its growth and boom. As a result, in movement of freight, freight forwarders and price plays an important role. Price volatility is the most significant issue for logistics market and for the clients using the logistics services. The challenge is to study and identify the various factors influencing the spot and forward freight rates. The questionnaire was developed to carry out the research and data was collected from the freight forwarders in Delhi. Factor analysis method is used in order to identify the key factors. Nine factors were identified as mode of transport, Distance, speed and time, Fuel price and Capacity, technological Advancements, Government Policies, Environmental Issues and Market Structure. To further analyse the data descriptive analysis was done. It was found that these nine factors have a significant impact on spot and forward freight rate which can be considered and implemented in order to maintain, enhance and achieve competitive advantage in domestic and international business.

Analysis of the Risk Impact of Implementing Digital Innovations for Logistics Management

The emergence of digital technology is a paradigmatic historical change. As a process of transforming social engineering structures, digitization has had a ubiquitous impact on the organization of structures and business logic, as well as on economic principles and rules. The fertile ground for digital technology applications is logistics management, which manifests itself in the dynamic development of logistics 4.0. Increasingly, it is pointed out that digital technology has some distinct features that have fundamental implications for innovation. The aim of the present study is to determine the impact of the risk of implementing digital technologies for logistics management. The study was conducted using the standardized questionnaire interview method with representatives of the management of enterprises. The attempt was random. The sampling was made up of micro, small, medium, and large enterprises from the production and services sectors, having a logistics unit or a logistics division, located in the “Bisnode Poland” database. In total, 360 full interviews were carried out. For the study, we defined macro-environment, operational, functional, and microenvironment risks. The basic conclusion is that between each type of risk and the type of digital technologies used in the studied entities and their partners in the supply chain, there is a high and very high dependence in the case of three-dimensional printing (3D printing), artificial intelligence, blockchain, drones, augmented reality, and self-propelled vehicles.

Fuzzy Tsukamoto for Determinen Linen Priority

With problems at the hospital Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo, namely borrowing linen when nurses make loans to the logistics division, so that the logistics division has difficulty in determining which linen is used more frequently or lent by nurses, because the type of linen that is very much causes difficulties in the division in determining which linen is obliged to return it quickly to the logistics division. In order for linen to be available again in the logistics division, in addition to a very large loan every month, the logistics division had difficulty determining the average loss of linen in one year. That way the problem that occurs to solve this problem is to use a method namely Fuzzy Tsukamoto to determine the average amount of loss of linen and to determine priority linen that will be replaced earlier when the linen change schedule is in progress or the linen return is speeded up by returning the type of linen that is very often used for. After calculating using the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method, priority linen can be produced, including a Bolster, Blanket, Mattress Pad, and Bed Cover. Based on the calculation of Fuzzy Tsukamoto by doing several stages, namely Fuzzyfication, Fuzzy Rule, Fuzzy Inference System, and Defuzzyfication resulting in an average amount of linen loss in one year is 222.
