The success of a business depends on the performance of the organization, which means the ability to implement strategies effectively to achieve organizational goals. This research aims to present a number of studies regarding effective organizational performance to achieve organizational goals. The research method uses a systems literature review. This research was carried out by reviewing several articles or journals related to organizational performance, starting with conducting a study of various articles, then looking for similarities and differences in each journal and then compiling them into a study with various concepts. Organizations that focus on improving organizational performance must be able to meet employee job satisfaction, which in turn helps stimulate better employee performance and improve organizational performance.
