The Role of the Tarteel Application in Maintaining the Memorization of Al-Qur'an Memorizers

The Quran is considered the word of Allah and was revealed to the last messenger by the angel Gabriel. It is a religious duty for Muslims to read the Quran, as they believe it to be the only reliable source of life guidance. The Prophet Muhammad SAW was instructed to have specialists write down the verses whenever they were revealed, ensuring that the Quran was constantly maintained. Memorizing the Quran is considered one of the greatest virtues and the highest form of worship before Allah SWT. There are various techniques for memorizing the Quran, including the Sorongan method, which has drawbacks such as lower time efficiency and effectiveness, as well as difficulties with memorization, including boredom and forgetfulness. To make memorizing the Quran easier and more effective, an application has been developed, providing personalized and interactive features tailored to individual needs. Additionally, the application addresses the monotony of the memorization process and can improve concentration and memory quality. The innovative Tarteel AI technology combines artificial intelligence to make learning the Quran more organized and effective. The application offers benefits such as reciting, memorizing, and searching the Quran. This study employs a descriptive qualitative literature research methodology and uses data reduction, data presentation, and data analysis techniques to acquire reliable data. 교원양성기관의 생활지도 영역 교육과정 개선에 관한 합의적 질적연구

Purpose: This study aimed to examine the experiences and perceptions of in-service teachers and pre-service teachers regarding the Life Guidance Curriculum in teacher training institutions, in order to obtain insights for improving the related curriculum at these institutions. Methods: This study used a consensual qualitative research method targeting a total of thirty people from February to July 2024. Individual interviews were conducted with twenty-one current and prospective teachers, and focus group interviews were conducted with nine educational experts. Relevant research reports and policy documents were also referenced in this study. Results: As a result of analyzing the collected data, each area, category, and subcategory were derived with a total of four topics. The category of the research participants' experiences and perceptions was first, 'difficulties experienced in teaching life guidance ', second, 'life guidance competency that pre-service teachers need to qualify', and third, 'experience of taking lectures related to life guidance at teacher training institutions', and finally, 'proposal for improvement of lectures related to life guidance at teacher training institutions'. Conclusion: This study revealed a change in the field where the term of 'life guidance' was being transitioned by the concept of 'life education', and it was possible to examine the necessity of developing teachers' community leadership competencies, and the importance of life guidance linked to the subject. Through this, we propose the necessity of changing the guidance-related courses, currently categorized as elective courses in teacher training institutions, to required courses. We urge academia and teacher training institutions to pay close attention to ensuring that future guidance-related courses in teacher training programs are improved to adequately reflect the relevance and applicability to school settings.

The purpose of this study is to analyze Teachers’ Organizations’ Operational Characteristics by using text mining. To solve this research problem, press releases issued by Korean Federation of Teachers’ Associations(KFTA), Korean Teachers and Education Workers’ Union(KTU), and Korean Federation of Teachers Unions(KFTU) were collected, and the collected data were analyzed for keyword frequency analysis, centrality and network analysis, CONCOR analysis using Textom, UCINET. Through this, the following research results were derived. First, as a result of keyword frequency analysis, ‘teacher’, ‘education’, and ‘school’ were identified as the top keywords. Second, through keyword frequency analysis, it was possible to identify keywords that were ranked relatively higher by group or derived only from specific groups. Third, as a result of centrality analysis, the keyword with the highest degree centrality was ‘teacher’. Fourth, as a result of CONCOR analysis, 8 clusters were formed like ‘Response and support for civil complaints’, ‘Improvement of field-centered educational environment’, ‘Revision of the law for fair life guidance’, ‘Request for legislation through the National Assembly’, ‘The response to child abuse’, ‘Infringement and protection of teachers’ authority’, ‘Improving the school violence system’, ‘reduction of administrative work’. Based on these results, implications for the management of teachers’ organizations were presented.

Objectives The purpose of this study is to examine the roles and scope of teachers as inclusive educational welfare practitioners in addition to their roles as subject-matter experts, aiming to alleviate the deepening educational disparities in the rapidly changing educational environment.
 Methods To achieve this, a focus group interview (FGI) was conducted with a total of nine teachers divided into two groups: elementary school teachers and middle/high school teachers.
 Results The detailed topics included (1) teachers' perceptions of inclusive educational welfare, (2) teachers' perceptions of the roles in practicing inclusive educational welfare in the area of life guidance, (3) teachers' roles and scope in the area of life guidance for practicing inclusive educational welfare, and (4) support measures for teachers in practicing inclusive educational welfare in the areas of life guidance. The research results revealed that the roles and scope of teachers in the area of life guidance for supporting student growth are unclear, and there are differences in the stages and levels of practicing educational welfare across school levels. However, there was a consensus that teachers are the main agents in implementing educational welfare practices within the school.
 Conclusions Based on these findings, the study suggests establishing the identity of teachers' roles in the area of life guidance required for inclusive educational welfare and proposing support measures to effectively guide students.

Keutamaan Membaca Al-Qur’an Menurut Al-Qur’an dan Hadis

The importance of reading the Koran is a major aspect of Muslim religious practice. The Qur'an, as the holy book revealed to the Prophet Muhammad SAW, has virtues that are explained in the text itself and in the hadiths of the Prophet. This research aims to investigate the virtues of reading the Qur'an according to the Qur'an and Hadith In the context of the Qur'an, there are verses that emphasize the importance of reading, understanding and contemplating the meaning of Allah's verses. These verses provide guidance for Muslims to gain wisdom, life guidance, and blessings through reading and understanding the Al-Qur'an. Apart from that, the Qur'an also mentions that people who diligently read the Qur'an will get rewards and blessings in this world and the hereafter. The hadith of the Prophet Muhammad SAW also emphasizes the virtue of reading the Koran. The Prophet said that every letter of the Koran read by a Muslim will bring a reward, and each reward will be multiplied in the reading of the Koran. Other hadiths highlight the spiritual benefits and blessings gained through active engagement in reading and understanding the Qur'an. This research also discusses recommended ways to read the Qur'an with full khushu' (solemn) and tuma'ninah (calm). This includes understanding the meaning of verses, reflecting on Islamic teachings, and practicing the moral values ​​contained in the Koran. By detailing the virtues of reading the Qur'an through analysis of the Qur'an and Hadith, this research seeks to provide a deeper understanding of how important the activity of reading the Qur'an is in the life of a Muslim. It is hoped that the conclusions of this research can provide motivation and inspiration to Muslims to be more diligent in reading and contemplating the meaning of the Al-Qur'an in an effort to get closer to Allah SWT.

일반학교의 정서행동 위기학생을 위한 긍정적행동지원 참여자의 인식과 경험, 지원 요구: 포커스그룹인터뷰*

The purpose of this study was to explore the perceptions, experiences, and support needs of participants in Positive Behavior Supports (PBS) implemented to support students with emotional and behavioral crises in general schools. Focus Group Interviews (FGIs) involved five homeroom teachers directly implementing PBS in general schools and four members who supported them. Analysis of the interviews, conducted in two rounds, yielded 9 categories and 26 meaning units across three domains. First, exploring the status of life guidance and perceptions of PBS in general schools unveiled the unique significance and importance of PBS over existing life guidance policies. Second, exploring the experience of implementing PBS in general schools revealed possibilities for expansion, despite differences and constraints varying by school level. Third, exploring the support needs for establishing PBS in general schools confirmed demands at the levels of students, teachers, schools, school districts, and the government. The results of this study could serve as foundational data useful for expanding the PBS in general schools.

Research on a community life route guidance system based on virtual reality technology

Virtual reality technology holds significant potential for applications in the field of urban visualization, although it is primarily utilized for showcasing architectural forms or aiding in planning and design processes. To enhance the integration of urban visualization technology into the everyday lives of ordinary residents and expand the user base beyond planners, this paper introduces the Community Life Route Guidance System, leveraging the presentation of economic livelihood to afford residents interactive experiences within authentic living scenarios. By incorporating and aligning the location and information of Points of Interest (POIs) within the urban model of a single community and its surrounding neighborhoods, it generates, calculates, and filters 'life routes' comprising four categories of commercial nodes. The objective is to serve new residents in the community by providing life guidance or to offer prospective homebuyers a reference point for the convenience of community commercial facilities. The specific technical pathway encompasses: constructing an environmental model, processing and associating POI data, life path identification based on the Dijkstra algorithm, and path visualization with user interaction.

Based on the data of middle school teachers in 2021 from the Gyeonggi School Education Survey, this study explored the actual situation and related factors of teachers' human rights violation experiences and analyzed the relationship with teacher efficacy (instructional efficacy and life guidance efficacy). The results showed that the majority of middle school teachers had experienced human rights violations by students, and that teacher gender, teaching experience, school climate, and the average number of hours per week of students in the classroom were related to this. When other factors were considered, it was found that teachers who had experienced human rights violations by students had significantly lower teaching effectiveness and life guidance effectiveness.
 Based on these results, we suggest the following implications for teacher policies in Korea. First, the concept of teaching rights should be expanded to include the basic human rights of teachers in educational activities and include violations of teachers' human rights in addition to violations of teaching and life guidance. Second, existing data on teacher rights violations do not adequately reflect the full range of teacher rights violations, so it is necessary to improve them. Third, since the degree of human rights violation negatively affects teachers' sense of teacher effectiveness, it is necessary to actively protect teachers and provide psychological support and training so that they can regain confidence in teaching and life guidance

학교폭력 관련 예비교사의 교육실습 경험 키워드 네트워크 분석

The purpose of this study was to analyze pre-service teachers' experiences with school violence and explore ways to support their development of competencies in responding to school violence and guiding student life. For this purpose, essays submitted by students who participated in educational practicum as part of class activities in the pre-service course 'School Violence Prevention and Student Understanding' were analyzed using keyword network analysis. The results of the study showed that the most important keywords that pre-service teachers perceived in relation to bullying during their practicum were “incident,” “occurrence,” and “prevention.” A community analysis was also conducted to explore subthemes of their practicum experiences related to bullying, which were categorized into seven communities: major bullying patterns, prevention and follow-up guidance, bullying patterns according to student characteristics, life guidance, student counseling, procedures for handling bullying cases, and the role of classroom teachers. The findings were discussed.

The Value of Tolerance in Tanbih Implemented through the Covert Curriculum at the Suryalaya Islamic Boarding School, Tasikmalaya

This study explains the values of tolerance through a hidden curriculum based on the teachings of tanbih as a pesantren guideline for teaching the noble values of living in harmony. Tanbih is a testament from the founder of the Pesantren regarding life guidance that all components of the extended family of the Pesantren Suryalaya must carry out. Previous studies have explained that the interaction between teachers and students is an essential element in the success of the hidden curriculum and that certain religious values can affect religious tolerance. Based on this study, researchers argue that cultural/religious values are an important foundation in internalizing tolerance education in schools. In this study, the researchers focused on the value of tanbih as an element of Islamic culture that underlies tolerance education in Pesantren through a hidden curriculum. This study uses a qualitative approach with observation techniques, literature studies, and in-depth interviews. In theoretical analysis, the value of tanbih is an Islamic cultural element that underlies various hidden curriculum components to foster tolerance in students. Cultural/religious values that form the basis of religious education must receive special attention to reduce the potential for intolerant education.

ChatGPT Makes a Difference in Daily Life: As a Life Guidance

Although Chat Generative Pre-trained Transformer (ChatGPT) has made significant strides in various domains such as education, healthcare, and music, the current situation highlights a lack of comprehensive research and analysis regarding its influence on these vital aspects of life. This research commences by outlining ChatGPT's training capabilities and its developmental journey. Subsequently, this review delve into its practical application in real-world scenarios, where ChatGPT is assigned the task of generating a 90-second background score while adhering to specific constraints. A notable assessment by Marco Cascella and colleagues is then presented, where ChatGPT was engaged to generate a medical report for ICU patients, using a set of non-sequentially provided medical parameters such as treatments, laboratory results, and respiratory metrics. This section also critically examines the limitations of ChatGPT in handling medical queries. Further, this review discussed the generative AI architecture of Baidu Anu, D, highlighting its remarkable efficacy, using ChatGPT as an illustrative example, particularly in pedagogical settings. The paper concludes by acknowledging the substantial contributions of ChatGPT in various arenas, while also addressing its inherent limitations. The study findings suggest that ChatGPT can notably benefit areas such as education, healthcare, or music, thanks to the robust language AI model created by OpenAI.

Behavioral theories and models to enhance compliance in cardiac rehabilitation programs for acute myocardial infarction – A narrative review

Acute myocardial infarction (AMI) is a serious and common illness that affects the cardiovascular system. Its sudden onset, high fatality rate, and recurrence rate significantly impact patients’ safety and quality of life. Owing to considerable improvement in living standards, AMI has become a major cause of death and disability, seriously increasing the burden on society. The cardiac rehabilitation program, which involves a multidisciplinary approach to assist patients with daily life guidance, diet guidance, exercise guidance, disease knowledge guidance, medication guidance, psychological guidance, risk factor control guidance, and other comprehensive guidance, has been proven to play a decisive role in the recovery of patients’ cardiac function and the improvement of their quality of life. In addition, these programs help reduce treatment costs and prevent the reoccurrence of disease as well as adverse effects in cardiac patients. However, the introduction and execution of these initiatives are currently in their early stages, characterized by a gradual pace and encountering numerous challenges. Specifically, in the context of AMI, there have been documented instances of reduced engagement, adherence, and compliance with rehabilitation programs, even within industrialized nations. Diverse treatment phases and models have been designed to enhance patient care, patient participation, compliance, and effectiveness of rehabilitation programs. Participation in post-myocardial infarction management CR programs has been reported under par levels which is posing a great threat and burden on society. Various theories and models of behavioral change are proposed to improve patient participation and compliance in cardiac rehabilitation. These theories and models have been utilized in the past to improve patient health and can also improve patients’ perception, and behavior toward active participation in cardiac rehabilitation programs.

직업계고 학점제 운영 담당자의 역량 및 교육요구도 분석

This study aimed to design the competencies of Teachers in Charge of the Vocational High School Credit System and to calculate their educational needs, utilizing The Locus for Focus Model for analysis. The research questions set for this study were as follows: First, what are the competencies of Teachers in Charge of the Vocational High School Credit System? Second, what is the educational need for each competency of these operators? Third, what are the priorities of these educational needs? The specific research results are as follows: Firstly, based on the literature review, a total of 31 competencies in 5 areas were identified for Teachers in Charge of the Vocational High School Credit System, which were finally reviewed through expert FGI. Notably, competencies in the curriculum organization and operation area, such as 'Ability to Organize School Curriculum Planning Meetings' and 'Ability to Organize Vocational High School Credit System Curriculum Operation Meetings', were emphasized as crucial. Secondly, across all areas, teachers' current performance levels were found to be lower than the importance of these competencies, with high educational needs identified. Particularly, the 'Introduction Environment Creation' and 'Curriculum Organization' areas showed the highest educational needs. Thirdly, based on the LF model, a total of 10 competencies were identified as top priority for Teachers in Charge of the Vocational High School Credit System, especially in the areas of 'Introduction Environment Creation', 'Curriculum Organization', and 'Career and Life Guidance'. Based on these findings, the recommendations are as follows: Firstly, stepwise training programs should be developed based on the identified competencies and priorities to enhance the capabilities of these teachers. Secondly, differentiated educational training programs should be designed and provided based on the prioritized competencies. Thirdly, detailed support from the Ministry of Education and local education offices is necessary for the successful establishment of the 2022 revised curriculum and the high school credit system. Fourthly, further research is needed on the competencies related to the credit system for vocational high school teachers, tailored to different types of teachers.

공교육 정상화를 위한 교육활동 보호제도의 개선 방향

According to the recent media reports on the infringement of educational activities, there are serious concerns about whether our children are living in a safe and healthy environment. This is the worst situation in which not only teachers' classes but also life guidance in the class itself becoming almost impossible in serious cases. Why are we aware of the seriousness of infringement of teaching rights and discuss its improvements? This is because when an incident occurs, a situation in which normal educational activities are not carried out unfolds. This leads to a vicious cycle in which the majority of students' right to learn and human rights are hindered. In the future, social concerns about the seriousness of infringement of teaching authority and consensus on the importance of restoring teaching authority should be prioritized. However, separating the student group and the teaching group into opposing relationships and polarizing them in an ideological biased way or political logic cannot be a fundamental solution to this problem. The constitutional meaning of “right to study” is fading in the school field we are currently experiencing. In order to protect teaching rights, the government has been pursuing institutional and policy measures, but confusion in the educational field has not been resolved. It is clear that schools are spaces that require the publicity of education. Professionalism of teachers, and mutual respect and cooperation between educational subjects. Students, parents, and teachers should develop a cooperative relationship based on mutual esteem and human rights. The protection of teaching rights should be promoted realistically through the change of consciousness and policy supplementation of the educational subject. It should be known that all our students' right to learn is guaranteed and a pleasant school life can continue only when the educational environment is stabilized.

초등학생이 인식한 담임교사의 구성주의 리더십과 수업 참여의 관계에서 자기주도적 학습능력과 학급풍토의 다중병렬매개효과

Objectives The purpose of this study is to confirm the effect of constructivist leadership by examining how elementary school teachers' constructivist leadership affects class participation mediated self-directed learning ability and classroom climate.
 Methods For this purpose a survey was conducted on 286 elementary school students. The data obtained through the survey were analyzed in the following way. First, normality was confirmed through descriptive statistical analysis. Second, Cronbach's α coefficient was calculated and confirmatory factor analysis was conducted to analyze the reliability and validity of the instrument. Third, structural equation model analysis was performed using the AMOS program. Fourth, in order to verify the significance of parallel multiple mediating effects, bootstrap using phantom variables was performed.
 Results First, the structural relationship of the research model was fit. Second, it was confirmed that self-directed learning ability and classroom climate each had a significant mediating effect in the relationship between the teacher's constructivist leadership and student’s class participation.
 Conclusions It was empirically confirmed that the constructivist leadership of elementary school teachers is effective in increasing class participation emphasized in constructivist through the mediation of students' self-directed learning ability and class climate. Teachers influence students not only in the teaching, but also in other educational activities such as guidance, and classroom management, so they need a theory that can guide them in how to apply constructivist in each of these areas. Constructivist leadership explains how to exert influence not only in teaching but also in life guidance and classroom management, so it is expected to be a good leadership theory that can provide help to teachers who want to apply constructivist education.

멘토링을 활용한 초임교사교육에서 유치원 교사의 경험 분석

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the experiences of teachers who participated in novice teacher education and present the study’s implications for rethinking what content should continue to be emphasized and systematically supported in novice teacher education.
 Methods: A teacher who participating in a study is one novice teacher, as is a kindergarten teacher affiliated with C University. The researcher is a professor and director of C University, with 27 years of teaching experience, and conducted the novice teacher education program for 16 weeks. The methods of novice teacher education are reading and discussing articles, completing questionnaires, watching and analyzing class videos, presenting cases, class councils, and writing journals. The collected data were subjected to content analysis.
 Results: Analyzed journals and interviews of participating teachers in a novice teacher education course yields important findings. Teachers' concerns during the first 16 weeks of teaching were organized into the following categories: life guidance, emotion, classes, and professional growth.
 Conclusion: Novice teacher education and support systems that help novice teachers stay in the profession and continue to grow in their professional identity need to be refined and their quality should be assured.

군 초급간부 인력위기 극복을 위한 군 특성화고 운영 활성화 방안

The purpose of this study was to propose a plan to revitalize the operation of the military specialty high school project through a literature survey and empirical analysis of one military specialty high school in order to overcome the manpower crisis of military noncommissioned officers. The results of the study are as follows. First, in conjunction with the national defense manpower policy, the military specialization and operation project should be continuously promoted. Second, it should develop cooperative governance with local governments, education offices, and local communities, and expand student recruitment across the country. Third, it is necessary to design the evaluation items related to the achievement of the objectives of the military specialization high school operation project in detail from planning to program operation, and evaluate whether the purpose of training military technical personnel is being achieved. Fourth, it is necessary to establish a strategy for attracting and promoting new students, and strengthen student life guidance and career counseling. Fifth, it is necessary to reorganize the military specialization department and add a curriculum and establish a dedicated team.
