One died suddenly, permitting more complete study of the disease process. The circumstances surrounding the clinical course and final recognition of the disease in these patients have aroused our interest. We would like to transmit that interest to others, for we are certain that the disease is not uncommon and is, at present, resting uneasily under other diagnostic titles. Our postmortem observations in this one case of sudden death are of value and will be given in detail.Boeck's sarcoid...Bibliography1.
