Analisis Kepemimpinan Transformasional pada Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Kota Sungai Penuh

This study aimed to analyze the application of transformational leadership in private colleges in Kota Sungai Penuh. This study is a qualitative descriptive analysis based on observations in the field. One of the elements, including leader election is carried out by the foundation. The findings show that there has been a synergy between the foundations and the college. The college leaders in Kota Sungai Penuh has also applied the seven factors of transformational leadership characteristics. However, two elements of transformational leadership were not implemented well: idealized influence and inspirational motivation.

Analysis of the Strategy for Collecting Zakat, Infaq, and Alms in Increasing the Number of Muzakki at Baznas Kota Sungai Penuh

Zakat is one of the efforts that can be done by the government to help underprivileged people to meet their primary needs by distributing zakat received from Muzakki who have sufficient and even excess assets. This research aims to find out what strategies are applied by the BAZNAS Full River City institution and want to know what factors are an obstacle to raising funds for zakat infaq and sadaqah. The method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach.In this research method using the case study method.The sample of this research was taken from the head of BAZNAS Kota Sungai Penuh. The types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained in the field was then analyzed by means of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the fundraising strategy for zakat, infaq and alms at BAZNAS Sungai Penuh focuses on two approaches. First, through direct strategies (offline), such as the establishment of the Zakat Collection Unit (UPZ), promotion by distributing brochures. Second, through indirect strategies (Online), with promotions involving social media, zakat account transfers. And the inhibiting factors of raising funds for zakat, infaq and alms in increasing the number of muzakki in (BAZNAS) Sungai Penuh city are the lack of public understanding of zakat, infaq and alms, the collection of zakat, infaq and alms funds that are still not maximally fully active, the donors (muzakki) who have not reached the nishab and there are still many muzakki who pay zakat directly to mustahik.

The Influence of Breastfeeding Technique Education on the Effectiveness of Postpartum Mothers in Breastfeeding in the Working Area of the Tanjung Kota Sungai Penuh Health Center, Indonesia

Breastfeeding is the best way to feed a baby. However, many postpartum mothers experience difficulty in breastfeeding. Education about correct breastfeeding techniques can help postpartum mothers breastfeed effectively. This study aims to determine the effect of education on breastfeeding techniques on the effectiveness of postpartum mothers in breastfeeding in the working area of the Tanjung Kota Sungai Penuh Health Center, Indonesia. This research used a quasi-experimental design with a pre-test and post-test with a control group design. A total of 60 postpartum mothers were randomly divided into two groups, namely the intervention group (n=30), who received education on breastfeeding techniques, and the control group (n=30), who did not receive education. The effectiveness of breastfeeding was measured using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the Mann-Whitney U test. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the intervention group and the control group in terms of the effectiveness of breastfeeding after the intervention (p=0.001). Education on breastfeeding techniques has been proven to be effective in increasing the effectiveness of postpartum mothers in breastfeeding.

Science and Technology Reciprocity in Educational Laboratory Systems Intermediate in Kota Sungai Penuh

The determination of science and technology is a prerequisite for the development of modern laboratory systems. This study examines the laboratory management system in the interrelationship between science and technology. Qualitative evaluation methods are used to accommodate research questions related to the comparison of objectives and realities of laboratory systems. The focus of research lies in the management system and management paradigm of science and technology. The study was conducted in all public high schools in Kota Sungai Penuh, Jambi. The study used naturalistic observation to observe laboratory conditions and semi-structured interviews from laboratory managers, educators involved in the laboratory and students. Research bias is minimized by comparing observations and some interview results. The results showed that there is a gap in laboratory management of schools in newly developing cities. This slice of science and technology in the laboratory management system is influenced by past views, present feelings and future assumptions from laboratory managers, parties and educators involved. Then policy and policy realization magnify the gap created. The gap can be addressed by using virtual labs.

Manajemen Budaya Religius di SD Plus Muhammadiyah Kota Sungai Penuh

The problem that is the background of this research is that Muhammadiyah Elementary School Plus Muhammadiyah City of Sungai Penuh is a school that has only recently become active again because previously it had not been operating because the number of students remained 2 people. In 2020, with the leadership of the new school principal, this school was able to develop and progress very rapidly, and is currently one of the favorite schools in Sungai Penuh City with 260 students. This is due to the advantages that exist in this school, namely religious activities and the inculcation of religious values applied by the school community so that it becomes a religious culture in this school. The purpose of this study was to find out how the management of religious culture at SD Plus Muhammadiyah Kota Sungai Penuh is in order to shape the religious character of students. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. The process of collecting data is done by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The technique of guaranteeing the validity of the data is by triangulating data sources and triangulating techniques. Data analysis techniques by doing data reduction, data presentation, and verification and draw conclusions. The findings show that: 1) Planning for a religious culture program starts with realizing the vision and mission and goals of the school, 2) Organizing, by forming persons in charge of implementing religious culture by forming daily picket teachers, and coordinators. 3) The implementation of religious culture at Muhammadiyah Elementary School Plus Muhammadiyah Kota Sungai Full. 4) Evaluation of the implementation of religious culture is carried out by means of direct observation or daily reports, with monthly evaluation meetings, and end of semester meetings.

Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Koperasi Berbasis Web Pada KPN “Sehati” RSUD Kota Sungai Penuh

The role of information technology in the business world is very important. Especially helping business people in managing their business well. One aspect that really needs the role of information technology is the financial aspect. Because in this aspect errors often occur if business actors still manage finances manually. This is what is being experienced by KPN "Sehati" RSUD Kota Sungai Penuh at this time. It is not surprising that errors often occur when processing data, considering that the data processed by KPN "Sehati" RSUD Kota Sungai Penuh is quite large. To help overcome these problems, a system design in the form of a prototype is needed which can later help work to be more transparent and accountable in compiling financial reports if the system design has been implemented properly into a complete system. The method used to design this system using the prototyping method. The purpose of this system design is as the initial foundation for business actors in planning the development of existing systems into a more computerized and well-integrated form. So the hope is that later with the implementation of this prototype system, it will help answer the problems experienced before.

Mediatization of Library on Instagram as a Promotional Medium

Background of the study: In addition to being a medium of communication, social media is also used for promotion media for institutions that can cause dramatization processes. Mediatization at the Library aims to understand the role of social media such as Instagram as a promotional activity in the Library of Dispusip Kota Sungai Penuh. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explain the mediatization of libraries through Instagram social media. Libraries use social media as a promotional medium to reach users during the pandemic. Method: This research is a study using a qualitative approach. The collection technique is carried out by observing directly the Instagram account owned by each library of Dispusip Kota Sungai Penuh. Findings: Dispusip Kota Sungai Penuh uses Instagram library to promote library collections, promote library activities and services, upload photos or photos of library activities, develop distribution services, especially book lending, activities within the library, etc. Instagram is a new method for the Library of Dispusip Kota Sungai Penuh Library in order to attract visitors or public leaders, especially the millennial generation. The change in the form of promotional media toward digital media can be in the form of information in visual and audiovisual form. Conclusion: The existence of Instagram affects the pattern of promotional behavior of the Dispusip Kota Sungai Penuh Library because it has been mediated by technology.

Relationship Between Parental Support And Interest Entrepreneurship In Student In Smk Negeri 3 Kota Sungai Penuh

The research objectives were to describe: 1) the parental support in SMK Negeri 3 Kota Sungai Penuh, 2) the interest entrepreneurship in student in SMK Negeri 3 Kota Sungai Penuh, 3) analyze the relationship between parental support and interest entrepreneurship in student in smk negeri 3 kota Sungai Penuh. This type of research is quantitative with a correlational approach. The population in this study was all class XII students of all majors with a total of 194 people. The study sample amounted to 66 people with a sampling technique is Proportionate Random Sampling. Data collection techniques are carried out using questionnaires using the Likert scale which has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis and correlational analysis. The results showed that: 1) Student parental support was in the excellent category (48%), 2) the level of student entrepreneurial interest was in the high category (51.5%), 3) Based on the results of the research analysis, a correlation value of rxy 0.556 and a calculated tcount(5.349)> ttable (1.997) . So it can be said that there is a positive and significant relationship between parental support and interest in entrepreneurship.

Pengaruh Model Discovery Learning terhadap Keterampilan Menulis Teks Eksposisi Siswa Kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Kota Sungai Penuh

The purpose of this study was to describe the effect of using the discovery learning model on the writing skills of exposition texts of class X students of SMA Negeri 2 Sungai penuh city. This type of research is a quantitative research with the one group pretest-posttest design experimental method. The population of this study were class X students of SMA Negeri 2 Sungai penuh City who were enrolled in the 2022/2023 academic year with a total of 212 students. The sample of this research was students of class X IPA 4, totaling 34 people who were determined using a purposive sampling technique. The data in this study were the scores of the exposition text writing skills test scores of class X students of SMA Negeri 2 Kota Sungai Penuh before and after using the discovery learning model. The research instrument was a performance test, namely a test of writing skills of expository text. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using the percentage formula, the arithmetic mean formula, and the t-test. Based on the results of the study concluded the following three things. First, the skills of writing explanatory texts for class X students of SMA Negeri 2 Kota Sungai Penuh before using the discovery learning model are in the Enough qualification (C) with an average value of 59.57. Second, the writing skills of exposition texts for class X students of SMA Negeri 2 Kota Sungai Penuh after using the discovery learning model are in the Good qualification (B) with an average score of 79.40. Third, based on the t-test, the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted at the level of confidence and degrees of freedom (dk) = (n-1) because tcount>ttable (8.89>1.80). In other words, the discovery learning model has an effect on the exposition text writing skills of class X students of SMA Negeri 2 Sungai penuh City.

The effect of professional competency, pedagogic competencies and work disciplines on the performance of teachers of physical education and health (pjok)

The problem in this research is the low performance of teachers of Physical Education, Sports and Health (PJOK) in SMP Negeri Se Kota Sungai Penuh. This study aims to determine the effect of Professional Competence, Pedagogic Competence and Work Discipline on the Performance of Physical Education Teachers. The type of research is quantitative using correlation research design with causal associative method. The sample in this study amounted to 28 physical education teachers. Sampling using total sampling technique. Data were collected using measurements of the three variables, namely, using tests for pedagogic and professional variables, and work discipline and teacher performance using existing data. Data were analyzed by path analysis (Path Analysis). Based on the results of data analysis shows that: (1) There is a direct influence between professional competence on the performance of teachers in Physical Education, Sports and Health by 15.8%. (2) There is a direct influence between pedagogic competence on the Performance of Physical Education and Sports Education teachers by 19% (3) There is a direct influence between work discipline on the Performance of Physical Education and Sports Teachers by 19.1%, (4) There is no direct effect between professional competence and pedagogic competence. (5) There is an indirect effect of professional competence on the performance of Physical Education and Health teachers through work discipline of 17.4%, (6) There is no indirect effect of pedagogic competence on the Performance of Physical Education and Health teachers through work discipline.

The Influence of Integrity, Work Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at Bank Jambi Branch Sungai Penuh City

This study aims to provide evidence that: 1) To analyze the effect of integrity on employee performance at Bank Jambi Branch Kota Sungai Penuh; 2) To analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance at Bank Jambi City Sungai Penuh Branch; 3) To analyze the effect of work discipline on employee performance at Bank 9 Jambi, Sungai Penuh Branch; 4) To analyze how much influence integrity, work motivation and work discipline have on the performance of employees at Bank 9 Jambi, Sungai Penuh Branch. By using the Slovin formula, the sample size can be measured, namely the number of employees who are sampled, with a total of 34 employees at Bank 9 Jambi City Sungai Penuh Branch. Data collection was carried out using a survey method with a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive and quantitative analysis. The data collected are primary and secondary data which can be classified as independent variables and dependent variables. Hypothesis testing in this study using multiple linear regression test. Based on the results of the study, it is known that: 1) Integrity has a positive and significant effect on partially employee performance at Bank 9 Jambi Branch Kota Sungai Penuh where Tcount is greater than Ttable where 5.891>2.032 with a significance of 0.000<0.05. 2) Work motivation has a positive and partially significant effect on employee performance at Bank 9 Jambi City Sungai Penuh Branch where Tcount is greater than Ttable where 6.753>2.032 with a significance of 0.000<0.05. 3) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on partially employee performance at Bank 9 Jambi City Sungai Penuh Branch where Tcount is greater than Ttable where 5,911>2,032 with a significance of 0.000<0.05. 4) Simultaneously, integrity, work motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Bank 9 Jambi, Sungai Penuh Branch.

PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN,KOMPENSASI DAN DUKUNGAN REKAN KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA GURU DI SMKN 4 KOTA SUNGAI PENUH

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of leadership, compensation, and peer support on teacher job satisfaction at SMKN 4 Kota Sungai Penuh. The results of data analysis show that: Partially the influence of Leadership, Compensation and Support of colleagues, namely: There is a negative influence and there is no significant influence between Leadership on Teacher Job Satisfaction at SMKN 4 Sungai Penuh City, this is evidenced by t count < t table (0.628 < 2.03693) and sig > (0.535 > 0.05) then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. There is a positive and significant influence between Compensation on Teacher Job Satisfaction at SMKN 4 Kota Sungai Penuh, this is evidenced by t count > t table (2.266 > 2.03693) and sig < (0.030 < 0.05), then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. There is a negative influence and there is no significant effect between Coworker Support on Teacher Job Satisfaction at SMKN 4 Sungai Penuh City, this is evidenced by t count < t table (0.494 < 2.03693) and sig > (0.625> 0.05) then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. The influence of Leadership, Compensation and Support of Teacher Colleagues on Teacher Job Satisfaction at SMKN 4 Kota Sungai Penuh is 44.8% while the remaining 55.2% is explained by other causal factors not examined in this study

Fungsi Upacara Adat Kenduri Pusako dalam Kehidupan Sosial Masyarakat Kecamatan Kumun Debai Sungai Penuh

The study, titled “the Function of Ceremonial Feast Pusako In the Social Life of the People of the District Kumun Debai, Kota Sungai penuh, Jambi Province”, aimed to describe about the Process and Functionality of a traditional ceremony Kenduri Pusako. This research is a Qualitative research, the theory used in this research is the theory of Functionalism, the method used is qualitative research method with data collection techniques through interviews, literature study, observation, and documentation.Ceremonial Feast Pusako is the traditional ceremony of the largest in the District Kumun Debai, in the ceremonial Feast Pusako there are two the main event, namely, the Coronation of the Title and the Decline of the Heirlooms. From the results of research conducted, there are some functions that are contained in the ceremonial Feast Pusako, including Social Functions, the Function of Carrying Sko, Function Reading a Brief History of Depati IV District Kumun Debai, the Function of the Inauguration of Depati Ninik Mamak, Function Heirlooms, the Function of Art, the Function of Cultural Preservation, Economic Function, the Function of Ritual and the Function of Education.

Pemanfaatan Smartphone Sebagai Sarana Promosi Batik Incung, Jambi

Batik incung is a typical batik from Kota Sungai Penuh in Provinsi Jambi. The marketing method used is still conventional, by displaying products in stores. The workshop activities are carried out by using a smartphone as a tool because it is easier to use. The method is used not only in lectures, and discussions, but also in practical implementation. Three practices were given, promotion through social media, online store in the marketplace, and making promotional videos. The benefits that could be obtained not only increased knowledge and understanding about product promotion on the internet by using a smartphone, and being able to apply it. Therefore, this activity is expected can be applied continuously.

PENGARUH PELATIHAN DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PEGADAIAN KOTA SUNGAI PENUH

This study aims to examine the effect of training and work discipline on employee performance. The population of this research are pawnshop employees in Sungai Penuh City. To collect data, this study used a questionnaire. The data collected was then analyzed using statistical analysis tools, namely multiple regression analysis using the IBM SPSS 25 application. The results of this study indicate that both partially or simultaneously Training and Work Discipline have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Pegadaian Kota Sungai Penuh.

Tari Rentak Kudo Dari Ritual Panen Ke Hiburan Di Desa Tanjung Sungai Penuh

This study aims to analyze the change in the function of Rentak Kudo Dance from harvest rituals to entertainment in Hamparan Rawang Subdistrict, Sungai Penuh City. The analysis focused on Rentak Kudo dance performances in entertainment events at weddings. This type of research is qualitative with descriptive analytical methods. The object of the research is Rentak Kudo Dance in Hamparan Rawang Subdistrict. The main instrument is the researcher himself who assisted with the tool in collecting data in the field in the form of stationery and photo cameras. Data collection techniques in the form of literature studies, observations, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are by collecting data, analyzing data, sorting the appropriate data changes in the function of Rentak Kudo Dance and then describing the appropriate issues discussed. The results of the study that Rentak Kudo Dance used to be displayed at the harvest ritual event in Hamparan Rawang Kota Sungai Penuh, with certain requirements both choose dancers 6 women and 6 men, the floor pattern is only a straight line, and the music pegiring Dance Rentak Kudo used only tambourines only. Dancers are also obliged to perform rituals of flowers, oranges and frankincense. The offering is paired with the body of a dancer. As for the change in the function of Rentak Kudo Dance as entertainment at the wedding in the evening, the performance of Rentak Kudo Dance undergoes a change in mass form with the accompaniment of remix/ DJ music with a single organ. This dance has undergone very different changes that are social and entertainment, which are popular among the local community.

TARI RANGGUK KOTA SUNGAI PENUH DALAM KARYA SENI GRAFIS

Today, the Rangguk Kota Sungai Penuh dance was no longer developed in the current generation because it was often neglected and there was no attention to dance that has long been born in society. The creation of this final work aims to visualized the expression related to the Kota Sungai Penuh rangguk dance in a graphic art work, presenting the rangguk dance movement which was still traditional and still exists today. The method in creating this work used the relief print technique, namely the wood cut type with the reduction print coloring technique and the work process used in the creation of this graphic art work through several stages: (1) preparation, (2) Elaboration, (3) Synthesis, (4) ) Concept Realization, (5) Completion.The results of the visualization of the Kota Sungai Penuh rangguk dance in this graphic art work were in the form of 10 works with the titles: (1) shingles fell, (2) sitting sympathetically, (3) respect, (4) virtuous, (5) meet, (6) facing bamboo, (7) basil flower, (8) apologize, (9) merges, (10) array of fingers.Kata kunci: tari rangguk, tradisional, seni grafis.

Pengaruh Seduhan Kayu Manis Terhadap Kadar Gula Darah Pada Penderita DM tipe II

<p><strong><em>Background: </em></strong><em>Diabetes Mellitus Type II is the most common form of diabetes. It causes vary from predominantly insulin resistance to insulin resistance defects. According to the data from the Community Health Office of Sungai Penuh City from 2016 to 2018, Diabetes Mellitus is the most cases found in Kumun Community Health Center. They were 299 cases insulin receptor protein on cells. This study aims to determine The Influence of Cinnamon Steeping toward Blood Sugar Levels in Patients with Type II DM in Kumun Kota Sungai Penuh Community Health Center Working Area in 2020. <strong>Methods:</strong> It was a Quasi Experiment with one group pretest posttest design approach. This research was carried out on November to December 2020. The population was all diabetes mellitus sufferers type II in Kumun Community Health Center Working Areaby using purposive sampling technique, 20 people were chosen as the samples. The data were processed by computerization with univariate and bivariate analysis by using the Paired Sample T Test. <strong>Results</strong>: The results showed that the average blood sugar level after being given steeping cinnamon was 148.95 mg/dL. Based on the statistical test, it was found that p = 0.000. <strong>Conclusion: </strong>It can be concluded that there is an effect of cinnamon infusion on reducing blood sugar levels in diabetes mellitus patients type II. It is hoped that all parties use cinnamon to help reduce blood sugar levels in patients with diabetes mellitus type II.</em></p><p><strong>Keywords: <em>Cinnamon, Diabetes Mellitus, Blood Sugar Levels</em></strong></p><p><em><br /></em></p>

Analisis disparitas pembangunan antar Kabupaten/Kotadi Provinsi Jambi (segi ekonomi dan non ekonomi)

This study aims to: (1) analyze the level of development inequality in districts/cities in Jambi Province. (2) analyze the factors that influence the level of development inequality from an economic and non-economic perspective between regencies/cities in Jambi Province. (3) Analyze the government's policies to overcome the inequality problem in Jambi Province. Based on the research results, (1) The average level of development inequality between districts/cities in Jambi Province is 0.18, lower than the rate of inequality in Indonesia. The province that is almost close to a high level of inequality is Kota Sungai Penuh, which is 0.49 points. At the same time, the smallest is Sarolangun Regency, which is 0.01. (2) From an economic perspective, the variables that significantly affect development inequality are balancing funds and investment, while the variable economic growth has no significant effect. From a non-economic perspective, only the human development index significantly affects development inequality, while labor and poverty have no significant effect.

 In the era of globalization, the tourism sector is one of the largest and most influential industries in economic development in general. In the 21st century, the tourism sector will be the primary driver in the world economy. In tourism, there are elements contained in it, ranging from tourists, travel, tourist destinations, industry, and so forth. Tourism for foreign exchange sources, including Indonesia, which is one of the countries that have various types of tourism, namely natural tourism, social tourism, and cultural tourism spread from Sabang to Merauke. One of the regions in Indonesia where multiple types of natural wealth have the potential to be developed is Sungai Penuh City, located in the western area in the form of a plateau. The most popular highland tourist destination in Sungai Penuh City is Bukit Khayangan. Departing from the above, the author intends to develop these problems and raise them into an article that illustrates and discusses supporting factors and inhibiting factors in the development of the Bukit Khayangan attraction, Sungai Penuh City.
