Problems and Path Reconstruction of Physical Education Talent Cultivation in the Context of the Digital Economy

The development of the digital economy presents new challenges for the cultivation of talents in physical education programs in higher education institutions. This paper analyzes the requirements for physical education talent cultivation in the context of the digital economy, including solid professional knowledge and skills, proficiency in digital technology application, new media operation capabilities, intelligent equipment operation abilities, innovative thinking and creativity, teamwork and communication skills, and a lifelong learning mindset. The paper also draws on successful applications of digital economy teaching in various Chinese universities, such as Peking University's "Digital Sports" course, Nanjing Sport Institute's "Integration of Sports and Education," Hunan Railway Science and Technology Vocational College's "Campus Sunshine Fitness Run," Beijing Sport University's "Virtual Football Tactical Simulation," Guangzhou Sport University's "Online Sports Dance Competition," and Shenzhen University's "Sports Simulation Game Classroom." The analysis identifies existing problems such as insufficient digitization of teaching resources, lack of digital innovation in practical teaching segments, weak integration of course design with the digital economy, inadequate cultivation of students' digital learning abilities, limited investment in digital equipment and facilities, and knowledge anxiety caused by rapid technological updates. The paper proposes ways to improve the cultivation model for physical education talents in the context of the digital economy: optimizing the curriculum system, enhancing teaching methods and resources, strengthening faculty development, and improving research and innovation capabilities.

The Inter-construction of Knowledge Payment and Knowledge Anxiety in China

There have been a lot of results which illustrate that knowledge anxiety is an important reason of knowledge payment, however, its specific mechanism still needs to be deepened, and whether knowledge payment has effects on anxiety mentality in return also needs further research. Specifically, this paper deepens the expert system theory, one of Giddens' disembedding mechanisms, and reveals a stepped expert system theory (SEST) which contains inherent contradiction. With the help of SEST, this paper tries to demonstrate that knowledge anxiety is not only a precondition but also a consequence of knowledge payment, as people will reproduce knowledge anxiety in the process of paying for knowledge. In this regard, this paper argues that consumers consider knowledge payment mostly as a strategy for self-improvement, which is more often than not a seemingly practicable but physically helpless action under the pressure of reality.

Connection and Anti-connection: A Study on Digital Labor of Knowledge Videos

People’s knowledge anxiety is caused by information explosion. At the same time, the development of media technology enriches the video industry. Under this background, knowledge videos have a wide audience. Taking knowledge videos as the research object, this paper adopts the interview method to analyze the practice of digital labor connection and anti-connection. It is found that the digital labor of knowledge videos can consciously eliminate over-connection, but the transition of connection-anti-connection is spiraling, and there are many forms, such as strikes and re-work. This research enriches the theoretical research of digital labor to a certain extent.

Reading Game Sport from the Perspective of Sociology of Knowledge.

The evolution of media technology has not only changed readers' reading ways and reading habits but also tried to reshape their social behaviour. From the perspective of sociology of sustainable knowledge, this essay explores the impacts of technological change on reading through the framework of activity theory. It is found that digital reading is of increasing characteristics of “front stage” performance and reading anxiety in society, and sustainable knowledge anxiety began to spread. The research shows that the existing digital reading mode is actually the consumption of media, which is not conducive to the transmission and production of sustainable knowledge. Also, with the further development of technology, reading will open up a new chapter. The wisdom of human symbiosis will be infinitely stored and strive toward the era of global brain, which will help to better inherit sustainable knowledge and activate the vitality of sustainable knowledge production.

Knowledge of Anxiety in Midwives in the COVID-19 Pandemic

<p><span>The incidence of COVID-19 cases continues to increase day by day so that health workers as the front line are increasingly under pressure due to the increasing workload, worrying about their health, and their families<sup>[1]</sup>. One thing that can cause health workers to experience increased anxiety, one of which is the lack of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in the workplace<sup>[2]</sup>. Health workers are at risk of experiencing psychological disorders in treating Covid-19 patients due to feelings of depression, the main cause of which is self-protection which is still less than the needs of health workers<sup>[3]</sup>. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the anxiety of midwives during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Bekasi District Hospital in 2021. This study used adesign <em>cross sectional. </em>The population of all midwives in the Bekasi Regency General Hospital is 48 people. The samplingused was <em>techniquepurposive sampling technique </em>by stating several criteria. If it does not meet the inclusion criteria, it is not used. Data analysis using <em>chi square </em>and logistic regression. The results of the statistical test of the knowledge factor with anxiety in midwives during the COVID-19 pandemic using chi square got a value of sig = 0.01. The conclusion of this study is that knowledge has a relationship between knowledge and anxiety in midwives during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Bekasi District Hospital in 2021.</span></p>

ANALISIS DAMPAK PANDEMI COVID- 19 TERHADAP KECEMASAN MASYARAKAT : LITERATURE REVIEW

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of the Covid 19 pandemic on anxiety in society. This study uses a literature review study method to collect, identify, evaluate the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on public anxiety. Sources of data used in this study are secondary data sources, where the data obtained through Pubmed and Google scholars are used to search for relevant journals. The journals that are obtained are selected based on the title made by the author. The author found 15 journals that have been summarized into 5 journals representing all journals with the same opinion. The results obtained are that there is a dominant influence between age, family status, personal protective equipment and knowledge of anxiety in the community, that anxiety has several types, namely general anxiety, panic disorder anxiety, social anxiety, and obsessive anxiety. During the Covid-19 pandemic it can cause Anxiety Disorders (Anxiety) in the community which is characterized by sleep disorders which are very risky for committing suicide, anxiety, shortness of breath, tense muscles, panic buying, and disturbing Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) mental health risks. 1. IMPLEMENTATION AND EVALUATION OF A STRUCTURED EXPERIENCE IN MENTAL AND BEHAVIORAL HEALTH

Background Mental and behavioral health (MBH) is an underserved area in pediatrics. Increasingly, pediatricians are called upon to be first line providers for children with MBH needs, and the ABP has charged residency programs with meeting this need by bolstering educational initiatives in MBH. Objective Create an MBH rotation to improve residents' ability to evaluate and treat ADHD, anxiety, and depression. Methods A 2-week rotation in MBH was added to the PL-1 year, with experiences on an inpatient psychiatric consult service, in community psychiatry clinics, in subspecialty clinics with psychologists, and in continuity clinic with a behavioral health coordinator. Supplemental readings and online modules in psychopharmacology, depression, anxiety and ADHD were available for self-study. PL-1s were surveyed at the start of residency to determine baseline knowledge and confidence in MBH, and they completed the same survey after the rotation. PL-3 residents who did not participate in the rotation were also surveyed. Survey responses were compared by t-test. Results After the rotation, a significantly higher proportion of PL-1s answered questions regarding evaluation and treatment of ADHD, anxiety, and depression correctly compared to before the rotation; self-reported facility with management of these conditions also significantly increased (Fig. 1A). PL-1s' post-rotation knowledge of ADHD management was equal to that of PL-3s', and PL-1s' knowledge of anxiety and depression management was significantly higher than PL-3s'. Similarly, self-reported ability to manage ADHD was equivalent between the 2 groups and statistically higher for PL-1s with respect to anxiety and depression (Fig. 1B). Conclusions Our PL-1s' ability to manage common pediatric mental health conditions was increased by participation in a structured MBH rotation. These gains were equivalent or superior to knowledge acquired longitudinally by senior residents through incidental clinical experiences, suggesting that structured experiences in mental and behavioral health may be more effective.

Effect of Urethroplasty on Anxiety and Depression

To our knowledge anxiety and depression in patients with urethral stricture disease and the impact of urethroplasty on mental health has never been explored. We hypothesized that patients with urethral stricture disease would have higher than normal anxiety and depression levels, and urethroplasty would improve mental health. We retrospectively reviewed the records of patients in a multi-institutional reconstructive urology database who underwent anterior urethroplasty. Preoperative and postoperative evaluation of anxiety and depression, and overall health was recorded using the validated EQ-5D™-3L Questionnaire. Sexual function was evaluated with the IIEF (International Index of Erectile Function) and the Men's Sexual Health Questionnaire. Stricture recurrence was defined as the need for a subsequent procedure. Median followup in the 298 patients who met study inclusion criteria was 4.2 months. Preoperative anxiety and depression was reported by 86 patients (29%). Those with anxiety and depression reported higher rates of marijuana use, a worse preoperative IIEF score (17.5 vs 19.6, p = 0.01) and a lower image of overall health (66 vs 79, p ≤0.001). Improvement or resolution of anxiety and depression was experienced by 56% of patients treated with urethroplasty while de novo postoperative anxiety and depression were reported by 10%. These men reported a decreased flow rate (16 vs 25 ml per second, p = 0.01). Clinical failure in 8 patients (2.7%) had no effect on the development, improvement or resolution of anxiety and depression. Of patients with preoperative anxiety and depression 56% reported improvement or resolution after urethroplasty. Although new onset anxiety and depression was rare, these patients had a significantly lower postoperative maximum flow rate, possibly representing a group with a perceived suboptimal surgical outcome. A urethral stricture disease specific questionnaire is needed to further elucidate the interplay of urethral stricture disease with anxiety and depression.

Relationship between the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale score and the success rate of 64-slice computed tomography coronary angiography.

Computed tomography coronary angiography, a key method for obtaining coronary artery images, is widely used to screen for coronary artery diseases due to its noninvasive nature. In China, 64-slice computed tomography systems are now the most common models. As factors that directly affect computed tomography performance, heart rate and rhythm control are regulated by the autonomic nervous system and are highly related to the emotional state of the patient. The aim of this prospective study is to use a pre-computed tomography scan Self-Rating Anxiety Scale assessment to analyze the effects of tension and anxiety on computed tomography coronary angiography success. Subjects aged 18-85 years who were planned to undergo computed tomography coronary angiography were enrolled; 1 to 2 h before the computed tomography scan, basic patient data (gender, age, heart rate at rest, and family history) and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale score were obtained. The same group of imaging department doctors, technicians, and nurses performed computed tomography coronary angiography for all the enrolled subjects and observed whether those subjects could finish the computed tomography coronary angiography scan and provide clear, diagnostically valuable images. Participants were divided into successful (obtained diagnostically useful coronary images) and unsuccessful groups. Basic data and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale scores were compared between the groups. The Self-Rating Anxiety Scale standard score of the successful group was lower than that of the unsuccessful group (P = 0.001). As the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale standard score rose, the success rate of computed tomography coronary angiography decreased. The Self-Rating Anxiety Scale score has a negative relationship with computed tomography coronary angiography success. Anxiety can be a disadvantage in computed tomography coronary angiography examination. The pre-computed tomography coronary angiography scan Self-Rating Anxiety Scale score may be a useful tool for assessing whether a computed tomography coronary angiography scan will be successful or not.

Poststroke Anxiety is Prevalent at the Population Level, Especially among Socially Deprived and Younger Age Community Stroke Survivors

Most studies of poststroke anxiety prevalence are hospital based, so knowledge of anxiety in community stroke survivors is limited. Few studies address the association between poststroke anxiety and patient age. No study has explored the relationship between poststroke anxiety prevalence and social deprivation. This study aims to describe population level prevalence data of poststroke anxiety and to explore association of poststroke anxiety prevalence with patient age, gender, and social deprivation. Observational study of 3831 community stroke survivors attending general practice reviews from April 1, 2009 to March 31, 2010 in Greater Glasgow, United Kingdom. Univariate and multivariate analyses investigated the association between poststroke anxiety prevalence (Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale: anxiety sub-scale [HADS-A]), age, gender, and deprivation variables. Six hundred eighteen (16·1%) of 3831 community-dwelling stroke survivors had definite abnormal mood on HADS-A (≥11), with 952 (31·5%) scoring ≥8. Sixty-five (35·5%) of stroke survivors aged under 50 years had definite abnormal mood on HADS-A compared with 59 (7·2%) of over 80 year olds. Three hundred forty (19·8%) of women had definite abnormal mood on HADS-A compared with 278 (13·1%) of men. Three hundred seventy-two (22·6%) of most deprived stroke survivors had definite abnormal mood on HADS-A compared with 49 (7·6%) of least deprived. Age, gender, and social deprivation all contributed significantly to HADS-A score variance. Using a conservative HADS-A cutoff, a high prevalence of definite abnormal anxiety in community stroke survivors is observed. This prevalence increases markedly in younger and more socially deprived stroke survivors.

Teachers’ Knowledge of Anxiety and Identification of Excessive Anxiety in Children

This study examined primary school teachers' knowledge of anxiety and excessive anxiety symptoms in children. Three hundred and fifteen primary school teachers completed a questionnaire exploring their definitions of anxiety and the indications they associated with excessive anxiety in primary school children. Results showed that teachers had an understanding of what anxiety was in general but did not consistently distinguish normal anxiety from excessive anxiety, often defining all anxiety as a negative experience. Teachers were able to identify symptoms of excessive anxiety in children by recognizing anxiety-specific and general problem indications. The results provided preliminary evidence that teachers' knowledge of anxiety and anxiety disorders does not appear to be a barrier in preventing children's referrals for mental health treatment. Implications for practice and directions for future research are discussed.

Psychoedukation Angst bei stationären Patienten – Evaluation des kognitiv-verhaltenstherapeutischen Gruppenprogramms „PAsta“

The object of this study is to develop and evaluate a psychoeducational programme that has been specifically designed for in-patients who suffer from heterogenous anxiety disorders. 28 in-patients participated in psychoeducational group sessions in addition to psychiatric treatment as usual (TAU). This group was compared to a group of 13 patients who had received TAU without the group sessions. Using a pre-post design, the two groups were compared in terms of illness knowledge, mental health and self-efficacy. Analysis of the results showed a significant increase in knowledge of anxiety among participants of the psychoeducational group (d = 0.80). The effect sizes from 0.12 - 0.60 indicate clinical relevant improvement in depressive and anxiety symptoms, and a tendency towards improved self-efficacy (d = 0.20). The main objective of the group programme was achieved; that is, it increased illness knowledge. Despite the short measurement period, the importance of the psychoeducational group programme in the treatment of acute in-patients was confirmed.

Anxiety and depression in children and adolescents with sickle cell disease

A growing body of evidence suggests that depressive disorders and anxiety disorders are much more prevalent among medically ill children and adolescents when compared with the general population, and that the presence of comorbidity may adversely affect medical outcomes and quality of life. Whereas the prevalence and impact of anxiety and depressive disorders have been described in chronic conditions such as asthma, diabetes, and epilepsy, much less is known about sickle cell disease (SCD), a disorder that affects more than 70,000 Americans, primarily those of African and Mediterranean descent. A hallmark of this disorder is recurrent, acute, and chronic pain that often requires emergency management and hospitalization. Medical advances in the treatment of this illness have transformed SCD from a condition associated with very early morbidity and mortality into a chronic condition of adulthood. This article reviews the evidence describing our knowledge of anxiety and depression in children and adolescents with SCD, its clinical impact, and effectiveness of interventions.

Clinical anxiety and its treatment

Anxiety occurs as a normal phenomenon and as a symptom of numerous psychiatric and physical illnesses, while it is the dominant feature of generalised anxiety, panic and phobic disorders. The relationship between these and other disorders is not as straightforward as diagnostic classifications suggest, and this is at least in part due to previous research having been carried out on atypical cases referred to hospital rather than patients in the real world of general practice and the general community. There are particular difficulties in distinguishing anxiety disorders from depressive illnesses, somatisation disorder and some cases of substance abuse and dependence. There may also be difficulty in deciding to what extent anxiety is related to stress or to the underlying personality of the patient. There are many reasons for these difficulties, including limitations in our basic knowledge of anxiety, preconceived notions of the clinician and the difficulty that some patients have in describing their experiences. Numerous different psychological and pharmacological treatments have been used throughout history. They include various forms of psychotherapy, behaviour and cognitive therapies and anti-anxiety drugs. Many patients receive supportive psychotherapy, while more specialised techniques currently being investigated include exposure therapy and cognitive therapy. By far the most widely used drugs are the benzodiazepines, but because of concern over dependence increasing interest is being shown in the use of alternatives, including antidepressants, and in the development of new compounds which, it is hoped, will turn out to be free from the problem of dependence.
