Analysis of the level regime of the Iga river of the Nizhnevartovsk district of the Khanty-Mansi autonomous district Siberia

Obtaining hydrological information in general, as well as determining the estimated water levels on water bodies, are mostly associated with the construction of hydraulic structures that allow the use of water for the needs of the national economy. The oil production industry is widely developed on the territory of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug. Often oil and gas fields are located in sparsely populated areas where there is no information about the hydrological regime of watercourses. In order to ensure the safe operation of construction projects, there is a need to obtain hydrological information for crossed or nearby watercourses. Thus, this type of work is performed almost everywhere to solve similar problems. In this article, studies of the Iga River, located in the right bank of the Ob River, were carried out. To identify the degree of influence of the river level in different periods of the year, hydrological calculations of spring floods and rain floods were performed. Based on the calculations, a graph of the relationship between costs and levels was constructed. To determine the possible backup of the level of the Ob River to the level regime of the Iga River during periods of high waters, the levels of the Ob River were determined. Based on the analysis of joint levels, a conclusion was made about the influence of the Ob on the hydrological regime of the Iga River

The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that for any state, the development of the financial and credit system is an important factor determining economic growth, expanding potential opportunities and improving the standard of living of the population. The development of the financial system in Russia takes place in the context of complex macroeconomic changes, which are associated with both the global processes of adjusting the conditions of economic activity, and with the internal problems of stagnation of national economic development. The purpose of the research is to assess the potential of the credit and financial system at the level of the regions of the Russian Federation. Methodology. The methodological basis of the research was the dialectical method. The systemic and institutional approaches, analytical, cartographic and statistical methods were also applied in the work. Results. The financial and credit potential of regions is formed in the course of activity and development of state, municipal, corporate and private financial organizations, and household budgets. There is a lack of financial resources in Russia, which has a huge impact on the development of financial relations between economic entities. As a result of the assessment the following groups of Russia’s regions are identified by the potential of the credit and financial system: regions with high, medium, below average and low potential of the credit and financial sector. Conclusions. The regional structure of the Russian Federation is characterized by differentiated groups of regions. They differ in the scale of financial and credit potential in the sectoral context. The leaders are large financial centres (Moscow and St. Petersburg), regions with raw material exports (the Khanty-Mansi autonomous district, the Tyumen region, the Yamalo-Nenets autonomous district) and some industrial regions (the Republics of Bashkortostan and Tatarstan, the Perm Krai, the Samara and Sverdlovsk oblasts). Agrarian regions have the least financial potential, with the exception of the Krasnodar Krai.

West Nile Fever in the Russian Federation in 2022, the Incidence Forecast for 2023

The review presents an analysis of West Nile fever (WNF) epidemiological situation in the Russian Federation in 2022 and the summarized results of monitoring over the pathogen. The following features of the WNF epidemic process in Russia are outlined: the decrease (by 4 times) in the incidence rates compared to the long-term average values against an extremely extensive nature of manifestations (16 constituent entities in 6 federal districts), including the detection of local cases in 5 new territories (Tver, Tambov, Vladimir Regions, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District, and Karachay-Cherkess Republic), predominant registration of incidence in the Central Federal District (51 %), early start and termination of the epidemic season. There is a decrease in the proportion of neuroinvasive forms in the structure of incidence, prevalence of females and the age group of “60 years and over”, as well as record rate values of people infected at the place of residence in cities, which is associated with the peculiarities of case detection, namely, screening examinations of febrile patients in hospitals by efforts of the Reference Center, according to the results of which 60 % of all registered patients with WNF in Russia were diagnosed. Monitoring studies of the Reference Center in the territory of the Central, Southern and North-Caucasian Federal Districts confirmed the intensive circulation of the pathogen. The low level of officially registered incidence is caused by insufficiently effective identification of patients. Molecular genetic studies have shown that West Nile virus lineage 2 circulated in the European part of Russia, both in epizootic and epidemic cycles. Phylogenetic analysis has revealed that 4 West Nile virus isolates found in Astrakhan, Volgograd Regions, the Republic of Kalmykia and Stavropol Territory in 2022 belong to a new genovariant of the genotype 2, first identified in Russia in 2021. Possible complication of the epidemiological situation in all federal districts of the center and south of the European part of Russia is predicted.

Shoreline deformation of the Konda river: Trends and threats

The study of the hydrological hazards in the north of Western Siberia is important because settlements in this territory are generally located on the banks of rivers and are therefore subject to the negative effects of water. The purpose of this study is to identify the dynamics of hydrological hazards in the settlements of the Konda river basin. The objectives of the study are aimed at identifying hazardous areas, which is necessary to make informed decisions related to rational bank reinforcement. The research object was the settlements of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous district–Yugra (Kama village, Altay village, Vykatnoy settlement) within the latitudinal flow of the Konda river between 59 and 61 N and between 66 and 70 E, where the manifestation of hydrological hazards is active in nature. Research methods are based on field surveys using satellite geodetic surveying, remote probing, and bed mapping analysis. The data obtained during the study show that the most significant bank line deformations occur within the Vykatnoy, Kama, and Altay areas. The results showed the need for engineering solutions to bank reinforcement and protection of these settlements from the negative impact of river.

Концепт гражданского общества в исследованиях взаимодействия государства и волонтёрского движения

The paper presents the comparative analysis results of how the volunteers organizations interact with the government in different Russian regions, which differ in the degree of civil society institutes development. The empirical basis consists of the results of sociological survey conducted in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District and Perm Territory. The results show the contradictory nature of the political aspects of relations between volunteers and government institutions, which are difficult to interpret within the classical concept of civil society. On the one hand, the dependence of the volunteer movement on state support raises the question of its value as a civil society institution. On the other hand, it is precisely this support that ensures the role of the movement in the political socialization of citizens. As a solution to the problem we propose to clarify the semantic content of the ‘civil society’ concept.

Scientific and pedagogical staff as a social community in the changing conditions of academic development

Introduction. The urgency of the problem is due to the need to increase the scientific activity and productivity of scientific and pedagogical staff (SPS), acting as the flagship of the scientific development of universities. The article examines the social community of SPS of Russian universities as one of the drivers of the development of Russian higher education in the context of the implementation of the strategic academic leadership programme “Priority-2030”.The aim of the article is to identify the directions and contradictions of the transformation of the scientific and pedagogical community in the changing conditions of academic development of Russian universities.Methodology and research methods. The study uses the method of analysing statistical data on higher education in Russia and the Ural Federal District for 2000–2021 and Monitoring the effectiveness of universities for 2013–2021.Results. The main results of the study presented in the article were quantitative, structure and substantive characteristics of the social community of the SPS. They were shown through the prism of indicators of their scientific activity and the requirements imposed on them by the university administration. An important result of the study was the analysis of the achievements and problems of scientific activity of the SPS in five universities of the Ural Federal District, representing five subjects of the Russian Federation on its territory – Sverdlovsk, Chelyabinsk, Tyumen, Kurgan regions, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District. Among the universities coming into focus, there were three universities, which received support within the framework of the “5-100” Project. The article identifies the prospects and risks of implementing projects for the development of the university SPS in the “core zone”, which have received support under the “Priority-2030” strategic academic leadership programme, as well as the opportunities for academic development of the SPS of universities in the “semi-periphery” and “periphery” that do not have such large-scale state assistance.The approaches are proposed to create favourable conditions for the SPS transformation. Taking into account such approaches, it is possible to overcome imitation and a steady increase in SPS scientific activity and productivity. The authors draw attention to the need to differentiate the conditions of professional activity of productive and unproductive SPS, a group of young SPS. The authors argue the importance to use the strategy of “growing” one’s own SPS as the basis for the real implementation of the strategic objectives of the “Priority-2030” programme and taking care of the human capital of universities. It is also concluded that the modern social context of Russian higher education limits the possibilities of solving this problem and needs to be changed.Scientific novelty. The novelty of the research consists in a comparative analysis of trends and contradictions in the transformation of the SPS of Russian universities, their scientific potential, areas of activity and social functions in the changing conditions of academic development of universities.The practical significance of the article is to demonstrate the possibilities and results of the transformation of the SPS on the way to their transformation into a driver of scientific development of universities.

Hygienic Assessment of the Iron Content of Tap Water in Administrative Centers in the North of the Tyumen Region

Background: Introduction: Iron is an essential mineral for humans. Its excessive dietary intake has no adverse health effects but high exposure to inorganic iron can induce oxidative stress. Increased Fe concentrations in tap water in the north of the Tyu­ men Region are attributed, on the one hand, to natural characteristics of its source and, on the other hand, to iron released by deteriorated water pipes. In the administrative centers of this region, high-quality reagent-free water treatment is carried out but tap water quality is largely influenced by the condition of water supply networks with the wear indicators of 26.3 % and 82.1 %, in the cities of Khanty-Mansiysk and Salekhard, respectively. Objective: To compare iron contents in tap water in Khanty-Mansiysk and Salekhard against its maximum permissible concentration and to assess health risks from exposure to this mineral in drinking water. Materials and methods: Fifty tap water samples were taken in each of the two administrative centers of the Tyumen Region (Khanty-Mansiysk, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District – Yugra, and Salekhard, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District) for a spectrophotometric analysis of iron. The results were evaluated according to regulations SanPiN 1.2.3685–21, Hygienic stan­ dards and requirements for ensuring safety and/or harmlessness of environmental factors to humans, introduced by Decree No. 3 of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Russian Federation of January 28, 2021. Non-carcinogenic risks were assessed in accordance with Guidelines R 2.1.10.1920–04, Human health risk assessment from environmental chemicals. Results: Iron levels in tap water were found to be significantly lower in the city of Khanty-Mansiysk compared to Salekhard (p = 0.002) with excessive Fe concentrations established in 10 % and 66 % of the samples taken in those cities, respectively. Ac­ cordingly, the Fe-related hazard quotient in Khanty-Mansiysk was almost twice as low (0.73) as in Salekhard (1.52) indicating increased likelihood of a toxicological response to the chemical in the latter. Conclusions: In order to supply residents with drinking water of optimal quality and reduce potential health risks, it is neces­ sary to replace worn out distribution networks, organize and ensure proper monitoring of water quality, duly implement the Regional Clean Water Project and assess its effectiveness.

The article presents the study of the interaction of indigenous society’s representatives and the urban space on the example of the city of Surgut, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District - Yugra. The purpose of the article is to determine the ways and practices of indigenous societies’ identity demonstration and ethnicity markers in the urban space. Methodological rationale is represented by the provisions of the hermeneutical approach as a practice of interpreting and constructing processes. The analyzed theoretical and empirical material allows a complex study of the research actors.

Analysis of the episootic situation of cattle leukemia in the Siberian Federal District

The analysis of the epizootic situation of cattle leukemia in the Siberian Federal District as a whole and in individual regions of the district is given. The study was carried out in the Republics of Altai, Tuva and Khakassia, in the Altai and Krasnoyarsk Territories and in five regions: Irkutsk, Kemerovo, Novosibirsk, Omsk and Tomsk. The materials of diagnostic studies obtained by veterinary specialists of the Siberian Federal District for 2017-2019 are presented. This information has been analyzed and summarized both for the Siberian Federal District as a whole and for its individual constituent entities. Studies show the spread of bovine leukemia virus infection in the whole district. A tense epizootic situation with cattle leukemia was noted, since the Siberian Federal District ranks second in Russia in terms of the number of adverse locations (322). However, compared to 2017, the number of adverse locations in 2019 decreased by 57, sick animals - by 977 heads, infected animals - by 70836 heads. The number of adverse locations has decreased slightly, while the number of infected animals in some regions has increased. As of January 1, 2020, no hematologically sick animals were found in the Republics of Altai, Khakassia, Buryatia and Tuva, but the number of animals infected with BLV increased. The experience of individual regions of the country that are free from BLV infection (Sverdlovsk, Vologda, Leningrad, Murmansk, Arkhangelsk, Kostroma, Kirov regions, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District, etc.) shows that bovine leukemia is an infection that can be controlled. It is possible to eliminate the disease in herds of cattle with any level of BLV infection as a result of carrying out complex health-improving measures, as well as organizational and veterinary-sanitary measures with the obligatory removal of sick and BLV infected animals from the herd.

Epizootiological and Epidemiological Situation on Tularemia in Russia in 2020, the Forecast for 2021

The purpose of the review is to assess the trends in the development of epizootic activity in various territories of the Russian Federation in order to identify the regions of increased risk of infection of the population with tularemia pathogen in 2021 and to plan and carry out high-priority measures in these regions, such as vaccination, investments in water, sanitation and hygiene infrastructure, epizootiological monitoring of natural foci and other measures aimed at suppressing the activity of natural foci and the development of herd immunity to this infection. In 2020, 41 cases of human infection with tularemia pathogen were registered on the territory of the Russian Federation, 60 % of which occurred in the Northwestern Federal District. Epizootic manifestations of the infection of varying intensity were detected in 55 constituent entities of Russia. Against this background, sporadic cases of tularemia in humans were registered in 14 regions of the country. The most pronounced epidemic complications continue in the territory of Karelia – 23 patients. 12 cultures of Francisella tularensis subsp. holarctica from the ambient environment were isolated in the Vologda (3), Rostov Regions (6), in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District (2), and in St. Petersburg (1). Based on the analysis of the data presented, in 2021, epidemic complications in the form of sporadic cases of the disease among the unvaccinated population in the following territories are most likely to occur: Central Federal District – in the Oryol, Ryazan and Yaroslavl Regions, as well as in Moscow; Northwestern Federal District – in the Arkhangelsk and Leningrad Regions, the Republic of Karelia and in St. Petersburg; Volga Federal District – in Tatarstan, Mordovia, Chuvash Republic, Kirov and Orenburg Regions; Ural Federal District – in the Khanty-Mansiysk, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Districts and the Tyumen Region; Siberian Federal District – in the Novosibirsk, Kemerovo, Tomsk and Omsk Regions, as well as in the Altai Territory; Far Eastern Federal District – in some regions of Kamchatka and Khabarovsk Territories.

Technology and research results of vocational education and training systems in the context of region socio-economic development

Introduction. The level of orientation of regional secondary vocational education systems to the needs of the territories in which they are located significantly affects the economic parameters of the development of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, the dynamic characteristics of personnel demand and supply in the regional labor market. The technology and tools developed by the authors for studying the degree of compliance of vocational education and training systems with the tasks of economic and social development has been implemented in three subjects of the Russian Federation featuring different levels of socio-economic development: the Samara region, the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District and the Republic of Ingushetia. Methodology and methods. A methodological approach was used that considers the current situation of uncertainty in the external environment of regional secondary vocational education systems. Hence, the arrangement of its educational resources, which provides the properties of a self-organizing system, becomes an effective tool for stimulating the regionally oriented development of the vocational education and training system. Achieving the compliance of the VET-system with external requests is determined by the parameters of its adaptive potential. Research methods: survey (questioning), expert evaluation method, content analysis, scaling. Results. To achieve the goal of the research, the compliance criteria were formed, as well as indicators that reflect the properties of the organization of educational resources of the system, corresponding to the principles of adaptive systems. It is established that the achieved compliance values in each region are formed by various sets of factors and conditions for the organization of educational resources. The following trends are identified for the regions: a) a decrease in employers' effective demand for vocational education programs; b) insufficient use of educational technologies and forms of training organization that optimize the resource support of the activities of professional educational organizations, including network formats for the implementation of educational programs using educational resources of enterprises in the real sector of the economy. On average, 20% of professional educational organizations in pilot regions practice a network format for implementing open source programs (as a rule, without using employers' resources). At the same time, only 6% of the student contingent are trained in such programs. Discussion and conclusion. The practical significance of the study is determined by the possibilities of applying the results of assessing the level of compliance of the VET-systems with the tasks of socio-economic development to work out and implement effective regional educational policy in the sphere of vocational education.

ИНТЕГРАЦИОННЫЕ АСПЕКТЫ УПРАВЛЕНИЯ ЭКОНОМИКОЙ РЕГИОНОВРОССИЙСКОЙ АРКТИКИ

Currently the system of management of the economy in the Russian Arctic is not effective enough, does not represent a unified organizational structure and requires serious restructuring. This is particularly relevant to the ever-increasing trend of weakening connections between regions of the Russian Arctic and the necessity to strengthen integration processes. In the article the authors propose the concept of integration of regional management systems’ activities based on developmentof their horizontal interconnections. This will allow more effective use of resources in the interaction process and focus them on solving common tasks in the Russian Arctic, which functions as a kind of management macrosystem, consistent in relation to its integrated northern territories. The fact that there is no unified approach makes it impossible to create an environment comfortable for the people working there. Regions have different ways of resolving issues related to the production location in territories where mining or minerals extraction is the main development feature. The management of subarctic territories has differences in the regions, that may help entities to unite due to financial opportunities. Development of territories of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District and the Arkhangelsk region territories is significantly different by their budgets, and the discussed programs are implemented in the regions depending on the availability of funds in their budgets. The article discusses options and scenarios thatcan help regions to develop a concept foroptimaldevelopmentof theterritories.

Junction zone stability in coaxial wells of different diameters (on the example of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District oil field)

The paper considers borehole wall stability in a junction zone of coaxial wells where a borehole of bigger diameter connects with a smaller one. To determine the shapes and character of rock destruction, 3D poroelastic modeling of the stressed state of the rock around the coaxial junction with account for mudcake formation was performed. The geomechanical model considers the anisotropy of the medium’s deformation properties that are characteristic for the coastal-marine reservoirs of Western Siberia. The rock failure is estimated based on the Mohr-Coulomb criterion with account for tensile destruction condition. The paper considers cases of vertical and inclined junctions of a well drilled at a depth of 2 km in sandstone productive pay with known poroelastic anisotropic properties. The stress and pore pressure analysis has been performed for a mud pressure drop range from 1 to 70 atm and coaxial junctions with different combinations of borehole diameters. The safe mud pressure window has been determined for vertical and inclined junctions. It has been found that the rock failure pattern for junction of bigger diameters is, in general, similar to that for smaller diameters with some insignificant differences in the destruction areas shapes. It has also been demonstrated that in vertical junctions, the bottom holes of smaller diameter are more stable to reduced drilling-mud pressure than the mainboreholes, while in the inclined junction it is the mainwellbore that is more stable to increased drilling-mud pressure than the bottom hole.

DIFFERENCES IN PHYSICAL PREPAREDNESS OF DIFFERENT GENERATIONS OF FEMALES BORN BY THE MIGRANTS TO YUGRA

Aim. The purpose of the article is to study the characteristics of changes in physiological parameters and physical preparedness of different generations of females born by migrants to the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District–Yugra and living there. Materials and methods. The study involved 60 females of which three groups were formed. Group 1 (n = 20) – females born in the regions of the middle zone of the Russian Federation who moved to the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District-Yugra no more than 8 months ago. Group 2 (n = 20) – females born and permanently living in the Khanty–Mansi Autonomous District–Yugra, who are children (first generation) of migrants from the regions of the middle zone of the Russian Federation. Group 3 (n = 20) females born and permanently living in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug-Yugra, who are grandchildren (second generation) of migrants from the regions of the middle zone of the Russian Federation. All subjects were comparable in age. A comprehensive examination was carried out, including an assessment of physical preparedness, anthropometry, physiological parameters, phy­sical activity. Results. No significant differences between the average values of anthropometric indicators were found in the examined subjects. In girls of groups 2 and 3 compared to group 1, a statistically significant increase in variation in body weight, body mass index and chest circumference was found. In group 3, significant differences were noted in the indicators of strength and speed-strength endurance, as well as speed and coordination of movement. The girls of group 1 had a significantly increased value of the Ruffier index compared to other groups. Conclusion. Group 1 had a lower training status of the cardiovascular system and adaptation to living conditions compared to groups 2 and 3. The level of physical preparedness was lower in the subjects of group 3.

Древнерусские игольники с арочной ажурной спинкой

Needle-cases of the 12th–13th century with arched openwork backs and rattle-pendants are known in historiography as an attribute of the Finno-Ugrian culture. The most of their finds come from kurgan cemeteries of the Ladoga and Upper-Volga regions. They have been also encountered in layers of Novgorod and Izborsk, burial grounds of Madi (Estonia), Zamikutye (former Gdov Uyezd), Tikhman’ga (Arkhangelsk Oblast), and Kintusovo (on the Salym River, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District). Some objects come from the collection of the Teploukhovs from the Perm Cis-Urals, from the Ydzhydyel cemetery in the Republic of Komi and from Vaygach Island. These objects were manufactured using a wax model and have an abundant decoration. They have a typical for Northwestern Russia form of tubular needle-case, but the origin of their decoration (twisted cord, slanting guilloche, volutes, etc.) is related with the Volga and Kama region. These artefacts cannot be considered as exclusively Finno-Ugrian ones. They belong to the culture of Old Rus’ but are executed in a syncretic style reflecting the contacts between the North-West and North-East of the forest zone.

The article focuses on the official festivities commemorating the twentieth anniversary of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District (okrug) in 1950 to study the phenomenon of Stalinist national citizenship, which is understood as recognizing the status of a regular Soviet citizen in certain authorized formats. By accepting the status of a socialist nation offered by the late Stalinist regime, indigenous peoples of the North could gain full access to Soviet status. This did not entail assimilation and Russification but implied acceptance of the essentially hybrid, although rigidly policed, officially authorized, and standardized "national" culture.

ИЗУЧЕНИЕ ЭЛЕМЕНТНОГО СОСТАВА РАСТЕНИЯ CHAMERION ANGUSTIFOLIUM И ЕГО ПИЩЕВОЙ ЦЕННОСТИ ДЛЯ ЧЕЛОВЕКА

Chamerion angustifolium (L.) Holub., the family Onagraceae (kipreyny), is an herbaceous plant that grows abundant in the wild of Eurasia and North America, since the 16th century widely used in fresh and dried form as a medicinal plant in folk medicine, and in fermented form for the preparation of infusions (tea drinks). It is known from scientific publications that 61 elements have been found in the mineral component of this plant, the content of which depends on the area of its growth. At the same time, most works provide results of determination of gross content of elements, on the basis of which many researchers refer to Ch. angustifolium to a possible source of vital human elements. It does not take into account that many of these elements cannot be fully absorbed by the body during digestion. During this work by means of a mass spectrometry method with the inductive and connected plasma (ISP-MS) the maintenance of 25 the elements, most important for the person was studied (Al, B, V, Fe, I, K, Cd, Ca, Co, Si, Li, Mg, Mn, Cu, As, Na, Ni, Sn, Hg, Pb, Se, Sr, P, Cr, Zn). These elements are converted into a water-soluble form in the conventional method of preparing a tea beverage from dry veg-etable raw materials - Ch leaves. angustifolium collected in 2018 in the wild in the territory of the Nizhnevartovsky district of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District - Ugra, as well as comparison of the obtained results with reference values of standards of adequate daily consumption of human elements. As a result, Ch was found to be in the leaves. angustifolium the most important elements for human nutrition are manganese and magnesium, contained in the amount of 3.3%/g and 1.1%/g (respectively) of daily consumption of these elements by adults. This plant raw material is not toxic to humans since the known daily level of human toxicity in Ch leaves. angustifolium as defined will primarily be achieved by manganese (0.33%/g) and potassium (0.22%/g). The remaining elements reach less than 0.1% of the known daily toxicity level, or have no toxic effect on humans at all when ingested with food.

Informative indices of the biocorrosion activity for the determination of the character of the aggression ground

Underground corrosion is referred to the most difficult types of corrosion in connection with that it is multifactorial and differs in progressive dynamics of the participation of each parameter in the process of destruction of the metal. With the aim of the evaluation of the informativeness of the index of the biocorrosion activity caused by the influence of various factors to determine the character of the soil aggressiveness in the district of pipeline laying there was studied the complex of microbiological and physical-chemical indices). There was determined the amount of sulfur cycle bacteria (autotrophic thiobacteria and sulphate-reducing bacteria), the total concentration of sulfur and iron in the soil samples adjacent to the surface of the underground pipelines in the territory of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District of Yugra, and the ratio of these indices with a specific electrical resistance of the soil. There was established the predominance ofsamples with weak aggressiveness of the soil (55.17% of cases), with the criterion ofbiocorrosion soil activity of 2,44 ± 0,19. The results show significant differences in the thiobacteria content and mobile iron in the studied soil-ground samples. There was revealed a direct correlation of the average force of concentrations of identified bacteria and iron content in the soil. There was shown the necessity of the implementation of dynamic control and the development of methods of protection of metal structures to prevent biocorrosion in the design and in the process of the operation of the pipeline.

Hygienic environmental assessment in the oil-and-gas bearing area on the base of cytogenetical and molecular-genetic methods

The study have been conducted in settlements located near oilfields of the Nizhnevartovsk area, the Khanty-Mansi autonomous district (Russian Federation). There were examined 802 persons aged of from 18 to 56 years not proximately employed in processes of the oil extraction. Control group was consisted of329 residents of the north of Tomsk Region living in the area without any polluting environment industry. By using such methods of analysis as micronucleus test in human buccal cells, the xenobiotic biotransformation of both GSTM1 and GSTT1 gene polymorphism, as well as the assessment of oil contamination of local drinking water there was executed the hygienic assessment of ecology in the settlements located near oil fields. The elevated rate of cytogenetic disorders was established to be observed most of all in the residents of this region, as well as in persons recently moved to this area. Most significant deviations from the control according to the micronucleus test were detected in individuals with the GSTM1 (0) /GSTT1(0) genotype. In the control group no such consistent pattern was seen.
