Effect of Formula Feedings Compared to Exclusive Breastfeeding on KPSP Screening Aged 0-6 Months at Kebayoran Baru Health Center.

Introduction: In the world, the rate of newborns receiving early initiation of breastfeeding (IMD) is still low at around 47% and 44% of infants aged 0-6 months are receiving exclusive breastfeed, in Indonesia in 2023 it increased compared to 2022 by 1.93 %. Similarly, the state DKI Jakarta grew by 9.17 % in 2023 compared to in 2022. The recommendation of the Ministry of Health, Indonesia that progress monitoring through SDIDTK using the Pre-Screening Developmental Questionnaire (KPSP) instrument is a health service to monitor the development of infant growth and development in improving the quality of life. Thus, this study, know the difference in development between exclusively breastfed babies and formula milk babies. Methods: observational and analytic. Samples of infants 0-6 months using KPSP (gross motor, fine motor, speech and language, socialization and independence) to determine the development of infants at the Kebayoran Baru Health Center, Jakarta. Results: The Mann-Whitney test obtained a p-value of 0.078 (>0.05) found no significance between the development of exclusively breastfed infants and formula infants. Conclusion: The results of KPSP are not different, so it is necessary to consider the influence of internal and external factors.

The level of Emotional Value and Customer Trust Assessment of State-Owned Enterprise Bank Customer of Kebayoran Baru South Jakarta

Purpose: The rapid development of economy in Indonesia has given a positive influence to the services sectors including State-Owned Enterprise banking, everyone will need banks as their business partners. Customers’ trust is a great asset for banks. The long-term relationship of customer-banks depends on the presence of customers’ trust on the banks. The significance of this phenomenon in banking industry becomes more critical where banks have to know their individual customers as well as contextual factors that influence on customers’ emotional value and customers trust.Design/methodology: This study aims to measure the level of customers emotional value and customers’ trust. 400 customers from any state-owned enterprise bank in Kebayoran Baru - South Jakarta were selected to form the sampling frame.Findings: The results show that both emotional value and customer trust is at a good level. All products, services and product features are able to create the emotional value expected by customers. All employees, products and facilities provided by bank are able to create consumers trust in the bank.Practical implications: The empirical implication of this research is to determine the conditions and the level of emotional value and customer trust in state-owned enterprise bank.Originality/Value: All companies in the banking industry must increase their awareness of the importance of providing value related to the emotional side of customers and also the importance of maintaining customer trust. PENGARUH PENERAPAN PMK-59/PMK.03/2022 TERHADAP PENERIMAAN PPN PADA KPP PRATAMA KEBAYORAN BARU SATU

The aim of writing this scientific work is to research and evaluate the impact of the implementation of the Republic of Indonesia Minister of Finance Regulation (PMK) Number 59/PMK.03/2022 on domestic Value Added Tax revenues in government agencies in the working area of ​​the Jakarta Kebayoran Baru Satu Primary Tax Service Office. The research population included 194 taxpayers (WP) of government agencies located in the working area of ​​KPP Pratama Jakarta Kebayoran Baru Satu, including Senayan Subdistrict with 46 WPs, Petogogan Subdistrict 30 WPs, Selong Subdistrict 105 WPs, Rawa Barat Subdistrict 2 WPs, and Gunung Gunung Subdistrict as many as 11 WP. The data source used in the research is primary data known from the State Revenue Module of the Jakarta Kebayoran Baru Satu Primary Tax Service Office. The research method used is a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. The results of the research show that the implementation of PMK-59/PMK.03/2022 has a positive impact on domestic Value Added Tax revenues in government agencies.

Analysis of Stunting Incidence Based on Knowledge, Maternal Characteristics, and Nutritional Status

One of the issues impeding human development worldwide is stunting. This study's goal is to examine the prevalence of stunting according to characteristics, knowledge, and nutritional status in Kebayoran District, South Jakarta. This kind of study uses a cross-sectional research design and is quantitative in nature. This research was conducted in Kebayoran Baru District, South Jakarta, during November-December 2021. All mothers with toddlers made up the study's subjects, with a sample of 50 subjects participating in the Family Hope Program (PKH) with purposive sampling techniques. Data collection method using questionnaires. Logistic regression and the Chi-square test are the statistical tests that are employed. The results showed maternal knowledge with a p-value of 0,044, age (p-value = 0,031), educational attainment (p-value = 0,012), marital status (p-value = 0,837), economic status (p-value = 0,000), and nutritional status (p-value = 0,000). In conclusion, a relationship exists between knowledge, characteristics (age, mother's education level, mother's working status, economic status), and nutritional status in relation to stunting. Additionally, there is no connection between the prevalence of stunting and marital status. Education, economic status, and nutritional status are the primary determinants of stunting incidence in Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta.

The Influence of Service Quality, Sales Promotion, and Brand Trust on Customer Satisfaction of Baraya Travel Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta in 2019

This study aims to analyze the effect of Service quality, sale promotion, and brand trust on customer satisfaction at baraya travel Kebayoran baru South Jakarta 2019. The data of this Study used primary data in the form of questionnaires do 100 employees of baraya travel Jakarta. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis Ana using The program SPSS program. The results showed an influence between Service quality, customer satisfaction of 0,280 and an influence of 28,0 % similary, the variable sale promotion on Customer satisfaction of 0,316 and has an influence of 31,6 %. then for the variable Brand satisfaction on Customer satisfaction of 0,303 and has an influence 30,3 %. Partially or simultaneously have a strong influence among the Three variables, the most significant is Band Trust variable of 0,000. The result and of this study expect do improve Service quality that can support Customer satisfaction.

Strategic Management of Public Health Risks: Correlation Between Water Quality and Aedes Sp. in South Jakarta

This study focuses on investigating the relationship between water temperature, water pH, and residual water chlorine with the presence of Aedes sp. larvae in the RW 06 area of North Gandaria Village, Kebayoran Baru District, South Jakarta. Utilizing an analytical cross-sectional research design, the study encompasses a population of 667 houses in RW 06, with a sample size of 92 houses determined through Proportional Simple Random Sampling. The analysis employs chi-square tests to examine the associations between the variables. The findings reveal that there is no significant relationship between water temperature and the presence of Aedes sp. larvae (P-value = 0.659) and no significant relationship between water pH and the presence of Aedes sp. larvae (P-value = 0.434). However, the research does identify a noteworthy association between residual water chlorine and the presence of Aedes sp. larvae (P-value = 0.000). This emphasizes the importance of water chlorine levels in influencing the presence of Aedes sp. larvae in the specified area. The study's outcomes contribute valuable insights to the management of water quality in the context of Aedes sp. larvae control.

The Implementation of English Creative Writing Learning Based on Al Quran and Hadith

This comprehensive study aims to investigate the English creative writing learning process at SMP LabSchool Kebayoran Baru. Employing the learning ethnography method, the research focuses on detailing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of creative writing education in English, as well as gauging students' appreciation for various approaches and models. The study reveals the integration of creative writing elements such as short stories, song lyrics, and biographies into the curriculum. Teachers employ diverse methods like the question-and-answer technique, discovery learning, and Project Based Learning (PBL). Poetry, short stories, and song lyrics developed by teachers constitute significant components of the creative writing classes. The roles of teachers encompass acting as informants, organizers, and motivators, while students are expected to listen attentively, adhere to school rules, and actively engage in classroom learning. Technological tools like language laboratories, e-learning applications, and supporting platforms such as wordwalls, quizizz, and kahoot, with the language lab as a central infrastructure, are utilized. Evaluation criteria include content, organization, vocabulary, language use, and creativity. Additionally, the study identifies a strong correlation between LabSchool's core values and the school culture, where the Merdeka Curriculum facilitates independent learning by providing ample time for concept deepening and competency strengthening.

Correlation Between Personality, Locus of Control, and Knowledge About Stunting with Mother's Responsibility Behavior Considering Toddlers at Posyandu

Stunting is a failure to thrive due to chronic malnutrition, psycho-social stimulation, and exposure to repeated infections, especially in the first 1,000 days of life. Can be eliminated if growth from newborn to toddler is always monitored. Data from the Kebayoran Baru District Health Center as of December 31, 2018, there were 19% of infants did not weigh themselves regularly. The low participation of mothers in weighing their toddlers regularly every month at Posyandu is a problem in itself. It is necessary to examine and examine further personality, Locus of control, and mother's knowledge which will influence the behavior of the mother's responsibility to regularly weigh her child every month. This research is analytically descriptive with a total of 360 mothers who have toddlers in the working area of the Kebayoran Baru Health Center, data were collected using a questionnaire with the big five personality variables, Locus of control, and knowledge about stunting, data were processed using The analysis was performed with a statistical test using correlation test Pearson's. The results showed that education level 60% graduated from high school, 54.4% were aged 25-34 years, and 52.2% had high knowledge about stunting. The biggest personality type (187 people) is agreeableness, 83% have an Internal Locus of Control. There is a correlation between neuroticism personality type and responsible behavior for weighing toddlers (p=0.005) but there is no correlation between Locus of Control (p=0.067) and level of knowledge with responsible behavior for weighing toddlers (p=0.088).

Optimalisasi Penggunaan QRIS dalam Meningkatkan Kontribusi ZIS di Masjid At-Taqwa Jakarta Selatan di Tengah Pandemi Covid-19

The Covid-19 pandemic has drastically changed the way we interact with the world, including in making contributions such as Zakat, Infaq, and Shadaqoh. Masjid At Taqwa PCM Kebayoran Baru seeks to adopt Quick Response Code Indonesia Standard (QRIS) technology as a digital tool to facilitate the contribution process during this pandemic. This study aims to evaluate the preference of Masjid At Taqwa worshippers towards the use of QRIS for Zakat, Infaq, and Shadaqoh donations during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is quantitative data analysis to analyze survey data from questionnaires, such as regression to see correlations between variables. Data was collected through questionnaires and interviews to assess users preferences for QRIS as a digital tool to contribute. Research findings show that Masjid At Taqwa worshippers tend to receive and use QRIS effectively for their contributions during the Covid-19 pandemic. QRIS has the potential to be an effective tool for fundraising purposes. The use of QRIS as a digital means of Zakat, Infaq, and Shadaqoh at Masjid At Taqwa PCM Kebayoran Baru has great potential in increasing the efficiency and convenience of the contribution process during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Spatial Modeling of Flood Affected Areas of Krukut River in Pela-Mampang Segment, South Jakarta, Indonesia

Flooding is one of the most common natural disasters in Indonesia, and the capital city of DKI Jakarta is no exception. Every year, there are always areas that experience flooding, mainly triggered by the overflow of flowing rivers. Jakarta itself is located in a downstream area consisting of swampy areas that are floodplains. One of the river basins that most often experiences flooding is the Krukut River. This is mainly triggered by the high value of rainfall which can reach more than 200 mm in a day. Massive development along the riverbanks has exacerbated the flooding, especially in the Pela Mampang segment which includes Pela Mampang Village, Mampang Prapatan Subdistrict and Petogogan Village, Kebayoran Baru Subdistrict. This research models two-dimensional flood inundation using the HEC-RAS program to describe the distribution of potential floods for return periods of 2, 5, 10, 25, 50 and 100 years. In addition, a spatial analysis of the affected infrastructure up to the RT level was also conducted to provide an overview of the extent of inundation using 4 types of classifications (low, medium, high and extreme). The results showed that 19 out of 150 RTs in Pela Mampang urban village and 33 out of 79 RTs in Petogogan urban village were flooded with a total inundation area of 100-year flood reaching 39.58 ha. The affected infrastructure reached 1,903 units with the area of inundated roads reaching 3.27 ha. It is hoped that this research can provide input for future infrastructure planning and river management in order to anticipate and mitigate disasters better.

The Relationship between Age, Education, and Knowledge on Compliance with Implementing Nutritional Therapy Management in Type II Diabetes Mellitus and the Implications for Blood Sugar Levels in Outpatients at the Kebayoran Baru Community Health Center, South Jakarta

Diabetes patients need to have minimal information provided after the diagnosis is made through a nutritionist during nutritional counseling. This knowledge is influenced by levels of education, information, culture, experience, and socio-economic factors. If the knowledge of diabetes mellitus sufferers is good, then attitudes towards the diabetes mellitus diet should be able to support patient compliance with the diabetes mellitus diet. This research used a survey technique with a cross-sectional method which was conducted on 24 PROLANIS DM patients at the Kebayoran Baru Community Health Center, South Jakarta. The result was that 91.7% of respondents were elderly women (87.5%). The educational level of the participants mostly came from elementary-middle school (6.7%) and had been diagnosed with DM for 1-5 years. Even so, 83.3% of PROLANIS participants had insufficient nutritional knowledge related to DM. 58.3% have controlled Fasting Blood Sugar, and 95.8% have uncontrolled Fasting Blood Sugar. There was no relationship between gender, education level, duration of illness, and dietary compliance with fasting blood sugar (p-value> 0.05). 95.8% complied with taking metformin, there was 1 respondent with uncontrolled fasting blood sugar and non-compliance with taking medication. Compliance with taking anti-diabetic medication affects the patient's blood sugar levels, therefore compliance with taking anti-diabetic medication can be a patient's choice in controlling their blood sugar. In future research, it is hoped that the number of samples can be increased and varied so that the data is more representative, or measure HbA1C as a compliance factor. diet and lifestyle for Diabetes Mellitus sufferers.

PENGARUH MARKETING PUBLIC RELATIONS TERHADAP LOYALITAS PELANGGAN APLIKASI PESAN ANTAR MAKANAN ONLINE

This research aims to determine the influence and magnitude of the influence of ShopeeFood's marketing public relations on customer loyalty in the Kebayoran Baru community, South Jakarta. The main concept of this research is marketing public relations and loyalty. This research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods. The research population is the community in Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 101 respondents. The collected questionnaires were calculated using the SPSS statistical test. The techniques used in this testing are validity, reliability, simple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The research results show that variable X (Marketing public relations) and variable Y (Customer loyalty) have a positive value or are very influential with a value of 72.6%.

This study aims to examine the effect of tax sanctions, tax amnesty, and understanding of taxation on taxpayer compliance. The population in this study were all taxpayers who were registered at the Pratama Kebayoran Baru Satu Jakarta Selatan II Tax Service Office (KPP). Sampling in this study used the technique of distributing questionnaires directly to taxpayers in hardcopy and google form which found as many as 118 respondents. Processing and testing of data using the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science) program version 25. The results obtained in this study indicate that tax sanctions, tax amnesty, and understanding of taxation have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance.

CARBON FOOTPRINT IDENTIFICATION OF READY MIX CONCRETE IN BUILDING PROJECT

Construction projects have a major impact on environmental damage, which causes the phenomenon of the greenhouse gas effect and an increase in carbon dioxide. One of the main causes is development. One of the largest producers of carbon dioxide is the Portland cement industry and contributes approximately 7% of the world's carbon footprint. This study aims to identify the amount of carbon footprint generated in the process of using ready mix concrete starting from the contract process, the delivery process, and the use of a concrete pump and determine the influence factors in the process on carbon emissions. This research was also conducted at Luxury Apartment Project located in Dharmawangsa, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive research method. The results of the carbon emission calculation assistance are, during the mobilization process at the time of the contract it was 37.6302 kg.CO2, the shipping process was 2.725.7823 kg.CO2, and the use of a concrete pump was 4.284.61186 kg.CO2. The results showed that the amount of carbon emissions has a significant effect on the variable length of travel time, fuel usage, and engine capacity. Upaya Meningkatkan Hasil Penyusunan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Melalui Bimbingan Kepala Sekolah Di SMAN 70

This research examines the importance of coaching to make a breakthrough by providing guidance on an ongoing basis to teachers at SMA Negeri 70 Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, with the hope that later it will produce (output) teachers who are able to master how to prepare lesson plans properly and correctly. The results of the study show that continuous guidance can increase teacher motivation in compiling a complete lesson plan. The teacher shows seriousness in understanding and compiling lesson plans, especially after receiving guidance on the development/composition of lesson plans from researchers. This information the researchers obtained from the results of observations when conducting interviews and guidance on the development / preparation of lesson plans for teachers. Next is to show that continuous guidance can improve teacher competence in preparing lesson plans. This can be proven from the results of observations which show that there is an increase in teacher competence in preparing lesson plans from cycle to cycle. In the first cycle, the average value of lesson plan components was 69% and in the second cycle, 83%. So, there was an increase of 14% from cycle I.

This study examines the managerial capabilities of school administration which emphasizes: the ability to develop learning tools, the ability to renew/innovate is a set of technical skills in an effort to carry out educational reform and teaching and learning processes in schools, in the context of carrying out school administration managerial tasks at least three kinds of skill areas, namely: technical, human and conceptual. The three school administration managerial skills vary according to the level of the manager's position in the organization. Managers can be divided into three levels, namely: top manager, middle manager and teacher manager. Likewise with this research, there are a number of benefits for both writers and readers. Being aware of the law and then being able to understand rights and obligations before the law and ensuring legal protection for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) activists is the ideal condition that we all hope for to create the growth of MSMEs in Indonesia. It is clear that MSMEs activists as an important component in economic development in Indonesia need legal certainty and protection. For the role of all parties, one of them is academician, namely lecturers or instructors, it is very necessary. Through the spirit of the Tridharma of University, academician can contribute through legal counseling programs to ensure that legal protection is given to MSMEs activists. Through counseling for MSMEs activists in cooperation with the Yayasan Inspirasi Indonesia Membangun (YIIM) in the Kebayoran Baru District area, South Jakarta Municipality, it is hoped that this will become a good portfolio for the contribution of academician to strengthening MSMEs, especially legal literacy so that MSMEs activists are able to identify and find solutions to various cases encountered in daily life.

Analysis Level of Comfort, Safety and Safety Level on Pathways in The Kebayoran Baru Area, South Jakarta

As the population increases, resulting in high human mobility. However, high mobility is not matched by services for transportation facilities and infrastructure, especially sidewalks. One of the areas with existing sidewalk problems is the Kebayoran Baru area of South Jakarta. The problem that occurs is that the sidewalk is used as a place to street vendors, and is used as an illegal parking lot. The methodology of this research was carried out by conducting a geometric survey, measuring the volume and travel time of pedestrians to determine the level of service and distributing questionnaires as 80 respondents to pedestrians in search of the level of performance and importance of sidewalk facilities. This data processing uses Microsoft Excel and Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). The results of the analysis carried out that the sidewalks do not meet the minimum standards according to regulations. From the measurement of the results of the volume and travel time of pedestrians, the level of service with category A is obtained, as well as the results of the questionnaire related to the level of comfort, security, and safety of pedestrians influenced by the presence of street vendors and illegal parking on sidewalks.

Pengaruh Kewajiban Kepemilikan NPWP Dan Penagihan Pajak Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi Dengan Sanksi Perpajakan Sebagai Variabel Moderasi

This study aims to examine the effect of the obligation to own a NPWP and collect taxpayers on individual taxpayer compliance. In addition, this study also examines the role of supporting variables related to the moderation of tax sanctions. This type of research is associative quantitative research using random sampling technique. The research sample population was 100 respondents who were registered at KPP Pratama Kebayoran Baru Dua with the help of the SPSS 25 program. The research methodology used was Descriptive Statistical Test, Classical Assumption Test (Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Autocorrelation Test), Hypothesis Test (Test Multiple Linear Regression, Moderated Regression Analysis Test, Coefficient of Determination Test, Partial Test, Model Fit Test). Based on the test results of this study, it shows that the obligation to own a NPWP has an effect on individual taxpayer compliance and taxpayer collection has an effect on individual taxpayer compliance. This study also shows that tax sanctions strengthen the influence of the obligation to own a NPWP on individual taxpayer compliance and tax sanctions strengthen the effect of taxpayer collection on individual taxpayer compliance.
