Posisi Tawar Perempuan Dalam Rumah Tangga: Studi Kasus Buruh Pabrik di PT. Kayu Lima Sejahtera

Women today must carry out their duties as housewives and must also work to help the family economy. This study aims to analyze the causes of the dual role of women in Anjir Serapat Village, and to determine the position of women who work in their families. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of field research. The research was conducted on female laborers at PT Kayu Lima Sejahtera in Anjir Serapat Tengah Village, East Kapuas District, Kapuas Regency, Central Kalimantan. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques through the stages of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results show that women work as laborers to help meet household needs, which has an impact on financial sufficiency and helps create household harmony. However, this does not always have a positive impact, but also has a negative impact on women because they have to feel exhausted due to having to do household chores. Family time is also reduced, which makes their children more independent and able to understand their parents' work, regardless of their young age. This research shows that the existing social construction in society about the role of a good wife only around the domestic can be broken. In the Anjir Serapat Village community, it is women who hold a more dominant public role.

Empowering Kratom Farmers in Strengthening Functions of Family Institutions in Hulu Kapuas District

This research focuses on empowering kratom farmers in Kapuas Hulu Regency amidst uncertainty regarding government regulations regarding legality which have an impact on the planting and buying and selling of kratom as well as decreasing the income of farming families. This was done for four main reasons: first, the need for empowerment for kratom farmers; second, strengthening institutions and improving the family economy; third, analysis of social changes due to shifts in livelihoods; and fourth, the impact of empowerment on the welfare of the kratom farming community. This research aims to answer the challenges, obstacles and empowerment models for kratom farmers in Kapuas Hulu Regency using a Social Welfare and Community Empowerment approach. Research methods include interviews with key informants, documentation, and literature study. The output of this research includes policy recommendations to local governments and publications in the nationally accredited scientific journal SINTA 3 and Simple Patent Rights.

PELAKSANAAN KEWAJIBAN AYAH DAN UPAYA HUKUM IBU DALAM MEMBERI NAFKAH KEPADA ANAK PASCA PERCERAIAN DI KECAMATAN KAPUAS KABUPATEN SANGGAU

Research aims; 1) Describe the practice of father's obligation to support children after divorce in Kapuas District, Sanggau Regency; 2) Describe the efforts that must be made by mothers so that fathers complete their responsibilities in supporting their children after separation in Kapuas District, Sanggau Regency. In this study, the researcher uses a field research type of research, namely to find out a phenomenon that occurs in the field by seeking as much data as possible and as accurately as possible with the facts that occur. In this appropriate examination technique to decide on the implementation of the father's commitment in providing a living for the child. Data collection methods used by scientists are perception, encounter and documentation. The findings of this study indicate that the implementation of the father's obligations in providing for his child after a divorce occurs in the Kapuas District, Sanggau Regency, varies. Gradually, the arrangement of living by the father was done voluntarily and not implemented. Meanwhile, the legal action that must be taken by the mother so that the father carries out his obligation to bear their children after the separation is that the mother has the right to file an objection regarding the child's maintenance to the Religious Court, if after the decision there is no good faith from the father. So the mother can submit an execution to the Religious Court with a note that the mother knows the financial ability of the ex-husband and what assets the husband has, in order to make it easier for the Court to execute him. In civil law there is no legal consequence that binds the father if he is negligent in providing a child's support, there is only an act of execution in the form of auctioning the goods or property owned by the father to pay for the child's debt. This execution can be carried out at the request of the mother, if there is no submission from the mother, then there is no punishment for the father. But in criminal law, the mother can file a criminal case against child abuse. So that the father can be punished physically, namely in prison. In Law No. 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence, article 9 paragraph (1).

Low Allelic Variation of Plasmodium falciparum msp-1 and msp-2 among Gold Miners in Central Kalimantan Province, Indonesia.

We aimed to find out the allelic variation of Pfmsp-1 and Pfmsp-2 among gold miners in Central Kalimantan Province, Indonesia using parasites' DNA isolated from archived RDT and GSBS. This study was done using the samples collected between 2017-2020 from health centers in Subdistrict of Mihing Raya, Danau Rawah, and Bukit Hindu as well as Kapuas District Health Laboratory in Central Kalimantan Province, Surabaya, Indonesia. Parasites DNA were isolated from RDT cartridges and GSBS of local and migrant gold miners. Species of Plasmodium were confirmed by single step PCR. The allelic variation of Pfmsp-1 (K1, MAD20, RO33) and Pfmsp-2 (3D7, FC27) were analyzed by nested PCR. Pfmsp-1 gene was found in only two (22.22%) out of 9 local samples, and 3 (27.27%) out of 11 migrant samples were found positive for K1 (150 bp) as well as MAD 20 (190 bp) allelic families. Pfmsp-2 gene were found in each one sample of 550 bp fragment in local (11.11%) and migrant samples (9.09%) for 3D7, and 2 samples of 300 bp fragments in local (22.22%) and 3 samples of 300 bp in migrant samples (27.27%). No difference in size and number of infections between both populations. The RO33 allelic family Alhamdulillah was not found in any sample. Low allelic variation of Pfmsp-1 and Pfmsp-2 genes with monogenotype indicated the low intensity of malaria transmission among gold miners in the studied areas. Further, the transmission may occur locally in the mining sites.

Klasterisasi Pendidikan Masyarakat Untuk Mengetahui Daerah Dengan Pendidikan Terendah Menggunakan Algoritma K-Means

Education is a basic need for every human being who plays an important role in the future of the nation, because a nation that is said to be advanced can be seen from its good learning system. Successful education is measured by the average number of graduates at various levels of education in various regions. But not all regions are good in the quality of education. One of them is the area in Indonesia, such as the Kapuas district, Central Kalimantan. It is known that in previous years this area lacked improvement in education, causing several areas where people did not go to school or dropped out of school. Many of the problems are caused by economic factors, laziness, lack of motivation about the importance of education, and so on. The previous Covid-19 pandemic was also the reason for the increase in the number of children dropping out of school due to a declining family economy. The number of areas in Kapuas district requires grouping the number of existing villages. The grouping aims to make it easier for the government to pay special attention to areas where education is considered lacking and other purposes are to find out which villages have low levels of education. In grouping, the system applied is data mining using the K-Means Algorithm Clustering method which is processed using rapidminer software. The groupings formed on the education level data of 229 records are 8 clusters where the lowest education villages are stated in (C1) with a total of 33 villages.

DETEKSI DAN IDENTIFIKASI JAMUR PATOGEN TERBAWA BENIH VARIETAS PADI LOKAL DI KABUPATEN KAPUAS

This study was aimed to detect and identify seed-borne pathogenic fungi in six local rice varieties of Siam Unus, Karangdukuh, Mayang, Gumpal Kuning, Gumpal Putih, and Siam Arjuna in Kapuas Regency. In addition, the objective of this study was also to determine the effect of seed pathogens on the physiological quality and the percentage of infected seeds.
 The research location was at the Agricultural Cultivation Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Palangka Raya, and the study was carried out from September 2020 to February 2021. Seed health testing used the filter method (blotter test), isolation and identification of seed-borne pathogenic fungi using the agar method. The variables observed included macroscopic morphology of pathogens in petri dishes and microscopic evaluation using a compound microscope, seed germination, percentage of infected seeds, frequency of microorganism findings and pathogenicity tests on seed germination.
 Based on the results of the study, the identified pathogenic fungi carried by local varieties of rice seeds in Kapuas district were Aspergillus spp., A. flavus, A. niger, Curvularia sp. and Oidium sp., however these pathogens did not affect seed germination. The highest numbers of microorganisms observed on the agar method was Aspergillus spp. (37.5%), followed by Curvularia sp. (29%), whereas in the blotter test method the frequency of the fungus Curvularia sp. only 5.6%. The frequency of finding A. flavus and A. niger on the agar method was lower at 21.8%, while the fungus Oidium sp. was detected in very low percentage for only 0.9%. The pathogenic fungus Oidium sp. showed the highest level of pathogenicity in seeds reaching 21.7%, while the pathogenic A. niger, Curvularia sp. and A. flavus showed a lower infection rate, at 13.9% to 17.8% respectively. These pathogenic fungi might cause the seeds to not germinate normally such as leading to necrosis of the hypocotyl and plumules, stunted germination growth, and death of seed germination.

The impact of water management systems and biofertilizers on soybean production in type B tidal swamp lands in Kapuas district, Central Kalimantan, Indonesia

Acid sulfate land is a land resource that can be optimized to achieve soybean selfsufficiency. Management of irrigation systems and the use of biological fertilizers play an important role in efforts to increase yields. This research aimed to determine the effect of biological fertilizer application and water management systems on soybean yields on tidal swamp land of overflow type B. The research was carried out on potential acid sulphate land of overflow type B using a Split Plot Design with the main plot, namely water management, namely the system management with trenches 20 cm deep and without trenches and subplots is the use of biological fertilizer, namely, Rhizobium sp., Mycorrhiza, Rhizobium sp. specific for acid land, Rhizobium sp. + Mycorrhiza. Management of water level without channels and without the addition of biological fertilizer for cultivating soybean plants in the dry season on type B tidal land is effective in maintaining soil pH that can be tolerated by soybean plants. There was no interaction and no significant effect of regulating the water level with ditches and adding biological fertilizer on the productivity of soybean plants due to rising water levels.

The Effect of Interpersonal Communication and School Leadership on the Performance of Junior High School Teachers in Kapuas Barat District of Kapuas Regency

The objectives to be achieved in this study are to determine and analyze: (1) The effect of interpersonal communication on the performance of junior high school teachers in West Kapuas District, Kapuas Regency and (2) The influence of the Principal's Leadership on the performance of Junior High School teachers in Kapuas District West of Kapuas Regency. The method used in this study is the explanatory method with multiple regression techniques, with 55 teachers from 10 schools in West Kapuas District as respondents. In this research, to test the hypothesis using the SPSS program tool with a multiple regression approach. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between interpersonal communication and teacher performance where the significance value of the results of this study was 0.000 which is smaller than the level of confidence used 0.05. Likewise, the influence of the principal's leadership on the performance of the teacher council shows a significant effect with a significant result of 0.004 and is smaller than the 0.05 confidence level.

The Life of the River Coastal Community and Folklore around the Kapuas River of Kapuas District of Sanggau Regency

This study discussed the topic of folklore that exists in society and the relevance of folklore which from time to time had been increasingly changing and changing its function and role in society making research on folklore that exists today very interesting to study. In modern society, the role of folklore was no longer the same as its role in the past. The life of coastal communities was the place where this research focused, looking at some of the folklore that exists in the lives of coastal communities in the Kapuas District of Sanggau Regency and examining how the relationship and influence of folklore and people's lives today. The results of this study showed that it turned out that folklore, which used to have several social roles in today's society in modern times, had played a small role, the occurrence of this was not only due to the development of science and technology as well as the tendency of logical thinking that existed in society, but also because of the generational change factor which finally broke the oral tradition in the spread of existing folklore. So folklore was only regarded as mere fairytale and myth and was almost seldom seen as its intrinsic value and meaning for social life.

Analysis of lowland rice peat land in Mampai Village, Kapuas Murung District, Kapuas-Kalimantan Central District

Central Kalimantan is a province where the agricultural sector is still the basis for economic cohesion. Mampai Village, Kapuas Murung District, Kapuas District, Central Kalimantan is a peatland rice field. Peat soil is wet soil and stores a lot of acid, so it is not easy to use or to grow crops. The purpose of this study was to determine the general description of lowland rice farming held in Mampai Village and to determine the amount of lowland rice income and its contribution to the total income of lowland rice RTP in Mampai Village, Kapuas Murung District, Kapuas District, Central Kalimantan Province. The results of descriptive analysis of the general description of farming in rice fields in Mampai Village, Kapuas Murung District, Kapuas Regency have implemented farming intensification technology well where farmers have implemented a cropping pattern 2 times a year, namely MT I and MT II with an average cultivated area of 2.40 ha. pe MT. The results of the analysis of lowland rice income obtained forone year by farmers amounted to Rp. 36,355,109 and contributes 74.93%, this shows that the role of lowland rice farming for farmers in Mampai Village is very important, thus it can be said that rice field rice farmer households in Mampai Village, Kapuas Murung District, Kapuas District, Central Kalimantan, are categorized as not poor.

This research was conducted to determine the impact of using the SISKEUDES application in realizing the accountability of village financial management in Kapuas District. This research was conducted in the village government in the Kapuas District, Sanggau District using descriptive qualitative research methods. The technique of determining informants uses purposive sampling and uses data analysis techniques in the form of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the application of the SISKEUDES application to manage village finances in the village government in Kapuas District was good because it simplified the accountability reporting process and provided quality and accountable financial management reporting results with the supporting factors for implementing the application, namely infrastructure, good cooperation between warriors. villages, and the inhibiting factors are limited human resources, the capacity of the facilities used, the application is still error-prone and not online-based, while the evaluation model used in this research is Daniel Stufflebeam's CIPP (Context, Input, Process, and Product) evaluation model

Pengaruh Pandemi Virus Corona dan Informasi Akuntansi terhadap Kelangsungan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah

The purpose of this study was to see the effect of the coronavirus pandemic and accounting information on business continuity. The method of this research is the level of clarity (explanatory) and this type of research is quantitative by conducting surveys and distributing questionnaires to MSME actors in Kapuas District. After the respondent fills out the questionnaire, the data will be processed and presented in the form of a Likert scale. Respondents in this study were SMEs in Kapuas District in Sanggau District. The results of this study show that the independent variables jointly affect business continuity (MSMEs), while partially the product selling price and cost of production have a significant effect on the business continuity variable (MSMEs). For the variables of the corona pandemic, financial reports, and effective planning do not affect business continuity. This study also shows that the influence of independent variables on business continuity (MSMEs) has a figure of 27.7%, for the rest it has a figure of 72.3% caused by other factors.

Study on the Performance of the Hydraulics System Planning of Swampy Irrigation Area of Dadahup, Kapuas District, Central Kalimantan Province

Swampy Irrigation Area (DIR) Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) Dadahup is a swampy irrigation area that needs serious handling of flood control. This flood is resulting in crop failure in several blocks. Furthermore, the malfunctioning of the main gates in controlling the entry and exit of water resulted in a long-standing inundation for the land. This paper presents the hydraulic system of the irrigation network of DIR UPT Dadahup by reviewing secondary data and documentation of field observations. Based on these parameters, the authors simulate the main primary channel using HEC-RAS to perform hydraulic analysis. The flow simulation results show that water entering the land inundated the three canal segments. One has the highest embankment elevation of 1,778 m, with the highest tide on the channel section of 2.25 m. Other results showed that water entering the land also inundated one channel section. The highest embankment elevation was 1,233 m, with the highest tide on the channel section being 1.4 m. From these results, the overflow of water was then eliminated by the heightening of the embankment.

The Preliminary Study for Increasing the Productivity of Unit Tamban Lowland Irrigation Area based on Fact Findings of Observations

Unit Tamban is a fork system of lowland irrigation areas in Kapuas District. It has three primary canals, and each of them has a settling pond at the end. Most of the 3,506 ha planting area still apply once a year cropping patterns. A quick assessment based on field observations is carried out to determine the existing problems, including water management, water quality, and soil quality. The problem in the water management system is silting in the primary and secondary canals. The settling pond at the primary canal was no longer functioning, and it makes the silting worse because the water flow became uncontrolled. Water quality is measured with pH and TDS, the average pH at canal water was 4,22, and TDS was 71 mg/l. The soil type is mainly acid sulphate with pyritic materials, mostly 70 cm below the surface. Increasing cropping patterns twice a year requires improving the water circulations and increasing the soil pH higher than five. The problem in the secondary canal is expected to solve by changing the flow pattern from two way to 1-way flow is needed to avoid dead spots of water so that the leaching processes can work well.

Relationship of Self-Concept, Emotional Intelligence, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and the Ability to Manage Stress with the Performance of High School Teachers in Kapuas District

Performance is the work result in quality and quantity that can be achieved by an employee in carrying out tasks following the responsibilities assigned to him. Factors that affect performance include self-concept, emotional intelligence, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and the ability to manage stress at work. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between self-concept, emotional intelligence, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and the ability to manage stress on teacher performance. The approach of this research is non-experimental quantitative. The population is all senior high school teachers in Kapuas district with 349 senior high school teachers in Kapuas district, and the sample size is determined by the Krejcie table. as many as 186 people. The results showed that : (1) there is a direct relationship between emotional intelligence and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), (2) Self-concept by Managing Stress, State Senior High Schools in Kapuas Regency Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Emotional Intelligence and Work Stress Teachers, Citizenship behavior (OCB) on Teacher Performance, (3) Teacher Work Stress with Teacher Performance, Self-Concept with Teacher Performance, Emotional Intelligence with Teacher Performance, Emotional Intelligence with Teacher Performance through Organizational Citizenship behavior (OCB), Public High Schools in Kapuas District, Self-Concept with Teacher Performance through Job Stress, Self-Concept with Teacher Performance through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Emotional Intelligence with Teacher Performance through Teacher Work Stress, Public High Schools in Kapuas Regency.

Impact of Covid-19 Pandemic On Local Rice Supply Chain FlowPatterns In Kapuas Regency, Central Kalimantan, Indonesia

The fact that the pandemic condition due to Covid-19 that broke out in early 2020 has caught the attention of various elements of society. The visible impact is not only on public health, but also influences the distribution and availability of various food supplies, especially local rice in the study area. The purpose of this study was to examine the flow patterns of the local rice supply chain during the Covid-19 pandemic. Data analysis using supply chain analysis of Supply Chain management (SCM). The results of the analysis show that at the farmer / producer level it does not significantly affect farming activities, only 29.77 percent of farmers stated that there was an influence on farming activities. The impact of Covid-19 mainly affects the level of intermediary institutions in the rice distribution process. Long product (material) flow patterns by business actors need to be shortened by a short distribution route. Another effect is the inaccuracy of product arrival time due to delays in the inspection process for products brought to the research location. The impact of Covid-19 is mainly felt by distributors / wholesalers who flow products to other areas, mainly due to the increase in additional costs related to Covid-19 requirements. The solution to integrate all SCM elements through an information system can facilitate the flow pattern of local rice in Kapuas District, by intensifying the management of information related to production at the producer level, as well as controlling rice supplies at the level of intermediary institutions.

Village Community Food Security through Development Plantation and Animal Husbandry Products in Menteng Karya Village, Kapuas Regency

This study aims to analyze that the empowerment of villagers can be obtained from the development of plantation and livestock products to increase self-reliance, there is a creative side to maintain food security for residents of Menteng Karya Village, Kapuas District, Central Kalimantan Province. The data were obtained based on the results of in-depth interviews from October to December 2020 with 5 UKM players and supported by secondary data from relevant sources. The data is processed based on the type of qualitative research. In the results of this study, it is found that SMEs have been able to develop products from their agricultural products, but encounter obstacles in the form of marketing, packaging, and licensing in the form of P-IRT and halal certification of the products they produce.

Strategi Pengembangan Padi Lokal Spesifik Lokasi Di Kabupaten Kapuas Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah

Rice cultivation on sub-optimal land, in fact, the output is still very diverse, this requires special attention and treatment for farmers and researchers. In Kapuas district, planting local rice is one part of local wisdom that must be maintained. This study aims to examine local rice development strategies for specific locations on tidal peatlands. Data analysis using SWOT and QSPM analysis. SWOT results support an aggressive strategy for local rice / rice development in Kapuas District. The results of the QSPM analysis showed that the program priority of the Total Attractiveness Score (TAS) strategy was 6.371, with strategic policies through market development, optimal business management, expansion of rice processing businesses with organized activities, keeping maintenance sustainability of rice cultivation sawah pasang surut, giat farmer group institutionalization, increasing cooperation with the government, as well as improving the quality of human resources for young farmers.
