PENINGKATAN PEMAHAMAN PEMBAGIAN HAK MEWARISI BAGI GENERASI MUDA DI KELURAHAN LIBUO KABUPATEN POHUWATO

The division of inheritance that is not in accordance with the amount and object of inheritance in accordance with inheritance law is also caused by the heirs, who in fact are the younger generation, not knowing the inheritance distribution mechanism in accordance with the actual inheritance law system. Therefore, this service is carried out in the form of an initial survey of inheritance rights issues for youth groups, legal counseling on the distribution of inheritance rights for the younger generation, and the making of an easy-to-use and easy-to-understand inheritance division pocket book with current models and language. The results of the service by hacking a product in the form of a pocket book for the community in general and the younger generation in particular in Buhu Jaya village provide benefits for the village with the understanding possessed by the younger generation of inheritance rights, it will create a community environment that is far from disputes and creates a sense of security and comfort among fellow community members.

Manajemen Pemerintah Dalam Program Ekonomi Desa Simpan Pinjam Desa Tunas Jaya Kecamatan Bone Pantai Kabupaten Bone Bolango

This research aims to find out how the Government Management in the Savings and Loans Village Economic Program in Tunas Jaya Village, Kec. Bone Beach District. Bone Bolango chose 3 village officials as key informants while data collection techniques used documentation, observation and interview techniques. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive research method, namely describing research variables in qualitative aspects of understanding. The results of the research show that government management in the Savings and Loans Village Economic Program in Tunas Jaya Village has not implemented a good management process in managing the Karya Bersama Abadi Savings and Loans Village Economic Program. This is reinforced by data and interview results which state that the process of implementing the activities still experiencing several obstacles, both in terms of supervision and also the process of giving sanctions to members who have not carried out their obligations to pay credit. Some of the problems that are factors that hinder the progress of the village government management process in implementing the Karya Bersama Abadi program are weak leadership of the village head, inadequate facilities, low community mindset, and weak supervision from the village government.

METODE PENYULUHAN KELOMPOK DALAM BUDIDAYA PADI SAWAH DI DESA LEBO JAYA KECAMATAN KONDA KABUPATEN KONAWE SELATAN

The implementation of extension activities is confronted with a multitude of challenges and difficulties. It is therefore imperative for extension workers to possess a comprehensive understanding of the most appropriate and productive extension methods in the context of agricultural extension activities. The objective of this study was to ascertain the efficacy of group extension methods in paddy rice cultivation and to elucidate the relationship between the two. The study population consisted of all rice paddy farmers in Lebo Jaya Village, Konda Subdistrict, with a total of 104 farmers. The sample size was determined using the Slovin formula, with a degree of error or margin of error of 15%, resulting in a research sample of 31 respondents. The sampling technique employed was simple random sampling. The data were collected via survey, interview, and document analysis, using various media in the form of questionnaires. The research employed a quantitative approach. The research variables were twofold, comprising group extension methods and paddy rice cultivation activities. The data were subjected to quantitative descriptive analysis, employing the class interval formula and the Spearman rank correlation equation. The findings indicated that the implementation of group extension methods in paddy rice cultivation in Lebo Jaya Village was classified as "good." The aforementioned activities, which pertain to paddy rice cultivation specifically, land preparation, seed selection, irrigation, fertilization, pest and disease control have been classified as "good." The level of application of group counseling methods is found to be significantly and positively related to the cultivation of wet rice in Lebo Jaya Village. The correlation value is 0.542, and the significance of 0.002 is less than 0.05. The strength of the relationship between group extension methods and paddy rice cultivation activities is moderately strong. This indicates that an improvement in the method of agricultural counseling will result in an improvement in rice paddy farming activities in Lebo Jaya Village, Konda Subdistrict, South Konawe District.

Analysis of Farmers' Entrepreneurial Behavior, and its Effect on Farm Productivity

AbstractThis study aims to analyze the entrepreneurial behavior of farmers from the aspect of formal education and farming experience and its influence on farm productivity. The research population was rice paddy farmers in Cialam Jaya Village, Konda Subdistrict, South Konawe District, Southeast Sulawesi Province totaling 215. The number of samples was 140 farmers who were determined proportionally based on the area of cultivated land with the Slovin method. This research is quantitative using path analysis to analyze the direct and indirect effects of exogenous variables on endogenous variables. The results showed that farmers' formal education and farming experience had a positive effect on entrepreneurial behavior. Formal education of farmers has no direct effect on farm productivity but influences entrepreneurial behavior. Farming experience has a direct effect on farm productivity and indirectly through entrepreneurial behavior. Entrepreneurial behavior has a positive effect on farm productivity. Persepsi Petani terhadap Pengaruh Faktor Internal dalam Sistem Peremajaan Kelapa Sawit Model Tumbang Serempak Berkelanjutan di Kecamatan Muara Papalik Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat

This research aims to determine the perception of oil palm farmers regarding the sustainable simultaneous fall rejuvenation system. Knowing and analyzing the rejuvenation system of the sustainable simultaneous fall model with the perceptions of oil palm farmers in Muara Papalik District, West Tanjung Jabung Regency. The research model uses observation, surveys, interviews and distributing questionnaires to farmers in Intan Jaya Village and Sungai Papauh Village from September to November 2023. The research instrument uses a Likert Scale as an indicator that can be measured. The close relationship between aspects that influence farmers' perceptions with the Spearman Rank Correlation test using the SPSS application. The research results show that the perception of the input aspect has a positive value of 83.78%; financial aspect 78.37%; market aspect 82.43%; technological aspects 78.38%; institutional aspect 79.72% and income aspect 82.44%. Meanwhile, the ecological aspect in implementing oil palm rejuvenation using a sustainable simultaneous fall model needs to be a sustainable socio-economic study. The perception-forming aspect has a strong relationship with the input aspect, financial aspect, market aspect, technological aspect and income aspect, while the institutional aspect is weak. Farmers' perceptions of the sustainable simultaneous fall rejuvenation model from six aspects have a close influence on oil palm rejuvenation.

Upgrading the Capacity of Local Community and Tourism Branding in Pagar Jaya Village

Pagar Jaya Village is a coastal area at the southernmost tip of SumatraIsland and isolated in Punduh Pidada District, Pesawaran Regency, Lampung becomingone of the tourism villages in Lampung that has two main problems poor accessibilityand low capacity of the community. As a result of this problem, the "KITA PAGAR JAYA"program has successfully enhanced the community’s capacity in tourism, particularlyin the area of tourism branding. This program itself is implemented with SadarWisata and Sapta Pesona approaches. It was developed on 4 stages, first stage ispotential and problem identification, second stage is delivering material about tourismmanagement, the third is about MSMEs and branding knowledge, and the last stageis about evaluation of tourism management to develop sustainable system in PagarJaya Tourism. The implication of this program is to enhance the local community’scapacity to manage tourism by focusing on Sadar Wisata, Sapta Pesona, and disastermanagement. As a result, more community members are joining the Pagar JayaVillage Tourism Awareness Group and MSMEs to help with tourism management. Theprogram also includes creating promotional materials like pocketbooks, tourism videos,and social media campaigns to enhance the branding of Pagar Jaya Village.

Sedimentation Analysis at Cariang Weir in Sumedang District using Mike 21 Software

Sedimentation is the deposition of material carried by water media. The occurrence of sedimentation disrupts river flow, leading to increased susceptibility to flooding and drought during dry seasons. The impact of sedimentation causes riverbed siltation, reducing the river's capacity from its natural state. The Cariang Dam, located in Ujung Jaya Village, Ujung Jaya District, Sumedang Regency, is experiencing sedimentation issues. This has resulted in siltation and a decrease in the river's capacity at the dam site. In light of these issues, the researcher is interested in analyzing sedimentation at the Cariang Dam area. This analysis aims to determine the volume and height of sedimentation occurring annually. Based on the analysis conducted, the sedimentation height per day is found to be 0.7 centimeters, amounting to 23 centimeters per month and 276 centimeters annually.

ANALISIS EFISIENSI PEMASARAN TAHU DI KELURAHAN KEKALIK JAYA KOTA MATARAM

The research carried out in Kekalik Jaya Village, Sekarbela District, Mataram City aims to determine the marketing channels and marketing efficiency of tofu in Kekalik Jaya Village, Sekarbela District, Mataram City. The sample was determined proportionally by Random Side as many as 30 craftsmen, while for retailers the sample was determined as 10 people by snowballing. To analyze marketing efficiency, marketing margin analysis and producer price share are used. Tofu marketing is said to be efficient if: marketing margin is low, producer price share is > 60%. From the research results it can be concluded as follows: 1). There are 2 (two) tofu marketing channels in Kekalik Jaya Village, Mataram City, namely: a). tofu crafters - final consumers, b). Tofu craftsmen – retailers- final consumers. 2). Judging from marketing efficiency, the two marketing channels are efficient because the marketing margin in channel 1 (producer – final consumer) is IDR 0 (0.%) and in channel II the margin is IDR. 150 (17.65%) and the two channels share the price received by producers > 60%.It is recommended to producers when there is little production to sell their production directly to consumers (channel I), because there is no price difference, and 100% of the price share is received by the producer, but when tofu craftsmen produce a lot they should use channel II, meaning other than Selling directly to end consumers also sells to retailers who are customers, because they must also look at the characteristics of tofu which are easily damaged.

The problem in the research is the importance of managing village assets in the village government area as capital in village development. The data collection process requires an approach, coordination and supervision so that the data obtained can become valid data for the village government. The research results show that the data collection system implemented requires a work team that has been allocated data collection time as well as various village assets that must be included in the data collection. The village assets that must be recorded are village treasury land and existing village inventory items. Data collection is intended to obtain an overview of various village potentials which can be used as development planning based on community interests. Coordination during data collection is carried out in stages externally and internally to avoid conflicts with the community and also with villages bordering Mandiri Jaya village.

Penerapan Strategi Digital Marketing pada UMKM Roti Bakar Family Cabang Puseur Jaya Karawang

The increasing development of MSMEs in Karawang Regency is a challenge in business competition. Roti Bakar Family, founded in 2016, was faced with the need to formulate an effective marketing strategy. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods with a focus on the implementation of digital marketing in the UMKM Roti Bakar Family Branch in Puseur Jaya Village, Karawang, using questionnaires, interviews and observations. This research uses SWOT analysis with primary and secondary data to identify business strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The analysis results show that Roti Bakar Family is in Quadrant I, supporting an aggressive strategy with environmental opportunities and external forces. Companies can leverage social media, online promotions, and technological innovations to increase customer visibility and engagement. Therefore, an effective digital marketing strategy will be the key to strengthening Roti Bakar Family's position in the competitive Karawang Regency MSME market.

The Social Practice of Community-Based Development of Curup Kereta Waterfall Ecotourism

Curup Kereta Waterfall Ecotourism in Rambang Jaya Village is a community-managed tourist destination and one of the favorite attractions in Way Kanan, Lampung. This research aims to analyze the social practices in the development of community-based ecotourism at Curup Kereta Waterfall from the perspectives of structure, agency, and interaction. The study employs a qualitative research method. The findings indicate that the social practices in developing Curup Kereta Waterfall ecotourism in Rambang Jaya Village are significantly influenced by domination, significance, and legitimacy within the local community dynamics. The village head's family's dominance is evident in their control over land management and major decision-making processes. This dominance is accepted by the community due to the sekelik system in Lampung culture, which strengthens family bonds as the community members consider each other as relatives. Decisions made by the village head's family are seen as being for the common good and are accepted without social envy. The sekelik system also provides social significance, ensuring continuous community involvement in ecotourism activities. The community feels a shared responsibility to support and promote ecotourism, thereby reinforcing social solidarity essential for the sustainability of ecotourism. The legitimacy stems from strong kinship ties and a sense of togetherness, with the community trusting that the village head's family will manage the ecotourism fairly and wisely.

PENERAPAN PRINSIP-PRINSIP PERTANIAN BERKELANJUTAN PADA USAHATANI PADI SAWAH DI DESA CIALAM JAYA KECAMATAN KONDA KABUPATEN KONAWE SELATAN

This study aims to determine the application of sustainable agriculture principles in paddy rice farming in Cialam Jaya village, Konda sub-district, South Konawe district. Informants were determined by snowball sampling with a total of 6 informants. The method in this study uses qualitative analysis, as for the analysis used in this study, namely: data reduction, data analysis and data interpretation. The results showed that the application of the principles of sustainable agriculture on wet-rice farming in the village was at the adaptation stage, but not yet fully sustainable. Farmers have implemented several principles such as crop diversification, integrated pest control, and the use of organic fertilizers, but still depend on the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides. More intensive efforts are needed to improve the overall application of sustainable agriculture principles in order to achieve sustainability of food production, environmental protection and improvement of farmers' welfare.

The Youth of the Mosque is an important organization for Muslims in Indonesia, playing a role in prospering the mosque through various religious, educational, and skill-building activities. In Waru Jaya Village, the PPID organization, together with IRMAS and IRMUS, in collaboration with Karang Taruna, runs various youth empowerment programs. These activities include regular training, weekly recitations, and annual events such as Tabligh Akbar and Sanlat. Despite facing various challenges, such as limited funding and lack of participation, strategic steps have been taken to address them, such as expanding donor relations and increasing youth involvement. Evaluations show success in the implementation of routine and social activities, although some programs were not implemented due to external obstacles. In conclusion, mosque-based youth empowerment in Waru Jaya Village has successfully increased skills and social involvement, although improvements in funding and participation are needed.

Social capital of rice farmers in various typologies of rice lands in south Sumatra

The aim of the research is to quantify the level of social capital conditions of rice farmers in 3 typologies of tidal, swamp and rainfed rice fields in South Sumatra. This research is carried out in 3 locations in South Sumatra in rural areas based on rice farmers and representing three land typologies, namely Ogan Ilir District, Pemulutan District, Tanjung Pasir Village for the Swamp land typology, Banyuasin District, Muara Telang District, Upang Jaya Village for the Tidal Land Typology, and OKI Regency, Lempuing Jaya District, Lubuk Seberuk Village for rainfed land typology. The research used the Likert scale method to analyze the state of social capital of rice farmers in Banyuasin Regency. The results of measuring farmers' social capital on Three Land Typologies in South Sumatra using a Likert scale obtained a score of 53.11 for the lowland land typology in Tanjung Pasir Village, Pemulutan District, Ogan Ilir Regency, 55.02 for the rainfed land typology in Lubuk Seberuk Village, Lempuing Jaya District , Ogan Komering Ili Regency and 59.96 for the tidal land typology in Upang Jaya Village, Muara Telang District, Banyuasin Regency, which means that farmers' social capital is included in the High criteria for these three land typologies.

ANALISIS KAPASITAS PETANI DALAM USAHATANI BUAH NAGA DI DESA ALEBO JAYA KECAMATAN KONDA KABUPATEN KONAWE SELATAN

The aim of this research was to; (1) Knowing and analyzing the capacity of farmers in dragon fruit farming in Alebo Jaya Village, Konda District, South Konawe Regency. This research was carried out in March-July 2024 with farmer informants. Determining the research location was carried out purposively with the consideration that farmers in Alebo Jaya Village, Konda District have been cultivating dragon fruit for a long time. This research used primary data and secondary data which were analyzed descriptively, using interview techniques with 10 dragon fruit farmers as informants. With the following results: This research shows that the capacity of farmers used in Alebo Jaya Village, Konda District, South Konawe Regency is the capacity of farmers related to eradicating the white fungus pest that attacks dragon fruit. Analysis of farmers' capacity in dragon fruit farming in Alebo Jaya Village, Konda District, South Konawe Regency. With the presence of white fungus medicine, farmers felt relieved and grateful because they were able to be helped in overcoming the problems they faced.

Fruit Fly (Diptera: Tephritidae) Populations on Same Fruit Crops in Sumuri District, Bintuni Bay

Most of the people of Sumuri District make a living as farmers, especially fruit and vegetable farmers. Local fruit plants that are commonly cultivated include bananas, papaya, mangoes, oranges, rambutan, pineapple and water guava. One of the obstacles experienced by the community is the presence of pests that attack the fruit, causing poor fruit and even crop failure. This prompted a field survey of fruit flies in community fruit plantations. The field survey was conducted in October-December 2023 in Tofoi Village, Materabu Jaya Village and Forada Village, Sumuri District, Bintuni Bay. The survey was conducted using the trapping method with Steiner model traps that have been modified from mineral water bottles and the addition of native fruit samples and Methyl Eugenol (ME) with petrogenol trademark. Traps were set for three days and then identification and collection of fruit fly samples were carried out. The results showed that the highest population of fruit flies was in pineapple (Annanas commosus), which was 738 and the least in water guava (Syzygeum aqueum), which was 324. There were nine fruit fly species identified from this study, including: Bactrocera umbrosa (Fabricus), B.carambolae (Drew and Hancock), B.dorsalis (Hendel), B.curreyi (Drew), B.curvifera (Walker), B.emittens (Walker), B.papayae (Drew and Hancock), B.tryoni (Froggatt) and Procecidochares connexa (Macquart)

Pengaruh Pupuk Cair terhadap pH, Fe-larut, dan C-organik di Tanah Sulfat Masam Desa Danda Jaya

One of the challenges of acid sulfate soil is the high Fe content in the soil, thus effective processing is needed to address its toxicity. The purpose of this study was to determine the changes in soil pH, Fe solubility, and organic-C from liquid fertilizer in acid sulfate soil in Danda Jaya Village, as well as to determine the relationship between soluble Fe and soil pH, organic-C and soil pH, and soluble-Fe. This research was structured using a descriptive method by comparing the application of liquid fertilizer with a control. The study was conducted in the Chemistry, Physics, and Biology Laboratory of the Soil Department, Faculty of Agriculture, Lambung Mangkurat University. The results of the study showed that the application of liquid fertilizer was able to increase pH and organic-C and decrease Fe solubility. Additionally, there was a correlation between soluble-Fe and pH with a coefficient of -0,95, a correlation between organic-C and pH with a coefficient of 0,91, and a correlation between organic-C and soluble-Fe with a coefficient of -0.89. Furthermore, the equation for the relationships was soil pH = -0.002 soluble-Fe + 5.958, Soil pH = 0.30 organic-C + 4,43, and soluble Fe = -154.92 organic-C + 830.15.

Kajian Penggerusan (Scouring) pada Dinding Saluran Air Waringin Jaya Kecamatan Bojonggede Kabupaten Bogor

The Waringin Jaya river is a tributary of the Ciliwung river that passes through Waringin Jaya village. Although it is not classified as a river with a large discharge, it is capable of eroding riverbanks and retaining walls, endangering the community. This study aims to analyze the magnitude and depth of local scour that occurs on gabion-type retaining walls, located in the Waringin Jaya River basin, Kec. Bojonggede, Kab. Bogor using the Hec-Ras computer application. The calculation of the discharge plan for the return period of 2 years, 5 years, 10 years, 20 years, 25 years, 50 years, and 100 years using the rational method was carried out based on daily rainfall data at the Citeko Meterological Station and the West Java Climatology Station with a data length of 2007 - 2021. Based on the calculations that have been carried out, the water level on the retaining wall with a flood return period of 2 years, 5 years, 10 years, 20 years, 25 years, 50 years, and 100 years is 0.92 m; 0.99 m; 1.03 m; 1.04 m respectively; 1.06 m; 1.08 m; and 1.10 m, while based on the analysis conducted with Hec-Ras bridge scour, the scour that occurs at each return period flood discharge is 1.24 m; 1.32 m; 1.35 m; 1.39 m; 1.40 m; 1.44 m; and 1.46 m, respectively.
