This article provides brief information about each of the Zheti ake from the Issyk-Kul valley and outlines the main features of their activities. The pedagogical heritage of the Zheti ake is evaluated and analyzed in the form of a brief overview. The analysis of the era in which the brothers lived and the historical events that influenced their activities is given. The relevance of the article lies in the fact that for the first time previously written works on Zheti ake from Lake Issyk-Kul were systematized and evaluated. Based on archival data, interviews with modern teachers and an analysis of pedagogical literature, the authors identify key aspects of the pedagogical heritage of the Zheti ake that are important for understanding the evolution of the education system in the region. Thus, the article makes a valuable contribution to the study and preservation of the historical and pedagogical heritage of the Issyk-Kul region, as well as contributes to understanding the importance of pedagogical innovations and their impact on modern education. The points outlined in the article will be useful for those who conduct research in the ethnopedagogical direction, as well as for school teachers.
