Analisis Kepuasan Konsumen Terhadap Produk Dan Pelayanan Seblak Rorongkong Teh Memey Kota Bogor

This research is based on the tendency of consumers to consume spicy food in Bogor City, namely Seblak. Seblak is a spicy food that is in great demand by teenagers to adults. Seblak comes from the word "nyeblak" which means "shocking". One of the various ways to observe consumers' wants and needs for seblak is to analyze the satisfaction of customers visiting the Seblak Rorongkong Teh Memey Shop in Bogor City. The method used in analyzing consumer preferences for seblak shop is Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). This method is applied in order to rank various attributes and identify the efforts that need to be made by the seblak shop in making improvements. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire to 100 respondents with an age range of 17-35 years. The data obtained was analyzed to produce attributes that have a level of compatibility between the level of importance and level of performance which was then analyzed using a Cartesian diagram to observe the level of importance and level of performance of Kedai Seblak Rorongkong Teh Memey. The results of the analysis will be applied to determine the right strategies and corrective actions to improve the performance of the seblak shop.

EVALUATION OF HOUSEHOLD WASTE MANAGEMENT IN OTOMONA VILLAGE, MIMIKA BARU DISTRICT, TIMIKA CITY

This study aims to evaluate community expectations and the performance of the Otomona Village government in managing household waste in Otomona Village, Mimika Baru District, Timika City, by looking at the variables of waste storage, waste collection and waste segregation. The method used is descriptive method. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, questionnaires, and documentation. To evaluate household waste management, the data analysis instrument used is Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), so that the Otomona Village needs to evaluate the existence of large, large volume, and strong waste containers and placed in strategic places. Apart from that, it is necessary to distinguish between organic and inorganic waste containers for waste storage, and the Otomona Village also needs to hold a routine cooperation schedule in every area. The results depict a high-level awareness about waste management among the community dwellers in the village.

MARKETING STRATEGY TO INCREASE SALES OF YUASA BATTERY BRAND AT CV HARKAT FAWWAZ SEJAHTERA

This study aims to determine the marketing strategies that need to be implemented and prioritized to increase sales of Yuasa brand batteries at CV Harkat Fawwaz Sejahtera. This research uses a descriptive method. In this study the data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires, and documentation. To find out the future marketing strategy, the data analysis instrument used is Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results of this study indicate that the strategy that needs to be implemented is that the company needs to implement a warranty and return system and also provide discounts to consumers. In addition, the company must also increase sales promotion from various promotional media and the need for a delivery system and time discipline.

Martajasah Mangrove Ecotourism Development Strategy, Bangkalan Regency, Madura

Ecotourism is one of the ecological-based tourism activities, one of which is mangrove ecotourism. Martajasah is one of the mangrove ecotourism areas that have a high potential to be developed because it is adjacent to religious and culinary tourism. The purpose of this study is to determine the profile of tourists and to determine the development strategy of Martajasah Mangrove Ecotourism, Bangkalan Regency. The analytical method used in this study is Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). This analysis relates the level of importance of an attribute owned by a particular object with the reality (performance) felt by tourists. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the majority of Martajasah Mangrove Ecotourism tourists come from Bangkalan Regency, male with student status, with an average age of 16-25 years. The biggest motivation for tourists to visit Martajasah Mangrove Ecotourism is for recreation. The development strategy of Martajasah Mangrove Ecotourism is to improve the quality and quantity of white sand, increase the length of the beach, increase the availability of travel agents to make it easier for tourists to go to Martajasah Mangrove Ecotourism and increase the number of facilities and infrastructure at the Martajasah Mangrove Ecotourism location.

The Level Performace Analysis of Service: A Case of Jalan I Gusti Ngurah RAI, Jakarta

Jalan I Gusti Ngurah Rai, which is located in the Administrative City of East Jakarta, is one of the areas with quite crowded visitors because it is one of the access roads connecting Bekasi City to Jakarta, and there is a train station and TransJakarta bus stop which is a travel accommodation to the destination. This study aims to determine the level of pavement service performance on the Jalan I Gusti Ngurah Rai section, East Jakarta. This research was conducted using a questionnaire instrument distributed through a google form. The analysis method used in this study is Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) by comparing the satisfaction and importance values of pedestrians passing through the sidewalk. The results showed that the average pedestrian interest index was 4.44, the average service index was 4.03, and there was an average GAP for each variable of -0.42. From the processed data, it was concluded that the performance of the pavement service level could be categorized in class A with some maintenance that needs to be improved.

Analisis Tingkat Kepuasan Penumpang Terhadap Pelayanan Fasilitas Terminal Keberangkatan Bandar Udara Komodo, Labuan Bajo

Labuan Bajo is a prioritized tourism area, so the presence of Komodo airport is an important component. Therefore, adequate facilities are needed to serve the needs of service users. The research aims to determine the level of service facilities and passenger satisfaction on the departure path of Komodo Airport in accordance with regulations. Observations were made of 100 passengers out of a total of 185,197 passengers. The analytical method used is importance performance analysis (IPA) to measure the level of passenger satisfaction. The results show that the service level of the facilities is in accordance with the regulations, but the departure and check-in counter facilities are not in accordance with the regulations, so it needs to be improved. Based on the IPA analysis, the level of passenger satisfaction shows that in general passengers are satisfied with the existing service facilities with a conformity level of 89.66%, but aspects of area arrangement and the friendliness of the check-in area staff, the number of counters and the number of toilets on the departure route do not give satisfaction to passengers.

Kualitas Pelayanan Puskesmas Lubuk Besar Dengan Pendekatan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) dan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)

This study aims to analyze the level of expectation and level of performance to determine the level of conformity and indicators that are the main priority for improvement and patient satisfaction to improve service quality and satisfy patients at the Lubuk Besar Public Health Center. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. Sampling was determined by the purposive sampling technique with a total of 100 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and interviews. The analysis used is Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The results showed that the analysis of the IPA method at the level of conformity of the 5 dimensions of service quality at the Lubuk Besar Public Health Center had a value of 73.74% in the appropriate category only on the responsiveness dimension which was still in the quite especially on the speed and accuracy attributes of doctors treating patients, speed and friendliness of administrative staff, ability to respond and resolve patient complaints. The results of the calculation of the CSI method at the Lubuk Besar Health Center by 70% means that the patient is quite satisfied, but the puskesmas still need to make improvements to the attributes that have low values to improve service quality and satisfy patients. ANALYSIS OF MATERIAL NEEDS AND TRAINING METHODS FOR VILLAGE OWNED ENTERPRISES MANAGER AS AN EFFORT TO INCREASE THE CAPACITY OF HUMAN RESOURCES IN TANANTOVEA SUB-DISTRICT, DONGGALA DISTRICT

This research analyzes the management conditions, constraints, material requirements, and training methods for managing Village-Owned Enterprises (BUM Desa) in Donggala District. This research uses quantitative and qualitative methods (mix methods), the quantitative method used is Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) analysis in mapping the capacity of 10 Village-Owned Enterprises, and qualitative methods are used to describe the factual conditions of Village-Owned Enterprises management by selecting 12 informants consisting of village government officials, administrators of Village-Owned Enterprises, and Village Facilitators. The results indicate that performance is still low. However, the importance is high, namely (1) The managerial process of Village-Owned Enterprises, (2) Marketing methods and strategies, (3) Human Resources recruitment and qualification process, (4) Management knowledge, ( 5) Skills in managing a business, and (6) Strengthening the capacity of Village-Owned Enterprises management. At the research location, only Boya Paramba Mandiri Village-Owned Enterprises in Nupabomba Village, one of whose business activities can contribute to the economic improvement of the coffee farming community in Nupabomba Village. Constraints faced in managing Village-Owned Enterprises, namely related to the system and institutional support, personnel in the organization have not carried out their duties and functions optimally, and human resource factors in managing business management.

Strategies for improving the use of Jakarta City Tour Bus in post-pandemic Covid-19 using IPA Method

Abstract The Jakarta City Tour Bus is one of the strategies of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government to support the tourism sector. However, in recent years there has been little interest in running the Jakarta City Tour Bus. The lack of some service attributes of the Jakarta City Tour Bus performance and the new phase of adjustment during the Covid-19 pandemic are factors causing the decrease in the number of Jakarta City Tour Bus users since 2019. This study aims to formulate strategies to improve the use of the Jakarta City Tour Bus in the post-pandemic Covid-19 based on user preferences. The analytical method used in this research study is Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) to formulate strategies for improving the use of Jakarta City Tour Bus in post-pandemic Covid-19. The results showed that there were 11 service attributes of the Jakarta City Tour Bus which had a low level of performance but had a high level of importance. Then, there are strategies to improve the use of Jakarta City Tour Bus which is divided into 2 (two) categories, including the strategies for improving the use of Jakarta City Tour Bus in normal and new normal situations.

Analisis Kualitas Layanan Website Pada Universitas Terbuka Palembang Menggunakan Metode Webqual 4.0 Dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA)

Website is a medium that is currently widely used as a tool to provide services and information. Palembang Open University is one of the universities that uses the website as a means to provide information related to academic activities to its students. To determine the quality of a website, it is necessary to analyze the measurement of website quality based on user perceptions. The purpose of this Analysis is used to determine the indicators that affect the quality of website services based on the instrument used from the webqual 4.0 method which consists of 3 variables, namely usability, information quality, and service interaction quality. Then the analytical technique used is importance performance Analysis (IPA) which will provide an overview of the indicators that need improvement or need to be maintained. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire with a research sample of 100 respondents. The results of the Analysis of the quality of website services at the Open University of Palembang have a suitability level of 99.99% or <100%. While the results of the average value of the gap (GAP) have a value of -0.01 which means that the quality of website performance has not fully met user expectations. Then the results of the Analysis of the IPA quadrant that need improvement because this quadrant has a low level of performance, so it can affect the level of interest of users to rely on these indicators, namely in the first priority quadrant which is indicator number 14 detailed information, indicator number 15 information in a format that according to indicator number 17 the website is safe from viruses.

SIGNIFICANT IMPACT OF OPTIMIZING IOT TECHNOLOGY IN TRADITIONAL LIVESTOCK FARMING ACTIVITIES

Currently, the whole world is facing a terrible condition due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Likewise, activities in the agricultural and livestock sectors are directly affected by the pandemic. The most significant impact of the pandemic on traditional livestock activities is due to the low purchasing power of the people so that the need for fresh meat is also reduced. Optimizing information and communication technology in livestock activities is one solution for the pandemic, especially for traditional livestock. This study aims to assess the significance of the use of IoT in livestock activities. The impact felt by traditional farmers is very significant. The reach of livestock buyers is getting farther, and a farmer's website can invite many investors to be involved in traditional livestock activities in rural areas. The research was conducted in Wagir Sub-district, Malang District. Optimizing IoT (Internet of Things) in livestock activities in rural areas has helped more than 300 traditional breeders in Sukodadi Village, Wagir Sub-district, Malang District. The analysis used in this study is Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA), Importance Performance Expert Analysis (IPEA), and Impact Analysis based on interviews with farmers at the research location. The results of these research methods improve IoT optimization in livestock activities and can be used for traditional farmers in developing countries.

Evaluasi Pengunjung Terhadap Kualitas Pantai Palippis Sebagai Ruang Publik Tepian Air Berbasis Placemaking

Palippis Beach is an underwater coastal tourism object (snorkeling) and a rest area, but there is a conflict with managers who prioritize finance and a lack of visitors from year to year, which causes Pantai Palippis being not optimal as a waterfront public space. The aim of this research is to determine the quality of Palippis Beach as a waterfront public space and the recommendations of its development based on the placemaking approach. This research was conducted from November 2019 until February 2020 (4 months). This research used primary and secondary data which collected by field surveys, questionnaires, interviews, documentation and literature studies. The research location takes a part of the rest area which is located between Polewali Mandar and Majene Regencies. The analysis used in this research is Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method, activity mapping analysis (behavior mapping), and infrastructure analysis. The results showed that the quality value of Palippis Beach using the IPA questionnaire method gets a value of 83.50% which declared as a high quality because it is between 76% -100%. The intensity of use from Palippis Beach scores 54.54% on weekdays and 53.2% on holidays which is considered high because it is in the range of 51% -75%. There are several tourist infrastructure that still need to be equipped, such as tourism services, security, and cleanliness so quality improvement recommendations are required based on the four quadrants resulting from the Cartesian diagram of the IPA method. These directives are recommendations for the development, maintenance, utilization and adjustment of tourist area infrastructure in accordance with applicable standards.

Passenger Satisfaction Analysis of Urban Transportation System Service Jak Lingko

Jakarta is the city with the most population in Indonesia where in 2019 there was 10,557,810 inhabitants(Central Bureau of Statistics, 2019)which makes Jakarta the city with the highest mobility. The government program to support mobility and advance the urban transportation system is to implement an integrated systemJak Lingko (route integration, management integration, and payment integration).In order to attract public interest, the service system and transportation system infrastructure must give a good impression to the passengers. To find out the level of performance and assessment of passengers on the performance of Jak Lingko, analysis of service quality and assessment of passengers is needed. The method used in analyzing passenger data for the Jak Lingko route Kelapa Gading-Rusun Kemayoran is Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), which will determine the level of important service priorities. Data obtained from distributing questionnaires and observations at the research location, which will also be tested using the IBM SPSS ver. 25, the data testing is validity test, reliability test, and hypothesis test. The results showed the performance of PT. Transjakarta is considered good with the average value of the tested variables, namely 4.24 on a scale of 5.00. Meanwhile, the level of passenger satisfaction achieved a value of 4,184 from a scale of 5.00 which is in the Good category.

Analisis Kualitas Website Tokome Menggunakan Metode Webqual 4.0 dan Importance Performance Analysis

Tokome.id is an e-commerce company that provides merchandise manufacturing services by sending a design image of the product that we want to buy or sell. The purpose of this research is to measure the quality of the website owned by Tokome.id. To see the quality of a website, it is necessary to measure based on the quality based on the users using Webqual 4.0 method which consists of 3 variables (usability, information quality, service interaction quality), and 22 question indicators. The technique used by researchers is Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method which provides an overview of what indicators need improvement or needs to maintain their quality based on user perceptions and expectations. Based on the results of the analysis of Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), it shows that the 22 items analyzed using the importance-performance analysis method are divided into quadrant I (8 items), quadrant II (6 items), quadrant III ( 5 items), and quadrant IV (3 items). Items that are considered very important and need to be improved are in quadrant I, namely the sense of data or information security when accessing the website. These outcome show that the quality of the Tokome. id website is still lacking and has not met user expectations.

GUBENG STATION RAILWAY INFRASTRUCTURE PERFORMANCE ACCORDING TO USER PERCEPTION

<pre>Gubeng Station is the most populous station of 52 stations that enter the work area of PT KAI </pre><pre>Daop 8 Surabaya, with 978,346 train passengers in January 2019, where this number is the highest number </pre><pre>of train passengers for 3 years recorded at Gubeng station. Gubeng Station is also very unique, </pre><pre>because it is located at a height of 5 meters and has two functionally different sides. The west side </pre><pre>building is used for the departure and arrival of economy and express trains, while the east side </pre><pre>building is for the departure and arrival of business and executive trains. This functional difference </pre><pre>needs to be a study of the provision of infrastructure/facilities available at the Gubeng station </pre><pre>whether it meets the minimum train service standards and has provided services/satisfaction and the </pre><pre>importance of the existing facilities at the Gubeng station according to the train user perception. </pre><pre>The method used is importance performance analysis (IPA) and the conclusion is that satisfaction </pre><pre>and importance of the existing facilities at Gubeng station according to the train user perception obtained </pre><pre>a satisfaction value of 2.48 which means that they still do not get maximum service and the average </pre><pre>value of interest is 4.57 which means that the existing facilities at Gubeng station are needed by train </pre><pre>passengers.</pre><pre> </pre>

ANALISIS PERSEPSI DAN KEPUASAN KONSUMEN RESTORAN PECEL LELE LELA

Pecel Lele Lela was founded in 2006 and has been awarded as an effort to introduce the most innovative catfish from the Indonesian Ministry of Fisheries and Maritime Affairs. This is the background of this research, while the purpose of this research is to find out how customers' perceptions and satisfaction of Pecel Lele Lela Restaurant, one of the methods that can be used is Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method. Based on the data validity test, obtained 5 (five) attributes on the questionnaire are invalid, while for the reliability test states that all aspects studied are reliable. The results of the analysis of consumer perception of Pecel Lele Lela Restaurant indicate that the dimensions according to consumers are important are the dimensions of responsiveness and empathy. Based on the results of the Performance Analysis Index analysis, the attributes that need to be improved and prioritized to be addressed are the stand-by waiter in responding to consumers, setting prospective customers when waiting-list, and the waiter immediately cleans the dining table when the consumer finishes eating. Based on the calculation of the Customer Satisfaction Index, the level of customer satisfaction of Pecel Lele Lela Restaurant is 79.738%. These results certainly become the basis for evaluating Pecel Lele Lela Restaurant to improve and improve the attributes that are the top priority of the restaurant

Analysis of Passenger Commuter Train Services Surabaya – Sidoarjo

This study is intended to measure the level of satisfaction and expectations of service users on the Surabaya - Sidoarjo Commuter Train service with the benchmarks used, namely the Minimum Service Standard Ministerial Transportation Degree number PM 65 of 2019. The study was conducted by conducting a field survey of the condition of railway infrastructure. The survey stated preference for the Surabaya - Sidorajo commuter train users through a questionnaire. The method to be used is Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results of the analysis using the IPA method are expected to identify the level of satisfaction and expectations of service users on the Surabaya - Sidoarjo Commuter train service and will be able to provide service improvement suggestions to PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) as a commuter transport operator in the Gerbang Kertasusila area. In this case the research is in line with the Technology Readiness Level (TKT) point 9 which has criteria, namely the real application (application) of technology in its final form and under the intended (planned) conditions as in operational testing and evaluation. In general, this is the last part / aspect of the bug fixing effort in actual system development. Examples include for example the use of the system in operational mission conditions.

After-sales service to increase customer satisfaction: application of importance performance analysis method

This research will assess customer satisfaction with after-sale services for customers who use interior design services in Jakarta. This type of study is qualitative descriptive with survey data collection techniques—the data survey collected by cross-sectional. The data collection method uses a questionnaire distributed to 100 customers who used interior design services in Jakarta. The analytic approach used is Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). The results of the research have successfully identified customer satisfaction with the after-sales service. There are 6 out of 20 attributes perceived as unsatisfied customers, while other attributes are perceived to be moderately satisfied and satisfied by interior design service customers in Jakarta.

ANALYSIS OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION OF KINGKOIL MATTRESS PRODUCTS BASED ON CUSTOMER PERCEPTION USING IMPORTANCE PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS (IPA)

This study aims to analyze customer satisfaction based on perceptions of brand image, product quality, price, promotion, and distribution. This research was conducted at KingKoil Mattress Boutique Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya. Data collection was carried out to support this study using convenience sampling techniques for 50 respondents and fill out questionnaires. The method used in this study is Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Based on the results of Importance Performance Analysis, the level of performance and the customer satisfaction are very satisfactory with an average value above 93.75%. This means customers are very satisfied.

Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (GISA) is a government agency that has the task of internal supervision include: Audit, Review and Planning, evaluation, monitoring, consulting, assistance and oversight activities of other, shall comply with the code of ethics of internal auditors in the government of Indonesia which contains the rules of conduct and ethics in order to provide added value for effectiveness and efficiency organization. Therefore, by implementing the Code of Ethics for auditors who are the subject of particular scrutiny, will certainly help the organization / institution in realizing good governance as part of a national duty. The purposes of this research are to analyze the performance of Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (GISA) in order to realize Good Governance in Indonesian Provinces. The method of this research is a Survey and instrument of analysis employed is Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) with 123 respondents District/City Government in Jakarta, Banten and West Java. The gap between importance and performance from both perspectives were also evaluated. The findings of this study will be applied to improve performance of Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (GISA) in order to realize Good Governance in Indonesian Provinces
