CONTENT AND ESSENCE OF VITAGEN EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY

This article highlights the basic competencies of secondary schools based on international educational standards, the basic competencies of secondary schools, the use of vitagenic education technologies in the development of social competencies among students, the content, significance, pedagogical and psychological conditions of vitagenic education technologies in ensuring the effectiveness of the educational process in our republic.

Formation of intercultural competence of future music teachers

The international standards of higher education establish a wide range of competencies for graduates from artistic pedagogical institutions. Art education, as defined in normative concepts, aims to cultivate in future teachers personal and value-based attitudes toward reality and art, fostering their abilities for self-fulfillment, spiritual self-improvement, and intercultural competence. Intercultural competence, described in contemporary scientific literature from various perspectives, is depicted as a dynamic and integrated quality within an individual. It encompasses a meaningful worldview, communication practices, and productive conduct within a multicultural society. The purpose of this academic paper is to identify the factors and characteristics involved in shaping the intercultural components of competence among future music teachers. Through the research findings, the most significant theoretical aspects concerning the development of intercultural competence among future art teachers have been delineated. The components of intercultural skills have been systematically organized, and trends in the advancement of these skills within the educational milieu have been outlined. Drawing upon an analysis of effective curriculum content, this academic paper outlines the key types of skills necessary for education seekers. These skills play a pivotal role in guiding educational activities within artistic pedagogical institutions, fostering intercultural competencies, and nurturing the socio-cultural competence of aspiring music teachers.

The Conception and Birth of the Lactation Consultant Profession (1977-1983): An Interview With Chele Marmet (Part I).

In 2015, Miriam Labbok, MD, MPH, entrusted Chele Marmet with the task of writing a chapter on the early history of the lactation consultant profession for the public health textbook she was preparing about lactation, saying, "I invited you to author it because you conceptualized and pioneered the profession, and there is nobody else I could ask who could do it justice," (M. Labbok, personal communication, June 28, 2015). Chele Marmet envisioned the allied health field of lactation consulting, complete with international educational standards, professional organizations, and a scope of practice. She was an active contributing founder of the International Lactation Consultant Association, developed hundreds of test questions for the early International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners (IBCLE), and co-founded the first academic (BA and MA) lactation education program, The Lactation Institute, to name only a few of her many innovations and contributions to the field of lactation we know today-a field that has grown exponentially globally since those early days in the 1970s when Chele began creating our profession. Her academic background in speech and hearing gave her the orientation to delve into infants' oral-motor function. Additional education and experience followed as her passion for helping breastfeeding families grew. This is the first part of her interview; the second part will follow in the next JHL issue. Fortunately, Chele is working on her memoir, which will detail topics we could only briefly discuss in this interview. It was my honor to interview Chele Marmet.Joan E. Dodgson.

Global forensic social work education: A cross-national comparison of education models in 10 countries

Unlike qualifying education, forensic social work education is heterogeneous. This review provides a cross-national comparison of 10 countries: the United States, Brazil, England, the Netherlands, Hungary, Kenya, South Africa, Thailand, India and Australia. It aims to understand education models across diverse contexts and encourage further reflection on forensic social work pedagogy. Findings revealed that there is little mandating of educational standards or curriculum requirements in forensic social work. Moreover, current modelling is drawn from Eurocentric epistemologies and has a duty to incorporate and celebrate First Nations, non-Western and culturally inclusive paradigms. Opportunities exist to develop international standards for forensic social work education.

International standards and regulatory aspects of the right to education

It is indicated that the right to education is a fundamental natural right of a "second generation” person, a significant sphere of life of people, states and the entire world community, the implementation of which contributes to socio­economic development and even comprehensive development of the individual. The importance of ensuring the right to education is due to the fact that this right is considered in two aspects: as the right to education itself; as a means to realize other human rights in relation to the goals of sustainable development. Despite the special significance of the realization of the right to education, at today's stage, the problem of ensuring access to education for all remains acute and relevant for many states. In addition, the lack of a universal model of education at the international level causes a significant disparity in ensuring access to education in different states, which necessitates international legal cooperation.
 The article is devoted to the study of the value characteristics of education in the international aspect. Based on the analysis of international and regional acts, education is presented by the author as a value of international law, which contributes to the reflection of actual issues of the implementation of the constitutional right to education. The author comes to the conclusion that the role of international cooperation in the field of education is growing, affecting the broadest strata of the population of the entire globe. Special attention is paid to understanding the principle of equality of the right to education. An analysis of international acts in the field of equal right to education is carried out. The development of the right to education in modern conditions of the development of statehood is indicated. The main directions of international legal cooperation in the field of ensuring the right to affordable and quality education for all are considered. The problems of ensuring the right to education at the universal level are highlighted, including those related to changes in the education system caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of the work is to identify the features of the international legal mechanisms for ensuring the right to education, which was achieved with the help of general scientific (dialectical method, methods of analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction) and private scientific methods (legal analysis, comparative legal method) which used in the work. The formulated conclusions show the need for further improvement of international cooperation of states in the field of providing affordable and high-quality education for all, taking into account the conditions of modern society. The obtained results of the study confirm the importance of the right to education as international and national law, and even the influence of international standards of education on domestic mechanisms of its implementation.

ПРИНЦИПЫ ГОСУДАРСТВЕННОГО КОНТРОЛЯ И ОЦЕНКИ КАЧЕСТВА СИСТЕМЫ ОБРАЗОВАНИЯ В ПЕРЕХОДНЫЙ ПЕРИОД

The article is devoted to the issue of state regulation of education system of the Kyrgyz Republic as well as the problems of the sphere and its perspective of financial support to the field. It also compares the features of modern education and international education standards. The quality of scientific-pedagogical personnel and the quality of educational programs, the process of teaching and scientific research, and the academic quality of the content of education in the condition that they meet the social needs are considered. Today, when the educational reform has entered a new phase, the development of this approach becomes imperative, and the realization of the main directions of the Bologna process increases its clarity and necessity. To date, the conceptual coordinates of the competence approach have been clearly defined, and its main provisions have been formulated. A new stage begins: the competence approach moves from the stage of self-determination to the stage of implementation, when the stated general principles and methodological The installation finds its confirmation in various applied sciences.

Re-Envisioning Field Education in Australian Social Work to Combat Placement Poverty: Students’, Educators’ and Practitioners’ Perceptions

Abstract In Australia, pressure is mounting from multiple stakeholders for a full review of the national social work education standards for field education as evidence grows about compulsory, unpaid placements exacerbating student poverty and the related adverse consequences for students’ learning and well-being. This article reports on the findings of an Australian nation-wide qualitative and quantitative survey that explored social work students’, educators’ and practitioners’ perceptions of proposed strategies to address the challenges identified with existing field education requirements. Descriptive statistics were calculated using Excel. Qualitative data were coded for thematic analysis. The main finding of the survey involving 1,191 participants was a call for a reimagined model of field education with flexibility in all aspects of how future placements are conceptualised, structured and delivered. The findings provide important and previously unavailable empirical evidence about field education strategies to inform and support the reimagining of existing Australian Social Work Education and Accreditation Standards. Recommendations for change, which have implications for both the Australian Association of Social Workers and the Australian Government, are discussed in the context of international standards for social work education and the social justice goals of the profession.

History of traditional Mongolian medical education based on Manba Datsan: A literature review.

Traditional Mongolian Medical Education (TMME) was developed based on Manba Datsan (MD) in harmony with the Buddhist philosophy-medical system in Mongolia. It was developed intensively during the 17th-20th centuries and was interrupted for a while, but it is still a part of medical care in Mongolia, training traditional medicine doctors and nurses. Its historical roots are inextricably linked with medical and philosophical development not only among Mongolians, but also in some Oriental and Western countries. This review aims to raise awareness and promote TMM, following the WHO guidelines on traditional medicines. Relevant literatures from Google Scholar, PubMed, Mongolian national and university libraries in the past 30 years were collected in this article, and books, of which the history, philosophy, and culture of TMM were analyzed. We used inductive analysis within the constructivist paradigm and conducted the research as follows: (I) analyze relevant literature reviews; (II) formulate the historical periodization of Mongolian medical education (MME); (III) explore an overview of the philosophies that have been influenced by TMME; and (IV) study the contents and phases of MD training in Mongolia. An integrated version of the historical periodization of the MME was developed with fully compatible historical periodization based on important socio-political turning points in Mongolia. TMME has been clarified by the direct and mutual influence of Oriental, and Western medical concepts. Between the 17th and 20th centuries, TMME was developed based on MD. Since 1990, the training process has been conducted in accordance with the international standards of modern vocational and higher education. Traditional Mongolian Medical Education was formed by underpinnings of the achievements of Mongolian national practical and folk medicine. This process was greatly influenced by the traditions of the Mongolian education system and achievements of oriental medical education.

Investigating the Impact of Teaching and Learning of Religious Institution [pondok] on the Society in Kelantan, Malaysia

The religious learning institution [pondok] is a common form of traditional Islamic educational institution in the archipelagic areas of Malaysia, Indonesia, and southern Thailand. It has been widely known and established, especially in Kelantan, Malaysia, for many years. It is regarded as a significant learning institution since it focuses on lifelong learning concepts. However, there are some crises faced by learners who study at a pondok. These need to be addressed as the learning institution receives negative perceptions from society in general. This study aimed to analyse the perception of the role of religious learning institutions and how this contributes to spreading knowledge so that society can get a better understanding of the concept of learning in a pondok. This study uses both quantitative and qualitative methods; questionnaires were distributed and focus group discussions were conducted among selected research participants. There were 121 research participants for the quantitative studies and five groups for the qualitative study. This study used a purposive sampling method and the participants were selected according to whether they were willing to support the development of the pondok and whether they had experience living near a religious institution. The study revealed that the pondok requires a lot of improvements, especially in spreading religious knowledge and having a good relationship with society. It is also suggested that a proper guideline be provided for every religious learning institution in Kelantan so that it becomes more systematic. It was revealed that the potential of the pondok is to ensure that society gains benefits from these religious institutions. The significance of the current study lies in its analysis of the quality of teaching and learning in religious institutions so that they meet international educational qualification standards.

Mapping of Iranian midwifery curriculum according to the International Confederation of midwives competencies

BackgroundEvaluating the curriculum based on its success rate in preparing skilled midwives proficient in performing professional skills is a fundamental component of the midwifery education system. This study aimed to evaluate the content, strengths, and weaknesses of the midwifery curriculum in Iran based on the most recent ICM midwifery education standards in all competence areas, as well as to obtain expert feedback on the necessary courses or lessons for the curriculum using the Delphi method.MethodsThis research was conducted in two phases: comparative analysis and the Delphi method. In the comparative analysis, the curriculum mapping tool was used to compare Iran’s midwifery curriculum for bachelor’s degrees to the international standards for midwifery education proposed by ICM in 2019 by a four-point Likert scale (adequate- relatively adequate- relatively inadequate- inadequate). Two individuals evaluated the curriculum independently for the presence of theoretical and clinical courses for attaining each relevant competency. In case of disagreement, the opinion of a third person was used. After identifying the academic deficiencies and weaknesses of the curriculum, the Delphi technique was used with the cooperation of the midwifery board members and directors of midwifery groups from across the country to collect feedback about new courses or lessons that need to be incorporated into the curriculum.ResultsAfter a comparative analysis, 24 out of 315 essential competencies for ICM in the midwifery curriculum were found to be inadequate or relatively inadequate based on the three experts’ opinions after reviewing the programmatic courses and lessons in the curriculum. In 79.5% of the knowledge area and 71.6% of the skill area, the curriculum for midwifery in Iran corresponded to ICM essential competencies. After surveying expert members during multiple Delphi rounds, the members agreed to add some lessons to the midwifery curriculum, design a new course, and hold related workshops to cover the competencies identified as inadequate or relatively inadequate in the comparative analysis.ConclusionThe Iranian midwifery curriculum for acquiring 24 items of ICM essential competencies was deemed inadequate or relatively inadequate. Therefore, it seems in addition to revising Iran’s midwifery curriculum following ICM competencies, providing midwifery policymakers with infrastructure and additional support to develop and implement effective midwifery training programs is necessary to ensure that midwives are trained and equipped with the necessary competencies for practice.

Analysis of Adoption and Implementation of International Educational Standers in Primary Schools: A Case Study of Dir Lower Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

Education is a cornerstone of societal progress, and the adoption and implementation of international educational standards play a pivotal role in shaping the quality and effectiveness of primary education systems worldwide. This research presents a comprehensive case study that scrutinizes adopting and implementing international educational standards within primary schools in the Dir Lower district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. The study seeks to unravel the intricate dynamics that influence how global educational standards are integrated into the local educational landscape. Methodological concerns: this study utilized quantitative research methodology to incorporate the opinion of primary school teacher regarding international educational standards and their availability in the study locale. In addition, the study utilized the values of a simple random sampling technique and size 326 potential respondents through the Sekaran sample table out of 3243. Furthermore, the study collected primary data through a close-ended questionnaire and then analyzed with uni-variate, e.g., frequency and percentage, and bi-variate T-Test in order to measure the relationship between independent and dependent variables. The findings of this study reveal several significant outcomes. First, it is evident that there has been a notable effort to align the curriculum and teaching methodologies with international educational standards. However, the level of implementation varies across schools and regions within Dir Lower, suggesting disparities in the quality of education provided. Second, challenges such as inadequate infrastructure, lack of teacher training, and socio-economic disparities have emerged as barriers to the effective implementation of these standards. In light of these findings, this research offers several recommendations. Firstly, there is a need for increased investment in infrastructure and teacher training programs to bridge the existing gaps in the education system. Additionally, a more standardized approach to curriculum development and teaching methodologies should be adopted to ensure uniformity across schools in Dir Lower. Furthermore, community involvement and awareness campaigns should be initiated to garner support and participation from parents and local communities.

Formation of key competencies in the sphere of engineering services

Aim. Formation of measures for training in-demand specialists in the field of engineering in accordance with modern requirements to their competences.Tasks. To analyze the global and domestic market of engineering services; to identify the key problems of formation of competencies demanded by the labor market in engineering specialists; to propose measures to introduce effective mechanisms for the formation of basic engineering competencies in the training of engineering personnel; to consider examples of effective engineering in Russia.Methods. With the help of general methods of scientific cognition the requirements to specialists in the field of engineering, conditioned by modern global trends, are defined, the key problems in the formation of competencies in engineering personnel are identified and the main directions of their solutions are proposed. The authors also present examples of effective engineering in Russia.Results. Based on the primary research of the current state of engineering staffing in Russia, a number of problems have been identified. The main trends determining the list of key competencies demanded in the engineering sphere are shown. Significant discrepancy between the Russian standardization system and the best international practices, professional standards and federal educational standards can be traced among the significant problems hindering the formation of demanded professional competencies in the field of engineering.Conclusions. To form future specialists’ understanding of the dependence of economic results of the project on their decisions, it is proposed to introduce case-based learning technologies in the educational process. The basic list of necessary competencies in the field of engineering services proposed by the authors will promote the specialist’s career advancement.

Geography curriculum in türkiye according to international disaster risk reduction education standards: A content analysis

Bu araştırmanın amacı, 2018 yılında güncellenerek uygulanmaya başlanan coğrafya dersi öğretim programının uluslararası standartlara göre afet risklerini azaltma eğitimi bağlamında analizini yapmak ve sözkonusu programda afet risklerini azaltma eğitimine yer verilme düzeyini tespit etmektir. Nitel bir araştırma olan bu çalışmada doküman analizi tekniği kullanılarak elde edilen veriler araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen kontrol listesine göre değerlendirilerek yorumlanmıştır. 2018 coğrafya dersi öğretim programının afet risklerini azaltma eğitimi bağlamında analiz edilmesinde kullanılan kontrol listesi, araştırmacılar tarafından UNICEF ve UNESCO iş birliğinde yürütülen okul müfredatında afet riskinin azaltılması çalışmasında önerilen kontrol listesinden uyarlanmıştır. Elde edilen bulgulara göre 2018 coğrafya dersi öğretim programının afet risklerini azaltma eğitimi bağlamında öğrencilere afet bilinci kazandırmada ve öğretmenlerin sınıflarda etkili afet riskini azaltma eğitimi yapmalarında rehberlik edebilme düzeyi az bulunmuştur. Buna göre coğrafya öğretim programının afet eğitimi ve afet risklerini azaltma bağlamında söz konusu uluslararası standartlara göre güncellenmesi önerilmektedir. Elde edilen bulgulara göre uygulanmakta olan 2018 coğrafya öğretim programında yer alan içerik ve açıklamalar coğrafya dersini alan öğrencilerde afet ve afetlere ilişkin yeterli bilgi, beceri, değer ve tutum oluşturmayı sağlayacak nicelik ve nitelik düzeyinde değildir.

Application and Regulation of the International Education Standards

The new reality demands a change in the professional profile in order to meet the challenges and requirements of the accounting profession; education plays a very important role in the formation and dissemination of the International Education Standards (IES), since the quality of a profession cannot be maintained and improved if those who enter the profession are not prepared to meet the established standards. Therefore, this chapter analyzes IES 1 Admission Requirements for Professional Accounting Education Programs and IES 2 Initial Professional Development, in their scope, objective and requirements of the normative standards published by the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) in the professional field and their impact on the design of curricula in Higher Education Institutions.

Work Readiness of Accounting Vocational Education Students in Facing the Era of the Industry 4.0 and Society 5.0

Technological developments in Industrial Revolution Era 4.0 and Society 5.0 have brought significant changes in various sectors, including accounting. As a result, only professional accountants who have competence and skills can adapt to technological developments. This research is focused on assessing the work readiness of accounting vocational education students in preparing themselves for this era. The purpose of this research is to identify the level of work readiness of students at the Bali State Polytechnic Accounting Department and strategies to increase their work readiness. The variables measured are aspects of work readiness in professional skills according to International Education Standards 3 (IES 3). Research data were collected using a Likert scale questionnaire (1-5) and interviews. The number of samples taken were 144 students from 3 Study Programs. The results showed that Bali State Polytechnic accounting students were ready to face the Revolutionary Era of Industry 4.0 and Society 5.0 with an average score of 4.01. Where the highest work readiness is in the Organizational aspect with a score of 4.06, in the D4 Managerial Accounting study program with a score of 4.16, and Women with a score of 4.02. On the other hand, it was stated that his unpreparedness was mostly determined by the Self View factor, namely views on work and confidence in completing it with a percentage of 35.56%. To further improve the work readiness of accounting students, various strategies are suggested, such as: integrating information technology courses into the curriculum, expanding internships, providing training in public speaking, increasing collaboration between academics and industry professionals, and organizing international webinars. By implementing this strategy, the Bali State Polytechnic can ensure that its students are well prepared to face the Revolutionary Era of Industry 4.0 and Society 5.0.

The Comparison of Educational Rights between State Constitutions of Indonesia and Singapore

The constitution is the basis for a country which contains various kinds of human rights, one of which is the right to education. This study aims to find out the need for education and the constitutional comparison of the right to education applied in Indonesia and Singapore. The research uses a normative juridical approach with a comparative approach. This study aims to analyze the comparison of the constitutional rights to education applied in Indonesia and Singapore. It can be seen that the state of Singapore has succeeded in implementing reforms in education rights properly. We can see this in the quality of education in Singapore, which is in the top ranking among countries with the highest attainment of international education standards. Meanwhile, the Indonesian state still has to struggle to achieve the goal of implementing the right to education properly. The results of the different implementation of education between the two countries are due to different backgrounds, such as social, political, cultural, and economic conditions. Therefore, it can be concluded that many factors influence the success of implementing the right to education in a country.

From TPACK to DPACK: The “Digitality-Related Pedagogical and Content Knowledge”-Model in STEM-Education

Digitalization is a keyword in the discourse of educational science, but it is often linked to technological challenges, although digital changes occur throughout society. Therefore, STEM teachers are required to cope with technological changes in the subject, the increasing and diverse education and training technologies, and the ever-changing paths of information and communication of adolescents in their role as members of a changing society and culture. The TPACK-model focuses educators’ professional knowledge based on teachers’ expertise concerning technological knowledge per se and the pedagogy and content of their subjects. In contrast, knowledge relevant to daily life and social and cultural interaction beyond this is not clearly included in the TPACK-model at present. This article proposes supplementing the TPACK-model with the knowledge components of digital cultural transformations (digitality) and, therefore, extending the TPACK-model to a DPACK-model, where D stands for digitality. Therefore, digital transformation in STEM teaching requires additional professional knowledge considering the transformation of communication, mediatization and society. Through this expansion, the focus should also be directed on the necessity that children and young people in the digitally shaped world must also be able to critically reflect on the processes of change and shape them in an ethically responsible manner. For this reason, teachers require professional knowledge to reflect, analyze, use and shape the digital transformation, which is regularly demanded of them by national and international educational standards. As a foundation of STEM teachers’ education and training, an integrated model combining these facets of knowledge and skills is provided for discussion, and, as a result, quickly found its way into the educational policy guidelines and educational science discourses in Germany. In order to integrate the sociocultural consequences of digitalization into TPACK, this paper proposes a new hemisphere, sociocultural knowledge, which extends the existing TPACK components.

Organizational and methodological principles of teaching the elective discipline “Modern Aspects of Medical Parasitology” for students of the Educational and Research Institute of Nursing

Based on the training of nurses according to the generally accepted international educational standards, the most effective way to attain a higher standard of education for future specialists is to incorporate optional courses that provide a novel approach to learning. The purpose of this study was to present the experience of the Department of Medical Biology of the I. Horbachevsky Ternopil National Medical University in the development and implementation of the elective discipline “Modern Aspects of Medical Parasitology” in the educational programme “Nursing” of the first (bachelor’s) level of higher education in the branch of knowledge 22 Healthcare, specialty 223 Nursing. The study analysed the theoretical and methodological foundations of conducting classes in the elective discipline “Modern Aspects of Medical Parasitology”. It was found that the educational and methodological complex, which corresponds to the curriculum and is developed based on the regulatory documents of the educational programme “Nursing”, enables students to master, expand, and improve the level of mastery of the initial material, develop an individual approach to solving the tasks according to the goals and programme results. The paper points out the importance of forming a holistic understanding of parasitism as a form of relationship between organisms in nature. The study covered the teaching methods employed for the elective course “Modern Aspects of Medical Parasitology” in a higher education institution. It analysed how using teaching aids, including museum exhibits in the educational process and the role of the Department of Medical Biology, enhances the effectiveness of students’ learning activities in studying the fundamentals of medical parasitology. The incorporation of highly visible means, information and communication technologies, well-designed educational and methodological support, and impeccably organised classroom activities will enhance the quality, content, and principles of educational services offered in the educational programme “Nursing”, speciality 223 Nursing

Analysis of Planning Carrying Out Investigation Skills Using the Next Generation Science Standards Learning Framework on Plant Structure and Function Material

Meaningful understanding becomes the goal of the learning process. Science as a scientific discipline not only includes theory but also practicum implementation as proof of the theory that has been taught. The implementation of practicum is a demand in the science learning process. Introducing and training students with practicum activities is still rarely done in schools in Gowa district. It is necessary to impose international educational standards that lead to more specific learning outcomes. The purpose of this study is to analyze planning and carrying out investigation skills using the NGSS-oriented inquiry learning model. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The sample in this study was class VIII E students of SMP Negeri 4 Sungguminasa, Gowa, totaling 31 people. Sample determination is carried out by purposive sampling. The instrument used is in the form of a multiple-choice question test to determine the planning and carrying out investigation skills of students. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the planning and carrying out investigation skills of students are in the medium category with indicators determining the title to get the highest percentage, with 66.66% and the indicator of choosing tools and materials got the lowest percentage, which is 31.91% is in the low category on the material structure and function of plants

Developing International Education - Classified Display of Chinese Gardens and Landscape Gardens Museum

Background and Aim: Promoting the development of international education is an important international education trend in the world today. It has had or is having a far-reaching impact on the education of all countries in the world, whether it is formal education or non-formal education (Gu, M., 2020). The "Course Plan for Technicians in Museums and Exhibition Halls" is mentioned in the book "Classification of International Education Standards" prepared by the UNESCO Education Statistics Bureau (1998). It can be seen that as early as the initial stage of international education development, the international education undertakings responsible for education, cultural inheritance, and exchange have attracted long-term attention to the museum industry. The combination of international education and museum display education can develop the way of international education, improve the exchange channels of international education, use the intuition and authenticity of museum display education, and improve the communication channels and paths of Chinese culture, which is an important way to improve the soft power of modern countries. Materials and Methods: This study uses descriptive research methods and attribute classification methods to try to classify garden cultural relics. The descriptive research method is simple. It interprets existing phenomena, laws, and theories through its understanding and verification, raises questions in a targeted way, and reveals the drawbacks. The law of attribute classification takes the social and scientific and cultural attributes of cultural relics as the standard to classify cultural relics. That is, the classification method is based on the nature of cultural relics. Cultural relics are the relics of human social activities and have cultural attributes. Therefore, when using the attribute classification method, this study clarifies the use and deep meaning of cultural relics to accurately confirm their nature, and then carry out research. Results: The development of international education is the evolution trend of education for the world and the public. Make good use of the current museum public service facilities education platform to build good communication and communication channels, which is conducive to the development of international education. Conclusion: Based on the existing collection classification principles and characteristics, we will innovate the classification display method, make new attempts to improve the classification display education method, and build a collection classification system in line with the functional positioning, collection attributes, and development planning of the library. It is a useful attempt to combine international education with museum education and museum classification to improve the mode of museum education, implement the essence of the curriculum plan of international education development museums and exhibition halls into specific practical work, and enrich the content of museum education through new exhibition classification.
