The rapid development of technology affects all aspects of life, especially information systems. With the development of this technology, speed and accuracy are needed to send information so that it can be received by the recipient. For the process of sending data, a communication network is needed as a means of transportation. In the process, it doesn't always go well; sometimes network interference problems occur. To overcome this problem, a system is needed that can record network disturbances so that problems can be resolved and analyzed immediately. The process of recording network disturbances at the DKI Jakarta Province Communication, Informatics, and Statistics Office is currently still using conventional or manual methods, which often creates problems. So it is necessary to have a system that can record these disturbances. The design of this system is made to make it easier for companies to record network disturbances and facilitate analysis if there are repeated disturbances. By using the waterfall method, existing problems can be examined so that the designed system can perform as expected. So that this system makes it easier for network managers to document reported network disturbance data, which results in not requiring a long time to search for or collect manual records. Therefore, this system will make the work system more effective and efficient in terms of time, effort, and cost.Keywords : network, ticketing, waterfall
