Under the new liberal arts context, the construction of college majors is showing a trend of interdisciplinary and integrative innovation. The Mongolian-Chinese translation major in ethnic regions, as a vital support for the inheritance of minority language and culture and social development, faces the challenge of adapting to the demands of the times and improving the quality of talent cultivation. This paper analyzes the current construction status of the Mongolian-Chinese translation major in ethnic region colleges and the challenges it faces within the new liberal arts framework. It proposes paths such as optimizing the curriculum system, building a strong faculty team, reforming practical teaching, and applying information technology. Additionally, the paper discusses innovative training models, the integration of cultural heritage and modern demands, and international development strategies, providing practical suggestions for the construction of the Mongolian-Chinese translation major in ethnic region colleges, aiming to promote innovation and sustainable development of the major in the new era.

The Practice and Exploration of Modern Apprenticeship System for Accounting Talent Cultivation in Higher Vocational Education

With the rapid development of society and economy, in the context of increasingly rigorous skills and qualifications requirements for financial talents in various fields, the modern apprenticeship system training model has emerged. Modern apprenticeship is a way for colleges and enterprises to deepen cooperation, aiming to cultivate students by integrating theoretical knowledge and practical skills, which is an innovative talent training model that is crucial for cultivating high-level financial talents. This article starts from the meaning, advantages, and significance of implementing the modern apprenticeship system in higher vocational accounting majors, examines the realistic difficulties faced by higher vocational accounting majors in implementing the modern apprenticeship system training model, and explores measures to improve the modern apprenticeship system training model to solve the problems faced by higher vocational accounting majors in modern apprenticeship teaching.

Grow Your Own School Mental Health Specialists: A Policy Pilot to Address Behavioral Health Workforce Shortages in Schools.

The capacity of schools to address behavioral health concerns presents an emerging challenge, exacerbated by major shortages in the workforce. Schools across the U.S. are struggling to hire licensed behavioral health professionals, with additional barriers encountered when seeking to hire practitioners with experience in educational settings. In 2023, a school district in the suburbs of Columbus, Ohio, partnered with The Ohio State University to launch a "grow your own" policy pilot. The priorities focused on addressing workforce shortages and leveraging the experiences of current teachers/staff to support growing needs related to student mental health and well-being. More specifically, the district utilized COVID-19 relief funds to recruit, train, and transition 25 teachers/staff into school mental health positions by underwriting the costs of each professional's Master of Social Work (MSW) degree. Here, we (a) describe the district-university partnership and the processes guiding the implementation of the "grow your own" model, (b) distill preliminary findings about district needs regarding behavioral health, and (c) explore facilitators, barriers, and outcomes associated with learning among participants in the program. The findings from a district-wide staff survey indicated a high level of need for individual counseling, crisis intervention, and small group interventions. Additionally, qualitative interviews revealed that learning among the program's participants was facilitated by effective classroom strategies and specific learning experiences integral to the program's design. These facilitators supported key learning outcomes, including general social work knowledge, self-awareness, and therapeutic skills that are foundational for engaging with students, parents/families, teachers/staff, and the broader school community. This innovative policy pilot and training model demonstrate how universities and local educational agencies can partner to address workforce development challenges at the intersection of behavioral health and education.

Exploration of the Talent Cultivation Model for the Integration of Industry and Education in University Asset Evaluation

During the 14th Five Year Plan period, the main task of talent team construction in China’s asset appraisal industry was to develop innovative talent training models. Therefore, this article focuses on the talent cultivation model of integrating industry and education in asset evaluation in universities, systematically summarizes the theoretical and practical significance of research on asset evaluation talent cultivation models in universities, and explores the construction measures of asset evaluation talent cultivation models based on the integration of industry and education that meet social needs and the development of the times [1]. At the same time, the strategy of constructing a deep integration talent training system was explored, guided by the integration of industry and education, to cultivate asset evaluation composite talents with strong practical skills. The aim is to provide a reference for improving the quality of asset evaluation professionals in China and promoting the development of asset evaluation talent training models.

STRATEGIC PLAN FOR TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES IN ISLAMIC EDUCATION ORGANIZATIONS IN THE ERA OF INDUSTRY 4.0

This research investigates the Strategic Plan for Training and Development (RENSTRA DIKLAT) of human resources (HR) in Islamic education organizations amidst the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The primary aim of the study is to evaluate how RENSTRA DIKLAT contributes to HR development within these organizations and to identify effective practices and challenges encountered in this context. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study method, the research involved in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis across several Islamic educational institutions implementing RENSTRA DIKLAT. The study found that comprehensive needs analysis, strategic planning, and regular evaluations are crucial practices for enhancing HR competencies and motivation. Institutions that successfully integrated technology into their training programs, developed leadership skills and emphasized Islamic values achieved notable improvements in HR development. However, challenges such as limited technological infrastructure in remote areas were identified, emphasizing the need for support from both government and private sectors. Recommendations for future research include examining the long-term impacts of RENSTRA DIKLAT on institutional performance, exploring strategies to address infrastructure and technology access issues in remote areas, and developing innovative training models that blend digital technology with traditional learning approaches. This research offers valuable insights into best practices for HR development in Islamic education organizations and provides a foundation for further investigation into overcoming existing challenges.

1172 Innovative Low-Cost Vascular Anastomosis Simulation Training Model for Vascular Anastomosis Training

Abstract Aim Vascular anastomosis is an important but complex skill requiring mastery by trainees across multiple specialities, with significant risk of suboptimal outcomes. Simulation allows multiple repetitions of a procedure within controlled environment, allowing training without accompanying patient risk. Current simulation courses on vascular anastomosis are expensive and inaccessible to several junior trainees. A low-cost scaffold was developed for vascular anastomosis training and aimed to assess trainee feedback on utility and acceptability. Method The kit was built using following: Six 27 x 0.9 cm latex balloons, Ferrero Rocher chocolate box, Polypropylene 6.0 surgical sutures, Castroviejo needle holder and Forceps. Sharp scissors were used to make openings in the chocolate box, the balloons were then passed through. The kit’s utility was assessed via trainee feedback (N=16, ranked 1-5 where 1 was Unsatisfactory and 5 was Excellent). Results Trainees were able to perform various types of anastomoses: end-to-end, end-to-side, and patching, using our model. The resistance to needle passage through latex balloons was found to closely resemble that of real arteries and veins. Median rating of different categories in trainee feedback were as followed: Improved understanding 4, Helped practice 5, Realistic 4, Appropriateness for learning 4 and Affordability 5, ranging between 3 and 5. Conclusions Improved skills lead to better outcomes in surgical practice. Steps should be taken to make simulation more accessible. Low-cost models help reduce financial impact on trainees and are suitable for a wide range of institutions, including those with limited resources. Subsequent research should assess the effectiveness of this model across various contexts.

Innovations for Building Implementation Science Capacity among Researchers and Policymakers: The Depth and Diffusion Model

BackgroundWhile many interventions have reduced transmission of HIV or increased access to HIV care, fewer have been scaled-up or sustained. Implementation science (IS) maximizes the population-level impact of interventions, but globally, knowledge about IS among researchers and policymakers is limited, particularly in low and middle-income countries. This gap can be addressed through an innovative IS training model, the Depth and Diffusion Model, that can be used to build implementation science capacity to increase equity in the distribution of global implementation science training programs.MethodsIn the Depth and Diffusion Model, depth creates an in-country institution as a leader in IS research and training; diffusion ensures the spread of fundamental IS knowledge across universities and governmental agencies throughout the country. We are using the Depth and Diffusion Model in the Vietnam Implementation Science Advancement Program (VISA), a case study of applying this model in practice. VISA’s goals are to: (1) initiate the Hanoi Medical University Implementation Science Program; (2) develop IS knowledge and research capacity among four universities in Vietnam; and (3) cultivate IS capacity among Vietnamese policymakers and health program leaders.DiscussionThe Depth and Diffusion Model is being used to efficiently scale-up IS knowledge among researchers and policymakers, while fostering collaboration to increase impact of research and policies. By the end of VISA, HIV-related IS capacity will be well-established in Vietnam, demonstrating how the Depth and Diffusion Model can be a blueprint for adoption of IS research and practice in a country with limited previous IS capacity.

Teaching Reformation and Practice of “Robot Operating System” Course Based on “Major-Ideology-Creativity-Research-Application”

The integrated education model of major and innovation integration aims to cultivate students who not only master the latest technologies but also apply and effectively transform them, in order to meet new quality productivity for compound and innovative talents. Therefore, in order to cultivate the innovation ability of students majoring in new engineering, the teachers have determined the reformation idea of “Major-ideology-innovation-research-application” in the practice of teaching reformation of the "Robot Operating System" course. Through optimizing the knowledge system, deepening ideological and political elements, cultivating innovative thinking, promoting innovative achievements, and researching experimental devices, a closed-loop innovative talent training model has been formed. To further promote the reformation of new engineering curriculum teaching, we are committed to cultivating outstanding engineering and technological talents with patriotism, global vision, innovative spirit, and practical ability, and serving the development of new quality productivity with high-quality talent cultivation as the main force. Experiments illustrate that this innovation provides useful exploration for teaching revolution of the integration of specialized and creative education, and can be referenced by other professional courses.

Research on Innovative Teaching Model for Hydraulic Building Courses in Local Colleges and Universities

In an innovation-driven era, reforming university innovation and entrepreneurship education is crucial. Analyzing the "Hydraulic Buildings" course and its teaching reforms, combined with foreign innovative talent training models, this paper explores a training program for water conservancy innovative talents. Through literature review and case analysis, we assess domestic and foreign teaching reform achievements and propose further reforms. By enhancing teaching reform, integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education, and fostering industry-university-research cooperation, we aim to improve students' comprehensive quality and innovation ability, supporting the national innovation-driven strategy with water conservancy talents.

Exploration of the “Four-Three-Four” Internship and Training Mode in Higher Vocational Colleges Under the Modern Vocational Education System

This article mainly introduces the innovative internship and training model of vocational colleges, including five aspects such as “four-party collaboration, three-stage progression, four-way integration, value-added evaluation, and double selection and promotion.” The model aims to improve students’ practical skills and professional quality to better adapt to market demand and social development. The article also presents the prospects of the future internship and training model, including strengthening cooperation and communication with industry enterprises, focusing on students’ personalized development and practical skill cultivation, and establishing a scientific and objective evaluation and feedback mechanism.

This paper discusses the innovative methods of school-enterprise cooperation education mode in computerapplied talent training. By analyzing the key links and influencing factors of the training mode, this paper puts forward some concrete suggestions and measures to provide guidelines for universities and enterprises in personnel training.

Model innovation of mental health education personnel training based on the environmental psychological characteristics model

Abstract Exploring the innovative model of mental health education talent training is beneficial for aiding students in establishing correct mental health concepts. In this paper, starting from the data mining algorithm based on the random forest algorithm and XGBoost algorithm, the RF-XGBoost hybrid analysis model is jointly constructed by the residual sequence of the random forest model and the prediction sequence of the XGBoost model. The influencing factors of mental health education were described, the integration model of mental health education talent cultivation was given, and the data analysis of the principles and contents of integrated talent cultivation using the RF-XGBoost hybrid model was conducted with the University of Z as an example, from the cultivation principles, wholeness, coordination, and continuity improved by 90.09%, 71.47%, and 90.86%, respectively, compared with 2017. Regarding the training content, the percentages of those who rated very satisfied, generally satisfied, and dissatisfied were 57.36%, 30.01%, and 12.63%, respectively. This shows that the integrated talent training model can help mental health education achieve its cultivation goals and establish the correct concepts for students.

Model Innovation Research of Cultivating Applied Art and Design Talents Based on Environmental Psychology

Abstract To achieve the training goal of applied innovative talents, this paper designs an innovative model of training applied art and design talents based on environmental psychology to improve the quality level and practical ability of art and design talents. The k-means algorithm is improved by introducing a particle swarm algorithm, using information entropy to verify the effect of the clustering. The improved algorithm is used in developing the talent training model to make the development results more reasonable. Based on the strength of the training performance of each classifier in the random forest, the individual classifiers are weighted to reduce the influence of the poorly performing classifiers on the talent training quality evaluation results. A multi-level fuzzy evaluation model is used to design a quality evaluation index system for applied talent training, which is used to measure the merits of the talent training model. To verify the feasibility of the designed model, the simulation analysis results show that the assessment achievement on course objectives 1-5 reached 0.6784, the average score on design content, methods and ideas was 4.34, and the comprehensive score of talent training quality evaluation was 85.64. It shows that environmental psychology can support the cultivation of applied art and design talents and promote the overall development of applied talents.

An innovative conceptual model for education and training on hybrid warfare

Abstract This study aims to present an innovative conceptual model of learning, teaching, and training that appears to be applicable to the field of hybrid warfare. It is based on integrating three critical elements such as reference curriculum, teaching methodology, and online support capabilities. By using qualitative research through correlating critical analysis of relevant sources, logical scheme, and cognitive task analysis, each descriptive element is analysed in order to provide an eloquent image of the proposed conceptual model. Also, to gain real feedback on the proposed model as well as on its constitutive elements, the quantitative research using statistical data grouping is performed. The analysis and interpretation of the collected data demonstrate not only a high interest in the designed conceptual model, but also a positive impact at the level of each descriptive element on the academic staff and students from the military and civilian university environment.

ECHO "Bootcamp": An Innovative Training Model to Onboard Providers in the Care of Gender Diverse Patients.

Purpose: Extension for Community Health Outcomes (ECHO) is a model of continuing medical education meant to connect academic medical center-based specialists with community providers to increase capacity in managing complex health conditions. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of a shortened "bootcamp" ECHO model in increasing participant competence with topics related to transgender and gender diverse (TGD) health care and the impact of "bootcamp" participation on enrollment in an ongoing ECHO series. Methods: An ongoing monthly ECHO series was instituted on topics of TGD health. After 2 years, the team implemented a four-session "bootcamp" for four consecutive weeks during March 2022 to introduce foundational topics for new participants who had joined or were considering joining the ongoing series. Qualitative and quantitative results were collected from self-reported pre-/post-surveys as well as from in-session quizzes. Results: There were 71 participants in the "bootcamp" including health care providers and support staff. Attendees reported a 10.3% increase (p = 0.02) in self-reported comfort providing care to transgender patients. Pre-/post-knowledge improved in areas of health inequities (50% vs. 74% correct pre/post), surgical requirements (33% vs. 74%), and effects of masculinizing (55% vs. 70%) and feminizing (64% vs. 89%) hormone therapy. Prescribing providers reported a significant change across four areas of practice competency. Among 71 "bootcamp" participants, 15 registered for the ongoing program. Conclusion: Use of a "bootcamp" highlights ways to increase participant comfort and knowledge in providing TGD health care in a shortened timeframe and recruit new participants to an ongoing ECHO curriculum.

An innovative training model for developing talents in French language education based on the deep learning model

Abstract Modern society is developing rapidly, new technological means are emerging, people’s mindset is changing day by day, and all aspects of social life have undergone great changes. In such an era, French teaching is facing new challenges, but it is also a new opportunity for teaching reform. The introduction of new deep learning model teaching tools in traditional teaching, the construction of online education, and the adoption of a combination of online and offline teaching models enable French teaching to adapt to the characteristics and needs of the new era and ensure the quality of teaching. The model uses deep learning as technical support and takes the prediction of students’ answers to a question as a judgment indicator. Through the generation of directed graphs in the model, the model structure is optimized to improve its application in predicting students’ answers compared to the classical model. It is prepared for the next step of building a system for personalized question recommendation using deep reinforcement learning. The model plays a role as a student simulator in the recommender system. So its prediction effect reflects the simulation effect on students. Finally, it is experimentally demonstrated that the proposed deep knowledge tracking model based on directed graphs has a significant improvement in prediction effectiveness compared to the traditional model.

СПЕЦИФИКА НЕПРЕРЫВНОЙ ПОДГОТОВКИ КАДРОВ ДЛЯ IT-ОТРАСЛИ В СИСТЕМЕ «ШКОЛА — ВУЗ — ПРЕДПРИЯТИЕ»

Currently, Russian scientists and specialists face important tasks related to the process of digitalization of the economy and the need to accelerate the rate of development of high-tech industries, increase the competitiveness of domestic goods and services, and ensure the technological independence of the country. To solve these problems, it is necessary, first of all, to ensure continuous advanced training of qualified personnel for the modern labor market within digital economy. The paper reflects the current issues of modernization of the Russian education system taking into account the challenges of digital transformation. The problems of training qualified IT specialists and possible ways to make up for personnel shortfall in the IT industry are outlined. The activities carried out in educational institutions for the purpose of mastering relevant digital competencies by students are described. An innovative model of continuous training “school — university — enterprise” in the areas of digital economy has been developed and tested. The image of an IT-class graduate is revealed, representing a mobile, constantly self-improving personality with a set of digital competencies necessary for full participation in socially significant activities in a dynamically changing information society. The tasks are considered and the results of career guidance work with students of educational institutions are presented. The conclusion is made about the effectiveness of the implemented educational project for the development of the digital economy.
