Preliminary Research of Information Technology for Assessing the Level of Fatigue of Air Traffic Controllers

The work carried out a preliminary study of the development of the information technology concept for assessing the level of fatigue of air traffic controllers using special technical means, software, and expert opinion. For this purpose, it is proposed to construct an information technology that can consist of three consecutive stages: assessment of air traffic controllers' fatigue, based on the use of special technical means and software; expert evaluation of the level of fatigue of air traffic controllers; information technology that combines data from special technical means and experts' conclusions to derive a complex linguistic level of fatigue of air traffic controllers. Each stage has its permissible levels. Non-compliance with any of them leads to automatic notification of the decision maker (DM). The value of information technology is that it will consider data from special technical means and software on the one hand and, and the other hand, consider the opinions and experiences of experts on the fatigue of air traffic controllers. The technology works dynamically and involves experts only in case of need. For information technology, it is proposed to model uncertainties for technical and expert evaluation and use logical derivation to formalize knowledge. At the output, the comprehensive level of fatigue of the air traffic controller is obtained, in the opposite case, DM is signaled to immediately take measures to remove from official duties and replace the air traffic controller. The knowledge obtained about air traffic controllers' fatigue levels is important for ensuring flight safety. Proper management of fatigue can help reduce the risk of human error and improve working conditions for staff.

Impact of Digitalization on Employment Pattern in India

Digital enablement has proved to be a game changer all over the world. Earlier the concept of Information and Communication technologies (ICT) was confined mainly to services sector in India, however, with the initiation of Digital India programme in 2015, digitalization has entered in all the walks of human life. Studies round the world depict that digitalization has positive impact on economic growth of a nation by driving entrepreneurial innovation and productivity. Though it has impacted various economic parameters, but the present study will try to analyze its impact on employment in India, with special reference to restructuring of employment and changes in job composition in the aftermath of digitalization. On one hand, it leads to creation of new skilled jobs and on the other hand, it also leads to replacement of routine work and other cyber security risks. Thus, an attempt is made to evaluate the change from the perspective of labor markets and ability of people to adapt to the changing employment pattern in the country and responsibility of education sector to reform according to the changes in required skill sets demanded by the industry. Introduction of digital skill set in higher education curriculum can help in enhancing efficiency and flexibility in labor markets and bridging the digital skill gap in India. The study shows that digitalization has the potential to reduce gender gap in employment and also provide vocational training opportunities to youth which can help in harnessing the benefits of demographic dividend. The Government should aim at reducing digital divide by improving accessibility to internet in both urban and rural areas.

Optimization design of railroad freight station computer inquiry system based on robot intelligent configuration system

In recent years, China’s railroads have been rapidly developed, but to improve the quality of service to customers and the rapid passage of passengers is a major problem facing the railroad operation. It is the era of information development at present, China’s railroad operation has also been unprecedented rapidly developed and has significant achievements. In order to meet the growing demand and improve the level of information technology, the information system platform for railroad freight transportation has been created, because each system is not connected with each other and is independent of each other, thus creating an upgrade of the system. To solve the above-mentioned problems, it is necessary first of all to establish an intelligent freight station inquiry system, which is one of the ways for the customers to experience the convenience directly. In this paper, by understanding and analyzing the inquiry system of freight stations, we address the shortcomings and deficiencies of the system now. Using the development concept of information technology and the general development goals of Chinese railroad passenger and freight stations, the development has been carried out through the two levels of the total structure and performance of the system. Current successful modifications and enhancements of the Chinese train transportation system show promising experimental results. It has been confirmed by these tests that the system demonstrates a high level of stability and dependability while skillfully meeting the intelligent inquiry needs of travelers at railroad freight stations.

Threats of the fourth industrial revolution to the development of national socio-economic systems

The rapid development of technologies has initiated the emergence of an information technology concept that integrates computing resources into physical processes. New technologies that combine physical, information and biological worlds can create opportunities and threats. The purpose of the article is to research a number of theoretical issues related to analyzing the threats of the fourth industrial revolution to the development of national socio-economic systems. With the modern state of technology, socio-economic systems should be considered cyber-physical, in which the organizational, economic, technological, mental and institutional, and other aspects of functioning are interrelated. Changes to the fourth industrial revolution are planned through various technological interventions and the formation of desirable human behavior. This allows the use of resources, technology, and information that are contrary to the interests of individual national socio-economic systems. The lack of universal ethical perceptions of the fairness of the socio-economic system jeopardizes international instruments for balancing the interests of national States and the global economic system. A unique role in ensuring the development of socio-economic systems belongs to a person with a holistic perception of the world, a system of values, and decision-making criteria for their functioning. The socio-economic system should be considered a living, open system that needs to be developed to influence the movement process and achieve the desired state by managing this process. National socio-economic systems' stability and efficiency depend on the flexibility and rigidity necessary to ensure their integrity. THE SYNERGY OF ART AND TECHNICS: DEVELOPMENT DIRECTIONS OF MUSICAL INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES

This article explores contemporary trends in the development of music information technologies, which refinement constitutes a key factor in the advancement of the music industry. The paper analyzes the advantages and challenges associated with these trends, while also forecasting potential directions for the future development of music information technologies. With an interdisciplinary approach at the intersection of musical art and information technologies, the research highlights the impact of modern technologies, the evolution of microelectronics, computers, and artificial intelligence on music creation and music education. Specifically, the transformation processes of physical sound devices into a virtual dimension are examined. The authors propose a definition of the concept of music information technologies as a symbiosis of information technologies and musical art. In other words, music information technologies are information technologies that address, work on, or influence processes within the field of musical art. The authors conclude that studying the issues related to the functioning of music society created through music information technologies is a promising direction in musicology, music education, and related fields. Based on the analysis of Music Information Technologies trends, it is noted that manufacturers of musical equipment and software developers are gradually transitioning to electronic versions of documentation and video tutorials. Trends include an increase in the number of music file formats, higher sampling frequencies, and the resolution of musical digital systems. The authors highlight the development of specialized digital workstations and other software compatible with general standards but specialized for specific individual physical devices or controllers. The article also anticipates the creation of new methods for controlling musical instruments and devices, widespread use of cloud technologies, and artificial intelligence.

PELATIHAN SISTEM INFORMASI ADMINISTRASI KEUANGAN PADA KOPERASI WANITA MIFTAHUL JANNAH DI KABUPATEN TULUNGAGUNG

Miftahul Jannah Women's Corporation in Tulungagung District, as a representative of micro-enterprises at the local level, faces various challenges in managing financial administration. Lack of knowledge of financial administration information systems is a major obstacle to improving the efficiency and transparency of co-operative financial management. Therefore, there is a need to train the financial administration information system to empower cooperatives and improve competitiveness. Training the financial management information system is a strategic solution to overcome the obstacles faced by the Miftahul Jannah Women's Corporation. Through a participatory approach, participants are involved in an understanding of the basic concepts of financial information technology, the use of financial software, and practical applications in a cooperative context. This approach is designed to accommodate a diverse level of digital literacy among participants. The training is designed with structured phases, including theory exposure, practical demonstration, and simulation training sessions. After the training, there was a significant improvement in the participants' ability to manage the co-operative financial administration. They are able to use financial software smoothly, compile accurate financial reports, and make better financial decisions. Positive impacts are also seen in increased transparency, accountability, and confidence among co-operative members. This training not only benefits the operational level of cooperatives but also empowers the economy of micro-enterprises in the region. With increased financial management capabilities, cooperatives can be more effective in managing resources, increasing production, and expanding market share. This empowerment contributes to local economic growth and improved welfare of co-operative members.

Selective Collection Of Solid Waste Using An Application – Carcará Software Proposal

The article contributes to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) based on information Technology (IT) and the proper use of industrial property rights for their protection. The prototype in the form of an application helps to identify selective collection points and monitors the process of disposal of Recyclable Urban Solid Waste produced in the municipality of Santarém - PA. From a research with a qualitative, exploratory and descriptive approach based on the collection of data from the platform of the Instituto Nacional da Propriedade Industrial (INPI), using the following keywords: selective collection, solid and recyclable waste, added to the concept of information Technology and urban solid waste. In summary, we sought to identify software records related to SDG target 12.5 of the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. This research served as a sample for the creation of a technological solution, generated in the conceptual presentation of the “Carcará” application, as a software that contributes to the selective collection of urban solid waste.

Thus, the government has launched several laws and acts for stabilizing the women'rights that has been not implemented properly. Information technology has become one of the vital parts of the world to run everyday technological devices. Accompanied by the development of internet access, the acts and laws against women's rights can be unlocked for all. AN OVERVIEW OF THE INFLUENCE AND APPLICATIONS OF MODERN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES IN CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

The construction sector relies heavily on data, and the successful completion of its projects depends on adequate access to and automated management of the data. Therefore, it is crucial to manage information resources effectively in the building's field since it affects people's productivity, the completion of projects on time, and the cost-effective completion of projects. Although each step of the lifecycle has its data and is maintained separately, most data are typically shared throughout the project's phases to aid decision-making. In the past few years, information technology played a significant role in contemporary culture. As a result, many initiatives have been embarked on to pay extreme attention to creating efficient tools to handle a broad spectrum of responsibilities throughout the construction phase. Regardless, there are still multiple challenges to overcome before information technology concepts can be efficient within the project management framework for construction. In order to identify obstacles and prevent their use to highlight their effects on project stakeholders, this paper reviews the literature on information technology applications in the construction sector. It focuses on how these applications can improve visualization, data exchange, and productivity while increasing safety and sustainability.

Information technologies in the personnel management system: approach to personnel management

The paper highlights the concept of information technologies and the importance of their application in administrative management. The difference in definitions is characterized: information resources, information systems, information technologies. The peculiarities of the combination of information systems with the personnel management system are highlighted. It has been proven that various information technology tools are used in personnel management information systems, which contribute to the optimization and digitalization of various types of information resources. Some programs, tools and technologies used in personnel management information systems are described. The practical features of using HRIS software in the context of administrative management are considered. There are two types of HRIS systems that can be used by enterprises depending on their scale, form of management, financing, number of employees, etc. Cloud HRIS – Hosted off-premise and available online. Local HRIS systems are hosted on companies' own servers. Types of the most popular HRIS systems in Ukraine are given. A proprietary formula for the use of HRIS in a financial company is given. In general, the paper emphasizes the importance of introducing information technologies into the personnel management system for increasing the efficiency and optimizing the work of enterprises, financial companies, organizations, etc. She emphasizes the need to constantly update technological solutions and integrate them into the personnel management strategy in order to achieve success in the organization.

Seniors and the Use of New Technologies: Loneliness and Support Networks

Abstract The study of seniors’ perception of the use of technology is the main topic of this article. This is relevant because of the topicality and the need to understand how active aging and the use of new technology are realized in a seniors’ dedicated program in Romania. In the literature review section, the following concepts are presented: the role of technology in everyday life, the types of technologies seniors use, the meaning of information and communication technology concept, and understanding the concept of loneliness and seniors’ needs. The second section of the article consists of qualitative research using based on a case study (in-depth interviews and participatory observation) on the Telefonul Vârstnicului Program (Senior People Phone Line) in Romania. The purpose of the research is to identify the seniors’ needs, faced problems, reached needs, and the qualities a social worker should have. The main findings of the research emphasize the fact that senior citizens are guided to various state institutions, providing them with useful, verified, and official information. Older people face several problems, both financial and medical, but they also need to communicate to relieve loneliness and meet new people. The digital skills of the elderly are quite limited but have been growing in recent years.

Borderland's theory in indigenous ethnic community archiving

The main purpose of this article is to bring to the fore the nexus between what borderlands theory stands for and the mushrooming of community archives in these areas as a form of counter-archiving and documenting the ‘other’. Zimbabwe's borderlands are uniquely inhabited by the marginalised ethnic indigenous groups of people. This prevalent borderland phenomenon has seen the growth of community archives which border on archival activism. Therefore, this article, through literature review interrogates further this borderland phenomenon by giving an overview picture of the nexus between community archives and Zimbabwe's borderlands. One of the findings reveals that these community archives which come in different formats such as archives, museums, trusts, oral history groups and language associations seem to be a counter move by the marginalised to tell their stories which are side-lined by those in power. It is now almost axiomatic to conclude that the stories of those in borderlands are scarcely documented in the mainstream heritage institutions in Zimbabwe. Also, one of the leitmotifs which runs through the article is how the concepts of Information and Communications Technology for Development (ICT4D) are used by community archives in borderlands to further their objectives.

The paper establishes the relationship between the concepts of information technologies, artificial intelli-gence, and digitalization. The author suggests that digitalization is an inevitable possibility of social de-velopment because it is deeply rooted in the development of material production and also because it is perceived as the public good and a key factor of competitiveness in all contemporary worldviews, including alternative ones. At the same time, people are increasingly faced with the growing insecurity of their existence due to rapid digitalization within the existing social institutions. We can only hope that the implementation of the digitalization trend can take different forms. This trend requires serious study and an awareness of the relevant alternatives developed during scientific debate.

Digital Transformation is today’s hot process in small business entities like logistics companies, for instance. This trend is happening not only in Uzbekistan but all over World as well. Each second automotive and cutting-edge technologies are being created to maintain the delivery of products to the real customers as quick as possible. Likewise, Logistics companies are encountering largescale automation of corporate information system and trying to be more resistant in the competitive market with the help of digitalization. Likewise, the challenges of automation, new technology and the future of work are some of the most important facing workers today. For trade unions, we must be strong enough to be able to shape change. Understanding potential impacts and opportunities for our members and preparing the appropriate responses are key. This includes enhancing our engagement with industry partners and identifying appropriate education, training and capacity-building needs of our members and workers in the transport chain. Transport workers of today and tomorrow must be equipped with the required knowledge, skills, and expertise for the jobs of tomorrow. In spite of the having of hundreds of research works in this field, there are still a bit uncertainty in understanding the employing the digitalization in small business entities (logistics companies as example). This article reflects the development of digital logistics and transport in the process of globalization, and thus shows how to adapt the concept of information and communication technologies. Moreover, shedding light on the role of information and communication technology (ICT) in the logistics innovation process of small and medium sized logistics companies.

Building a Readiness Model of Environmentally Friendly Information Technology as Implementation of Green Information Technology Concept

Environmentally friendly Information Technology is a sustainable approach to information technology and information systems with practical methodologies in designing and implementing environmentally friendly information technology implementation strategies in various business and government organizations as well as strategic tools in building the contribution of these technologies in supporting all aspects of business activities in the organization and contributing environment so that it becomes more effective and efficient and builds competitive advantage. This includes effectively measuring sustainability, regarding the sustainable use and design of hardware and software, to promote efficiency and effectiveness in building a sustainable framework for the sustainability of information technology infrastructure. This study aims to build a model of Green information technology readiness. The research design is included in exploratory research, with a sample of 108 respondents and the sampling was done by non-probability convenience sampling. This research was conducted in Jakarta. The results showed that there are important factors that can be modeled mathematically through factor analysis which identifies the representation of Safe and comfortable, Smart public service, Excellent information, and Easy health care factors as the main factors in developing an elderly-friendly city model from the respondent's point of view.

Use of information and communication technologies for assessment of future bachelors’ in applied mechanics English lexical competence

The article studies the issue of using information and communication technologies for the assessment of future bachelors’ in applied mechanics English lexical competence within the framework of distance learning. The concepts of information and communication technologies and English lexical competence are defined. Classification, review and comparative analysis of modern online platforms and services are offered. Services for conducting video conferences, platforms for testing or assigning and checking tasks, platforms and services for demonstrating presentations and tasks, platforms that provide a cloud environment, and resources for gamification of learning are described. Also provided are the results of a student survey on the convenience of using online resources for the assessment of future bachelors’ in applied mechanics English lexical competence, as well as the challenges associated with them.
