Perlindungan Data Pribadi dalam Kegiatan Peer to Peer Lending

Purpose: The research objective to be achieved in this study is to determine the protection of personal data in peer to peer lending activities. In this data analysis technique, researchers use research materials in the form of books, journals, documents and research results obtained from a literature review. Methodology: In the data analysis technique, the data obtained will be analyzed using qualitative methods. The qualitative method is observing in their environment by interacting and trying to understand language and interpretations of the world around them. Results: Information technology-based service providers through online, have an obligation to meet personal data protection standards. Protection of personal data is one of the most important things in conducting online transactions, because personal data is related to user security. Limitation: This research contributes to the government and the community must be able to act more thoroughly, meticulously and have a prudent nature, especially when carrying out technology-based lending and borrowing services. Contribution: It is hoped that this law will become a strong legal umbrella for the management and protection of citizens' personal data and government administrators.

Various other important issues, such as network attack security restrictions and privacy threat accounts, should not be left unattended. It integrates various state-of-the-art technologies such as mobile, embedded systems, mobile networks, mobile computing, cloud, big data, data analysis technology, and embedded cloud computing, including FinTech development. It is important to Embedded Finance (EF) for its seamless integration and finance of its customers' business services, just as ride-sharing companies Uber and Lyft have integrated very successful payments. Refers to the provision of services. Embedded finance is a financial service on the terms of the customer, from anywhere, anytime. Classification of E-Service in Indonesia

E-service consists of various actors. Today, there is a wide range of actors involved. Public, private, and government connected in such complex way to create the e-service world we know today. However, the broad and complexity of the environment raises challenges for policy makers and regulators, such as tax. Until now, there is no tax regulation that specifically regulates trading activities using information technology, also known as an e-service. It operates globally without physical boundaries of a nation. However, rules can be different among nations. The initial step to make these rules is the classification of types of services using information technology, based on the business actors involved. Lack of classification raises problems, such as overlapping business segmentation, which may lead to inaccurate classification of the treatment. That is why a complete classification of e-service is needed. This study proposes a classification of e-service based on provider of the service, origin of goods and service, and the destination of goods and services in Indonesia. Research data obtained through literature studies and surveys of information technology-based service provider sites. We propose 27 categories of e-business classification, which can be used further, such as to cluster business and as a basis for regulation.

How does information technology-based service degradation influence consumers’ use of services? An information technology-based service degradation decision theory

Information technology is crucial for modern services. Service delivery may include a complex mix of information technology and telecommunication providers, global networks and customers’ information technology devices. This research focuses on service failures that are caused by information technology problems, which we conceptualize as information technology-based service degradation (ITSD). When information technology-based service degradation occurs in a modern service, the information technology problem may originate from the service provider, another partner or any information technology equipment involved. But the customer may not be able to pinpoint the source of the problem immediately. We argue that existing research can only partially explain customers’ behavior following information technology-based service degradation; current research cannot account for the way in which information technology characteristics in information technology-based service degradation influence customers’ decisions to continue using or rejecting the service. To fulfill this gap, we interviewed information technology-based services’ customers. Our interviews suggest that the reasons affecting customers’ behavior may change and have differing importance during the information technology-based service degradation experience. We theorized the information technology-based service degradation experience into five stages: blaming, bypassing, tolerating, abandoning and overcoming. The first two stages contain stage-specific factors influencing the progression of service usage, and the final three stages contain stage-specific factors that matter in the decision to use or quit the service. As a new contribution, we propose a stage theory for explaining customers’ behavior following information technology-based service degradation. Our results outline new research directions in information technology-based service degradation, including further testing and refinement of our proposed theory in the case of different services. For service providers, our findings provide new information for improving service recovery strategies to keep customers engaged.

IMPLEMENTASI METODE MULTINOMIAL NAÏVE BAYES CLASSIFIER UNTUK ANALISIS SENTIMEN

GO-JEK is an information technology-based service consisting of 3 main services, namely GO-JEK, GO-LIFE, and GO-PAY. As time goes by, customer complaints arise about the lack of satisfaction with GO-JEK services. One measure of GO-JEK customer service satisfaction can be acknowledged by way of analyzing sentiments on the data of public opinion twett submitted on the twitter official account, @gojekindonesia. In this research, sentiment analysis was carried out using the Naïve Bayes Classifier learning algorithm. The number of data twitts used is 9987. The twit data is labeled according to the class which includes positive, negative and neutral classes. Then the next process is data preprocessing consisting of cleansing, tokenization, filtering, stemming, and stopword removal. The evaluation method using 10-fold cross validation with the results obtained is precision value of 80%, recall of 80%, f1-score of 80%, maximum accuracy of 82% and average accuracy of 79%.

Fintech Indonesia User Legal Protection in Balance Borrowing Money Based on Information Technology

The growth of FinTech companies in Indonesia is very rapid, currently, there are 142 FinTech Companies in Indonesia. The Financial Services Authority (OJK) continues to encourage the development of information technology-based financial service provider company (FinTech). OJK considers that the more number of FinTech companies, the better it would be. It is important to pay attention to legal protection for FinTech Users, because lending and borrowing services-based information technology has the potential to cause harm to FinTech users, besides being done online, the lender and recipient of the loan do not know each other, and there is no collateral in information technology-based lending and borrowing services. This paper discusses the legal protection of FinTech Users in information technology-based lending and borrowing services, and settlement of dispute in the event of a dispute between FinTech Companies and FinTech Indonesia Users. Legal protection for FinTech Users is provided in agreements made between FinTech Indonesia Companies and FinTech Users and law enforcement OJK Regulation No. 77/POJK.01/2016 The settlement of disputes by complaining to the FinTech Company, to the Financial Services Authority (OJK) or claiming through the General Court.
