Information system for data analysis of electronic operational documentation to support the development of economic processes

The article presents an information system for data analysis of electronic operational documentation, the main purpose of which is the storage, collection and analysis of information, as well as the formation of an expert decision and forecasting to improve the quality of user work and the speed of processing large amounts of information. The functional structure of maintaining operational documentation was considered, a description of data flows and business processes was carried out, and the interaction of decision support systems with the subject area was studied.

Feasibility of Upper Gastrointestinal Examination in Home Care Setting with a Magnetically Assisted Capsule Endoscopy System: A Retrospective Study.

The magnetic assisted capsule endoscope (MACE) with a hand-held magnetic field navigator (MFN) for upper gastrointestinal examination achieved satisfactory results in a healthy volunteer study. We evaluated the feasibility of upper gastrointestinal examination in the home care setting with the MACE system. Home care patients with upper gastrointestinal symptoms that received an MACE exam were enrolled in the study. MACE procedure time; completeness of observation of important anatomical landmarks; endoscopic diagnosis; patient tolerance during the procedure; and patient data, including age, sex, comorbidities, symptoms, body weight, and height, were retrieved from hospital information system for data analysis. A total of 16 participants were enrolled with a mean age 74.3 ± 15.4 years (47 to 99 years). One patient failed to swallow the capsule and was excluded. The average procedure time was 23.7 ± 10.0 min (14.1 to 42.5 min) to complete each endoscopic exam for the remaining 15 patients. The overall maneuverability in the esophagus, stomach, and duodenum was 93.75%, 87.5%, and 75%, respectively. Overall completeness in the aforementioned regions was 93.75%, 81.25%, and 75%, respectively. No severe adverse events were noted. The results clearly demonstrate the promise of using this MACE system to perform endoscopic examination outside the hospital for patients confined to the community and home.

Achieving veracity: A study of the development and use of an information system for data analysis in preventive healthcare.

Within healthcare, information systems are increasingly developed to enable automatic analysis of the large amounts of data that are accumulated. A prerequisite for the practical use of such data analysis is the veracity of the output, that is, that the analysis is clinically valid. Whereas most research focuses on the technical configuration and clinical precision of data analysis systems, the purpose of this article is to investigate how veracity is achieved in practice. Based on a study of a project in Denmark aimed at developing an algorithm for stratification of citizens in preventive healthcare, this article confirms that achieving veracity requires close attention to the clinical validity of the algorithm. It also concludes, however, that the veracity in practice hinges critically on the citizens' ability to report high-quality data and the ability of the health professionals to interpret the outcome in the context of existing care practices.

Olap and data mining technologies' integration in the construction of interdimensional associative rules in multidimensional data

The features of associative rules in multidimensional data searching are presented in the article, specifically theoretical basis of association searching between different dimensions in OLAP cubes and formulas of their significance characteristics (support, confidence, lift, leverage) calculation are shown. The method of interdimensional association rules generation is proposed. The implementation of this method as a component of operative and intellectual data analysis information system on database management system Cache platform is described.

Design and Realization of Baseball and Softball Match Data Analysis Information System

Baseball and softball athletics have carried out in our country more than 100 years, however, its current development is still in infancy and the overall level is not very high due to political, economic, and cultural factors. In order to facilitate baseball and softball athletics, this paper has designed and realized a baseball match data analysis information system, which can collect match data and statistics and analyzes the data.
