Analysis and Design of Breeding Management Information System in Poultry Farms

Breeding management is indispensable in business development in the field of poultry farming where companies are required to keep up with the development of the digitalization era. Companies must be able to take advantage of opportunities in advances in information technology in obtaining accurate, fast and reliable information so that management can make decisions. PT. Peternakan Ayam Manggis has been using manual methods in recording the results of production or the process of breeding chicken farms. in making records using office software, namely excel, so that errors often occur and are often not realtime in making records. Records generated by poultry production include depletion, quarantine, culling, feed and egg production. in processing data generated manually can make it difficult for management to make decisions. The purpose of this research is to design an application that can be used by companies to obtain information during the breeding process.The research method in developing this application uses waterfall and design role analysis with data collection and using UML modeling. This information system application produces information about Breeding management including depletion, quarantine, feed, egg production, movement of chickens from one cage to another, culling. this information system application uses a database and application blackbox testing is carried out so that the application runs as needed.

Design of sports training information analysis system based on a multi-target visual model under sensor-scale spatial transformation

In the contemporary realm of athletic training, integrating technology is a pivotal determinant for augmenting athlete performance and refining training outcomes. The amalgamation of multi-target visual modeling with sensor technology imparts an enriched stratum of sports training data. Subsequently, the sensor scale-space transformation accentuates the comprehensive apprehension of data across diverse scales and angles. Hence, within this manuscript, addressing the multi-target tracking intricacies during sports training and competition, we posit a framework that amalgamates the shortest path elucidated by the K shortest paths (KSP) methodology with the pose information emanating from the Alphapose network. This framework recognizes the athlete’s shortest path through a convolutional neural network and KSP, followed by the amalgamation of these divergent data sources. The fusion unfolds by incorporating the athlete’s pose information grounded in Alphapose, culminating in a comprehensive integration of the two data streams. Consequently, synthesizing alpha-derived athlete information precipitates the ultimate amalgamation of the two information streams. The accomplished fusion, premised on Alphapose, forms the bedrock for multi-target tracking, culminating in a feature-rich synthesis. Empirical results reveal that after integrating these information streams, the Multiple Object Tracking Accuracy (MOTA) index and Global Multiple Object Tracking Accuracy (GMOTA) index surpass those of the solitary information tracking methods, thereby furnishing a technical underpinning and a foundation for information fusion within prospective sports training analysis systems.

In the aspect of solving the problem of inefficiency of a complex information system of public finance management, the necessity of developing a methodology for system analysis and modeling of a complex information system (IS) is considered. Based on the synthesis of the provisions of systems theory, organization theory, decision theory and management theory, the main definitions of a separate theory, its axioms and the basic principles of evaluating the effectiveness of the system were proposed. The key feature of the management of the system is adaptation, the qualitative adjustment of which can enhance the beneficial effect of a complex system by developing a system-wide management strategy. The given conceptual descriptions of the adaptive management process indicate the need for continuous modeling of the system, the creation of models for managing the functioning and development of the complex IS as a complex ecosystem, where priority in decision-making should be focused on the synergetic effect of benchmarking, integration and centralization. Due to the expansion of scientific knowledge about the category of effectiveness of complex IS, the results of the study will further allow in practice to resolve some difficulties and contradictions in managing the development of a complex IS for public finance management.

Enhancing Dengue fever diagnosis with generalized rough sets: Utilizing initial-neighborhoods and ideals

This article introduces novel definitions for generalized rough-set models, that using the concepts of initial neighborhoods and ideals. A comprehensive examination of the properties inherent in these newly introduced types is provided. A meticulous comparison between the proposed definitions and previously published studies, underscoring the broader applicability of the definitions presented herein. The obtained results and illustrative examples serve to substantiate the claim that the newly proposed method adeptly diminishes boundary regions while concurrently optimizing accuracy. Furthermore, the article establishes initial rough membership functions through ideals, applicable to any binary relation R on a universe W, and introduces an innovative approach to lower and upper approximations utilizing the Iι-membership function. The exposition includes a compelling medical application to elucidate the determination of exact and rough sets for each technique. Finally, an exhaustive analysis of the dengue fever information system is conducted to validate the efficacy of the proposed approaches in maximizing accuracy and minimizing boundary regions.

The paper presents the models and algorithms for searching, filtering and ranking data in an information analysis system, based on the ontological description of its structure. Artificial light at night and the diet of a bird of prey in Caatinga

This study investigated the potential influence of artificial nocturnal lighting (ALAN) on the diet and behavior of the owl Tyto furcata in the Caatinga biome, northeastern Brazil, from 2016 to 2021. The diet of T. furcata was compared between two adjacent areas, the National Park (PARNA) Furna Feia and the urban area of the municipality of Mossoró, a semiarid region of the west of the State of Rio Grande do Norte, with different ALAN intensities. The analysis of the geographic information system (GIS), using night images from the SNPP and NOAA-20 satellites, identified that ALAN in PARNA Furna Feia was absence, while in the urban perimeter of Mossoró, ALAN was present. The diet of T. furcata owls at PARNA Furna Feia comprised mostly of bats and nocturnal rodents captured at night under rocks and caves. In the urban area of Mossoró, the diet consisted mainly of diurnal birds and rodents captured during the night, when they rested in roosts under ALAN. Thus, urbanization affects the foraging behavior and diet of this bird of prey in Caatinga. ALAN appears to be one of the environmental conditions that T. furcata favors in urban habitats in the Caatinga biome, as it allows nightly hunting under artificial lighting of birds aggregated in roosts.

Spatial Analysis to Determine Black Spot Area in Kulon Progo Regency, Yogyakarta, Indonesia

Nowadays the number of traffic accidents increase due to the surging volume of road traffic. The efforts to reduce number of accidents is important, especially to identify the location and causes the accidents. Therefore, this study aims to identify black spot areas, which are areas with a high concentration of traffic accidents, in Kulon Progo Regency in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The method used is spatial analysis by combining analysis of traffic accident data and geographic information system (GIS) data using ArcGIS software. The study focused on provincial road consist of primary collector 2 and 3, as well as national road segments. The analysis of accident data allowed the identification of hotspots where accidents occur most frequently. Hotspot analysis methods such as Local Statistic Analysis and Kernel Density Estimation were used to assess the spatial patterns and clustering of accidents. The study found that the black spot area in Kulon Progo Regency was mainly concentrated on the National Road Segment, with fewer occurrences on the Provincial Road with function of Primary Collector 2 and minimal presence on the Primary Collector 3 Road Segment. This result can be used to develop strategies to mitigate accidents and improve road safety in the area.

The Effect of Covid-19 Pandemic on Crimes in The Province of Isabela

This paper focuses on the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic on crimes, particularly on the prevailing crimes, crime trends, crime schemes or commissions, and the Police response to the crimes between non-pandemic and pandemic periods. The study used an explanatory sequential approach to reciprocally support groups of data. The quantitative data is taken from the PNP Crime Information Reporting and Analysis System (CIRAS) of cities and selected municipalities affected by COVID-19 in the Province of Isabela. The qualitative data were collected through a semi-structured interview with the Chief of Police and investigators of the station. The study revealed that homicide, rape, violation of RA No. 11332, and vehicular incidents were the most committed. Intoxication is the key player in crimes and a shift to the subject was noted. The upward trajectory of crime during the pandemic was interconnected with the violation of the Republic Act (R.A.) No. 11332 through disobedience and arrogance to the person in authority. Income-related crimes are noted to have just emerged while work-and-business-related crimes have gone during the pandemic. The crime trend shows that if the pandemic persists, crimes dynamically trail an upward trend. The PNP in the Province of Isabela strictly adheres to its mandates and shows resiliency in pandemic crimes and COVID-19.

Integration of information search technologies and artificial intelligence in the field of cybersecurity

The paper explores the possibility of integrating traditional intelligence systems in open-source intelligence (OSINT) with advanced generative artificial intelligence (GAI) technologies, which are becoming a key factor in the development of analytical systems. The main focus of the research is on improving the functionality of the social media content monitoring system for cybersecurity issues, called CyberAggregator. The study identifies several analytical components where the application of GAI technology is most effective, including the creation of networks of key words and persons, identification of toponyms, and information summarization (building summaries, digests). The practical aspect of the research is dedicated to integrating the content monitoring system with the large language model Llama-2. The steps of this integration are provided, and the interaction process between the information search system and Llama-2 is described. The installation of dependencies and processing of queries transformed into prompts for the GAI system are detailed. This integration opens up broad possibilities for utilizing the large language model to address semantic tasks, thereby enhancing the analytical capabilities of intelligence systems. The paper identifies perspectives for using GAI to further develop and enhance information analysis systems in open sources, providing new opportunities to expand the understanding and effective use of artificial intelligence technologies in the context of tasks and ensuring cyber and information security.

Civil and Commercial Jurisprudence Observations on Intelligent Social Governance

Abstract The purpose of civil and commercial jurisprudence observation is to realize the intelligent and innovative development of social governance and to improve the efficiency of related cases. This paper develops a civil and commercial jurisprudence case information analysis system that utilizes MVC architecture and intelligent technology. The BERT pre-training model and self-training model are combined for the construction of a civil and commercial jurisprudence legal information extraction model, which helps judicial personnel understand the scope of civil and commercial jurisprudence cases in the process of social governance. Then, the ILJP is used as the basis to combine the fact encoder, the element predictor and the legal cause predictor to carry out the construction of the interpretable legal cause intelligent research and judgment model, which provides an intelligent research and judgment program for the civil and commercial jurisprudence social governance cases. The effectiveness of the civil and commercial law case analysis system is an important guarantee to enhance intelligent social governance, so this paper carries out a test and analysis of its intelligent algorithm and system performance. The results show that the legal information extraction model tends to stabilize after the first 15 iterations of training, and its validation loss value is around 0.173, and the training loss value of the model is around 0.008 when the training of the intelligent research and judgment model reaches 200 rounds. When the information analysis system of civil and commercial law cases reaches 1,000 concurrent users, the average response time of each logical operation does not exceed 3s, and the occupancy rate of CPU and memory resources is over 30%. The information age needs to fully combine technology and social governance in order to deeply mine the information of civil and commercial jurisprudence related cases, improve the efficiency of social governance, and innovate the intelligent development of social governance.

Research on distribution network fault processing technology based on knowledge of graph

Safety and reliability are the basis of the development of a distribution network. To analyze the risk transmission process in the distribution network and ensure the safe and reliable operation of the power system, this paper intends to use the knowledge graph method to realize the risk analysis of the distribution network information system. Firstly, the knowledge graph method is used to extract and integrate the risk knowledge of the multi-dimensional information collected by the distribution network. Secondly, the knowledge graph model of distribution network risk analysis is constructed, and the multi-dimensional distribution network fault handling and knowledge graph construction oriented to the feeder and platform area are designed. The distribution line parameters of the low-voltage distribution network model, neutral point grounding mode, and different fault types are analyzed, and the non-planned island is searched based on the knowledge graph adjacency matrix. Finally, combined with the simulation experiment, it is verified that the proposed method can effectively depict the information risk process of the distribution network. The structure of this paper starts from the multi-node complex distribution network, combined with a knowledge graph and deep learning method, which can solve the distribution network fault more quickly.

Solar PV technologies selection for the design of photovoltaic installations in Mexico based on the analysis of meteorological satellite data from the region

Mexico’s expansive territory spans diverse climatic conditions, which directly influences the selection of commercial photovoltaic technologies. This study utilizes solar irradiance, temperature, and cloud index data (derived from satellite sources) to generate a suitability map for commercial solar panel technologies through the Analytical Hierarchy Process-Geographical Information Systems methodology. The map illustrates that chalcopyrites and cadmium telluride emerge as the most suitable technologies in 47.12% of the national territory. Following closely behind is amorphous silicon, covering 30.45%, while monocrystalline and polycrystalline silicon account for 22.43%. The primary objective of this paper is to guide the proper selection of solar panel technology types that align optimally with Mexico’s climatic conditions. This strategic approach aims to strengthen the planning and viability of photovoltaic solar energy projects nationwide.

Information system of analysis for segmentation of the securities portfolio of the product market

The investment market is a complex competitive environment where speed and accuracy of decision-making play a crucial role. Understanding sentiment and asset behavior is key to forecasting and successful investment portfolio management. The results of information analysis confirm the hypothesis of the effectiveness of food market assets, and this in turn proves the possibility of increasing the portfolio's profitability by including food sector assets in it. Creation of an information analysis system for the purpose of segmentation of the contained portfolio is an urgent task, which will allow obtaining real and objective information about the potential risk and profitability of various assets. The paper provides an overview of specialized applied software products that are available on the Internet and are used to analyze financial data. An overview of modern information technologies, which allow convenient processing, visualization of data and forecasting of asset price movements, was carried out. An alternative version of the own information system of analysis is proposed, which focuses on the assets of the food sector. The main task of the created information system is to provide convenient tools for market data analysis, visualization and forecasting of price movements. The main functionalities of the created system are described, including a visual comparison of historical data, price movement forecasting using machine learning, and recommendations on the optimal content of the investment portfolio. The conducted example of the analysis demonstrates how the received information will help to reduce risks and increase the efficiency of decision-making, when managing a portfolio that contains assets of the food sector. The results of the work show that in the case of a small set of assets and, accordingly, restrictions on the diversification of capital investments, the use of such information systems in the field of food products is effective and profitable. The presented technique also demonstrates that an investor, even with non-professional knowledge in the field of programming and information and communication technologies, can effectively use them to create specialized systems for data analysis, visualization and forecasting.

Neonatal outcomes according to different degrees of maternal morbidity: cross-sectional evidence from the Perinatal Information System (SIP) of the CLAP network

ABSTRACT Background The burden of maternal morbidity in neonatal outcomes can vary with the adequacy of healthcare provision and tool implementation to improve monitoring. Such information is lacking in Latin American countries, where the decrease in severe maternal morbidity and maternal death remains challenging. Objectives To determine neonatal outcomes according to maternal characteristics, including different degrees of maternal morbidity in Latin American health facilities. Methods This is a secondary cross-sectional analysis of the Perinatal Information System (SIP) database from eight health facilities in five Latin American and Caribbean countries. Participants were all women delivering from August 2018 to June 2021, excluding cases of abortion, multiple pregnancies and missing information on perinatal outcomes. As primary and secondary outcome measures, neonatal near miss and neonatal death were measured according to maternal/pregnancy characteristics and degrees of maternal morbidity. Estimated adjusted prevalence ratios (PRadj) with their respective 95% CIs were reported. Results In total 85,863 live births were included, with 1,250 neonatal near miss (NNM) cases and 695 identified neonatal deaths. NNM and neonatal mortality ratios were 14.6 and 8.1 per 1,000 live births, respectively. Conditions independently associated with a NNM or neonatal death were the need for neonatal resuscitation (PRadj 16.73, 95% CI [13.29–21.05]), being single (PRadj 1.45, 95% CI [1.32–1.59]), maternal near miss or death (PRadj 1.64, 95% CI [1.14–2.37]), preeclampsia (PRadj 3.02, 95% CI [1.70–5.35]), eclampsia/HELPP (PRadj 1.50, 95% CI [1.16–1.94]), maternal age (years) (PRadj 1.01, 95% CI [<1.01–1.02]), major congenital anomalies (PRadj 3.21, 95% CI [1.43–7.23]), diabetes (PRadj 1.49, 95% CI [1.11–1.98]) and cardiac disease (PRadj 1.65, 95% CI [1.14–2.37]). Conclusion Maternal morbidity leads to worse neonatal outcomes, especially in women suffering maternal near miss or death. Based on SIP/PAHO database all these indicators may be helpful for routine situation monitoring in Latin America with the purpose of policy changes and improvement of maternal and neonatal health.

The article provides an overview of the Russian market of probiotic products, taking into account the registration of products of domestic and foreign production in the segments of medicines for veterinary use and animal feed additives by conducting a content analysis of the state information system. The increase in consumer preferences in favor of natural products is the main factor influencing the growth of the market. The growing demands of consumers for the maintenance and breeding of animals using biologically active feed additives, including complex functional probiotic products, stimulate the expansion of the market. The demand for veterinary probiotics has also increased due to the global trend of combating antibiotic resistance and the rational use of antibacterial drugs, pesticides and agrochemicals. Rational use of available antimicrobial veterinary drugs is becoming increasingly necessary, taking into account the spectrum of their activity and the profile of antibiotic resistance of the main pathogens, as well as the development of comprehensive animal treatment programs using alternative products. In many countries, scientists recommend the use of probiotics for the preservation and correction of intestinal biocenosis starting from the first hours of animal life. The ways of using probiotics, their component composition, and the types of target animals have expanded. Probiotics are used as preparations for veterinary use, feed additives to correct intestinal dysbiosis in animals, restore the resident microflora of animals, as well as to improve various production indicators.

Investigating Runway Incursion Incidents at United States Airports

According to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the number of runway incursions is increasing. Over the last two decades, the number of runway incursions at U.S. airports has increased from 987 in 2002 to 25,036 in 2020. Runway incursions are a major threat to aviation safety, causing major delays and financial consequences for airlines, as well as injury or death through incidents such as aircraft collisions. The FAA promotes the implementation of runway safety technology, infrastructure, procedural methods, alterations to airport layouts, and training practices to reduce the frequency of runway incursions. In this paper, the relationship between airport geometry factors, mitigating technologies, and the number of runway incursions at large hub airports in the United States was investigated using a random effects Poisson model for analyses of panel data. Airport operations data from the FAA Air Traffic Activity System, runway incursion data from the FAA Aviation Safety Information Analysis and Sharing System from 2002 to 2020, and airport geometry data created using airport geometry features from the FAA airport diagrams were collected. Thirty large hub airports with FAA-installed mitigating technologies were investigated. The model identified significant variables that correlate with runway incursions for large hub airport categories defined by the National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems (NPIAS). The model results indicate that airports with significant numbers of runway-to-runway intersection points increase runway incursion rates and mitigating technologies Runway Status Lights (RWSLs) and Airport Surface Detection Equipment, Model X (ASDE-X), can help reduce runway incursions at severity levels A and B.

The analysis and design of the archives management information system at KPU Jambi Province is a research that produces a design of a records management system that is expected to answer the problems that arise at this time, namely the process of managing records that still use manual methods and the absence of well- managed archival records. This research uses the prototype method with the UML (Unified Modeling Language) approach. This research produces a prototype that can provide an overview of the design of the archives management information system and the UML (Unified Modeling Language) approach as a tool that can facilitate the developer later in making the information system. With this the resulting prototype could be the first step for the Jambi Province KPU in managing records better.

The Jambi Provincial Revenue Service Cooperative is a cooperative managed by Civil Servants at the Jambi Provincial Revenue Service. For now, cooperatives have not used information systems effectively, because cooperatives have not digitally processed data yet. The Design of a Web-Based Cooperative Information System for the Civil Servant Cooperative of the Jambi Provincial Revenue Service uses the PHP programming language and uses object-based modeling techniques to describe system analysis and design, namely in the form of use case diagrams, class diagrams, and activity diagrams. The output of this research is in the form of a prototype design system for Analysis and Design of a Web-Based Cooperative Information System at the Civil Servant Cooperative, Jambi Province Regional Revenue Service. For further research, it can be complemented with other data management.
