Strategy for Implementing Religious Moderation in Islamic Education Management

The strategy for implementing religious moderation is the systematic steps and approaches used to integrate the values of religious moderation among today's diversity. This research aims to determine strategies for implementing religious moderation and supporting factors and inhibiting factors for its implementation in Islamic education management. This research uses qualitative method under case study. The findings of the research show that there are various programs of an Islamic Religious Education Curriculum which is full of moderation values, a program to habituate the values of moderation in daily life, a religious moderation training program for teachers, and the Strengthening Pancasila Student Profile Project activities as strategies for implementing religious moderation. Apart from that, the existence of a clear vision and mission, a strong commitment from the leadership and teaching staff, as well as active support from parents and the community are supporting factors for the implementation of religious moderation. However, limited resources and the influence of students' social environment outside of school which does not always support the values of moderation are factors inhibiting the implementation of religious moderation. In conclusion, the strategy for implementing religious moderation can be carried out with various programs and activities in intracurricular, extracurricular, co-curricular and school culture as well as optimizing supporting factors and innovating solutions to overcome factors that obstruct its implementation.

The Influence of Financial Literacy, Self-Control, and the Social Environment on Consumptive Behavior in Urban Communities in the Banyumas Regency Area

The main aim of this research is to see the influence of financial literacy, self-control, and social environment on consumptive behavior in urban communities in the Banyumas Regency area. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach. The population in this research is urban communities in the Banyumas Regency area with a sample size of 117 respondents. The collected data will be analyzed using descriptive analysis, correlation, and multiple regression with the help of SPSS software. The results of the analysis show that there is a real influence of financial literacy and self-control on consumptive behavior in urban communities in the Banyumas Regency area. There needs to be awareness of the importance of self-control and a positive social environment in urban communities in the Banyumas Regency area so that they do not engage in excessive consumptive behavior. Apart from that, people must also continue to hone their knowledge and understanding of the concept of risk in finance, skills, motivation, and self-confidence to be able to make effective decisions regarding financial issues. This research was conducted based on empirical phenomena in the field regarding consumptive behavior that often affects the lives of urban communities, especially communities in the Banyumas Regency, which has not been studied previously.

This study aims to prove the allegations of the influence of family environment and social environment on student achievement on economic subjects, students of class XI IPS SMA N 3 Jambi City year 2012-2013. The results showed that the family environment and social environment jointly significant effect on their learning outcomes. The Antecedents of Successful Competency Test of Indonesia Family Planning Counselors

Purpose: This study investigated several selected antecedents that affect the result of competency tests of family planning counselors in South Kalimantan Province, namely motivation, social environment, the institution role, self-efficacy, and job satisfaction. Method/design/approach: This research was conducted in South Kalimantan, Indonesia, involving 330 active family planning counselors from 13 regencies/cities who had taken the competency test between 2017 and 2020. The study employed the census technique, which means all counselors were included in the sample. Data was analyzed using the 'Smart-PLS 3.0' software. Results and conclusion: Data analysis with SmartPLS showed that Job Satisfaction, Institutional Role, and Self-efficacy significantly affect the success of the Competency Test. There were significant influences of motivation and social environment on self-efficacy. Among these antecedents, the Institution’s Role was the most substantial factor affecting the Competency Test’s success. Research implications: Policies and human resource development strategies of the Indonesia National Family Planning Coordinating Agency were discussed as part of the research implications. Originality/value: The research analysis yielded valuable findings regarding the key determinants that exert a substantial influence on the efficacy of competency assessments administered to family planning counselors. The results of this study can be utilized to provide valuable insights for the formulation of policies and the development of human resource strategies within the Indonesia National Family Planning Coordinating Agency.

The Role of Technology Use in Moderating the Influence of Social Capital and Work Environment on Teacher Performance

Many things are indicated as the driving force in improving performance, and the success of a graduate at the high school level cannot be separated from an educator (teacher). So this research aims to determine the moderating influence of the use of technology in encouraging performance between social capital and the work environment on teacher performance. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach with primary and secondary data sources. The research population was all teachers in high schools in Sekotong sub-district, West Lombok, namely 91 teachers. Determination of samples using purposive sampling so that 91 teacher informants were obtained. The research instrument used a questionnaire distributed using Google Form. Data analysis method using path analysis and with SmartPLS 4.0 as a processing tool. The results of this research are that social capital is proven to have no significant effect on teacher performance, meaning that a wide and dense network of relationships does not have an effect on increasing teacher performance for high school/vocational school level teachers in Cendi Manik Village, Sekotong District, West Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. Meanwhile, the work environment has been proven to have a significant positive effect on teacher performance. This means that the better the work environment, the better the teacher performance will be at the High School teachers in Cendi Manik Village, Sekotong District, West Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. Then technology is not proven to moderate social capital and the work environment on teacher performance. This means that technology must be balanced with other things to support it, for example balancing knowledge with training and updating knowledge.

Financial behavior is a person's pattern of behavior in managing finances to meet needs or prepare for the future. This is very important to know so that you can properly manage your financial patterns so as not to induce consumer-oriented financial behavior. Students are expected to be able to manage their money in the digital age, as they are millennials and need to be prepared for ever-accelerating technological developments.This research investigates whether students understand financial behavior, tests and analyzes the influence of financial literacy, financial technology, and social environment on financial behavior, and tests and analyzes the correlation between financial behavior and each variable. It was carried out for the purpose of analysis. The population and sample of this study are current accounting students in several universities in Batam city, such as Universitas Batam, Universitas Internasional Batam, Universitas Riau Kepualauan, and others. The number of respondents for this survey was 300. Purposive sampling technique and Likert scale were used for the sample. Data were processed using the statistical program SPSS v29. This research chose to use quantitative research methods. The research results show that financial literacy and financial technology partially have a significant and positive influence on financial behavior, but do not have a significant influence on the social environment on financial behavior. ABSTRACT This study ventures into uncharted territory by focusing exclusively on digital platforms to scrutinize engagement practices within sport clubs and their pivotal role in nurturing vibrant brand communities. By employing a multifaceted methodological framework that blends netnography, document analysis, and semi-structured interviews, it delves into the nuanced ways clubs employ digital strategies to foster active participation and cultivate a sense of belonging among community members. A novel aspect of this research is its consideration of digital engagement platforms as the social context, analyzing how the surrounding social environment influences and enhances digital engagement practices. Furthermore, the study breaks new ground by extending its analysis beyond dyadic relationships to explore the network effects on engagement practices. Therefore, it offers a comprehensive understanding of how these dynamics contribute to the development and sustainability of sport brand communities. The findings reveal the critical importance of diverse engagement practices in fostering meaningful interactions that strengthen a sport brand community fabric. This research enriches the field by presenting actionable insights for sport clubs to refine their digital engagement strategies in the context of broader social networks and effects. This paper makes a significant contribution to the literature by illuminating the complex interplay between digital engagement, social context, and network dynamics in the cultivation of sport brand communities.

This research aims to determine the influence of Pocket Money, Social Environment and Locus of Control on Financial Behavior with Financial Technology as an Intervening Variable. The research method in this study uses quantitative research methods with primary data sources obtained by distributing questionnaires. Sampling was carried out using probability sampling and resulted in 100 student respondents. Data analysis techniques use SmartPLS4. Abstract A022: Detecting cardiovascular disease risk in early-stage endometrial cancer survivors: preliminary evidence of pulse wave velocity and social vulnerability index

Abstract BACKGROUND: Endometrial cancer survivors (ECS) experience high rates of cardiovascular disease (CVD) likely due to lifestyle and social-environmental factors, including high obesity rates up to 60%. Early detection of CVD is crucial in order to intervene; however, strategies to identify ECS most at risk for CVD are currently lacking. The gold-standard methodology to non-invasively measure CVD is pulse wave velocity (PWV), and one way to identify social-environmental susceptibility is the Centers for Disease Control social vulnerability index (SVI). PURPOSE: Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate (1) CVD risk in stage 1 ECS using PWV and (2) the social-environmental influence on CVD risk using SVI. METHODS: Stage 1 ECS who were 1-12 months post-treatment, with a BMI ≥ 25.0 kg/m2, age 50-80 years, and English speaking were recruited in the gynecology-oncology clinic. Oscillometric PWV was measured in a supine position via Mobil-O-Graph. Body composition [body fat percentage (%)] was measured via Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis. Participant zip code was used to determine SVI of their county of residence. SVI is defined as low-medium (0.00-0.49), medium-high (0.50-0.69), and high (0.70-1.00). Linear regression was used to compare PWV and SVI. RESULTS: Seventeen ECS (65% White, 25% Black, 5% Asian, 5% American Indian, 64 ± 7 years old, 6 ± 4 months post-treatment, 44 ± 6% body fat) participated in the study. Participants resided in counties with low-medium (18%), medium-high (24%), and high (58%) SVI and PWV was measured as 8.2 ± 0.8 m/s, 9.1 ± 0.8 m/s, and 9.7 ± 1.0 m/s respectively. The overall regression was not statistically significant (R=0.38, R2=0.14, F=1.15, p=0.34). DISCUSSION: Overall, PWV was elevated in ECS residing in counties with medium-high and high SVI categories compared to normative data. PWV can be used to non-invasively measure CVD risk in clinic in early-stage ECS. Despite failing to reach statistical significance, a 1.0 m/s change is considered to be a clinically meaningful difference in PWV. Therefore, ECS residing in counties with high SVI may be at greater CVD risk compared to those living in less vulnerable communities. Further research is needed, including a larger sample size, to identify successful interventions to reduce CVD in ECS most at risk. Citation Format: Lauren C. How does mobility and urban environment affect the migrants' settlement intention? A perspective from the intergenerational differences.

With China embracing a new people-centered urbanization stage, the problem of migrants "flowing without moving" has become increasingly prominent, and settlement intention has gradually garnered attention. Our research, based on questionnaire data from the China Labor Force Dynamic Survey 2016, uses a multilevel linear regression model to explore the influence of mobility, social environment, built environment, and demographics characteristics on settlement intention in the migrants and discusses differences between settlement intention of new and old generations and their internal influence mechanism. The findings are as follows: (1) Compared to the old generation, the new migrant generation generally has higher settlement intention. (2) The migrants' settlement intention is influenced mainly by mobility, social environment, built environment, and demographic characteristics. (3) For the new migrant generation, social and demographic characteristics significantly influence their settlement intention. (4) The floating and built environment of the old generation significantly influence their settlement intention. Finally, this paper argues that there are differences in the influence mechanism of the same factors on the settlement intention of the new and old generations of migrants. It proposes differentiated policy suggestions for the migrants to promote city social integration. The Influence of Social Environment, Locus of Control, Love of Money, Parental Income on the Financial Behavior of Economics and Business Faculty Students in Pontianak City

Financial behavior is an important issue, especially with consumptive behavior that tends to lead to financial irresponsibility. Pontianak City's faculty of economics and business students should be able to solve financial problems. The university environment should provide financial understanding, especially for students of the Staff of Monetary viewpoints and Business. The model in this study relied upon the going with guidelines: (1) students of a staff of economy and business semester 4 to 8 who are dynamic close by in Pontianak. The looking at strategy for this study is purposive investigating. The study was conducted using a standardized sample size of 15,138 students. As indicated by the information investigation and conversation, monetary way of behaving is decidedly affected by friendly climate and locus of control. Locus of control, love of money, and parental income also play a role in shaping students' financial behaviors.

How Sense of Community and Social Environment Influence residents’ Subjective Well-Being? Moderating Role of Trust

ABSTRACT The research aims to provide contextual insights into residents’ subjective well-being in tourism-dependent destinations under the impact of neo-imperialism. Drawing upon the bottom-up spillover theory of subjective well-being and social exchange theory, the study examines an integrative model encompassing sense of community, social relations, positive and negative tourism impacts, residents’ subjective well-being, and their support for tourism. A stratified sample of 678 residents was collected in Arzachena, Sardinia, Italy. The findings highlight the prominent role of sense of community, along with social environment and positive tourism impact, in predicting residents’ subjective well-being and their support for tourism. The paper also reveals the significant moderating effects of trust in local tourism authorities. Theoretical and managerial implications are discussed, offering insights into tourism management and planning.

This research aims to examine how income expectations and the social environment influence entrepreneurial spirit through the self-efficacy of Indonesian entrepreneurs operating in the digital business sector using a quantitative approach. This research involved 161 entrepreneurs using a purposive sampling technique. This research uses SEM-PLS data analysis techniques to prove allegations. The research results show that entrepreneurs need self-confidence in their ability to run a digital business to keep them enthusiastic about becoming an entrepreneurs. Apart from that, income expectations and social environment also determine the entrepreneurial spirit of an entrepreneur.

The influence of social environment and facility support on smoking in adolescent males in Indonesia.

The high number of smokers in Indonesia, including adolescents, causes high morbidity due to smoking. Reducing the incidence of smoking-related disease in Indonesia needs to be done by reducing the number of smokers. This can be done by preventing smoking as early as possible, including during adolescence. The study aimed to assess the prevalence of adolescent male smokers and determine the social environment and facility support that influences smoking behavior in adolescent males aged 15-18 years in Surabaya, Indonesia. A cross-sectional study was performed from 1st October 2021 to 31st January 2022 on adolescent males aged 15 to 18 from senior high schools in Surabaya. 369 respondents completed a self-administered questionnaire about social environment and facility support that influence smoking behavior. The questionnaire result of the questionnaire was computed using bivariate analysis to examine the relationship between social environment, facility support, and smoking behavior. Of the 369 eligible participants, 95 (25.7%) were smokers, while the remaining 274 were not. The factors affecting smoking among adolescents were families influence (p = 0.000; PR = 4.805; CI = 2.923-7.900), friends influence (p = 0.000; RP = 3.987; CI = 2.4906.383), and advertisements influence (p = 0.000; RP = 3.137; CI = 2.275-4.325). Facility support was not found to be too influential (p = 0.399; RP = 0.767; CI = 0.472-1.245). Familia influence was the strongest factor in smoking among adolescent males aged 15 to 18. Integrated programs and policies are needed to prevent and rehabilitate adolescents from smoking behavior. Improving their understanding of the health impacts of smoking is also needed.

THE ROLE OF RELIGIOSITY IN INFLUENCING THE KNOWLEDGE AND SOCIAL ENVIRONMENT OF SAVINGS INTEREST

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of knowledge, social environment and religiosity on interest in saving in Islamic banks. The research methodology used is quantitative with experimental techniques to test the impact of knowledge and social environment on students' tendencies to practice saving religiously as a mediating factor. The population of this study consisted of students registered at the Faculty of Economics, UIN Malang, with a total of 2494 individuals, and the sample used was 147 students selected using purposive sampling. Data was collected through a Google Form questionnaire which contained statements related to research variables. The research results show that knowledge, social environment, and religiosity have a significant influence on interest in saving in Islamic banks. The conclusion of this research is that these factors can be important considerations in understanding savings behavior in Islamic banks, so they need to be considered in developing marketing strategies and sharia financial education.

This research aims to determine the influence of the social environment and financial literacy on student financial behavior and financial technology as a moderating variable. This research is a type of quantitative research with a total of 105 students at STIE Hidayatullah Depok as respondents. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires using Google Form media. The sample was selected using criteria with a random sampling technique calculated using the Slovin formula. The data used is primary data in the form of respondents' answers and processed using SPSS version 26. The results of this research show that the social environment and financial literacy have a positive and significant effect on student financial behavior at STIE Hidayatullah Depok with financial technology as a moderating variable.
