Wijaya Putra University Postgraduate Program Surabaya. This type of research is explanatory research, the approach used is a quantitative approach, the research sample is 31 companies. The analysis tool uses Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). Research objectives: 1) For describes the nature of investment, dividend policy, company value and financial performance in LQ 45 Tbk in 2020-2022; 2) For tested and analyzed the significant influence of investment ownership on the company value of LQ 45 Tbk in 2020-2022; 3) Uintuik tested and analyzed the significant influence of investment intelligence on the financial performance of LQ 45 Tbk in 2020-2022; 4) For tested and analyzed the significant influence of dividend policy on the financial performance of LQ 45 Tbk in 2020-2022; 5) For tested and analyzed the significant influence of dividend policy on company value in LQ 45 Tbk in 2020-2022; 6) For tested and analyzed the significant influence of financial performance on the company value of the LQ 45 Tbk for 2020-2022; 7) For tested and analyzed the significant influence of investment profitability on company value through financial performance in LQ 45 Tbk in 2020-2022; 8) For tested and analyzed the significant influence of dividend policy on company value through the financial performance of LQ 45 Tbk 2020-2022. The research results show that: 1) investment decisions have no significant effect on company value. 2) investment decisions have no significant effect on financial performance. 3) dividend policy has no significant effect on financial performance. 4) dividend policy has no significant effect on company value. 5) financial performance has no significant effect on company value. 6) investment decisions have no significant effect on company value. 7) dividend policy has no significant effect on company value which is mediated by financial performance.

Investment Decision and Market Value of Nigerian Listed Deposit Money Banks

This study considered the influence of investment decision on the market value of Nigerian listed deposit money banks (DMBs). Ex-post facto research design was employed. Secondary sources were used to gather information on market value and investment decisions. These sources included the annual reports of the banks that were sampled from 2010 to 2021. Out of the total population of 14 listed banks as of December 31, 2021, twelve (12) listed DMBs were chosen using the purposive sample technique. For data analysis, panel regression, correlation, and descriptive were tools employed. The outcome stated that return on capital employed recorded positive and significant influence on the Tobin Q and the market share price of listed Nigerian DMBs. The implication of the results is that banks that are able to generate better return on the capital employed in their operation have higher tendency to attract higher valuation in the market. It was concluded that investment decision served as determinant factors that influence the market valuation of Nigerian Deposit Money Banks. The study recommends that strategies to increase investment portfolio should be a priority; and also continue efforts should be made to improve return on capital employed that can enhance market valuation.

The COVID-19 outbreak has had a serious impact on almost all countries in the world, including Indonesia. The influence generated is not only in one field, but in almost all existing activities. One aspect that is of concern amid the outbreak of the Corona virus is investment. The existence of various restrictions in a country certainly has an impact on economic activity. The purpose of this study is to determine investment decisions on profitability during the covid 19 pandemic in textile companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, to determine the effect of external funding on profitability during the covid 19 pandemic in textile companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and to find out the influence of investment decisions and external funding on profitability during the covid 19 pandemic in textile companies on the Indonesia stock exchange. The company data sampled were 14 companies with a total sample of 42 from 2019 to 2021. The data used is secondary data. The sample used in this study was saturated sampling or census sampling, which is a sampling technique in which all members of the population are used as samples. This type of research used is quantitative research. The test performed is multiple linear regression analysis by first carrying out the classical assumption test which includes normality, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, and heteroscedasticity tests. This study used SPSS software version 25. The results of this study indicate that investment decisions have a positive and significant effect on profitability during the covid-19 pandemic for textile companies listed in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, external funding has no positive and significant effect on profitability during the covid-19 pandemic for textile companies listed on the stock exchange. Investment, Funding Decisions, Firm Value with Corporate Governance as Variable Moderation in Indonesia Stock Exchange

Purpose : This study aims to examine the effect of investment decisions and funding decisions on company value with good corporate governance as a moderating variable in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and included in the CGPI rating for the period 2017 -2021. The sampling technique was used for 5 years. Method : The sample for this research was purposive sampling with a total sample of 17 state-owned and non-state-owned mining companies. Analysis technique research model using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Findings : The research results show that investment decisions affect firm value. Investment decisions moderated by corporate governance have a positive effect on firm value, while funding decisions moderated by corporate governance have a negative effect on firm value. The Influence of Investment Decisions on Firm Value with Managerial Ownership as Mediation Effect

The study discusses the relationship between investment decisions, managerial ownership, and firm value in the manufacturing sector. This study points out that the manufacturing sector is a diverse and large-scale sector, yet the average stock price has declined in recent years. This phenomenon is interesting because there are many factors that can affect firm value, including investment decisions and managerial ownership, and previous research has produced inconsistent findings. To address this issue, the author conducted a quantitative research study using path analysis techniques and SmartPLS software version 4.0.8.8 and employed purposive sampling to select a sample. The results of the analysis indicate that investment decisions have no effect on firm value, but investment decisions have a positive effect on managerial ownership. Furthermore, managerial ownership has a positive effect on firm value and plays a positive mediating role in the relationship between investment decisions and firm value. The author acknowledges that the study has limitations, as it only focuses on investment decisions, managerial ownership, and firm value in the manufacturing sector. Future research should consider adding other variables or modifying the research model using moderation. Moreover, examining more than one sector is recommended to generalize the findings.

 Company value is a certain condition of the company after several years of operation, which is an indicator of public trust in the company. The purpose of the study is to determine whether investment decisions in food and beverage companies listed on the IDX for the 2018-2021 period can affect company value through capital structure as an intervening variable. In this study using quantitative research. For the study, only 24 companies were selected from 32 food and beverage companies. Purposive sampling is the sampling method used in this study. Path Analysis is the method of analysis used. The results of the study show that Investment Decisions contribute to Company Value. Capital Structure is not able to be an intervening variable in the influence of investment decisions on Company Value.

Investors find it very appealing to invest in the form of shares for State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) because these businesses have capital that is entirely or largely owned by the government. Not affected by the Covid-19 pandemic shock, investors think that the price of BUMN shares in the infrastructure sector offers excellent corporate value. The Covid-19 pandemic has slowed Indonesia's economic expansion, since February 2020. It should be remembered that many businesses have experienced negative corporate profitability at some point. With financial risk and profitability acting as intermediary variables, this study seeks to determine the degree to which the independent variables of investment decisions, funding decisions, and macroeconomics influence the dependent variable, namely company value. This quantitative study employs a census sampling technique at seven state-owned infrastructure companies from 2014 to 2021. This study employs SEM analysis (Structural Equation Modeling) based on components or variants, namely Partial Least Squares (PLS), with the help of Smart PLS 4.0 software. The study's findings indicate that macroeconomics has no direct and significant impact on financial risk. It does, however, have a significant impact on profitability and company value. Financial risk and profitability are unaffected by investment decisions. It does, however, have a significant impact on company value. Funding decisions have no direct influence on company value. It does, however, have a significant impact on financial risk and profitability. Financial risk has no direct influence on company value. Profitability has no direct influence on company value. For the indirect relationship between the financial risk and profitability variables, it does not mediate the x versus y variables.

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of investment and funding decisions on shareholder value. In this research, 44 manufacturing listed companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2016-2020 were used as research samples. The sampling method is purposive; taking the samples is based on the researcher's criteria in advance. Data analysis methods in this investigation use Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3. The results of this investigation indicate that 1) Investment decisions have a positive and significant effect on shareholder value. 2) Investment decisions have a positive and significant effect on funding decisions. 3) Funding decisions have a negative and significant effect on shareholder value. 4) Indirect effect; investment decisions negatively and significantly affect shareholder value through funding decisions.

The Influence of Investment Decisions, Funding, and Profitability on Company Value with Corporate Governance as Moderator

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of investment decisions, funding decisions, and profitability on firm value with corporate governance as the moderating variable. With the existence of corporate governance as a moderating variable, it is expected to make company managers to choose and decide on investment decisions, funding decisions and profitability correctly. This research was conducted on companies that went public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014 to 2018. The study tested samples using the purposive sampling method on 10 companies in the infrastructure, utilities and transportation sectors from 50 financial statements that were observed. The independent variables consist of market book value, debt to equity ratio, and return on assets, while the dependent variable is price book value, and the moderating variable is managerial ownership. Test analysis using multiple linear regression using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) software. The results of the analysis show that the investment decision variables and funding decisions have a positive effect on firm value. While the profitability variable has no effect on firm value, and the corporate governance variable does not moderate the influence between investment decisions, funding decisions, and profitability on firm value.

The Effect of Investment Decisions and Funding Decisions on Company Value with Dividend Policy as Intervening Variables

In a company has a long-term goal of optimizing the value of the company. The value of a company is a reflection of the value of its share price. In the process of maximizing company value, the company's management can implement three policies, namely financing/funding, investment, and dividend policies. The purpose of this study is to find out how the influence of investment decisions, funding decisions, and dividend policies on firm value in banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. The type of data used in this research is secondary data. The population that will be used in this study is all banks listed on the IDX in the 2015–2019 period. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive effect between investment decisions on firm value with a probability value of 0.0006; there is a significant positive effect between funding decisions on firm value with a probability value of 0.0193; there is a significant effect between dividend policy on firm value with a probability value of 0.0058; and there is a significant mediating effect by dividend policy on the relationship between investment decisions and firm value and on the relationship between funding decisions and firm value..

Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Nilai Perusahaan Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia

The value of the company is an investor perception of companies associated with stock price. This research was conducted to investigate the influence of Investment Decisions, Funding Decision, Dividend Policy and Profitability toward firm value in companies listed in Indonesia Stock in 2016 – 2018 period. The population in this study as many as 111 companies, and by using purposive sampling techniques, the obtained 37 manufacturing companies in the sample. Data processing techniques using data panel analysis using Eviews 9.0. The result of this study is Investment Decision, Funding Decision and Dividend Policy do not have significant affect to firm value while Profitability have significant to firm value.

INVESTMENT DECISION, MARKET CAPITALIZATION, AND COMPANY VALUE

A company that canincrease its value will also be able to improve the well-being of the owner or the shareholders. To a company that issues stocks in the capital market, the stock price in the stock exchange is the indicator of a companys value. Good company value is identified from the companys performance it is also identified from the stable or increasing stock price.This present study analyzed the influence of investment decision and market capitalization on company value. It involved companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII), and aimed to formulate a matter of consideration for investors. A quantitative descriptive method was employed to investigate the correlation and influence between variables. The result showed that: (1) investment decisionpartially influenced company value with regression coefficient value of 1.721 and significance value of 0.000 (2) market capitalization partially influenced company value with regression coefficient value of -0.163 and significance value of 0.041 (3) investment decision and market capitalization simultaneously influenced company value of companies listed in the JII with f-count value of 330.698 and significance value of 0.000. Moreover, the adjusted R2 test acquired value of 0.924. The number indicated that company value was influenced by investment decisionand market capitalization by 92.4 percent, while the rest 7.6 percent was due to other variables.

Influence of Investment Decisions, Corporate Social Responsibility and Company Growth in Companies Manufacturing of the Sub-Sector of Consumption Goods Registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange Year 2017-2019

This study aims to determine the effect of investment decisions, corporate social responsibility and company growth in consumer goods manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. Several previous studies on different firm values. Therefore, other research needs to be done to retest the theory of value. The research data is obtained from sample companies which can be downloaded from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The data analysis process that is done first is the classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis and then testing the hypothesis. The results of the study partially show that only investment decisions have a positive and significant effect on firm value. Meanwhile, the growth of companies and corporate social responsibility has no effect on firm value. The results of the research simultaneously show that corporate social responsibility and company growth have a significant effect on firm value.

Pengaruh Keputusan Investasi Dan Keputusan Pendanaan Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan

This research is aimed to know the influence of invesment decision and funding decision partially and simultaneously toward company value at property and real estate companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2014 to 2017. The sample uses the method of purposive sampling. The populations of this research are all companies of property and real estate. The population of 48 companies obtained by 27 companies is as research sample. The analysis data uses the multiple linier regression analysis. Based on the analysis data can be concluded that the investment decision influences significantly toward the company value. The funding decision influences significantly toward the company value. The test result of model suitability shows the investment decision and funding decision influence significantly toward the company value. The value of determination of coefficient (R2) about 0.511 shows that the influence of investment decision and funding decision toward company value about 51,1%, and the remains are 48,9% are influenced by other variability outside of the research. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Keputusan Investasi, Keputusan Pendanaan, Kebijakan Dividen, dan Ukuran Dewan Komisaris Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang Terdaptar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2016-2018. Variabel bebas yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Keputusan Investasi (PER), Keputusan Pendanaan (DER), Kebijakan Dividen (DPR), dan Ukuran Dewan Komisaris. Variabel terikat yang digunakan adalah Nilai Perusahaan (PBV). Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling, dan diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 70 perusahaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Keputusan Ivestasi dengan proksi PER berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Keputusan Pedanaan dengan proksi DER tidak berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Kebijakan Dividen dengan proksi DPR tidak berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, dan Ukuran Dewan Komisaris berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PBV).
