Program Pendidikan Kecakapan Hidup Bagi Anak Usia Fase A

Imam Al-Ghazali defined that education is the perfection of life in this world and the hereafter. Thus, humans who want to achieve perfection in life in this world and the afterlife must have religious knowledge. Religious knowledge is so important for provision in life, without religious knowledge humans can be said to be far from perfection. Apart from religious knowledge, life skills education is also very important for provisions in life. However, it is very unfortunate that many children who are teenagers or are about to enter puberty do not yet have mature life skills in terms of personal skills and social skills. From KPAI (Indonesian Child Protection Commission) data during January - November 2023, 37 children ended their lives. Self-harm behavior and attempts to end life are major global mental health problems due to their increasing frequency. This case occurred at a vulnerable age (grade 5-6 of elementary school), grade 1 or 2 of junior high school, grade 1.2 of high school. Another case related to juvenile delinquency is the incident involving the death of a student in Bogor which sadistically adds to the number of delinquencies among students. It also leaves a red report card for the world of education, because the sadistic incident was carried out by students. From this background, it is necessary to have a program that will strengthen children's life skills education from pre-adulthood, especially phase A, so that class children can be ready to live life in the next phases. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model, namely Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. The program needs analysis was carried out by creating a Google form with a closed questionnaire which was distributed randomly to ten respondents. After the needs analysis, the researcher analyzed previous programs. There were two programs that the researcher used as a reference, namely the entrepreneurship program and the self-help program in an effort to increase independence. then the next step is to design the program, the programs prepared by the researchers are as follows: cookies (cooking with kids), market day, BTS (Bed Time Sirah), PKS (Student Independence Habits), PMO (Habits of Helping Parents) and CLMH (Love of the Environment and Living Creatures). After the program was prepared, it was validated by several experts including Islamic religious education experts, language experts and also child psychology experts. After going through expert validation, the program is implemented to users. After implementation, the final stage is to test the feasibility through evaluation. The feasibility test is carried out by experts by providing an assessment of the program being prepared. From the results of this feasibility test, it was found that this program was good and suitable to be applied to pre-age children, especially in phase A in the life skills education process.

The Relationship of Bullying Behavior and Social Interaction in School-Age Children at SDN 22 Jambi City

The problem that is currently widespread in education circles is bullying. The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) stated that Indonesia is ranked first in the position of bullying cases in ASEAN with 84% confirmed in 2023, and according to data from the Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI) Bullying cases are quite a worrying issue in the school environment. Data records that there will be at least 1,478 cases of bullying reported in 2023. Bullying makes it difficult for children to interact well in their social environment and this can hinder the child's development process. This research was conducted to identify the relationship between bullying behavior and social interactions in school-age children at SDN 22, Jambi City. The research method used was quantitative research using a cross sectional approach. The research population was students of SDN 22 Jambi City grades IV, V, VI, totaling 103 samples taken using total sampling techniques. This research uses a questionnaire instrument. The analytical test used is Spearman Rho. The results of the research show that generally the bullying behavior data is in the low category of 96 respondents (93.2%) and most social interactions are in the good category of 80 respondents (77.7%). The test results obtained were (p 0.01<0.05). The conclusion is that there is a relationship between bullying behavior and social interaction in school-age children at SDN 22 Jambi City. It is hoped that the results of the research will be used as material for consideration by schools in providing guidance and counseling support services, so that students can understand the limits of social interaction.

Legal Analysis of Crimes Against Children as Perpetrators of Bullying which Have Fatal Consequences on Victims

The criminal act of bullying or harassment is identically known as an act of violence against children that occurs at school. In the event that bullying occurs at school, bullying is aggressive behavior carried out repeatedly by a person/group of students who have power, against other students/girls who are weaker, with the aim of hurting that person. Bullying is a negative social behavior where this behavior aims to hurt other people continuously. According to social norms, hurting other people is a violation, because everyone has the right to feel safe from other people's negative behavior. Bullying behavior in the school environment still continues to occur and is increasingly disturbing and the impact it will have on the victim will have a very negative impact on the victim. The phenomenon of bullying behavior in schools is increasingly emerging. This is reinforced by data from the Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI) and the Federation of Indonesian Teachers' Unions (FSGI), bullying cases are still a terror for children in the school environment. From this data, it is known that cases of bullying in schools will increase during 2023. January-August 2023, there were 2,355 cases of violations of child protection. Of the reports received, 837 cases occurred within educational units, with 226 cases of bullying recorded in 2022. Then in 2021 there were 53 cases, and in 2020 there were 119 cases. Meanwhile, the types of bullying that victims often experience are physical bullying (55.5%), verbal bullying (29.3%), and psychological bullying (15.2%). For educational level, elementary school students were the most victims of bullying (26%), followed by middle school students (25%), and high school students (18.75%). The formulation of the problem in this study is how The Analysis of legal aspects related to criminal acts against children as perpetrators of bullying, and What are the negative impacts of criminal acts of bullying on the psychology of perpetrators and victims. The research method used by the author is normative juridical method carried out through a literature study that examines secondary data in the form of laws and regulations relating to criminal acts related to child abuse, and laws related to the analysis of criminal acts involving child perpetrators as well as research results and other references. The results of this study are in the Bullying is an act of violence against children, so based on the provisions in the Child Protection Law and its amendments, bullying is included as a criminal act. Basically, physical and verbal oppression is regulated in Article 76C of Law 35/2014 which reads as follows: Every person is prohibited from placing, allowing, carrying out, ordering to carry out, or participating in committing violence against children. Furthermore, if the above prohibition is violated, the perpetrator can be charged under Article 80 of Law 35/2014, namely: Every person who violates the provisions of Article 76C of Law 35/2014, will be sentenced to imprisonment for a maximum of 3 years and 6 months and/or a fine of a maximum of IDR 72 million. If a child suffers serious injuries, the perpetrator will be sentenced to imprisonment for a maximum of 5 years and/or a fine of a maximum of IDR 100 million. If a child dies, the perpetrator will be sentenced to imprisonment for a maximum of 15 years and/or a fine of a maximum of IDR 3 billion. Then oppression, harassment or bullying becomes bad behavior that can have a negative impact. The bad news is, anyone can become a victim of bullying. There are various forms of bullying behavior, ranging from verbal, non-verbal, to physical actions. Of course, all of this can have an impact on the victim's life. Even without realizing it, bullying behavior can also influence the perpetrator's behavior. The impact of bullying on victims is very diverse. MEMBANGUN KESADARAN HUKUM ANAK DI PANTI ASUHAN ASY-SYIFA’ TERHADAP BULLYING DI LINGKUNGAN SEKOLAH DAN MASYARAKAT

Cases of violations of child protection. The aim of this service is to provide education to participants in community service activities so that bullying does not occur at school. The method used is a socialization method carried out face to face. The results are 50%. Orphaned children do not understand the limits of bullying itself, and their rights as children and citizens, despite the social and economic disparities they have. Some of the orphanage children are still insecure about their condition of not having parents, or having incomplete parents. So they tend to tolerate what happens to them, because they are not aware of these rights and also their own condition.

Pengembangan Keterampilan Sosial Anak Berhadapan Dengan Hukum (ABH) Pada Program Vokasional Di Sentra Handayani

In recent years, Indonesia has seen an increase in child rights violations, specifically cases of Children Against the Law (ABH). The Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI) recorded 29,322 cases of complaints related to violations of children's rights from 2017-2022, including cases involving children dealing with the law. This research aims to assess the effectiveness of the vocational program conducted by Sentra Handayani in developing the social skills of ABH. The research is a descriptive qualitative study, where the researcher directly observes and records phenomena without manipulating variables. Sentra Handayani offers various rehabilitation programs, including a vocational program. The study applies the social skills theory of Gresham & Elliot (2008), which identifies cooperation, assertiveness, responsibility, empathy, and self-control as key aspects of social skills. The results indicate that three aspects, namely cooperation, responsibility, and self-control, require reaffirmation and supervision as there were no significant changes. However, the aspects of assertiveness and empathy showed positive developments.

Peran Komunikasi Interpersonal Keluarga dalam Menggali Potensi Individu Berkebutuhan Khusus untuk Mandiri dan Berdaya

The Chairperson of the National Commission on Disability revealed that there is still a negative stigma towards individuals with special needs. This is reflected in several incidents where individuals with special needs experienced rejection and inappropriate treatment. Twenty-three cases of special protection of children with special needs were reported to the Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI). Handling individuals with special needs has its challenges, especially when entering adulthood, where parents have an essential role as educators, managers, and mentors. Interpersonal communication is one form of communication that is important to use within the family. Individuals with special needs often have difficulty processing language literally and face barriers in speaking and communicating. As the closest party, the family should be able to apply interpersonal communication well with people with special needs, but many cases still occur. This study aims to review the role of family interpersonal communication in developing the potential of individuals with special needs to be independent and productive. The approach used in this research is qualitative with descriptive methods by collecting data through in-depth interviews and focus group discussions (FGDs). The findings in this study show that all dimensions of the role of interpersonal communication have been implemented by families, who are the primary key to developing their children's potential as individuals with special needs to be independent and productive. The results showed that it is undeniable that, as humans, family members can also have frustrations and even need special handling to be ready to have a family as individuals with special needs. All family members help each other and have a harmonious relationship, and a sense of perseverance is formed from the collaboration of fellow families who experience similar experiences. Social media can be a medium for individuals with special needs to show their talents as independent individuals.

Character Values of The Independent Learning Curriculum on The Profile of Pancasila Students in The Burlian Novel

In reality the profile of the Pancasila youth is still not maximally achieved. Based on data from the Indonesian Child Protection Commission, in 2020 the number of children victims of violence in schools (bullying) increased to 76 students from 46 students in the previous year. One of the legendary novels that holds a lot of values is the novel entitled Burlian by Tere Liye. This novel contains educational aspects that are relevant to everyday life. This study is to identify the character values in independent learning curriculum of profile of Pancasila students that can be implemented to build students’ character in the novel “Burlian”. The research method is qualitative research with intertext approach. The role of the researcher is a compulsory because the researcher is the key instrument in this study. The "Pancasila Student Profile" consists of six elements: (1) Faith, Fear of God, and Noble Manners, (2) Global Diversity, (3) Mutual Assistance, (4) Independence, (5) Critical Reasoning, (6) Creativity. The six characteristics included the Pancasila Student Profile. The instrument was used to assess the character in the Burlian Novel. The results revealed that the character values in the Burlian Novel matched Pancasila Student Profile.

Effectiveness of KPAI's Role in Legal Protection of Children as Victims of Bullying Crime

Bullying is frequently encountered, particularly within school environments. In response to this issue, The Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI) was established to protect the interests of children and prevent violence against them. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the Indonesian Child Protection Commission in safeguarding the rights of children who are victims of bullying crimes, and the legal protections provided for children as victims of such crimes. The empirical legal method was employed in this research, utilizing both primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques included interviews and literature studies, with qualitative descriptive data analysis. In the discussion of this research, the author utilizes the theories of legal effectiveness, legal protection, and the principle of lex specialis derogate legi generalis. The findings indicate that the Indonesian Child Protection Commission has effectively fulfilled its duties, as evidenced by a significant decrease in reported cases from 2021 to 2023. The role of the Indonesian Child Protection Commission, in collaboration with other institutions such as the Commission for the Protection of Children in the Region (KPPAD) and UPTD PPA, involves providing protection for children victimized by bullying through supervision, legal assistance, and psychological support. Bullying prevention literacy through educational quartet card games for junior high school students in Makassar City

Bullying is an intentional act of violence aimed at disturbing others, both physically and psychologically, and has long been a part of school dynamics. Throughout 2021, the Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI) recorded 17 cases involving students and educators, with a bullying incident in 2022 resulting in the death of a junior high school student victimized by nine friends. This community service activity aims to enhance students' understanding of bullying behavior, particularly those in island areas. Efforts include increasing their literacy about positive behavior to prevent various forms of bullying, such as physical, verbal, social, or cyberbullying. The method involves a combination of lectures and educational games, using Muslim children's quartet cards. The results indicate an increase in participants' knowledge scores from 66.67% (pre-test) to 83.33% (post-test) after bullying prevention education. The initiative aims to encourage reporting of bullying incidents in schools involving both teaching staff and students as a preventive measure.

Pendekatan Konseling Behavioral Dalam Menangani Kenakalan Remaja

Juvenile delinquency is deviant behavior carried out by teenagers that violates the law, values ​​and social norms that exist in society, because at this time teenagers are very easy to be influenced by negative things in their environment. Cases of juvenile delinquency in Indonesia have increased from year to year. Reporting from the Indonesian Child Protection Commission (2019) from January to April 2019 there were 37 cases of juvenile delinquency at various levels of education, in 2017 the number was 12.9, increasing to 14 percent in 2018. The aim of the research is to determine the effect of behavioral counseling in dealing with juvenile delinquency so that teenagers can control themselves and not do things that violate social norms in society. This research uses qualitative methods based on post-positivist philosophy, while for the study of natural objects, the researcher is the key tool and data collection techniques are carried out in a combination. Juvenile delinquency is generally caused by personality factors, environmental factors (family, school, community). In this case, behavioral counseling approaches with preventive, curative and coaching efforts can help teenagers control themselves and solve problems. The behavioral counseling approach used in dealing with juvenile delinquency must be carried out optimally based on existing techniques so that it can change and eliminate bad behavior in teenagers.

The Quality of Parent-Child Interaction and Its Impact on Juvenile Delinquency at Kartika X-2 Vocational School in South Jakarta, Indonesia

Background: Recent data in the Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI) reported an increase in juvenile delinquency cases in Indonesia over recent years. Interviews conducted in Jakarta revealed that a significant portion of students admitted to behaviors such as being absent from class, sleeping during class time, and participating in school fights. Additionally, many students indicated that they do not seek advice or discuss issues that occur both in and out of school, with their parents when facing problems, while a smaller portion reported the opposite. Objective: The present study aims to determine the relationship between the quality of parent-child interactions in the family and the tendency for juvenile delinquency among students at Kartika X-2 Vocational School in South Jakarta. Methods: This study employed a quantitative, cross-sectional research design. The sample in this study consisted of 92 respondents from classes I and II at Kartika X-2 Vocational School in South Jakarta. The study participants were selected using a non-probability sampling technique with the quota sampling method. Results: The statistical tests using the Pearson's Product Moment test obtained a correlation value of 0.543 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. This shows that there is a significant relationship between the correlation results of parent-child interactions in the family and the tendency for juvenile delinquency. Conclusion: There is a relationship between the quality of parents and children in the family and the tendency for juvenile delinquency among students. Nurses should develop more strategies for providing parental education, as parental control and supervision are crucial factors in raising children effectively.

IMPLEMENTASI PRINSIP KONSEP RESTORATIVE JUSTICE PADA PELAKSANAAN DIVERSI (STUDI KASUS DI D. I. YOGYAKARTA)

The concept of restorative justice is the basis for implementing diversion in Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System. Diversion is presented to prevent children in conflict with the law from the bad excesses of the criminal justice system and return the condition of children, victims and communities to the state they were in before the crime occurred. However, based on data from the Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI), criminal acts committed by children continue to increase every year. This research aims to see whether the concept of restorative justice is achieved or not in the implementation of diversion. The problem studied is whether the implementation of diversion is by the principles of restorative justice seen from the cases studied. If it is not by the principles of restorative justice, are there other alternatives so that the principles of restorative justice are fulfilled? The research used an empirical approach by examining 7 cases of child diversion spread across the Yogyakarta City Police and Sleman Police. Cases were analyzed using 3 principles and 4 values of restorative justice coined by Van Ness and Strong. The results of this research concluded that 5 out of 7 cases did not meet the criteria for the restorative justice concept, the rest did. Other methods are needed that can facilitate the implementation of the principles of restorative justice, namely the approach of the perpetrator's family to the victim's family before implementing diversion, the influence of the victim's parents in the diversion process, and mutually agreed compensation.

Persepsi Masyarakat Islam Kejawen di Kabupaten Cilacap terhadap Implementasi Pasal 7 Ayat 1 Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2019 tentang Perubahan Usia Perkawinan

This article discusses the perceptions of the Javanese Islamic community regarding the implementation of Article 7 Paragraph 1 of Law Number 16 of 2019 concerning changes in the age of marriage. This research originated from a judicial review filed by the Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI), the Constitutional Court. The decision decided that Article 7 paragraph (1) is as long as the phrase "16 years". The Marriage Law is considered to be contrary to the 1945 Constitution (UUD) of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI) and does not have binding legal force. Finally, the Constitutional Court finally granted a judicial review of Article 7 paragraph 1, this was because Article 7 Paragraph 1 was discriminatory and not in accordance with Article 27 Paragraph (1) of the 1945 Republic of Indonesia Constitution concerning equal rights before the law and the Child Protection Law which stated that boys -Men and girls have the same rights. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of Article 7 Paragraph 1 of the 1974 Marriage Law in the Indigenous Anak Putu (ATAP) community in Cilacap Regency. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of Article 7 Paragraph 1 of Law Number 16 of 2019 concerning Marriage in the Kejawen Islamic Community in Cilacap Regency has been carried out as it should. Evidenced by the existence of a long process before the occurrence of the marriage contract. Apart from the procession, there are traditional rules that must not be abandoned, the Anak Putu Traditional Community also upholds the laws and norms that apply in Indonesia. So that in carrying out customary rules it is not intended to violate or get rid of state regulations. In the increasingly widespread internet access in this era of technological development, pornography sites can be easily reached. In this article, we will focus on the study of child pornography. Child pornography is an activity carried out by individuals and groups carried out by watching, sending some letters, taking pictures or videos, storing, spreading vulgar content, and other activities that focus on children. Child pornography can have a very bad impact on the person who carries out its activities as well as for the child who is a victim of the pronography itself. This article will explain the views of Islam and the World of Health about the possible effects of activities related to child pornography. The method we used in making this article uses quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires among teenagers. As for the creation of this article, it is hoped that the Indonesian Child Protection Commission will pay more attention to children who are victims of child pornography and supervise suspicious matters related to child pornography.

Description of Bullying Incidents in Students at Public School 02 Mereng

The incidence of bullying in elementary school students has become a trend today. The Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI) provided data related to bullying incidents from January to April 2019, there were 25 reported cases of bullying, covering about 67% of all cases reported at the primary/equivalent education level. The purpose of this study was to determine the picture of bullying incidents that often occur at SDN 02 Mereng. This study used quantitative descriptive analysis methodology, with a cross-sectional design through the form of a survey, the instrument in this study used a questionnaire that had been tested for validity with a calculated r-value of >0.325 and a reliability test with a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.786. Data were tested by univariate analysis. It was found that the majority of respondents were female (64%/), the majority aged 12 years (40.5%), and the incidence of bullying in the High category (58.8%). This shows that bullying incidents at SDN 02 Mereng still occur a lot. The form of bullying that often occurs is physical bullying, although there is also verbal bullying.

Menelisik Fenomena Bullying di Pesantren

Bullying behavior often occurs in Islamic boarding schools. Based on information from the Indonesian Child Protection Commission, bullying is the most common occurrence in school environments. The aim of this study was to describe the bullying phenomenon that occurs in Islamic boarding schools. The study was carried out using a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection methods in the form of document analysis. The findings found that bullying which usually occurs in schools also occurs in Islamic boarding schools. The situation of students living in Islamic boarding schools makes bullying more likely to occur. Bullying in Islamic boarding schools is caused by several factors, namely: lack of companions which has an impact on the effectiveness of controlling student activities, negative social environment and being a role model for other students, senior and junior culture, unclear regulations regarding bullying, and lack of training for students in prevention. and management of Islamic boarding schools. This study recommends the establishment of an anti-bullying program in Islamic boarding schools through increasing the number of supervisors, anti-bullying intervention training for Islamic boarding school supervisors, drafting anti-bullying regulations, adapting and expanding anti-bullying, facilities and planning. anti-bullying curriculum, implementing anti-bullying training for students and making students anti-bullying agents in Islamic boarding schools.

Early Childhood Sex Education in Islamic Nuances

Sex education is an effort to teach and provide information or what is more commonly referred to as basic skills and knowledge that are important to be given as early as possible, to deal with things that might happen in the future because over time and age, and how the formation character and pattern of behavior to be able to avoid deviant behavior. This journal discusses the study of how early childhood sex education is in Islamic nuances, because there are so many cases of sexual violence in early childhood, even in 2015 the Indonesian Child Protection Commission stated that early childhood sex cases are a problem that attacks life in Indonesia. This research uses the library research method, which is research conducted by reading books or magazines, and other library sources related to the topic studied. The results of this study are early childhood sex education in Islamic nuances, we can use it as one of the guidelines when there are many deviant behaviors related to sex. So, with this research, it is expected to be able to apply Islamic concepts to sex education itself.

Literature Study: The Role of the Indonesian Child Protection Commission in the Protection of Abandoned Children

The Indonesian Child Protection Commission is an independent state agency assigned based on Law No. 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection. A neglected child is a child whose parents for some reason neglect and/or are unable to carry out their obligations so that the child's physical, spiritual and social needs are not met. Cases of abandoned children are widespread cases in Indonesia that need to be considered by the government in protecting and fulfilling children's rights. In general, neglected children experience multiple problems such as economic difficulties, lack of attention and affection from their parents, and cannot get maximum educational services. This research uses the literature study method, the literature study method is all data collected from journals, books or other sources. In this study, researchers looked for studies that were relevant to the research being conducted, reviewing existing research.

Criminal Sanctions and Legal Protection of Victims against the Crime of Fornication of Minors

Some of the events are quite an impact on the victim is a felony obscenity. However, this is not a necessarily rule out the existence of criminal acts committed by children. So it’s necessary to apply a legal sanctions and special protection in cases involving these children. As this research highlight the implementation of legal sanctions on minors in cases that will be raised related to fornication by children with Verdict Number 2/ Pid.Sus.Anak/ 2018/ PN PMS. This research is an empirical sociological study, which collects field data for further analysis of the data with the applicable legal rules. The result of this research is the practice of legal sanctions on subject of minors through Verdict Number 2/ Pid.Sus.Anak/ 2018/ PN PMS to a children regarding the sentence of 1 (one) year incarcerated and 3 (three) months of job training has been in accordance with applicable legal rules. Caused the subject is a minor, a child who is 15 (fifteen) years old, based on Law Number 11 of 2012 on The Criminal Justice System of Children, legal protection for minors of victims has been carried out such as legal assistance, psychological assistance, and ensuring that the child still get them rights as a child in society such as receiving education, socializing, and so on, the right not to be covered by the media, in collaboration with the Indonesian Child Protection Commission (“KPAI”) in terms of the victim’s psychology and social issues of the victim.
