Analisis Rasio Profitabilitas Sebagai Alat untuk Mengukur Kinerja Keuangan pada PT Fast Food Indonesia Tbk yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia

This aims to determine the profitability ratio to measure financial performance at PT Fast Food Indonesia. This research uses quantitative methods and focuses on finding out how Profitability ratios measure financial performance at PT Fast Food Indonesia Tbk from 2019 to 2023. Based on the results of research that has been carried out using profitability ratio calculations, namely Net Profit Margin, Return On Assets, and Return On It is known that Equity at PT Fast Food Indonesia Tbk experiences fluctuations every year except 2023. So it is concluded that the company's financial performance after being calculated using these three indicators is still below the industry average standard except in 2023 capable of being above industry standards.

Analisis Harga Emas, Ukuran Perusahaan dan Profitabilitas Terhadap Pembiayaan Gadai Emas: Studi Empiris pada PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk KCP Sukabumi Cicurug Setia Budi Periode 2021-2023

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the Gold Price, Company Size, and Profitability have on Gold Pawn Financing at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk, KCP Sukabumi Cicurug Setia Budi for the period 2021-2023. The objects of research are Gold Price (X1), Company Size (X2) Profitability (X3) and Gold Pawn Financing (Y). The research uses descriptive and associative methods with a quantitative approach. The population in the study was the financial statements of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk, KCP Sukabumi Cicurug Setia Budi. Data analysis techniques used are classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (f test). The results showed a relationship between Gold Price, Company Size, Profitability on Gold Pawn Financing of 0.766 the level of relationship including strong relationship criteria. Then the results of the partial test show that the price of gold has a positive and significant effect on gold pawn financing, company size has a negative and significant effect on gold pawn financing, profitability has a negative and significant effect on gold pawn financing.

Analysis of the Impact of the Merger on Trading Volume, Return and Abnormal Return of BSI Shares

This study discusses in trading volume, return and abnormal return of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) stocks before and after merger. The purpose of this study was to determine the results of the analysis of differences in trading volume, stock return and abnormal returns before and after the merger of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). The variables used are trading volume activity (TVA), stock returns and abnormal returns. The sample in this study was 10 days before and 10 days after the merger of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk. As for the sampling technique using Purposive Sampling. The results of this study are based on results of the different Paired Sample T Test on the TVA variable showing the Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0,002 < 0,05. Based on the results of the Wilcoxon different test, the value Sig. (2-tailed) value on the stock return variable was 0,114 > 0,05, then Sig. (2-tailed) value on the stock abnormal return variable was 0,139 > 0,05. So it can be stated that there are differences in Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) before and after the merger based on the TVA variable and there are no difference in Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) before and after the merger based on the return and abnormal stock returns variables.

Maturity Assessment of Knowledge Management in the Transition of Organizational Transformation at PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk

The telecommunications industry is rapidly and significantly changing due to rising customer demands and digitization. Telecom businesses are exploring new strategies to maintain a competitive advantage. As the biggest telecommunication provider, PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) consistently innovates and collaborates to foster a fair digital environment. This drive motivates Telkom to accelerate its transformation and lead Indonesia’s digitalization efforts. During this transformation process, Telkom needs to assess its knowledge management (KM) maturity level. This study will explore Telkom’s KM maturity, highlight gaps, and recommend business solutions. Using a mixed-methods approach, quantitative data were collected from surveys based on the Asian Productivity Organization (APO) framework, while qualitative data were gathered through in-depth interviews. This holistic approach ensures a comprehensive understanding of the key success factors of knowledge management. The research shows that the KM maturity level of Telkom is categorized as the 4th level or refinement level. This level indicates that Telkom’s KM progress aligns with the organization’s vision, mission, objectives, and priorities. However, there is still potential for continuous evaluation and improvement. Based on the data analysis, Telkom can implement several proposed business solutions, informed by 11 key success factors, to enhance the critical programs for organizational transformation.

The Influence of Brand Image, and Sharia Label on Savings Decisions of Customers at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk KCP Jember Gajah Mada

This study aims to analyze the effect of brand image and sharia label on saving decisions on customers of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk KCP Jember Gajah Mada. Bank Syariah Indonesia is one of the largest Islamic financial institutions in Indonesia that provides banking products and services according to sharia principles. Factors such as brand image and the existe nce of sharia labels are considered to have an important role in influencing customer decisions to save at Islamic banks. The research method used is quantitative with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to Bank Syariah Indonesia customers at KCP Jember Gajah Mada. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine the effect of each independent variable on saving decisions. The results showed that brand image, and sharia label simultaneously and partially had a significant effect on customer saving decisions. Brand image has a positive and significant effect, which shows that the positive image of Islamic banks can increase customer interest in saving. In addition, the sharia label, which shows compliance with sharia principles, also makes a significant contribution in influencing customer decisions. In conclusion, brand image, and sharia label are important factors that influence customer decisions in saving at Bank Syariah Indonesia. Therefore, the bank is expected to continue to strengthen the brand image, provide education about sharia products, and maintain the integrity of the sharia label to increase customer loyalty and trust.

Pengaruh Penilaian Kinerja dan Manajemen Talenta terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Melalui Motivasi Kerja pada PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Cabang Muara Bungo

This research is to describe performance assessment, talent management, work motivation and employee performance at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Muara Bungo Branch. From the tests carried out, it was found that work motivation was influenced by performance assessment and talent management by 0.698 or if the percentage was 69.8% while the rest was influenced by other variables. Employee performance in this case is also influenced by the performance assessment and talent management variables of 0.483 or if expressed as a percentage, it is 48.3%. From the results of hypothesis testing, it is known that talent management has no significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Muara Bungo Branch with a p value of 0.281 or (0.281 > 0.05). This research concludes that performance assessment, talent management, work motivation and employee performance are in good and high condition. Apart from that, performance appraisal and talent management have a positive and significant effect on work motivation at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Muara Bungo Branch. Likewise, work motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

PERBANDINGAN METODE EXPONENTIAL GARCH (EGARCH) DAN GLOSTEN-JAGANNATHAN-RUNKLE GARCH (GJR-GARCH) PADA MODEL VOLATILITAS SAHAM TUNGGAL

Financial data, such as stock prices, usually have a tendency to fluctuate rapidly and create a heteroscedastic effect on the variance of residuals. The Covid-19 pandemic that occurred from 2020 to 2022 is one factor that can affect economic movements, especially in Indonesia, and has an impact on the volatility of financial data. The problem of heteroscedasticity can be addressed using the ARCH/GARCH model. However, this model has a weakness in capturing the asymmetry of volatility resulting from good news and bad news. Several models that can overcome the problem of volatility asymmetry are EGARCH and GJR-GARCH. The purpose of this thesis research is to determine the best volatility model using the daily stock price data of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. covering the period from February 2020 to February 2023. The result of the asymmetric GARCH model suggests that the ARIMA(2,0,2) EGARCH(1,1) model has an AIC value of -4.8850, and the ARIMA(2,0,2) GJR-GARCH(1,1) model has an AIC value of -4.8907. Therefore, the model with the minimum AIC value, which is the ARIMA(2,0,2) GJR-GARCH(1,1) model, is considered the best model. Furthermore, this model exhibits very good forecast accuracy, as evaluated by the sMAPE value of 5,17%.

Pengaruh Current Ratio Dan Debt To Equity Ratio Terhadap Return On Asset Pada PT. Garuda Indonesia Tbk

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the influence of the Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio on Return On Assets at PT. Garuda Indonesia Tbk. The method used in this research is the correlation method with a quantitative approach. The type of data used is secondary data. The population used in this research is the financial reports at PT. Garuda Indonesia Tbk, with a research sample of 13 financial report data per year for the 2011-2023 period and the sample determination technique used the Purposive Sampling method. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple regression using SPSS version 25. The research results show that the Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio simultaneously have a significant effect on Return On Assets at PT. Garuda Indonesia Tbk. Current Ratio partially has a significant effect on Return On Assets at PT. Garuda Indonesia Tbk. Debt to Equity Ratio partially has no significant effect on Return On Assets at PT. Garuda Indonesia Tbk.

The Influence of Good Corporate Governance on Financial Performance in Indonesian Islamic Banking

This study examines the impact of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) on the financial performance of Sharia banking in Indonesia Tbk. Analyzed GCG variables include the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, Independent Commissioners, Sharia Supervisory Board, and Audit Committee. Using a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis, the study employs secondary data from annual reports of Sharia banking in Indonesia Tbk. Normality tests were conducted using the One-Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, while heteroscedasticity tests were performed using a scatterplot of residuals against standardized predicted values.Results indicate that none of the independent variables significantly impact financial performance, with p-values well above 0.05. Additionally, the F-test (ANOVA) shows that the independent variables collectively do not significantly impact financial performance, with an F value of 0.243 and a p-value of 0.939. The very low coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.048 suggests that the regression model explains only 4.8% of the variation in financial performance.The implementation of GCG principles at Bank Muamalat Syariah Tbk has not effectively improved financial performance. Therefore, evaluation and improvement of GCG implementation are needed, along with consideration of other factors potentially influencing financial performance. Recommended measures include enhancing the capacity of the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors, optimizing the role of Independent Commissioners, and increasing the effectiveness of the Sharia Supervisory Board and Audit Committee to improve the bank's financial performance.

The Effect of Return on Asset (ROA) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on Profit Growth at PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk for the 2005-2023

Examining the "Effect of Return on Asset (ROA) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on Profit Growth at PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk for the years 2005- 2023" is the main objective of this study initiative. A quantitative technique based on a descriptive associative methodology is used in the investigation. The data utilised in this analysis comes from PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk's annual financial statements, specifically a non- probability sample of 19 years' worth of data from 2005 to 2023. This research used SPSS Version 27.0 to do multiple linear regression analysis. The study found that ROA has a 0.000 significance level, meaning it contributes considerably to Profit Growth. Analisis Kinerja Keuangan Untuk Mengukur Tingkat Kesehatan Perusahaan Manufaktur Sub Sektor Farmasi pada Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode Tahun 2018-2022

The aim of this research is to analyze the company’s financial performance to measure the health level of pharmaceutical sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in terms of liquidity, solvency, profitability and activity ratios for the 2018-2022 period. The sample used was 9 pharmaceutical sub-sector companies. The data analysis method used is quantitative descriptive. The research results show that the average ratio of liquidity, solvency, profitability and activity for pharmaceutical sub-sector companies fluctuates. Based on the liquidity ratio, Kimia Farma Tbk has the highest average value of the current ratio, Sido Muncul Herbal & Pharmaceutical Industry Tbk has a quick ratio and Indofarma Tbk has a cash ratio so it is classified as a company with the highest level of health. The solvency ratio in the debt to equity ratio and debt to asset ratio of the Sido Muncul Herbal & Pharmaceutical Industry Tbk has the lowest average value ratio, while the long-term debt to equity ratio of Darya Varia Laboratoria Tbk is classified as a company with the highest level of health. Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk’s profitability ratio has the highest average ratio value for net profit margin and return on assets and Pyridam Farma Tbk for return on equity so it is classified as a company with the highest level of health. The activity ratio in the inventory turnover ratio and the fixed asset turnover ratio of Darya Varia Laboratoria Tbk and Organon Pharma Indonesia Tbk in the total asset turnover ratio each have the highest average ratio values so they are classified as companies with the highest level of health.

The Influence of Current Ratio and Solvency on Financial Performance at PT. Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk Period 2015-2024

This study was conducted to understand the impact of current ratios and solvency on currency workforce performance. This research was conducted at PT. Adaro Energy Indonesia, Tbk during the 2015-2024 period. The research method used in this research combines quantitative research design with associative descriptive. The population in this research is secondary data from PT's financial reports. Adaro Energy Indonesia., Tbk. The sample was taken using a non-probability sampling technique using purposive sampling with certain criteria, namely the quarterly financial report of PT. Adaro Energy Indonesia., Tbk 2015-2024. To carry out sensitivity analysis, one can use coefficient of determination analysis, hypothesis testing using t and f tests, and sensitivity line analysis. Based on the completed analysis, it is determined that the current ratio determination coefficient for labor participation is 0.292, which is included in the medium category, and the solvency coefficient for determining participation is 0.565, which is included in the medium category. Based on the completed specified analysis, it is shown that the significant contribution of the independent variables (solvency and current ratio) to the dependent variable (working capital) is approximately 44%, with the remaining 56% explained by other variables not examined by the researchers

Indonesia's large population presents significant opportunities for the consumergoods industry. However, a company's ability to sustain its stock price requirescareful consideration of macroeconomic variables. This study investigates theeffect of the Rupiah exchange rate on the stock price of PT Unilever IndonesiaTbk during the period from 2022 to 2023. Employing a quantitative approach,the research examines macroeconomic data, particularly the Rupiah exchangerate, obtained from Bank Indonesia. Using purposive sampling, the studyfocuses on data relevant to the research period. Multiple linear regressionanalysis is applied to assess the relationship between the Rupiah exchange rateand stock price. The findings reveal that the Rupiah exchange rate has asignificant impact on the stock price of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk.

Prediksi Kebangkrutan dengan Altman Z-Score dan Springate pada Maskapai Penerbangan Terdaftar di BEI Periode 2016-2023

An airline is a company that offers air transportation services for passengers and cargo. This research aims to analyze bankruptcy predictions for airline companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the 2016-2023 period using the Altman Z-Score (Modified) model and the Springate model. The research population consists of 12 companies operating in the transportation subsector, focusing on the air transportation industry (airlines). The sample used includes 2 airline companies listed on the IDX, namely PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (GIAA) and PT Jaya Trishindo Tbk (HELI). The data collection technique involves documentation in the form of secondary data, specifically the financial reports of airline companies available on the IDX or each company's website. The results of the study show that PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk demonstrates potential bankruptcy according to the Modified Altman Z-Score with an average Z-Score of 0.568. However, this company is considered healthy by Springate with an average S-Score of 0,913. Meanwhile, PT Jaya Trishindo Tbk (HELI) is in a grey area according to the Modified Altman Z-Score with an average Z-Score of 1,101, but shows potential bankruptcy according to Springate with an average S-Score of 0,806.

Pengaruh Earning Before Tax dan interest expense terhadap Net Income pada sektor Perbankan

The research was conducted to comprehensively determine the effect of interest expense and earnings before tax on net income. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach, with a population of SOEs engaged in financial services represented by PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. from several banks in Indonesia. The sampling technique uses a probability sample with a purposive sampling method. In addition, the sample data from this company were 20 from the last five years of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk's financial reporting. which includes Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4 (Audited). Data analysis using SmartPLS4 software with the study results showed that the interest expense variable significantly affects net income, and earnings before tax significantly affect net income. However, other factors affect the value of net income, which tends to increase, like pro forma profit. Thus H1, H2, and H3 are accepted, which means that there is a significant influence between interest expense, earnings before tax, and net income.

This research explains the role of Business Process Excellence (BPE) in creating alignment of business processes at PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk to improve company performance. BPE functions as the primary driver to ensure that all processes run as planned, are well-coordinated, and comply with established guidelines. Through a systematic and structured approach, BPE helps enhance efficiency, inter-departmental coordination, and standardization of business processes. With the implementation of BPE, PT Semen Indonesia successfully reduces operational errors, improves product quality, and achieves better performance. Despite facing challenges in employee and management adaptation to changes, full support from upper management and active involvement of employees help ensure the successful implementation of BPE. This research provides practical guidance for other companies interested in implementing BPE to enhance the alignment and efficiency of their business processes.
