PENERAPAN GOOD AGRICULTURE PRACTICES (GAP) PADA USAHATANI BUAH NAGA MERAH DI KECAMATAN PESANGGARAN KABUPATEN BANYUWANGI

This research develops and applies the implementation of Good Agriculture Practices to red dragon fruit farming, influencing factors, and recommendations for providing extension materials to increase its implementation. Implementing Good Agricultural Practices must be by Control Points, Standard Operating Procedures, Plant Pest Control, filling out workbooks, and re-registration, which are obligations that farmers must carry out after obtaining a Good Agricultural Practices certificate. In this study, as many as 62 red dragon fruit farmers certified as Good Agriculture Practices were selected as a whole or total sampling. The Likert scale is used to analyze the level of implementation of Good Agriculture Practices. Logistic Regression Analysis is used to see the factors that influence the level of implementation of Good Agriculture Practices. Efforts to increase the implementation of Good Agricultural Practices through rankings. The research results show that (1) the implementation of Good Agriculture Practices in red dragon fruit farming is sufficient; (2) factors that influence the implementation of Good Agriculture Practices are the variables of farming experience, perception of production quantity, and perception of selling price. (3) recommendations for increasing the implementation of Good Agriculture Practices in red dragon fruit farming in Pesanggaran District can be done by providing material on priority efforts starting from Mandatory Control Points, Very Green Control Points, filling out workbooks, implementing Plant Pest Control, re-registering, Points Control Recommendations, and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures.

Fall Risk Management by Nurses in the Inpatient Wards of Aceh Government Regional General Hospital, Indonesia

A patient fall is an incident that commonly occurs with or without injury. Not only does it potentially cause injury, but these incidents can also prolong the length of stay and increase the treatment cost. Nurses play an essential role in assessing and preventing the risk of falls in patients through appropriate education and preventive measures by Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Effective implementation of SOPs can reduce the frequency and impact of fall incidents and improve the safety and quality of patient care. This case study aimed to expound on fall risk management in the Aceh Government Regional General Hospital wards. A quantitative case study type with a cross-sectional study was designed. The sample consisted of 28 nurses, and the data collection tool used an observation sheet to examine the implementation of fall risk management following the hospital SOP. Data analysis used descriptive statistical tests; the data was then presented as a frequency distribution table. The results show that 67.9% of nurses implemented fall risk management, and 32.1% did not implement it. It was essential to increase nurses’ compliance with the SOP for managing fall risk by monitoring and evaluating periodically and in stages by the first-line manager in the Aceh Government Regional General Hospital wards. It is also recommended that nurses routinely assess the risk of falling in patients, educate patients and their families about it, and participate in ongoing training to improve patient safety in hospitals to achieve better quality healthcare.

Implementasi Standar Operasional Prosedur Telepon Operator di Sheraton Hotel Bandung

This research aims to analyze the implementation of standard operational procedures and analyze the obstacles or challenges of telephone operators at the Sheraton Bandung Hotel & Towers. This study uses a qualitative method. By collecting data through observation, interviews, document analysis and field notes, with a focus on the interactions and functions of telephone operators in hotels. Data analysis uses narrative analysis to produce in-depth descriptions of telephone operators' experiences and interaction patterns. The data reduction process simplifies and filters information to find the most relevant and significant findings. Interpretation of findings is carried out by connecting them with relevant theory or literature, and the results of the analysis are explained in detail in the research report. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for telephone operators at the Sheraton Bandung has been carried out successfully, which has had a positive impact on service performance and customer satisfaction. However, despite this, several areas were identified that needed to be improved to achieve a better level of consistency. The challenges and obstacles faced, both technical and non-technical, need to be resolved in order to increase overall service effectiveness.

A standard operating procedure for prehospital anaesthesia and its effect on mortality-An observational study.

Prehospital anaesthesia is a complex intervention performed for critically ill patients. To minimise complications, a standard operating procedure (SOP) outlining the process is considered valuable. We investigated the implementation of an SOP for prehospital anaesthesia in helicopter emergency medical services (HEMS). We performed a retrospective observational study of patients receiving prehospital anaesthesia by Finnish HEMS from January 2012 to August 2019. The intervention studied was the implementation of an SOP at two of the five bases during 2015-2016. Patients were stratified according to whether they were anaesthetised before, during or after implementation and the primary outcomes were 1- and 30-day mortality. Secondary outcomes included anaesthesia quality indicators. Confounding factors was assessed via logistic regression. A total of 3902 tracheal intubations were performed without an SOP, 430 during implementation and 1525 after implementation. The SOP had a significant effect on 1-day mortality during implementation with an odds ratio (OR) of 0.56, 95% confidence interval (95% CI) 0.37-0.81 and a further trend towards benefit after implementation (OR 0.84, 95% CI 0.68-1.04), but no difference in 30-day mortality (OR after implementation 1.10, 95% CI 0.92-1.30). Implementation of an SOP improved first-pass success rate from 87.3% to 96.5%, p < 0.001. Implementation of an SOP for prehospital anaesthesia was associated with a trend towards lower 1-day mortality and an improved first-pass success but did not affect 30-day mortality. Despite this, we advocate prehospital systems to consider implementation of a prehospital anaesthesia SOP as immediate performance markers improved significantly.

Penerapan prosedur operasional standar budi daya tanaman jeruk ramah lingkungan untuk menekan infestasi kutu perisai merah Aonidiella aurantii (Maskell) (Hemiptera: Diaspididae)

Jeruk merupakan tanaman hortikultura yang sudah dikembangkan diberbagai daerah di Indonesia. Setiap tahun permintaan buah jeruk selalu meningkat, namun tidak terpenuhi karena produksi rendah. Permasalahan ini disebabkan oleh adanya serangan organisme penggangu tanaman, yaitu hama kutu perisai merah Aonidiella aurantii (Maskel). Upaya yang dilakukan untuk menekan infestasi A. aurantii, yaitu dengan penerapan prosedur operasional standar (SOP) pada budi daya tanaman jeruk ramah lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektifitas penerapan SOP dalam menekan populasi dan intensitas serangan hama kutu perisai merah A. aurantii pada tanaman jeruk. Penelitian dilaksanakan bulan Januari sampai Agutus 2020 di kebun jeruk milik petani di Kota Batu. Penelitian eksperimen ini menggunakan metode teori research design. Perlakuan terdiri atas petak penerapan SOP berupa pemangkasan pemeliharaan, sanitasi kebun, dan aplikasi pupuk organik; dan petak konvensional kebiasaan petani yang tidak melakukan pemangkasan, membersihkan gulma di seluruh kebun, penggunaan pupuk anorganik NKP Mutiara 16-16-16. Luas setiap petak perlakuan adalah 1.500 m2. Pada setiap pelakuan diambil 10 tanaman sampel secara sistematik. Pengamatan setaiap tanaman dilakukan pada ranting atau cabang yang tersebar pada 4 arah mata angin. Pengamatan meliputi jumlah buah terserang, kelimpahan musuh alami, populasi, dan intensitas serangan A. aurantii. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan penerapan SOP budi daya jeruk mampu menurunkan kepadatan populasi dan intensitas serangan hama A. aurantii secara nyata serta mampu meningkatkan kelimpahan musuh alami dan kualitas buah jeruk apabila dibandingkan dengan cara budi daya jeruk pada perlakuan konvensional.

The creation, implementation, and harmonisation of medical standard operating procedures and checklists of Finnish Helicopter Emergency Medical Service units

IntroductionThe purpose of this study was to investigate the creation, implementation, and harmonisation of medical Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in Finnish Helicopter Emergency Medical Services (HEMS). The research questions are: (1) What factors influence the creation and implementation of medical SOPs for Finnish HEMS units? and (2) What can be done to harmonise the medical SOPs of Finnish HEMS units?MethodsThe research was conducted as a qualitative interview study with HEMS physicians who worked full-time in Finnish HEMS units or had worked in HEMS for more than five years. Three HEMS physicians from each of the six HEMS units in Finland participated in the study (n = 18). The thematic interviews (average duration 32 min) were transcribed (70,176 words in Finnish) and analysed using inductive content analysis.ResultsThe results of the first research question formed three main categories: (1) Background to developing medical SOPs and checklists (CLs), (2) Creation of medical SOPs in Finnish HEMS units, and (3) Implementation of medical SOPs and CLs. The main categories were divided into eight upper categories and twelve subcategories. The results of the second research question formed four main categories: (1) Prerequisites for harmonising procedures, (2) System-level changes needed, (3) Integrating common medical SOPs into HEMS, and (4) Cultural change. The main categories were divided into nine upper categories and nine subcategories.ConclusionsMedical SOPs and CLs are an integral part of Finnish HEMS. Each unit creates its own SOPs and CLs; their development, implementation, and follow-up are relatively unstructured. Harmonising existing SOPs would be possible, but developing common SOPs would require structural changes in HEMS and a stronger sense of community belonging among HEMS physicians.

Implementasi SOP Account Payable Pada Pelaporan Penerimaan Barang di Vasa Hotel Surabaya

This research aims to analyze the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for accounts payable in reporting goods receipts at the Vasa Hotel Surabaya. Quantitative methods are used with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and document analysis. The research results show that the implementation of SOP accounts payable still faces several challenges, especially in terms of completeness of Receiving Report documents and coordination between departments. This research provides recommendations for improving process efficiency and compliance with existing SOPs.

Analisis Disiplin Kerja Pada CV Arsana Sentosa

The purpose of this research is to understand the process of employee discipline at CV. Arsana Sentosa, identify barriers in the implementation of employee discipline, and find ways to overcome these barriers. The method used is qualitative descriptive analysis. The analysis results show that the implementation of Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) at CV. Arsana Sentosa provides significant benefits if done properly according to their functions. If employee discipline at CV. Arsana Sentosa decreases, the profit obtained will also decrease, even leading to losses. From previous discussions, it can be concluded that the implementation of discipline at CV. Arsana Sentosa, particularly in the use of fire extinguisher cylinders, has a significant impact if employees implement discipline well. This can be seen from the discipline system at CV. Arsana Sentosa, which is in line with the applicable regulations. However, there are still things that need to be improved, such as employees needing to have principles in managing time and being perfectionists without delaying tasks.

With the existence of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), it will make the stages in the implementation of an activity run properly and correctly, so that it can increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's operations. PT. Nusatama Berkah, Tbk does not yet have Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in each department, so there is often miscommunication between employees and departments that causes the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's operations still not maximized. A study on the role of implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of operations at PT. Nusatama Berkah, Tbk aims to know the importance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for each organization. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach with Data Collection Techniques with interviews, assistance, observation, and documentation. The results of the study show that it is necessary to recommend Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for each department with good assistance in its production. The performance of employees has improved since the availability of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), so the availability and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each organization or company is said to be essential for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the Company's operations.

This research aims to find out: how baggage carried by passengers is not free from various problems with baggage service deviations, which usually occur when passengers arrive at the final destination station or during post-flight service, this can be one of the performance benchmarks for a ground handling company. , whether it is good or not in providing service to passengers. In this case, the role of the loading master officer plays an important role in the process of loading and unloading cargo, preventing unwanted things from happening. This study used qualitative research methods. The data collection techniques used were, observation, interviews, documents, and documentation along with observations. The researcher directly carried out observations, the researcher also explained the results of the data taken during interviews and observations. For the interview, the researcher interviewed the Loading Master officer 3 sources with document data obtained by the researcher. from documentation of the activities of Loading Master officers when carrying out their duties and responsibilities in the field and also in the form of implementation documents for the data analysis techniques used, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, discussion, and conclusions. The role of Loading Master officers is very important at Adi Soemarmo Solo Airport, both from the implementation of standard operational procedures and also influences improving the performance of Loading Master officers for air cargo handlers. Not only that, researchers also found that Loading Master officers are very fast in Loading-Unloading if officers are slow or if you are not careful during the Loading-Unloading process, it will result in the plane being delayed.

Conversion of an outpatient pharmacy to a mail-order pharmacy within a health system.

In an effort to expedite the publication of articles, AJHP is posting manuscripts online as soon as possible after acceptance. Accepted manuscripts have been peer-reviewed and copyedited, but are posted online before technical formatting and author proofing. These manuscripts are not the final version of record and will be replaced with the final article (formatted per AJHP style and proofed by the authors) at a later time. The establishment of a new outpatient pharmacy provided a strategic opportunity to repurpose and convert an existing outpatient pharmacy into a closed-door mail-order pharmacy within a health system. This article describes the steps taken to successfully make this change and evaluates the impact. The mail-order pharmacy conversion project was divided into 3 phases: phase 1 (before conversion) from July through August 2022, phase 2 (conversion) from October through November 2022, and phase 3 (after conversion) from December 2022 through February 2023. Phase 1 included standardizing workflows with standard operating procedure (SOP) development, improving automation, determining staffing ratios, gathering baseline staff engagement data, and identifying primary and secondary outcomes of interest. Phase 2 encompassed SOP implementation and training of mail-order team members. Phase 3 involved evaluating available pharmacy floorspace, marketing mail-order services, and the second distribution of the staff engagement survey. The measured outcomes of this project were total prescription volumes, increase in total revenue, and staff engagement. Data collection was completed in phase 3. The existing outpatient pharmacy was successfully converted to a closed-door pharmacy, and the associated prescription volume increased. Developing a strategic action plan to establish SOPs, calculate staffing performance metrics, and identify opportunities for growth and engaging frontline team members were essential to the success of this project.

PENGARUH MANAJEMEN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA, STANDAR OPERASIONAL PROSEDUR DAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI TERHADAP KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERPADU SATU PINTU (PTSP) KANTOR KEMENTERIAN AGAMA KABUPATEN TAPIN

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the significant influence simultaneously, partially and dominantly on Human Resource Management, Standard Operating Procedures and Information Technology on the Quality of One Stop Service (PTSP) of the Office of the Ministry of Religion in Tapin Regency. Data analysis techniques were carried out by collecting and analyzing data obtained from field research using a method that is simple quantitative description. The population in this study were all employees of the Ministry of Religion of Tapin Regency, both civil and honorary civil servants, totaling 62 people. Considering that the population in this study was less than 100 people, the sampling in this study used saturated sampling, namely a technique in which all populations were used as samples, namely as many as 62 people. Data collection techniques were by observation, documentation, questionnaires, and interviews. Validity and reliability tests were carried out on research instruments. Data were analyzed by means of: Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Linearity Test. The results of the study show that Human Resource Management and Standard Operating Procedures have a significant simultaneous and partial effect on the One Stop Service Quality (PTSP) of the Ministry of Religion in Tapin district. And Information Technology has no significant effect partially on the Quality of One-Stop Integrated Service (PTSP) of the Ministry of Religion in Tapin district. It is recommended for all employees of the Tapin district Ministry of Religion Office to improve the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures.

PENGARUH TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN DAN SIKAP PERAWAT TERHADAP PENERAPAN STANDAR PROSEDUR OPERASIONAL (SPO) PEMASANGAN INFUS DI RS PKU MUHAMMADIYAH BANTUL

Most of action for infusion in the emergency department. Action of infusion more frequently performed by nurses and should be in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP). The occurrence of plebitis incident, swollen, and trauma of due to repeated infusion is result of actions that do not prioritize of the patient safety. The purpose of research is knowing influence the level of knowledge and attitudes of nurses toward the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures in infusion. This research used descriptive quantitative research methods with cross sectional. The respondent of it is nurses working in the emergency department of PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Bantul. Data was collected using a questionnaires and observation. The analytical tool used are univariate, bivariate, and multivariate. Results is the level of knowledge most of nurses in good category (80,00%), the attitude of most of the nurses has a good category (53,33%) and the application of standard operating procedures infusion majority of categories has been implemented (53,33%). There is a relationship between the level of knowledge and the application of standard operating procedures (p&lt;0,05). There is a relationship between the attitude and the application of standard operating procedures (p&lt;0,05). The magnitude of the influence level of knowledge and attitudes of nurses toward the implementation of SOP for 53,4% (R Square) while the remaining 46,6% is explained by other variables. Conclusion is there is influence between knowledge and attitude toward the implementation of standard operating procedures of infusion in RS PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul. The suggestion is the hospital should be providing the instrument of infusion accordance with the principles of safety and alertness in the application of standard operating procedures of infusion.

The Influence of Competency, Compensation, and Implementation of Standard Operational Procedures on Employee Work Productivity PT. Riau Media Television

Employees must work optimally and efficiently so that the company can have a high productive level. The achievement of company targets will certainly affect the rewards that employees receive by following the SOPs that have been prepared by the company. This has good intentions because it is directly proportional to the maximum compensation that employees will get as the best human resources. This study aims to analyze how the influence of competence, compensation and the application of standard operating procedures on the work productivity of employees at PT. Riau Media Television. This study uses a quantitative research method with a causal associative approach. The population in this study are employees of PT. Riau Media Television, with a sample of 36 respondents. The results showed that the variables of competency, compensation and implementation of standard operating procedures had a simultaneous effect on employee work productivity with a level of influence of 67.2%, while the remaining 32.8% was influenced by other variables not discussed in this study.

Assessment of Factories on Adherence to COVID-19 Standard Operating Procedures: A Case Study of Wakiso, Mukono, Buikwe, and Jinja Districts, Uganda.

Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Uganda confirmed the first case of COVID-19 on 21st March, 2020, which led to the first total lockdown in the country. During the lockdown, some factories remained operational; hence, there is a need for a study aimed at assessing the level of adherence to COVID-19 standard operating procedures (SOPs) in factories as a mitigator for the pandemic. A cross-sectional study to assess compliance of factories to COVID-19 SOPs was conducted in Wakiso, Mukono, Buikwe, and Jinja districts during the month of September, 2021. This involved visitation of factories and collection of data using the KoboCollect tool by interviewing general managers as well as human resource managers of the factories. A total of 39 factories were included in the study and were categorized into four major groups; food and beverages (15), plastics (5), construction (8), and others (11). Data analysis was done using STATA version 14.2. Overall adherence to COVID-19 SOPs by the factories was 64.1% (95% CI = 49.1-79.1). Communication and training of employees (79.5%; 95% CI = 66.8-92.2), wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), and respiratory protection (79.5%; 95% CI = 66.8-92.2) as well as enhanced cleaning and disinfection of surfaces (74.4%; 95% CI = 60.6-88.1) were the most implemented SOPs in the factories. Implementation of the SOPs was the highest in Mukono district (88.9%; 95% CI = 68.4-100) and the least in Wakiso district (40.0%; 95% CI = 9.6-70.4). The COVID-19 SOPs were followed mostly in construction material factories (87.5%; 95% CI = 64.6-100) and least in food and beverage factories (40%; 95% CI = 15.2-64.8). There was no significant difference in the adherence of COVID-19 SOPs among the districts (X2 = 5.02 and P=0.17) and factories (X2 = 7.04 and P=0.07). Although good overall adherence to SOPs noted was not dependent on location and type of factory, adherence to some SOPs such as exposure control plan, presence of signages on COVID-19, maintenance of social distance, and implementation of a health control plan varied with location of the district. Likewise, exposure control plan, signages on COVID-19, and maintenance of social distance varied significantly with the type of factory. This study revealed moderately good overall adherence to COVID-19 SOPs by factories, with variations in the level of implementation of individual SOPs being observed.

Pengaruh Penerapan SOP Dan Budaya Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan Line Shock Absorber Assembly PT Kayaba Indonesia

This study aims to determine the effect of applying SOP (standard operating procedures) and work culture on the work productivity of PT Kayaba Indonesia line shock absorber assembly employees. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive approach. The sample of this research is 98 employees of PT Kayaba. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Using multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test and hypothesis testing, namely the t test and F test. The results of the hypothesis test show that the application of SOP has no effect and work culture has an effect on work productivity. The results of the regression analysis showed that the implementation of SOP partially had no effect on work productivity, namely 0.075, work culture partially had an effect of 0.261. The results of the simultaneous hypothesis of the application of SOP and work culture together have a significant effect on work productivity with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.073 or 7.3%.

Internal company control is very necessary in every company so that its management can be better. This community service activity (PKM) carried out at PT Gading Abadi Semesta aims to realize better company management and management by implementing internal control SOPs. The methods used were observation, interviews, and documentation so that the results obtained were carried out by socializing the implementation of SOPs to employees. The conclusion regarding the output achieved in community service activities (PKM) is that standard operating procedures (SOP) for cash disbursements and cash receipts are created, so that every cash receipt and disbursement is recorded clearly and archived properly. And the existence of standard operating procedures (SOP) for product inventory makes stock recording much neater than before and with minimal shortages. The implementation process is carried out and followed by employees in accordance with the rules and regulations written in the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

Perancangan Sistem Order Material pada Supporting Department di PT XYZ dengan Metode System Development Life Cycle

The study focuses on the Supporting department, responsible for producing components for assembling minibuses, including the J type. The department faces several issues, including a 60% confusion rate in component names out of the 600 components, delays and errors in component delivery spanning 4 to 16 hours, and the absence of a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Addressing these challenges necessitates the development of a material order system, tackled using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Through SDLC analysis, solutions were derived, involving the creation of system programs, enhancing system flow, standardizing component names, grouping components into kits, establishing component catalogs, and formulating SOPs. This comprehensive solution was implemented at PTXYZ. The outcomes revealed significant improvements: standardization of component names among operators, administrators, and Microsoft GP, where 600 raw components were grouped into 98 packages, reducing delays to less than one working hour, meeting production schedules without delivery errors, and successful implementation of SOPs and catalogs facilitating the production process. Continuous monitoring is crucial to prevent the recurrence of delivery delays and name confusion.

Evaluating Medical Waste Sorting Methods and Ultimate Disposal Across Various Health Units at Kampala International University Teaching Hospital

Globally, the surge in medical and healthcare waste is evident, primarily driven by population growth, expanding healthcare facilities, and increased usage of disposable medical products. This study employed qualitative data collection methods, utilizing direct observation and daily review of completed questionnaires to ensure accuracy. Data sets were meticulously organized using an Excel spreadsheet and the Statistical Products and Service Solution (SPSS) data entry module. The assessment focused on waste segregation practices within various health units at KIU-TH. It was observed that healthcare officers in specific units predominantly managed waste segregation, with 95% of units employing color-coded waste bins. Black bins were the most prevalent, followed by red and yellow bins. Notably, a significant percentage indicated that containers for healthcare waste transportation consistently had securely covered lids (96%). The transportation of waste primarily relied on manual methods, either through hand-pushing containers or via vehicles. The study highlighted the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guiding documents across all health units and disposal sites. Overall, the findings underscored the prevalence of healthcare waste segregation using color-coded collection bins. However, instances of non-hazardous waste mixing with hazardous waste in general containers were observed, alongside the widespread presence of instructive posters in nearly all visited health units.
