The researcher found problems in understanding vocabulary among fourth-grade students at Andalusia Islamic Primary School in Tapan. There are many educational methods and means that can be creative, including the game. There are no attractive educational methods in teaching vocabulary. Students think that the Arabic language is difficult, boring, and less interesting. Objectives of this scientific thesis: 1) Determine the effect of the method of imitation and memorization using the smart card on understanding Arabic vocabulary among students in the fourth semester of Andalusia Islamic Primary School, Taban. 2) To determine the extent of the effect of the method of imitation and memorization using a smart card on understanding vocabulary among students at Andalusia Taban Primary School. In this study, the researcher used multiple choice pre-test and post-test data collection. Asymp.Sig. (2-tailed) 000 < 0.05. From the data obtained, it can be concluded that the research hypothesis is acceptable, meaning that there is a significant impact on the effect of the method of imitation and memorization using the smart card on understanding Arabic vocabulary among the students of Andalusia Islamic Primary School, Tapan.

ВИКОРИСТАННЯ СУЧАСНИХ ТЕХНОЛОГІЙ У ДОСЛІДЖЕННІ МЕХАНІЧНИХ ХАРАКТЕРИСТИК ТЕКСТИЛЬНИХ НИТОК

This work is devoted to the study of mechanical characteristics of textile fabrics in the process of their manufacture and processing, which is characterized by a phenomenon of heterogeneity (heterogeneity of properties in longitudinal and transverse directions). This phenomenon is due to the heterogeneity of physical, temperature, concentration, hydrodynamic, rheological and other factors. This heterogeneity increases with increasing the number of threads. Modern methods of studies of the influence of transverse uneven properties on the processes of deformation and destruction of a bundle of textile threads are generally time consuming, and they do not give quantitative information the influence of its components on the mechanical characteristics of products. Therefore, the implementation of studies regarding the study of the degree of influence of the transverse heterogeneity of the mechanical properties of textile threads on the peculiarities of the mechanics of their deformation and destruction, while with the development of forecasting methods are relevant and useful for the production of products. The authors of the article have developed a method of studying the strength of textile threads, which is characterized by the transverse heterogeneity of indicators of mechanical properties using mathematical modeling, which allows, without conducting labor intensive experimental studies, to predict its loss. The classification of indicators of mechanical properties by the degree of influence of their cross variations on the value of a break loading of a bundle of textile threads with developed prediction models developed respectively. The method of statistical imitation of tensile test was used, methods of mathematical analysis were used for the case of tightening of a bundle of textile threads. The developed mathematical model allows you to describe the influence of different variations on the break load and to classify different transverse variations of properties by the degree of influence on the characteristics of the strength of the thread bundle. The relationship between the strength realization coefficient and different transverse variations of mechanical properties is established, which made it possible to quantify the effect of heterogeneity of mechanical properties on the strength of textile filaments.

Learning based multi-robot coverage algorithm

Multi-robot coverage algorithm is essential in exploration, search and rescue, tracking and other tasks. Nowadays, global planning-based approaches are difficult to solve the actual deployments of very large robot team coverage problems. In this article we use the heuristic algorithm based on graph neural networks to solve the multi robot coverage algorithm. Firstly, we discretize the coverage task and encode it into a graph. The location of graph and the robots are nodes. Then we design a graph neural network controller and use imitation methods to train the controller. The controller will generate the solution that is not inferior to the expert through imitating an open-loop expert solution based on VPR. Finally, we designed a graph neural network architecture to perform zero shot generalization on large maps and teams, enabling the system to be extended to larger map teams. It is difficult for the expert. And we successfully use this model to simulate 10 quadcopter and a number of buildings in a city. We also prove the GNN controller is better than the method based on the planning in the exploration task.

Empowering Human Resources Within Training and Education About Musical Art at Pemuteran Village Memberdayakan Sumber Daya Manusia Melalui Pelatihan dan Pendidikan Seni Karawitan di Desa Pemuteran

This article is refered to a policy from government about Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) within program Kuliah Kerja Nyata Tematik (KKNT) implemented at Pemuteran Village, Gerokgak District, Buleleng City. The workplan carried out is training about tabuh telu gegilakan, teaching the basic technique on playing Gong Kebyar, and training about tabuh telu lelambatan kreasi “Wási Silakrama” to childern’s Jelung Kumara Pemuteran Gong Kebyar Group JKP 3 and JKP 4. Especially for JKP 3, I applied creation tabuh telu lelambatan kreasi “Wási Silakrama” and tabuh telu gegilakan. The workplan held with some methods that writer used which is the imitation method came up by M. Gabriel Tarde, meguru panggul, observation, interview, and documentation. Apart from that, I also use the method of creation written by I Wayan Dibia in making the composition. The methods I've used have worked with frequent players in my program of work that I've done. I hope within two groups JKP 3 and JKP 4 is success and capable to come forth some creations which has been given for Sanggar Jelung Kumara anniversary held on July 8 2023. Hopefully this creation is very useful for two groups that will used for another festival, ceremony, etc.

The evolutionary prisoner’s dilemma game in continuous signed networks

Cooperative evolutionary games have been a focus in various subjects, but the discussion on signed networks is lacking, especially when players are assumed to have different degree of closeness with others, i.e. continuous signed network. To fill this gap, we introduce a negativity coefficient that responds to the effect of negative relationships and a new strategy imitation method that applies to continuous networks. The simulation results show the necessity of negative relations that promotes cooperation, and the increase of the influence of negative relations facilitates the generation of cooperative behaviors. The edge updating in adaptive networks promote cooperation but has little impact when negative edge influence is small. The experiments also prove that structural balance is helpful for increasing the share of cooperators in the evolution.

Exploration of Pedagogical Approaches during the Buddhist Era

This research article explores the education system prevalent in ancient India during the era of the Buddha. The study aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the teaching methods employed during that time and elucidate various facets and dimensions of teaching practices. The article examines insights gleaned from Buddhist literature and scriptures, focusing on the Buddha’s innovative and impactful teaching methods such as sermons, parables, and interactive exchanges. It also explores the pedagogical approaches of Buddhism, highlighting the egalitarian nature of Buddhist education and its inclusivity of individuals from all social backgrounds. The article discusses different teaching methods employed during the Buddhist era, including the Shravan method, imitation method, demonstration and practice method, interpretation method, lecture method, debate and logic method, seminar, conference and Shāstrārtha method, self-study method, and excursion method. The research article concludes by highlighting the enduring relevance of the teaching methods from the Buddha’s era in enriching the ancient culture and fostering a moral and virtuous society.

Safe and Human‐Like Trajectory Planning of Self‐Driving Cars: A Constraint Imitative Method

Safe and human‐like trajectory planning is crucial for self‐driving cars. While model‐based planning has demonstrated reliability, it is beneficial to incorporate human demonstrations and align the results with human behaviors. This work aims at bridging the gap between model‐based planning and driver imitation by proposing a constraint imitative trajectory planning method (CITP). CITP integrates artificial potential field and dynamic movement primitives, which have achieved both the ability to imitate human demonstrations as well as ensure safety constraints. During the planning process, CITP first encodes human demonstrations, local driving target, and traffic obstacles as attractive or repulsive effects, and then the trajectory planning problem is solved through model predictive optimization. To address the dynamics of traffic scenarios, a hierarchical planning strategy is proposed based on the division of planning process. CITP is designed with five modules, including LSTM‐based target generation, encoding attractive and repulsive effects with target, demonstrations and obstacles, and trajectory planning with model predictive optimization. Data collection and experiments are carried out based on CARLA driving simulator, and the effectiveness in terms of both safety and consistency with human behavior are reported.

TYPES OF RELIEF ELEMENTS ON BANKNOTES AND WAYS TO IMITATE THEM

The article is devoted to the consideration of methods for imitation of relief elements and perforation in the manufacture of counterfeit banknotes. In the manufacture of banknotes in modern conditions, the latest scientific and technical achievements are used. The reliability of protection of banknotes from forgery is ensured by the simultaneous use of a complex of security features of different levels. With the development of technological progress, new protective elements appear, and the reproduction of those already introduced into production gradually becomes available for reproduction by counterfeiters. In an effort to bring the appearance of counterfeit banknotes closer to those issued by issuing institutions, criminals use various techniques to imitate security elements and materials. Most often, they try to imitate the so-called public elements, known to most citizens and perceived by sight or by touch. A variety of relief elements are an indispensable attribute of the design of any banknote. Relief elements are among the important public security elements of banknotes issued for cash circulation. They are informative and easily perceived visually and tactilely. In addition to the protective function, they provide convenience for people with visual impairments to recognize the denomination of a banknote. At the same time, even a primitive forgery of the relief element of a banknote can mislead an ordinary citizen, because it imitates the presence of a corresponding sign or image. The article describes the technology of applying embossed signs, the concepts of «painted» and «unpainted» embossed signs, and elements with KIPP-effect or PEAK-effect, as well as these concepts are illustrated with examples using banknotes that are issued by issuing institutions. The methods of imitation of relief signs on counterfeit banknotes are highlighted and illustrated by cases from expert practice, namely: by making special relief forms and applying colourless embossing in the areas of the elements corresponding to the elements applied by intaglio printing on banknotes; imitation of relief elements on counterfeit banknotes, implemented by applying to the areas where relief elements should be located on a real banknote, convex strokes of arbitrary shape, or strokes formed by individual dots, which may not match the coloured image in content; creating relief by applying a layer of a transparent substance to the location of the corresponding inscription or image, made by inkjet or another non-relief printing method; by «powdering» a non-gravure print of a wet ink image with polymer powder on the face of the note to create a relief effect. The article gives a brief definition of micro-perforation, describes the technology of applying micro-perforation on banknotes, and provides illustrations of banknotes with elements applied by micro-perforation. Using examples from expert practice, methods for simulating perforation on counterfeit banknotes are considered, illustrating the features of the corresponding imitation method.

Methods of correction of psychomotor development of preschool children with autism spectrum disorders

The article is based on the study of scientific and methodological literature, pedagogical observations and own experience of working with autistic children, theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological approaches and methods of correction of psychomotor development of preschool children with autism spectrum disorders, which manifest themselves in early childhood and are considered one of the most severe disorders of psychophysical development of this category of children, are carried out.
 It is noted that the activities aimed at correcting psychomotor development are quite specific and diverse, have a certain evidence base and affect the process of socialization of autistic children. On this basis, the article reveals the relationship between the motor activity of autistic children and other types of activity - intellectual, speech and emotional; systematizes the means and methods of correction of motor activity and behavior of this contingent of children.
 The necessity and importance of solving the problems of correction and development of motor activity of autistic children, taking into account the peculiarities of their psychophysical development, are theoretically substantiated. Based on the experience of researchers on this issue, the approaches, means and methods that should be taken into account when developing correctional programs for this contingent of children are identified.
 It has been established that successful correction of psychomotor development and socialization of autistic children requires gradualness, perseverance, cooperation with parents, and the use of a comprehensive, correctional and developmental, sensory and perceptual, eclectic, behavioral, variable and individual approach to each autistic child. It has been found that the main means of correcting the psychomotor development of children with autism spectrum disorders include: outdoor and sensory games, imitation and gymnastic exercises, exercise therapy exercises aimed at developing gross and fine motor skills, coordination and strength abilities, as well as exercises for intercortical interaction, swimming and massage; the main methods of correcting psychomotor development are the method of early intervention, the method of imitation, the tandem method and the game method.

Phase aberration adaptive compensation in digital holography based on phase imitation and metric optimization.

We proposed a numerical and accurate quadratic phase aberration compensation method in digital holography. A phase imitation method based on Gaussian 1σ-criterion is used to obtain the morphological features of the object phase using partial differential, filtering and integration successively. We also propose an adaptive compensation method based on a maximum-minimum-average- α-standard deviation (MMAαSD) evaluation metric to obtain optimal compensated coefficients by minimizing the above metric of the compensation function. The effectiveness and robustness of our method are demonstrated by simulation and experiments.

Mimetic Dimensions of Bird-Human Interactions: The Use of Bird Sound Imitations among Estonian Birders

Abstract This paper explores bird sound imitation as a particular type of interspecies interaction. Using questionnaires, interviews, and participatory observations, a survey was conducted among Estonian birders to find out about the prevalence of the practice, the diversity of imitated species, the means of imitation, and the attitudes of birders towards the use of recordings in the field. The study found that 55 species of birds from 11 orders were imitated and using one’s own voice was the most common way of imitating birds. The choice of the method of imitation depended on the purpose and context of imitation. Most birders supported the use of playbacks for scientific purposes, but not for daily birding. With the easy availability of playback technologies, there are increased concerns about the ubiquitous presence of disturbing factors. At the same time, however, the technological boundlessness is balanced by the heightened ethical self-reflection of birders.

PHILOSOPHY OF IMITATION IN CHINESE PIANO WORKS

Imitating traditional Chinese instruments to make piano works have a Chinese style is a common creative technique in Chinese piano music. For example, composer Zhao Yuanren uses appoggiatura to imitate the hua (glide) of the guqin in the piano work “Hua Ba Ban and Xiang Jiang Lang”. This paper will use the philosophy of imitation and Bandura’s imitation theory as the theoretical basis and use the method of comparative analysis to analyse how the composer uses different composition techniques to imitate different music elements of traditional Chinese instruments. Finally, this paper find that the methods of imitation are roughly divided into four categories: direct imitation, synthetic imitation, symbolic imitation, and abstract imitation. The culture of Chinese national musical instruments has been reflected onto the piano, which means that through the transformation of musical instruments, Western musical instruments have the sound of the East. It hopes that pianists could gain a deeper understanding of the imitation of Chinese national instruments in Chinese piano works, so as to better interpret these works.

A Hybrid Heuristic Algorithm Using Artificial Agents for Data Replication Problem in Distributed Systems

One of the key issues with large distributed systems, such as IoT platforms, is gaining timely access to data objects. As a result, decreasing the operation time of reading and writing data in distributed communication systems become essential demands for asymmetric system. A common method is to replicate the data objects across multiple servers. Replica placement, which can be performed statically or dynamically, is critical to the effectiveness of distributed systems in general. Replication and placing them on the best available data servers in an optimal manner is an NP-complete optimization problem. As a result, several heuristic strategies for replica placement in distributed systems have been presented. The primary goals of this research are to reduce the cost of data access time, reduce the number of replicas, and increase the reliability of the algorithms for placing replicas. In this paper, a discretized heuristic algorithm with artificial individuals and a hybrid imitation method were developed. In the proposed method, particle and gray-wolf-based individuals use a local memory and velocity to search for optimal solutions. The proposed method includes symmetry in both local and global searches. Another contribution of this research is the development of the proposed optimization algorithm for solving the data object replication problem in distributed systems. Regarding the results of simulations on the standard benchmark, the suggested method gives a 35% reduction in data access time with about six replicates. Furthermore, the standard deviation among the results obtained by the proposed method is about 0.015 which is lower than the other methods in the same experiments; hence, the method is more stable than the previous methods during different executions.

The Effect of Reciprocal Imitation Training on Increasing Expressive Vocabulary of Children with Autism Spectrum Disorders

"Objective: One of the areas of impairment in childhood autism spectrum disorders is delayed imitation. Due to the defect in the social function of imitation in these children and its negative consequences on lexical and verbal skills, Researchers in the field of educating autistic children consider increasing imitation skills to be a very important therapeutic goal. Previous studies have shown the effects of improving imitation on increasing the social, linguistic, and verbal skills of these children. In the present study, the effect of reciprocal imitation training on increasing the vocabulary of autistic children was investigated. Materials and Methods: This was an interventional study with a pretest-posttest design. 16 autistic children were trained in crossborder imitation based on expressive vocabulary in 96 sessions. After performing post-test and data collection in data analysis from the McNemar test to determine the changes of each word before and after the intervention and the Wilcoxon Marked Test was used to determine changes in vocabulary categories before and after the intervention and the level of statistical significance was considered (P> 0.05). Results: The results of data analysis show that the average number of responses ""expresses"" in each of the words after the intervention increased significantly in all vocabulary groups (P> 0.05). It seems that the intervention resulted in significant changes in participants. Conclusion: The results of this study show that teaching the method of reciprocal imitation has a significant effect on increasing the number of expressive words in autistic children. "

Individual Performance Style of the Pianist in the Context of E. Erikson's "Identity" Theory

The individual performance style of the pianist is considered from the standpoint of both conscious and unconscious advocacy of an adequate "my own personnality" in the network of perfect standards and aesthetic performance values of other pianists. It is proposed to interpret the specified phenomenon as a pianist's way of constructing in his imagination artistic images of musical works and their unique/original sound realization, taking into account the innate psychophysiological properties and acquired artistic and aesthetic values of the artist. It was found that the pianist's individual performance style enables the realization of his creative " my own personnality - concept" with a reflection of the influence of the most clear identification of its constructs both on the expressive and technical means of interpreting a musical work, and on artistry. The expediency of considering the identity of the pianist's individual performance style from the standpoint of identifying and differentiating the characteristic features of the pianist is substantiated. It is proven that the individual performance style of a pianist should be determined by: the presence of a system of his original/exceptional features, which enables the manifestation of both innate and acquired properties of the pianist in the process of interpreting musical works while preserving their authenticity; the conscious and unconscious defense of an adequate "self" in the context of the performance styles of other pianists; the immutability of reproduction of the fundamental features of the individual performance style of the pianist under any conditions and external influences aimed at their "identification" ("inflation", "dissolution in general") and "regressive restoration" ("capitulation" of the conscious attitude to the defense of individualization); the presence of a high level of fullness, differentiation and multi-vector nature of its features; the uniqueness of his features and their ability to complement each other with features of the performance styles of other pianists. The conditions for the manifestation of a complete system of features of the pianist’s individual performance style are defined in order to recognize its uniqueness. As a conclusion, the author describes the specifics of the application of methods of imitation and patterning, which help to reproduce features capable of ensuring the recognition of the created individual performance style of the pianist without "blurring" its leading differences among the performance styles of other artists involved in concert and stage activities.

Inertial imitation method of MMC with hybrid topology for VSC-HVDC.

A new virtual synchronous generator (VSG) control strategy was researched and proposed for a VSC-HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current Based on Voltage Source Converter) transmission system. It can be applied to half-bridge or full-half-bridge hybrid topology modular multi-level converter (MMC) to improve the stability and reliability of the system. First, it is proposed that the energy stored in the equivalent capacitor of MMC power module was used to imitate the rotor inertial of synchronous generator. It can buffer transient power fluctuations and synchronize autonomously with the grid. Then the impedance characteristics of the proposed control method have been deduced and analyzed. The results show that the VSG control loop mainly improves the low frequency characteristics of the converter. Secondly, the ability to suppress transient fault current is weak. So, a method, that the given values of inner current loop are calculated by grid impedance matrix, was used. A double closed loop control structure composed by a power outer loop based on VSG control and a current inner loop is obtained. The simulation results show that it can effectively improve the current control capability during the transient process for systems with a 1:2 ratio of converter capacity to grid capacity (The grid short-circuit capacity is 60MW and the MMC is 30 MW). Finally, a hybrid MMC simulation model was built based on PSCAD and the steady-state and transient fault ride-through simulations were performed. The power adjustment time of MMC under the proposed VSG control is about 1s, while the adjustment time under the conventional control strategy is greater than 4s.

Poxture: Human Posture Imitation Using Neural Texture

Human pose imitation, which aims to generate an image with a source character’s appearance, the source character’s shape, and a target character’s posture, has many potential applications in virtual reality, augmented reality, games, movies, etc. It is incredibly challenging due to non-rigid human body motions, significant variations in clothing textures, and self-occluded human bodies in 2D images. In this paper, we propose Poxture, a novel human posture imitation method with neural texture, to address the challenges mentioned above. Concretely, first, we build a dense mapping between a source SMPL human body model (shape and posture) and its corresponding texture (appearance). Then, we apply a neural texture generator to recover the complete texture of the source character. At last, we wrap the source neural texture to the source SMLP model with a target pose to generate the desired image by a GAN model. Poxture does not require any annotations, and our framework can fully disentangle the source character’s appearance, shape, and pose, which enjoys several advantages: 1) It can synthesize high-resolution images with detailed textures, thanks to the learned neural textures containing both visible and invisible parts and high-frequency information; 2) It can imitate complex actions with various appearances and body figures since the complete texture of the source character is acquired. We compare our method with previous methods, showing state-of-the-art results on two challenging benchmarks. Extensive experiments demonstrate that, given any character, our method can manipulate this avatar imitating arbitrary posture.

The Roles of Practitioner’s Handling Speech Disorders Children During Endemic

The aim of this research is to get an insight into practitioner views on developing speech disorders among children in Kuantan, Pahang. This is because the practitioner is responsible for handling and educating them in their speech development. The researcher chooses this topic due to the hiking trend in Malaysia where the number of children with speech disorders keeps on increasing from time to time. To make sure that these research objectives come into play, a selected school or centre by the researcher is a place to obtain appropriate data. To find appropriate data to answer the research questions, a selected practitioner who has depth experience, worked at the centre will be interviewed to materialize the aim of this research. Six random samplings have been chosen as respondents which will answer the interview session and forthwith answer research objectives. All of these practitioners are well experienced in handling children with speech delays. Hence, the validity and reliability of the data are considered conclusive methods had been used in comprehensive qualitative research. An interview session will be conducted with selected practitioners who fulfil the standard outlined earlier, such as vast working experience, deep expertise and well experience in handling children with speech disorders and try to obtain as detailed information as possible with is in line with the research objective and research question. For this research, the semi-structured interview is used as it is easier for the researcher to ask an additional question to the participant during the interview session if the researcher is not satisfied with the answer given. This finding from the data analysed successfully answers the research question of getting the information or experience from the practitioner's perspective in conducting children with speech disorders. This result will discuss on most of the practitioners used methods in enhancing children to develop their speech through the method of imitation, reinforcement, and motivation. Other than that, the biggest challenges faced by the practitioners are in understanding children with speech disorder needs and overcoming the challenges.

Error Bounds of Imitating Policies and Environments for Reinforcement Learning.

In sequential decision-making, imitation learning (IL) trains a policy efficiently by mimicking expert demonstrations. Various imitation methods were proposed and empirically evaluated, meanwhile, their theoretical understandings need further studies, among which the compounding error in long-horizon decisions is a major issue. In this paper, we first analyze the value gap between the expert policy and imitated policies by two imitation methods, behavioral cloning (BC) and generative adversarial imitation. The results support that generative adversarial imitation can reduce the compounding error compared to BC. Furthermore, we establish the lower bounds of IL under two settings, suggesting the significance of environment interactions in IL. By considering the environment transition model as a dual agent, IL can also be used to learn the environment model. Therefore, based on the bounds of imitating policies, we further analyze the performance of imitating environments. The results show that environment models can be more effectively imitated by generative adversarial imitation than BC. Particularly, we obtain a policy evaluation error that is linear with the effective planning horizon w.r.t. the model bias, suggesting a novel application of adversarial imitation for model-based reinforcement learning (MBRL). We hope these results could inspire future advances in IL and MBRL.
