In this article, we construct optical hybrid magnetic surfaces of -magnetic optical fibers by using hybrid tangent electromagnetic flow -density with a hybrid frame. Also, we obtain new optical hybrid conditions of the hybrid tangent electromagnetic -phase with hybrid optical fields by the Landau Lifshitz model. We illustrate hybrid tangent electromagnetic Lorentz -flux for hybrid fields with a hybrid Landau Lifshitz approach by the axial optical density of hybrid frame. Finally, we also analyzed optical density and the magnetic hybrid density lines for different angular velocities in hybrid frame.
