La fiabilidad entre ciudadanos y gobernantes ha sido estudiada desde la gestión y administración, la autogestión y la incidencia, la cogestión y la coadministración. Sin embargo, el emprendimiento y la innovación parecen ser independientes a la fiabilidad. El objetivo del estudio fue establecer la confiabilidad y la validez de un instrumento que mide la fiabilidad. Se llevó a cabo un estudio no experimental con una selección no probabilística de 340 caficultores en una localidad del centro de México. La fiabilidad de gestión explicó el mayor porcentaje de varianza total, pero se advierten sus límites.

Development and validation of an instrument designed to measure the impact of networks of support for breastfeeding

the hypothesis of this study is that there are not enough validated questionnaires that measure the impact of networks to support breastfeeding for the Spanish speaking population. For this reason, we ask as a general objective of this study, to develop and validate (in terms of content and construct) a quantitative instrument of measure. We evaluated the content validity, subjecting the survey to a breastfeeding expert's opinion in the Region of Murcia. The pilot test was conducted between the months of March and April 2014. Surveys were carried out directly by users who attended the breast-feeding support group "Lactando". For construction validity, a factor analysis was conducted, which determined the different dimensions that the survey could measure. A description of each of the items on the statistics was conducted. Through principal component analysis, the total variance explained was obtained, determining the factors that define the elements. Through factor analysis, the questionnaire has a high internal consistency for its five components (satisfaction, consultations, experience, problems and support), obtaining values from 0.942 to 0.632. And a high percentage of total variance explained (11,157% - 5,093%). This study has served to create a relevant and valid in terms of content and construction, instrument, capable of measuring the impact of networks of support for breastfeeding through 5 dimensions.

An investigation of illegal direction change behavior of road users using behavioral models

Illegal direction change accounts for the highest ratio for road accident causes in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Illegal direction change is examined through separate behavioral models such as theory of planned behavior, health belief model and integrated behavior model. Integrated behavior model including health belief model, theory of planned behavior variables and extended socio-cognitive variables is identified to be one of the best model (with the highest percentage of total variance) for applying predictive illegal direction behavior not only for HCMC but also for other cities and provinces of Vietnam. The high significance variables of the integrated behavior model as behavioral intention, perceived benefits, subjective norm and perceived severity are selected to propose the appropriate community campaigns of road safety.

Factor analysis of positive and negative syndrome scale in schizophrenia: An exploratory study

Background:Controversy persists with regard to how best we can categorize symptomatic dimension of Schizophrenia. Aim of the study was to compute factorial dimensions in Indian subset of schizophrenic patients and to compare them with five factor pentagonal model extracted in western studies.Materials and Methods:150 inpatients of Schizophrenia with acute exacerbation were subjected to PANSS rating within one week of admission and statistical calculation done based on exploratory factor analysis.Results:Five factors namely negative, autistic, activation, positive and depression were extracted wherein negative factors showed highest percentage of total variance supporting five factor modal of western literatureConclusion:A consensus is gradually emerging regarding symptomatic dimensions of Schizophrenia.

Quantification of environment-driven changes in epiphytic macroinvertebrate communities associated to Phragmites australis

The epiphytic macroinvertebrate communities associated with the Common Reed, Phragmites australis (Cav.) Trin. ex Steudel, were examined seasonally from summer 2004 to spring 2005 in eleven coastal lagoons of the Llobregat Delta (NE Spain) following the method proposed by Kornijów & Kairesalo (1994). The aims of the study were to: 1) characterise and quantify changes in epiphytic macroinvertebrate communities along environmental gradients; 2) assess the contribution of elements of the epiphytic compartment to structuring the community; 3) define the optima and tolerances of selected epiphytic macroinvertebrate taxa for the most relevant ecological factors responsible for assemblage composition; and 4) identify possible epiphytic species assemblages that would allow a lagoon’s typology to be established, as well as their representative indicator species. Communities showed statistically significant seasonal variation, with two faunal peaks: one in summer, with high chironomid densities, and the other in winter, with high naidid densities. These peaks showed a clear response to the influence of environmental factors. Salinity explained the highest percentage of total variance (36%), while trophic variables (nutrients, phytoplanktonic chlorophyll-a, and total organic carbon) and epiphyton biomass (19.2 and 4% of total variance explained, respectively) were secondary. Three different epiphytic macroinvertebrate species assemblages could be defined. These assemblages were directly linked to conductivity conditions, which determined the rate of survival of certain taxa, and to the existence of a direct connection with the sea, which permitted the establishment of "brackish-water" species. In spite of the existence of these species assemblages, the species composition and biomass of epiphytic macroinvertebrates and epiphyton differed substantially between lagoons; both elements were subject to changes in the environment, which finally determined the site-to-site variation in the density and composition of the macroinvertebrate population.
