This paper investigates the multi-attribute decision making (MADM) problems with hesitant fuzzy uncertain linguistic information, which is used to evaluate the teaching effectiveness of the flipped classroom model. We studied the prominent characteristic of this proposed operator. And the induced hesitant fuzzy uncertain linguistic ordered weighted averaging (IHFULOWA) operator was applied to solve the hesitant fuzzy uncertain linguistic multi-attribute decision making problems which is considered as a powerful tool. Evaluating the teaching effectiveness of flipped classroom model as a typical and practical example is utilized to illustrate the developed procedures.

In this paper, we investigate the multiple attribute decision making problem based on the arithmetic and geometric aggregation operators with interval valued hesitant fuzzy uncertain linguistic information. Finally, a practical example is given to verify the developed approach and to demonstrate its practicality and effectiveness.

In recent years, the electronic information and network technology has developed rapidly, meanwhile, E-commerce has been widely applied in society. Especially the online shopping, relying on its rich products, low price, no time and geographical restrictions and several other distinctive characteri stics, which has absorbed attentions of many consumers. In recent years, China’s online retail market has seen a big growth. The market share of e-commerce has gradually increased and become a mainstay of China’s e-commerce development. However, with the fast growth of e-commerce, consumers’ requirements for enterprise service quality is also getting higher and higher. Logistics services is considered to be one of the three main inhibitions of e-commerce and improve logistics service quality has gradually become an important way of e-commerce enterprises to obtain competitive advantage. At present, the research on how to evaluate the quality of e-commerce logistics services has not yet formed a complete and scientific theoretical system and method. In this paper, we have proposed the induced hesitant fuzzy uncertain linguistic Einstein correlated average (IHFULECA) operator. Then, we used the IHFULECA operator to design the multiple attribute decision making problems to estimate the E-commerce logistics service quality. At last, an example is given to shown the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Models for evaluating the resource integration capability of textile enterprise with hesitant fuzzy uncertain linguistic information

As the basic necessities of human life, food, clothing, housing and transportation are of great importance to everyone, and the changes in these essential requirements of people can clearly manifest the development level of a society. China is a dominant textile producer in the world, with the textile export accounting for a large proportion of its overall trade export. In recent years, however, our textile export has encountered great challenges from both home and abroad. On the one hand, Green Barrier has raised its limits to China’s textile export; on the other hand, people have laid a greater emphasis on environmental protection and their health, both of which call for advanced technology in the field of ecological textile. Yet the fact is that the development of China’s ecological textile is still confined to the use of innocuous raw materials and its processing confined to the category of cleaner production and industrial communities. In this paper, we investigate the multiple attribute decision making (MADM) problems for evaluating the resource integration capability of textile enterprise with hesitant fuzzy uncertain linguistic information. Then, motivated by the ideal of traditional power geometric aggregation operator, we have developed hesitant fuzzy uncertain linguistic power weighted geometric (HFULPWG) operator. Then, we have utilized hesitant fuzzy uncertain linguistic power weighted geometric (HFULPWG) operator to develop some approaches to solve the hesitant fuzzy uncertain linguistic multiple attribute decision making problems. With the advent of the era of low-carbon economy, China enterprises urgently need for innovation in enterprises management if they want to occupy a place in the fierce market competition environment in the era of low-carbon economy, which puts forward the new requirements for energy conservation an d emissions reduction to enterprises. Next, we exploited the IHFULCG operator to design some approaches to tackle the hesitant fuzzy uncertain linguistic multiple attribute decision making issues for evaluating the enterprise management innovation ability under low carbon economy circumstances. In the end, an example to estimate the enterprise management innovation ability under low carbon economy circumstances is given.

Finally, a practical example for evaluating the academic value of scientific and technological papers is provided to verify the developed approach and demonstrate its practicality and effectiveness.

Hesitant fuzzy linguistic aggregation operators and their applications to multiple attribute group decision making

Hesitant fuzzy sets, originally proposed by Torra, can be used as an efficient tool for dealing with situations in which experts hesitate between several numerical values to define the membership of an element in a quantitative setting. However, similar situations may occur in qualitative settings where experts hesitate between several possible linguistic terms to assess the membership of an element. To deal with such cases, Rodriguez et al. [21] introduced the concept of a hesitant fuzzy linguistic term set HFLTS. A hesitant fuzzy linguistic term set is an ordered finite subset of consecutive linguistic terms of a linguistic term set. However, it is noted that there are situations where the linguistic terms contained in the hesitant fuzzy linguistic term set are not consecutive. To address this issue, in this paper, we extend the hesitant fuzzy linguistic term set and introduce the concept of a hesitant fuzzy linguistic set HFLS by combining the hesitant fuzzy set and the fuzzy linguistic approach. Then, we develop some hesitant fuzzy linguistic aggregation operators to aggregate the input arguments taking the form of hesitant fuzzy linguistic sets HFLSs. We also investigate the relationships among these operators. Furthermore, we extend the hesitant fuzzy linguistic set to uncertain linguistic environments, i.e., present the concept of a hesitant fuzzy uncertain linguistic set HFULS. We develop some hesitant fuzzy uncertain linguistic aggregation operators to aggregate the input arguments taking the form of hesitant fuzzy uncertain linguistic sets HFULSs. We study the relationships among these operators. Next, we utilize the hesitant fuzzy linguistic aggregation operators to develop an approach to multiple attribute group decision making with hesitant fuzzy linguistic information and utilize the hesitant fuzzy uncertain linguistic aggregation operators to develop an approach to multiple attribute group decision making with hesitant fuzzy uncertain linguistic information. Finally, we apply both the developed approaches to two numerical examples.
