Research on Application of the Television Image Logging Technique in the Englineering Test Borehole

A whole image of a reconnaissance well with acoustic time, acoustic amplitude and video can be obtained by an image logging apparatus. The results (feature dip/strike and azimuth, joint density analysis, synthetic cores, feature stereograms, rose diagrams, deviation plots of borehole) of image logging are displayed in the form of well explained figures, intuitionistic, vivid and easy to be analyzed. Image well logging technique has played an important role in oil and gas exploration, but its application in construction engineering is still in its initial testing phase. The hardware constitution and the basic principle of RG image logging apparatus system are simply introduced, and its application effects in transmission cable tunnel project are also displayed in this paper

The Distributed Water Supply System Based on the Technology of Power Line Communication

In view of the recent problem of serious water waste at school, this paper proposed a kind of distributed water supply system. This system can control the water resource inside school by network build in the local power line. This paper mainly introduced the system structure, hardware constitution, the software process of upper computer between lower computer of such distributed water supply system, and through the test prototype, it completed the experiment, comparison and analysis.The experiment result shows that such water supply system can improve significantly the water saving rate of school, even to 38 percentages, and has excellent application value.

Design of Single Roller Scutcher Control System Based on PLC

This paper analyzes the control requirements of scutcher and introduces the control system scheme which is composed of programmable logic controller, touch panel and inverter. And it emphasizes the hardware constitution of S7-200 PLC control system, the pressure detection and display of cotton feeding pipeline, together with the principles of the beater speed test program and the control program of cotton feeding motor.The scutcher control system can feed cotton continuously and equably and ensure the pressure stability of the cotton feeding pipeline. In this way, it can adjust process conveniently, decrease fault rate and cut the design development cycle of new equipments to improve the control level of textile machinery.

Design of Computer Control System of Mobile Asphalt Concrete Mixer

In order to achieve the application requirements of a mobile asphalt concrete mixer, a distributed computer control system of the mixer is developed with an industrial control computer and a S7-200 PLC. Through analyzing the operation principle of mixer, main functions and specifications of the system are proposed. In this paper, the hardware constitution and the software design method of the system are introduced in detail, and the working process of the asphalt concrete mixer can be controlled automatically and intelligently in real time. Moreover, the functions of batching control, process monitoring and data management has been realized. Test results show that the asphalt concrete mixer works stably and reliability.

This article has carried on the analysis in view of the coal mine old communication network and the relay protection installment existence's question, Proposed based on the OMAP platform to build a coal mine power system relay protection program, elaborated the OMAP platform coal mine relay protection principle, To design this equipment's schematic diagram, and has carried on the performance introduction to this equipment's main hardware constitution, this paper has developed the data acquisition function software flow chart, it provided the basis for the development new coal mine distribution network relay protection installment.

According to the spatial hot cutting characteristic and the user technological requirement, designed robot bevel have cut the workstation control system based on OTC the AX-MV6.This article introduced the system hardware constitution and the principle of work, the air course control system, the robot and the controller function, the spatial hot cutting control programming method and so on. This system definitely may under the robot control, complete to steel plate each kind two-dimensional (for example plane) and three dimensional (for example bevel) cuts the work, uses in metal plate random graph cutting and bevel cutting. Confirms this system performance after the production to be stable, the work piece cutting quality is good, the production efficiency is high.
