Analyzing the Application of the Internet in Education of Ideology and Politics at the Grassroots Military Level

With the rapid development of information technology, the internet has become an indispensable part of modern society, finding widespread application in various fields. In the military domain, grassroots units play a crucial role in maintaining national security and stability. The effectiveness of their education of ideology and politics directly impacts the troops' combat capability and cohesion. Traditional methods of education of ideology and politics face challenges such as outdated content, monotonous educational forms, and low participation among officers and soldiers. The introduction of the internet offers new opportunities and challenges for education of ideology and politics at the grassroots military level. The richness and shareability of online resources provide a vast array of educational materials, broadening and deepening the content of education. The interactivity of online platforms enhances communication between officers, soldiers, and educators, improving the education's relevance and effectiveness. Furthermore, innovative internet technologies revolutionize educational methods, making them more diverse and personalized. To fully leverage the internet in grassroots military education of ideology and politics, it is necessary to build online education platforms, utilize big data and artificial intelligence, and conduct activities that integrate online and offline education. Implementing these innovative strategies can effectively address challenges and promote the innovative development of education of ideology and politics at the grassroots military level.

Rapid determination of glyphosate and glufosinate in human blood by probe electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry

In forensic science, glyphosate (GLYP) and glufosinate (GLUF), a class of non-selective broad-spectrum herbicides, have been frequently encountered in many fatal poisoning and suicide cases due to their widespread availability. Therefore, it is essential to develop an effective method for detecting these compounds. Some conventional methods, such as gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC–MS) or liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry (LC–MS), have been reported to detect these compounds. However, these methods are not ideal for their time-consuming and non-sensitive feature. Herein, probe electrospray ionization (PESI) tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS), a fast and sensitive technique, was applied for the determination of GLYP and GLUF in human blood, which can obtain analytical results within 0.5 min without derivatization and chromatographic separation. After protein precipitation of blood samples, the supernatant was mixed with isopropanol and ultra-pure water (1:1 v/v). Then, 8 μL of the mixture was introduced into the plastic sample plate for PESI-MS/MS analysis. The limits of detection (LODs) of the method were 0.50 μg/mL and 0.25 μg/mL for two analytes, and the limits of quantitation (LOQs) were both 1.00 μg/mL, which are higher than the concentration of reported poisoning and fatal cases. In the linear range of 1–500 μg/mL, the regression coefficients (r2) for GLYP and GLUF were over 0.99. The matrix effects ranged from 94.8 % to 119.5 %, and the biases were below 4.3 %. The recoveries ranged between 84.8 % and 107.4 %, and the biases were below 7.6 %. Meanwhile, the method was effectively utilized to detect and quantify the blood, urine, and other samples. Consequently, the results suggest that PESI-MS/MS is a straightforward, fast, and sensitive method for detecting GLUF and GLYP in forensics. In the future, PESI-MS/MS will become an indispensable technique for polar substances in grassroots units of public security where rapid detection is essential.

Chinese expert consensus on the treatment of hemorrhoids by injection(2023 edition)

Hemorrhoids is a common anorectal disease, usually occurring in middle-aged people aged 25-65 years old, clinical bleeding, swelling, prolapse, pain, itching and anal discomfort, and repeatedly attacks and aggravated gradually, seriously affecting the quality of life of patients. The treatment of hemorrhoids includes conservative, injection, ligation, and various surgical procedures. Injection therapy with a history of more than 150 years is simple to operate, easy to popularize and apply in grass-roots units, causes less intraoperative bleeding and fewer complications, and has reliable efficacy. As a result, it is favored by clinicians and patients. The injection treatment of hemorrhoids has been mentioned in various hemorrhoid treatment guidelines and consensus at home and abroad, but there is no special expert consensus for reference. Led by the Anorectal Physicians Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association and the Colorectal Surgery Group of the Surgery Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, experts in related fields in China were invited to review the latest evidence-based medical evidence at home and abroad and conducted evidence quality assessment and recommendation strength classification according to the GRADE system. This paper attempts to make detailed recommendations on the types and application methods of the preparations commonly used in the injection treatment of hemorrhoids at home and abroad, and form the Chinese Expert Consensus on the Treatment of hemorrhoids by anal injection (2023 edition), aiming to guide the reasonable selection of drugs and dosage forms for hemorrhoidal injection treatment, and to provide reference for standardizing the use of different drugs and dosage forms, so as to improve the effectiveness and safety of clinical application of hemorrhoidal injection treatment.

Polypropylene cracking on embryonic and ZSM-5 catalysts – An operando study

A series of ZSM-5 zeolites (embryonic, microporous, hierarchical) is studied in the catalytic cracking of polypropylene in the framework of its chemical recycling. Two important zeolite features impact their catalytic performances and allow their design as efficient catalysts: porosity and acidity. They also play a key role in catalyst deactivation and regeneration. A detailed thermogravimetric and spectroscopic (operando FT-IR) analysis of the reaction, including catalyst coking and regeneration, shows the emergence of rules to design fit-for-purpose catalysts to be used in existing or grass-roots FCC units.

ВИЗНАЧЕННЯ ПЕРСПЕКТИВНОГО СКЛАДУ СИСТЕМИ ЗАХИСТУ У СКЛАДІ КОМПЛЕКСІВ БОЙОВОГО ЕКІПІРУВАННЯ ВІЙСЬКОВОСЛУЖБОВЦІВ ПІДРОЗДІЛІВ МОРСЬКОЇ ПІХОТИ ВІЙСЬКОВО-МОРСЬКИХ СИЛ ЗБРОЙНИХ СИЛ УКРАЇНИ

An approach to the study of the protection system as part of the combat equipment complexes of the military units of the Marine Corps (MP) of the Naval Forces (Navy) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is considered, which makes it possible to determine the promising composition and directions for its improvement. The object of research in the proposed approach is the use of units of the MP of the Navy of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and the subject is the protection system as part of the combat equipment of military personnel of the MP in typical situations of their use. One of the predominant methods of analysis of the protection system, as our previous studies have shown, is a system analysis based on the general theory of complex systems, the foundations of which have been developed quite fully. Which made it possible to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the contribution to the combat effectiveness of the actions of units in solving specific combat missions based on mathematical modeling of combat operations in substantiating the prospective composition of the protection system for combat equipment complexes of military personnel of the MP units. The implementation of the considered directions for improving the protection system and its elements (personal armor protection, means of protection against damaging factors of weapons of mass destruction and non-lethal weapons, danger warning means) of the combat equipment complexes of military personnel of the MP Armed Forces of Ukraine, allows you to increase tactical indicators of autonomy and independence, and improvements equipment can give an increase in the effectiveness of the performance of combat missions of grassroots units by one and a half to two times. This article presents a promising composition of the protection system for combat equipment complexes of military personnel of the Marine Corps of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. A Brief Essay on the History of the Lisri Parish of the Vladikavkaz Diocese

The article researches the history of the Orthodox parish of the Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary in the mountain village of Lisri. In late 19th/early 20th century . Russian Orthodox Church was very active in terms of missionary, cultural and educational work in the mountain parishes of Ossetia. For well-known reasons, this activity and its results had not been investigated for a while, resulting in a gap in the historiography of the region, and now it is crucial to fill it in. The novelty of the study consists in the wording of the problem: the object of the study is an Orthodox parish as a grass-roots structural unit of the church, while clergymen’s personalities are reserarched through the prism of the history of the parish they served in. In addition, the fact of the existence of the Lisri parish has not been reflected in any scientific work on the history of Christianity in Ossetia and has been traced back basing on documents that had not been researched for a long time. The objective of the work was to study the history of the development of one of the major Orthodox parishes in the mountainous part of Ossetia. The identities of priests and church servants from the parish of the Uspensky church at different times were identified based on on archive materials, and their activity aimed at the promotion of the Lisri parish was shown. It is the first time a foreign source containing data on the life of the parish of Lysr in 1909 is mentioned by the reaserchers. The tolerant character of interaction between the Orthodox Church and the traditional Ossetian community is noted. After analyzing a number of sources the authors conclude that the subtle missionary work and respectful attitude towards Ossetian culture that was noted in clergy of all levels (including the bishop) in many ways determined the success of Orthodoxy in the Lisri parish, which in just 10 years since being inaugurated had become one of the most significant church parishes in the mountainous part of Ossetia.

Panchayati Raj: A Legacy of Indian Political System

Panchayati Raj Institutions have been playing a pivotal role for rural development in general and socio-economic upliftment of downtrodden section of the rural society in particular. The Panchayati Raj system is not a new concept and therefore is considered as one of the best ways of governance of the rural India. This work will be the narrative of a Panchayati Raj system. It will be the narrative of the inception and evolution of Panchayati Raj from the formative years of the Indian State and the consolidating years of the Indian Nation to the troublesome times in which the 72nd Amendment Bill became the 73rd Amendment Act of 1992. The study portrays how the present Panchayati Raj Institutions have the ancestral root in the historic past. It appears that the Panchayati raj with effective local autonomy continued to exist even during the period of Maurya’s and Gupta’s, to which we call as the period of centralized sovereignty. Panchayati raj institutions existed all the way in one form or the other. Britishers gave these local bodies a new political touch. This philosophy later acted and reacted on the minds of the wise founding fathers of constitution. Mahatma Gandhi advocated Panchayati Raj as the foundation of India's political system, it would have been a decentralized form of government where each village would be responsible for its own affairs. The term for such a vision was Gram Swaraj (village with self-governance). Panchayati Raj was thought to be adopted as a measure to concretion the dream of decentralization. 73rd Constitution Amendment Act 1992 are the ambitious efforts made in the post-independence era to accomplish the goal of decentralization. Panchayati Raj Institutions – the grass-roots units of self-government – have been proclaimed as the vehicles of socio-economic transformation in rural India.

A study of the factors influencing community resilience: based on social capital, knowledge sharing and Place attachment

The sudden new crown pneumonia epidemic at the end of 2019 greatly impacted people's productive lives, and communities, as grassroots units of national and urban functioning, played an important role in the prevention and control of this epidemic. Therefore, how to enhance the resilience and recovery capacity of communities against public health emergencies and strengthen community resilience will be an inevitable requirement for normalized prevention and control in the post-epidemic era. Focusing on the study of micro-community resilience, this paper explores the relationship between social capital, knowledge sharing, place attachment and community resilience respectively, and explores the paths and mechanisms of the influence of the three on community resilience. This study used a questionnaire survey method, correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis on the collected data to empirically test the interrelationship between social capital, knowledge sharing, place attachment and community resilience. The results showed that social capital, knowledge sharing, and place attachment all positively influenced community resilience.

On the Training Mechanism of College Students' Learning Ability at Going Down to the Grass-roots Unit Based on the Investigation

College graduates are the country's valuable human resources. The Party Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to the employment of college graduates, regard the grassroots as an important platform for college graduates to grow into talents, and put forward clear requirements for guiding and encouraging college graduates to work at the grassroots level. By understanding the current situation of college students going to the grass-roots level, and through the investigation and analysis of the college students' going to the grass-roots level, this paper points out that there are environmental conditions, lack of subject knowledge system, lack of education guidance, lack of communication platform for grass-roots staff, lack of experience, etc. difficulty. Finally, this paper puts forward corresponding policy recommendations in a targeted manner.

What did Chinese Social Workers Do at the Worst Moment? ——A Research Based on Social Workers’ Participation in the Ffight against COVID-19 at Guangzhou

ABSTRACT The prevention and control of COVID-19 was the first time that Chinese professional social workers formally demonstrated their unique ability and role in public health emergencies. To explore the contribution of Chinese social workers in fighting against COVID-19, this study has surveyed the practical experience of 179 Chinese social workers who participated in public health emergencies for the first time. According to the findings of the investigation, the prevention and control from social workers were active and timely. As a professional group, social workers have played many roles in the pandemic which further helped form coupling effects with other professional departments and build a solid pandemic prevention network. In this process, social workers have retrieved their sociality by taking root in the grass-roots units to build social support networks, link resources and help the vulnerable groups. Meanwhile, social workers still worked based on the national conditions of China’s statism and collectivism. They have taken on the roles of coadjutant and propagandist as well as embedded their work in the discourse system with Chinese characteristics when completing the work of policy propaganda, national and social mobilization, and ideological construction. Besides discussing the above content, this exploratory study also points out some difficulties in the aspects of policy support and the practice of China’s social work in public health emergencies.

Information Fusion Method for Building Grassroots Teaching Organization Based on Intelligent Optimization

At present, the existing teaching construction information fusion methods are based on the classification results of teaching resources, but ignoring the global intelligent optimization of the fusion results, which leads to the deviation of the grassroots teaching organization construction information fusion results, and the fusion index value is low. Therefore, the information fusion method of the grassroots teaching organization construction based on intelligent optimization is proposed. The basic framework of information fusion is designed, and the information fusion is divided into the data layer, characteristic layer, and decision layer. The information characteristics of the construction of grassroots teaching organizations were extracted. The particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to search the maximum value of the work entropy of teaching grassroots unit, and the threshold value of teacher construction and grassroots unit work is used to realize the information fusion of teaching grassroots unit construction. Experimental results show that the proposed method has higher error rate, stability, efficiency index, and higher information fusion value and accuracy than the traditional method.

Establishment of a full-coverage sentinel and multi-symptom surveillance system for new (major) infectious diseases – a literature study

Objective To explore main problems existing in current infectious disease surveillance system and to propose some primary considerations on the establishment of a full-coverage sentinel and multi-symptomatic infectious disease surveillance system in China to meet the growing demand for surveillance and prevention of infectious disease epidemic. Methods Literatures relevant to new (major) infectious disease surveillance and early warning published from 2000 through 2021 were systematically searched via China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), official websites of international organizations, and Baidu Scholar. Results Based on inductive generalization of 78 literatures retrieved, a theoretical infrastructure was proposed for the full-coverage sentinel and multi-symptomatic infectious disease surveillance system to be constructed. The suggested system should be operated effectively at five-regional level (country, province, municipality, county, and township); the system′s sentinels should include medical institutions, grassroots units, departments responsible for surveillance among migrant populations and a big data management center is also to be constructed for the system. Early clinical and social symptoms of new (major) infectious diseases should be monitored comprehensively across whole country. Conclusion The construction of full-coverage sentinel and multi-symptomatic surveillance system for new (major) infectious diseases should follow the principles of unified planning, nationwide networking, resource sharing, and effectively operating at ordinary times and in emergency.

Problems and thoughts in the application of neonatal resuscitation technology in rural primary hospitals

Neonatal resuscitation project to rural grass-roots development is different from urban promotion and application, need to adjust appropriate strategies and measures. Correct understanding of the effectiveness of resuscitation technology can improve the compliance of rural grass-roots promotion and application. According to Renewal of International Neonatal Resuscitation Course and China′s Implementation Opinions, we should make the training of recovery teams as an important goal of long-term management, And adhere to case one preparation, one monitoring, one week one review. Rural grass-roots units should innovate and popularize application methods according to local conditions. It is suggested that the training system for neonatal resuscitation and post-resuscitation treatment should be gradually established in county (city) areas. «THE OUN MEMBER» VARVARA ZHURBENKO: THE FATE OF A REPRESSED TEACHER (BASED ON ARCHIVAL-CRIMINAL CASE FILE)

The article reveals Varvara Stepanіvna Zhurbenko's biography. In 1946, the Soviet state security authorities accused her of being a «parricide» and a member of the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists (OUN). The article's relevance is due to the need to determine whether V. Zhurbenko was an OUN member. The article also illustrates the illegal mechanisms used by the Soviet repressive authorities. The research's main source was the V. Zhurbenko's archival-criminal case, which is stored in the Archive of the Security Service of Ukraine in the Lviv region. As a result of the study, it was found that V. Zhurbenko participated in the activities of one of the OUN grassroots units in Dnipropetrovsk in early 1943. She did not join the OUN, but her contacts with OUN's member N. Voronina, who was also an agent of Soviet special services, played a tragic role in her later life. Having received a pedagogical education, V. Zhurbenko worked in the incomplete secondary school of the village Khidnovychi in the Drohobych region. In late 1944 – early 1945, she corresponded with N. Voronina. She was arrested in October 1946. During the investigation, V. Zhurbenko was forced to confess to belonging to the OUN. She was sentenced to 10 years in prison in the Soviet concentration camps. After J. Stalin's death, when the totalitarian regime weakened somewhat, V. Zhurbenko tried to achieve justice. As a result, her case was double-checked (in 1955 and 1959), and eventually, V. Zhurbenko was rehabilitated. She was able to prove that the criminal case against her had been fabricated by an MGB investigator who had used the beating and threats. Thus, the authors found out that V. Zhurbenko was not a member of the OUN, although some contemporary historians were convinced that she belonged to this organization. Evaluation and design of public health information management system for primary health care units based on medical and health information

ObjectiveThe objective is to understand the role of information management systems in the public health perspective of primary care units more accurately. MethodsA public health information management system for primary medical units, which is based on electronic health records, virtual private network technology, real-time data storage, and other technologies, is designed on the premise of economical and straightforward operation. Besides, Xinhua Community Health Service Center Around the Wulong Street, Longsha District, Qiqihar City is selected as the experimental unit of the public health information management system, and the work efficiency of the system in the public health perspective of the primary medical unit is evaluated after 12 months of system operation. ResultsThe public health information management system of primary medical units has following comprehensive management functions: health record management, child health, maternal health, health of the elderly, health of patients with chronic diseases, health of severe psychiatric patients, health education, infectious diseases and public emergencies, health events, health supervision, and management information. In addition, after 12 months of information management system operates in the grassroots units, the results show that patients and doctors have a very high satisfaction rate with the system. The system not only cultivates the excellent health and disease prevention awareness of residents but also improves the efficiency of primary care institutions, as well as reducing the number of patients seeking medical cares. ConclusionThe public health information management system of primary health care units based on medical and health information design is rich in functions with prominent work efficiency, which significantly improves the public health of grass-roots medical units. The research is useful and significant for follow-up studies on public health care systems.

Rapid and visible detection of Mycoplasma synoviae using a novel polymerase spiral reaction assay

In this study, a rapid, specific, and sensitive detection assay for Mycoplasma synoviae (MS) was established using a polymerase spiral reaction (PSR) method. A pair of primers were designed according to the conserved region of the vlhA gene of MS, and PSR results were assessed using agarose gel electrophoresis and color rendering with a dye indicator. The optimum reaction temperature and time for PSR using the specific primers were 62°C and 40min in a water bath, respectively. The sensitivity of the PSR assay for MS detection was 100 times more than that of the polymerase chain reaction assay based on agarose gel electrophoresis results and color change detected by the naked eye. Further experiments demonstrated that the primers specifically detected MS and showed no cross-reaction with other prevalent avian pathogens. Clinical sample testing confirmed that the MS-PSR assay is simple, rapid, specific, and sensitive, and thereby very suitable for application and promotion in the field and laboratories of grassroots units.

Development Status of Equipment Testability Verification Technology

Testability verification of equipment refers to the test and evaluation for testing whether the testability of equipment given by design and manufacture meets the specified testability requirements. Testability verification can lay a theoretical and technical foundation for the testability and maintainability transformation of active equipment, and provide a development platform for the development of equipment maintenance support equipment and system of grass-roots units. Its research work has very important military and economic significance for improving the overall level of information and intelligence of equipment and the security of use. This paper summarizes the development status of testability test and verification technology of equipment at home and abroad, analyses the key technologies of testability verification, and points out the key and difficult problems to be solved urgently at present. Finally, based on the comprehensive analysis of the current testability physical verification and non-physical verification technology schemes, some suggestions are given for further research and development of testability verification technology schemes.

Literature analysis of acupuncture for urticaria from Encyclopaedia of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective To analyze the related records of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of urticaria in ancient medical books, and to select valuable data as a reference for clinical optimization of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment. Methods With the keywords of Zhen and Feng Sao Yin Zhen, the ancient medical records of acupuncture and moxibustion were retrieved from Encyclopaedia of Traditional Chinese Medicine (5th edition) as the research object, to build database including books, publish year, records, number of selected acupoints, acupuncture and moxibustion methods, acupuncture points, and analyze according to the frequency. Results The earliest records were from the Jin Dynasty (A.D.266-420) A-B classic of acupuncture and moxibustion, the most documented book was the Ming Dynasty Pu Ji Fang (22); 63.64% of the records did not describe the urticaria syndrome classification, while 36.35% only briefly described the cold and heat. There were 117 single point prescription, 4 pair points prescription, 11 multi-point prescription. The commonly used interventions were acupuncture combined with moxibustion (41), moxibustion (31) and needling (22). Commonly used acupoints were Quchi (43), Hegu (18), Jianyu (17). The acupoints were mainly from Hand Yangming large intestine meridian (84), as the specific points of five (105) and from upper limb (120). Conclusions Chinese acupuncture treatment of urticaria has a long history. Prescription was usually single prescription, and the lack of the principle of syndrome differentiation, acupoints from the Hand Yangming large intestine meridian were Quchi, Hegu, etc. as the main points. Ancient medical acupuncture treatment program might be suitable for acute urticaria and grassroots units. Construction and Practice of an Excellent Grass-Roots Level Teaching Units in Colleges and Universities

It is of great significance to build an excellent grass-roots level teaching unit for improving a professional teaching quality and a course teaching level in colleges and universities. This paper discusses the requirements and evaluation standards for constructing an excellent grass-roots teaching units in colleges and universities from following aspects: rules and regulations construction, teaching team construction, teaching organization process, curriculum and textbook construction, teaching research, specialty construction, practical teaching, condition guarantee and talent cultivation ability. Combined with relevant standards, a practical process of building an excellent grass-roots teaching unit is discussed for the Department of Light Industry Machine, Zhengzhou University of Light Industry. Related works of constructing an excellent grass-roots teaching unit for the Department of Light Industry Machinery, Zhengzhou University of Light Industry, improves the specialty construction level and provides reference for the construction of peer units in colleges and universities.
