The Level of Sustainability of PNPM-MP Achievements in the Community in Gowa Regency

It is hoped that the government’s efforts to carry out development with an emphasis on community empowerment will revive the spirit of togetherness and mutual cooperation which is increasingly being eroded by cities. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of sustainability of PNPM-MP achievement in the people of Gowa Regency. This research is a case study with a descriptive research type, namely to provide a comprehensive picture of the level and benefits of community participation through PNPM-MP in the implementation of the Development Program in Gowa Regency at each stage in the process mechanism of PNPM- MP activities. MP that has been going on. The results of the study show that the level of achievement of sustainability program has been carried out according to its objectives, with indications that (a) the community actively maintains facilities and infrastructure by providing personnel and material support according to available local capabilities, (b) program maintenance still refers to the learning outcomes of PNPM- MP through the PNPM-MP Implementation Manual, (c) local government appeals and norms and rules result from community agreements in deliberation forums.

Covid terror and government appeals to public interest for Eid in the village

This research discusses the Covid Terror and the Government's Appeal to Public Animo for Eid Al-Fitr in Villages in 2019-2022. The aim of the study was to find out the interest of the vegetable traders in the village during the Covid-19 outbreak and the Government's appeal to ban crowds and easing it. The research design uses descriptive and associative quantitative methods with observative media, interviews and questionnaires. Questionnaire data sample respondents are summarized, analyzed and tested for validity and reliability. Then tested with statistical tools to obtain the weighted quantity of each variable. The results of the Multiple Linear Regression test, a constant value of 42.969 means that the condition when the variable Y (Animo Going Home for Eid) has not been influenced by the independent variables X1 (Spread of Covid-19) and X2 (Government Circular). The b1X1 value in the equation is 0.91, meaning that the variable X1 (Spread of Covid-19) has a positive effect on the Y variable (Animo Going Home with Eid) has an effect of 0.91 on Variable Y (Animo going home with Eid) meaning that other variables are not included in this study. The b2X2 value of 0.77 means that the X2 variable (Government Circular Letter) has a positive influence on the Y variable (Animo Going Home for Eid), which has an effect of 0.77 on variable Y (Animo for Homecoming with Eid), meaning that other variables are not investigated. The X1 Correlation value (Covid-19 Spread) is 0.182 and the Correlation value of the X2 variable (Government Circular Letter) is 0.189. Thus it can be concluded that there is a very low and one-way correlation level because the two variables have a correlation value between 0.000-0.199 which means that the relationship level is also very low. Coefficient of Determination Test (R2) The coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.44 or 44 percent, proving that variable Y can only be explained by variables X1 and X2 by 44 percent, and the remaining 56 percent is explained by other variables not examined in the study This.

Pemenuhan Kebijakan Sektor UMKM dan Pedagang Kaki Lima sebagai Pekerja Sektor Informal dalam Peningkatan Kegiatan Perekonomian Pasca Pandemi Covid-19

The deadly Covid-19 pandemic has spread to all corners of the world, causing the downgrade of the health sector, and economic sector, including Indonesia. Government appeals such as physical distancing, social distancing, and stay at home make people's needs decrease and cause economic turbulence, especially for MSMEs and street vendors; they are pillars of income for Indonesia. Considering that MSMEs that survive and experience an increase during the pandemic are those who can connect to the digital ecosystem, MSMEs and street vendors, together with the government, are obliged to carry out sustainable economic transformations such as innovation with the introduction of digitalization to facilitate transactions even though sellers and buyers do not meet up. Therefore as the rule of law, the government has provided convenience related to electronic business licensing for MSMEs and Street Vendors. The steps are followed with regulatory objectives Act Number 6 of 2018 about Health Quarantine although Government decree Number 21 of 2020 about Large-Scale Social Restrictions in the context of Accelerating the Handling of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) must prioritize health protocols even though it has entered the era of Adaptation of New Habits after soaring cases of covid-19. The government also presents MSME PEN Program as MSME Economic Recovery; nevertheless, policy effectiveness for affected MSMEs is more needed during this New Normal Period. Adoption of MSME Effective Restorative Policy is needed now because of the Ultra Micro Assistance movement, Love Local Products, and the Synergy of one MSME Data which is expected to be able to assist the government in implementing policy efficiency following with the realization of the value of Pancasila social justice for the whole of the people of Indonesia in the MSME Effective Restorative Policy.

Compliance with the Use of Mask in Young Adult Community Group in Kupang City

Background: COVID-19 is a deadly disease transmitted by the SARS-CoV-2 virus that spreads quickly and widely through droplets and the air. Prevention behavior through the 3M, namely maintaining distance, washing hands with soap, maintaining distance, and always using a mask when doing activities outside the home, is important for every individual. Community compliance with Government appeals is very important in controlling the increasing number of cases. Aim: This study aims to analyze the simultaneous influence of knowledge, attitudes, social support, income, education, employment, and history of the COVID-19 vaccine to obtain a model of factors that influence adherence to the use of masks during the COVID-19 pandemic in adolescent in Kupang City. Method: This study is an analytic observational study with a cross-sectional design. The research sample was young adults with an age range of 20-40 years as many as 395 people. Data were collected using a list of questions and observations. Data analysis using multiple logistic regression. Findings: The results of statistical analysis show that there is a significant effect between attitudes, social support, employment, and history of administering the COVID-19 vaccine with adherence to the use of masks. With the regression equation model g(x)=2.582+-2.521 (social support) +-3.222 (occupation) +-6.136 (vaccine history) with adherence to the use of masks. Occupation is the dominant variable, with a magnitude of 25,082 times its effect on compliance with the use of masks. Immediate actions taken by the government and relevant stakeholders are firstly increasing public knowledge through continuous health promotion about the dangers of COVID-19 and secondly increasing vaccination, and tightening community mobilization’s supervision.

Analiza art. 233 § 3 Ordynacji podatkowej w kontekście zasady dwuinstancyjności postępowania wynikającej z art. 78 Konstytucji RP

The principle of two-instance proceedings is one of the most important procedural guarantees which aim to ensure the respect of individual rights. This principle has been regulated in article 78 of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland. In the system of law, the rule is that the appellate body may adjudicate both reformatively and cassationally. One exceptions to this rule is provided for in article 233 § 3 of the Tax Ordinance. If the appeal is successful, this provision empowers the local government appeals board only to overrule the decision issued by the first instance authority on the basis of administrative discretion. The aim of this article is to analyse article 233 § 3 of the Tax Ordinance in the context of the principle of two-instance proceedings. In the opinion of the author of this paper, this provision constitutes an unjustified limitation of the right to two-instance proceedings.

Implementation of Budgeting Policies Pandemic Handlingcorona Virus Disease 2019 in Bekasi City

Policy implementation in budgeting for handling the COVID-19 pandemic in Bekasi Cityhas not been fully achieved effectively. The Bekasi City Government and its staff have not been optimal in a comprehensive mannerimplement steps to accelerate the handling of COVID-19. This of course will greatly hinder the acceleration of the handling of COVID-19 within the GovernmentBekasi City in handling the fieldhealth, handling economic impacts and provision of a social safety net. The research method used in this research is descriptive analysis with a qualitative case study approach. The results of the research are that there are several factors that cause the implementation of policies in budgeting for handling the COVID-19 pandemic in Bekasi Citynot yet fully effectivenamely communication factors and policy factors so that they can interfere with the acceleration of handling the pandemic in Bekasi City. To make this effective, the Bekasi Mayor ordered the Regional Government Budget Team (TAPD) to immediately make adjustments to the 2020 Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) by refocusing the budget for both income and expenditure and then reallocating the budget in Unexpected Expenditures to be used for accelerated handling the COVID-19 pandemic adequately and increase capacity and coordinate with the Regional Leadership Communication Forum (Forkopimda), community organizations as well as community/religious leaders to socialize and urge the public to avoid the spread of COVID-19. The realization of the implementation of budgeting policies for handling the COVID-19 pandemic in Bekasi Cityeffectively by the Municipal Government of Bekasiincluding support from all parties for policies in budgeting for handling the COVID-19 pandemic in Bekasi City, handling COVID-19 through the policy of implementing the Rukun Warga Siaga program which can be said to be successful and effective, synergy between TAPD and Regional Apparatuses in supporting the commitment of the Mayor of Bekasi City, strengthening coordination and synchronization of policies for handling pandemics between stakeholders and public non-compliance with government appeals from both the Central Government and the Regional Government of Bekasi City can be avoided.

This study aims to determine the framing of the government's appeal related to Covid-19 by online news sites. It is important and interesting to study because ideally online news sites play a major role in disseminating government policies in the context of health communication to the public through their news. But in reality, at the beginning of the pandemic, reporting on online news sites actually caused an infodemic. For this reason, this research takes the period from March to July 2020 which is the initial phase of the pandemic period in Indonesia as well as the initial period of issuing government appeals related to Covid-19. This study chose Kompas.com and Tempo.co as research subjects with consideration of their credibility as trusted news sites so far in Indonesia. The method used is framing analysis with Pan and Kosicki devices in order to obtain a comprehensive analysis related to the structure of the news. The research findings result in differences in the framing of government appeals between the two news sites. Kompas.com focuses on reporting by prioritizing the educational function to support government performance. So they chose to explore the how element in the news packaging. On the other hand, Tempo.co focuses on news that carries an informative function to carry out its role as social control over government performance. For this reason, Tempo.co packs more of a why element in its reporting. However, the research findings show that framing the government's appeal about COVID-19 is useful in building health and risk information that is important as a source of information and risk mitigation.

Ograniczenia antykorupcyjne członków samorządowych kolegiów odwoławczych

The subject of the article is the analysis of anti-corruption solutions for college members. Both permanent and non-permanent staff college members are public officials. The former has an employment relationship with the college,the latter a legal and organizational relationship that is not an employment relationship. However, in terms of anti-corruption solutions, the legislator differentiated the status of college members. permanent members are liable notonly under the provisions of the Act on Local Government Appeal Colleges but also under the provisions of the Anti-Corruption Act. In the author’s opinion, this distinction should be changed, and broader anti-corruption rules should apply to non-permanent members of the local government appeals board.

GAMBARAN PENGETAHUAN MASYARAKAT TENTANG PROTOKOL KESEHATAN DAN KEPATUHAN MENJALANKAN PROTOKOL KESEHATAN PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 DI KELURAHAN LANGGINI

COVID-19 is a disease that currently affects the entire population of the world. Preventive efforts in the health protocols implemented by the community in breaking the chain of transmission of COVID 19 during the new normal period are by getting used to wearing masks, washing hands with soap (handsanitanizer), maintaining distance (social distancing), staying away from crowds and avoiding traveling outside the area. especially areas that have been declared as red zones. But in reality, they are not very obedient in implementing government appeals and instructions regarding health protocols in handling COVID 19. This study aims to describe the public's knowledge about health protocols and compliance with health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic in Langgini Village. The design used in this research is descriptive analysis. The population in this study was the entire community in Langgini Village, Bangkinang Health Center Working Area, Kampar Regency with a total adult population of 3,885 people. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling with a total sample of 97 people. The data collection tool uses a questionnaire. Based on the results of the study, it is known that most of the respondents have good knowledge about health protocols, as many as 68 respondents (70.1%), most of the respondents comply with health protocols, as many as 59 respondents (58.8%). It is hoped that the health program manager will increase the provision of information regarding the importance of complying with health protocols to reduce the spread of COVID 19.

Overcoming political distrust: the role of ‘self-restraint’ in Japan’s public health response to COVID-19

Political trust has long been presented as a key social determinant of pandemic resilience in public health by facilitating public cooperation with government instructions. During the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, countries where citizens had relatively low levels of trust in government tended to see higher numbers of infections and deaths. Yet Japan’s public health response to COVID-19 complicates a straightforward relationship between political trust and successful pandemic response, presenting something of a paradox. Trust in government, very low by international comparison, was compounded by a lack of state authority to enforce its public health recommendations. Nevertheless, it appears that initially, most people followed government advice, particularly politicians’ calls for jishuku (‘self-restraint’). This paper explores the Japanese government’s response to COVID-19 and places the concept of jishuku in historical context, arguing that it represents a complex dynamic that includes expectations about the solidaristic behavior of imagined fellow citizens, stigmatization and social coercion, and government appeals to ethnonationalist identity that together may have helped overcome low trust in government. ‘Compliance’ itself is complicated in this picture, with compliance with individual measures dependent on the dynamic tension between a variety of different factors beyond political trust alone.

Foreign Policy of Provisional Priamur Government (1921—1922): Process of Formation and Basic Ideological Attitudes

The article is devoted to the foreign policy course of the anti-Bolshevik Provisional Priamurye Government, which controled Primorye in 1921—1922. The source base of the research was the journalism of the pro-government press (the newspapers “Slovo”, “Russian Territory”, “Bulletin of the Provisional Priamurye Government”) and archival materials. Particular attention is paid to the role of the media in substantiating the foreign policy of the Far Eastern non-socialists. It is shown that the official statements of the government (appeals, proclamations, interviews of officials) published in the press contained the foundations of the foreign policy doctrine of the White movement. In addition, it is indicated that anti-Bolshevik publicists regularly responded to foreign policy events and tried to form public opinion through newspaper articles. It is noted that the cornerstone of the program of the Provisional Priamurye Government was the thesis of the antagonism of “Russia” (personified in the white Primorye) and “Sovdepia” — RSFSR (together with the buffer Far Eastern Republic). As an example, illustrating the application of Provisional Priamurye Government ideological attitudes in practice, the sending of a delegation from the white Primorye to the Washington conference at the end of 1921 is given. The preceding press campaign, designed to substantiate the importance of the presence of the anti-Bolshevik delegation in Washington, is highlighted.

THE INFLUENCE OF MEDICAL TEAM INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION ON PATIENT SATISFACTION (SURVEY OF COVID 19 PATIENTS IN DKI JAKARTA)

The Covid 19 pandemic is still growing, people must remind each other to comply with health protocols and government appeals so that there will not be a surge. Patients who are contaminated with Covid-19 usually require a medical team to communicate about the effects they are feeling. Interpersonal communication that exists between the medical team and the patient must be effective. This case is to determine the effect of interpersonal communication between the medical team and patients on the level of patient satisfaction. The correlation results obtained are 0.704, which means that there is a strong relationship between interpersonal communication on patient satisfaction and the results of hypothesis testing indicate that there is an influence between interpersonal communication of the medical team and patients on the satisfaction of patients with Covid 19.

KEPATUHAN PEDAGANG PASAR PADA HIMBAUAN PEMERINTAH TENTANG BAHAYA COVID-19 MELALUI PENDAMPINGAN BERBASIS TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI

Corona virus outbreak (covid-19) is now not only a problem of the Indonesian people, but has become a global problem. The Indonesian government formally declared the corona virus outbreak (Covid-19) as a National Disaster through Presidential Decree Number 12 of 2020. A number of government appeals have been made regarding the handling of the covid-19 pandemic, the aim of which is to break the chain of transmission of the virus so that it does not spread large. Appeals include physical distancing, which was before social distancing or keeping a distance from others, wearing masks when leaving the house, always washing hands with soap. This paper seeks to describe the forms of market traders 'understanding of government appeals and market traders' adherence to government appeals after technology-based assistance through community service activities integrated with Thematic College Real Work (KKN). The results of the activity indicate that there has been a change in understanding among some market traders regarding the danger of co-19 so that it gave birth to compliance in the form of the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), especially for traders who have the ability to use technology in accessing information related to the covid-19 outbreak. Compliance has not been maximized for some traders due to the limited ability to use technology (social media) for most traders, so that access to information on covid-19 hazards and ways to overcome them are also limited. Based on these findings, intensive socialization is needed by involving various parties and utilizing various media.

Internalization Of Humanistic Values For Early Ages Children In Facing Pandemic COVID-19

This research discusses the internalization of human values in children facing the COVID-19 pandemic in Padangsidimpuan. It was found that there were actions that were inappropriate for mothers, teachers and the community. Mothers understand the COVID-19 pandemic from a negative point of view. Mother forbids the children to see each other. The teacher advised the children not to leave the house. People advise children not to play outside of parental guidance. These are all inappropriate actions in understanding social distancing and staying at home as one of the government's appeals. However, it can follow play, study, and gather protocols. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research on how the actions of mothers, teachers and society in children face the COVID-19 pandemic? How to internalize human values against the COVID-19 pandemic in Padangsidimpuan City? The results of the study found that mothers, teachers, and the community provided a more appropriate understanding of children and instilled the importance of being grateful to Allah SWT, feeling empathy for children whose parents were indicated to have COVID-19 and internalizing egalitarian, humanitarian attitudes, namely respect, care, share, strengthen hearts, and put forward identity so that life becomes useful.

Maximizing Mobile-Assisted Language Learning (MALL) amid Covid-19 Pandemic: Teachers’ Perception

Covid-19 pandemic has brought many significant aspects of human life, such as health, social, economy, and education as well. Temporarily, most government around the world have closed educational institution in order to reduce the spread of Covid-19. The Indonesian government appeals all elements of education to adapt and continue learning activities through online learning. Mobile-Assisted Language Learning (MALL) as the newest learning way in the language education where applications or websites are used to facilitate students learning activities. Mobile-Assisted Language Learning (MALL) has been studied years by researchers in its connection with education related activities. This research will focus on its main purposes,that is teachers’ perceptions in mobile learning especially English language learning classroom activities. The method of the research was quantitative method which used 70 English teachers as research object. The data were collected through a 5-point Likert Scale questionnaire. The research found; the teachers’ majority had positive perception on the usage of MALL to support classroom activities, especially in learning English language in the middle of Covid-19 pandemic

The Harms of State, Free-Market Common Sense and COVID-19

The markedly high levels of preventable death and injury from COVID-19 in the UK have been refracted by government appeals to “British common-sense” in response to the crisis. We critically explore this appeal as a generator of harm continuous with free-market common-sense (FMCS) that stretches back to the start of the 1980s and the Thatcherite assault on state protections, “enemies within” and expertise in the public realm, driving and legitimating a broad landscape of harm under neoliberal restructuring. This is the context for understanding government responses to COVID-19 and the Grenfell fire, both of which have resulted in avoidable death and injury and both of which illustrate the role of “common-sense” in the demonisation and blaming of the victims of state violence along with a deligitimation of expertise in public health. Following Gramsci's conceptualisation of common-sense and its role in cultivating a never-guaranteed consensus for the continuance of capitalist state power, we explore the emergence of Gramsci's “good sense” in the current juncture and its challenge to the harms of state that FMCS has generated.

ANALYSIS OF PUBLIC BEHAVIOR IN THE FACE OF THE CORONA VIRUS PANDEMIC (COVID-19) IN THE VILLAGE OF PALUR DISTRICT OF MOJOLABAN SUKOHARJO DISTRICT

The study aims to learn: (1) the behavior of palur village people in the face of the pandemic. (2) government policy understanding of social distension. (3) the impact of a pandemic in palur village of mojolaban district sukoharjo district district district.The methods used in this study are qualitative disticized, depicting or enhancing and learning about people's behavior in dealing with the corona virus pandemic (covid-19) in palur village, government policies on social distension and knowing the effects of the corona virus (covid-19) in palur village. The data-gathering technique used is through direct field observations, interviews and documenting. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive data analysis and chart data.The results of the study are: (1) citizens are more accustomed to clean and healthy living, implementing health protocols in accordance with government requirements. (2) palur villagers are aware of the social censorship and prevention efforts in dealing with pandemics in accordance with government appeals, but there are still a few places where crowds are. (3) the impact of inequality on people is social, economic and health.

The Role Of The Community To Perform Self Isolation As A State Defense Form In The Era Of Covid-19

Covid-19 is a very serious problem in 2020, claiming millions of lives. One issue is the rapid spread rate and the large number of infected groups without clinical symptoms and has the potential to become a source of spread for other people. One way to prevent the spread of covid-19 is disciplined awareness of conducting self-isolation for infected groups. This research discusses self-isolation awareness as a form of state defense during Covid-19. This research is a literature review study that uses 3 types of approaches to discuss social issues, namely status approach, conceptual approach, and case approach. The results of this study reveal that we are only urged to stop the spread of this virus, with government appeals, by participating in defending the country without taking up arms, we can fulfill our role as good citizens. As described above, State defense is adjusted to current community conditions, e.g. in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. At this time, state defense updating is not just staying at home, but still productive with our home system work as usual. The government has issued various policies, including studying at home, working from home, and praying at home. Following the government's recommendation is actually a form of state defense to defend the country as a form of our love for Indonesia

Of Tragedies and Myths

A pragmatic turn in Christian ecological ethics and theology suggests a practical approach that draws on the strengths of each of the dominant strategies for responding to environmental degradation: government regulation, privatization, and appeals to conscience. The principle of subsidiarity in Catholic social tradition (CST), which calls for a robust social order that integrates the roles of agents on various levels of society, while delegating specific responsibilities to each level, may provide normative direction for discerning when, how, and why to employ these strategies in response to environmental degradation. This principle recommends the development of effective intermediate institutions to mitigate excessive state and economic power and to serve as outlets for organizing and channeling individual agency, yet CST has not sufficiently fleshed out what such institutions look like, especially when responding to environmental degradation. The work of Nobel-winning political scientist Elinor Ostrom may correct this difficulty with her description of eight design principles of intermediate institutions in numerous ecological, social, cultural, political, and economic contexts.
