Pengaruh Total Assets Turn Over Terhadap Return On Assets Pada KSP Kopdit Pintu Air

Assets are wealth owned by a company. Therefore, good asset management is very necessary so that the results obtained by the company each period will be maximized. This research aims to determine the effect of Total Assets Turn Over on Return On Assets at KSP Kopdit Pintu Air. The type of research used in this research is quantitative descriptive research. The population of this research is KSP Kopdit Pintu Air while the sample used in this research is the financial report of KSP Kopdit Pintu Air from 2016 - 2020. The data collection method in this research was carried out by literature study and documentation. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. Meanwhile, research data processing uses the help of the IBM SPSS Statistics 23 application. Based on the results of data processing and analysis that has been carried out, the results show that Total Asset Turn Over (TATO) has a significant influence on Return On Assets (ROA).

IMPLEMENTASI ITILV4 FRAMEWORK IT ASSET MANAGEMENT PRACTICE PADA PT. INTEGRASI DATA NUSANTARA

Asset management is an important process that must be carried out by a company in managing its assets effectively and efficiently. PT. Integrasi Data Nusantara is a company that requires good asset management in carrying out its business operations. Therefore, the authors conducted research on the implementation of asset management practices at PT. Integrasi Data Nusantara using the ITILv4 framework. This study aims to identify the steps that must be taken in implementing asset management practices at PT. Integrasi Data Nusantara using the ITILv4 framework and providing recommendations regarding improvements that can be made. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method by conducting interviews with several respondents who are involved in the implementation of asset management practices at PT. Integrasi Data Nusantara. The author then makes a GAP analysis which will be used as a reference for the implementation of ITILv4 IT Asset Management practices. Based on the results of the questionnaire that has been carried out, the researcher found that the implementation that has been carried out has produced positive results for IT asset management at PT. IDN. This is shown by the results of a survey using a Likert scale which has an average value of 4 on a Likert scale of 1-5.

Dinamika Upaya Inventarisasi Aset Desa di Desa Bungkal Kabupaten Ponorogo

Village asset management is an alternative that can be carried out by the village government, to maximize the creation of prosperity for village communities, good asset management, can open business opportunities for village communities, so as to create economically productive activities. This study aims to reveal the extent of the efforts made by the village administration to carry out an inventory of assets. This research uses descriptive qualitative type, using primary and secondary data sources, in the form of interviews and documentation. The informants in this study were the Village Head, Village Secretary and also Village Officials, with a purposive sampling model on the basis that these informants were directly involved actors so that they provided a lot of important information. The results of this study show that the process of inventorying assets does not come from the initiation of the village government, but from the local government and is top down in nature, in carrying out the process it only reaches the reporting process and is only administrative in nature. Apart from that, there are obstacles related to government human resources in charge of asset inventory, so that it has not had much effect on people's welfare.

Analisis kinerja keuangan PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) dengan metode DuPont system

Company financial performance is a benchmark to increase the value of a company. The existence of Covid-19 pandemic has caused the economy in Indonesia to decline which has had an impact on the financial performance of several companies, one of which is PT KAI (Persero). This research aims to determine the financial performance of PT KAI (Persero) in 2016-2021 as measured through financial statement analysis using the DuPont system. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The data source used is secondary data, in the form of PT KAI (Persero) financial reports in the form of time series. The analytical technique used is the DuPont system. The results showed that the financial performance of PT KAI (Persero) in 2016-2021 was in a good position. Fluctuating NPM has a major impact on ROE, resulting in PT KAI (Persero) having to be vigilant and immediately innovate because their financial performance is not yet stable enough. The company expected to be able to optimize their financial management, especially in increasing sales volume accompanied by a high level of net profit and good asset management to create a good NPM and TATO for the company's ROI and ROE.

Fixed Assets Positioning Management Based on Nonlinear Difference Algorithm

Fixed assets are an enterprise’s core means of production and a vital asset for the enterprise’s sustainability. Good fixed asset management not only helps to enhance asset utilization but also helps to prevent idleness and asset loss, both of which are vital in the success of the enterprise. To improve fixed asset management, it needs not only a good asset management system but also advanced asset monitoring and management technology. As a result, to address the issues of difficult positioning, tracking, and low management efficiency in enterprise’s asset management, this paper optimizes the commonly used the LANDMARC positioning algorithm and implements an improved algorithm based on Lagrange nonlinear interpolation. It is also used in fixed asset positioning management to overcome the problem of increasing the density of auxiliary tags to enhance positioning accuracy, which leads to higher costs and greater radio frequency interference. Simultaneously, a set of RFID-based fixed asset management systems was built and implemented, starting with the application requirements of enterprises and combining the optimization algorithm with FRID technology. Finally, a simulation experiment on the application of the Lagrange nonlinear interpolation algorithm in fixed asset positioning management is carried out and a comparison with other algorithms is performed. According to the simulation findings, the new algorithm has enhanced the positioning accuracy. The system can perform all-around dynamic tracking and positioning management of diverse assets, optimize the use efficiency and management level of assets, and improve the intelligent level of enterprise asset management.

Pengelolaan Asset Daerah Dengan Minimalisasi “Expected Opportunity Loss”

Good asset management will contribute greatly to local governments in improving public services. On the other hand, if the management is bad, it will also have a bad impact on the local government. The purpose of this study is to determine the amount of potential lost from assets, constraints in asset management and how to minimize expected opportunity loss in regional asset management. This type of research is a qualitative research with an exploratory level. This means that this study aims to explore broadly about the causes or things that cause something to happen and we don't know yet. The object of this research is the expected opportunity loss in the management of regional assets of the Regional Secretary of Central Java Province. The results showed that EOL in the management of regional assets by the Regional Secretary of Central Java Province through BPKAD fluctuated. EOL in asset management is as follows: 4% in 2019, 30% in 2020 and 17% in 2021 of all potential asset revenues of the Central Java Provincial Government. The EOL level is quite high compared to the target number and total assets owned by the Central Java Provincial Government, resulting in the emergence of expected opportunity loss in terms of regional asset management. The expected opportunity loss condition is due to the low level of absorption of realization of regional asset management income, resulting in arrears from the tenants and due to the impact of covid, some tenants can only pay in 2022.

MANAJEMEN ASET BADAN USAHA MILIK DESA DI DESA PLEDO KECAMATAN WITIHAMA KABUPATEN FLORES TIMUR

Asset management is a component that must be implemented properly so that an organization or institution can run effectively and efficiently in increasing its revenue. This study was conducted on Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Pledo Village, Witihama District, East Flores Regency, about how to apply the asset management. The purpose of this study is to describe the storms in which asset management is applied to the Pledo Village Medical and Education Agency in accordance with the theory by Siregar which include several important aspects, namely asset inventory, legal audit, asset valuation, asset optimization, monitoring and control. The type of the research used in this study was qualitative research (Descriptive) with observation technique, interviews and documentation or pict the picture. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that asset management of Pledo Village has not yet going well. This is because there is still a lack of competence or insight from human resources regarding good asset management, then the absence of a single audit process that has been carried out, and the absence of required retaliation related to an asset management information system capable of accommodating all activites carried out by BUMDes Pledo.

Development of an In Situ Measurement Device for Airfield Pavement Interface Characterization

Abstract Regular pavement condition evaluation is the key to ensuring a good asset management of in-service pavements, because it allows anticipating and optimizing maintenance or rehabilitation works. In particular, interface bonding conditions between asphalt concrete layers are of major concern because in most cases, structural problems come from interface defects, and furthermore, they have a huge impact on the pavement current mechanical behavior and its remaining service life. Usual structural nondestructive testing devices do not allow assessing this parameter on their own. This is the reason why there is a need for an in situ measurement system. The French Civil Aviation Technical Center (STAC) launched an ambitious research and development program with the objective of developing a proof-of-concept for such a device and associated data analysis methodology, which enables characterization of the interface response for several mechanical solicitations, including rolling-wheel passage or heavy weight deflectometer dynamic impulse load, with a two-fold purpose: a better understanding for research purposes of the interface’s mechanical behavior and its evolution during the life of the pavement and to have at their disposal an operational tool to evaluate the interface bonding condition of in-service pavements. This paper presents the measurement device developed by the STAC. It is inspired by the ovalization system invented in the 1970s by the Laboratoires des Ponts et Chaussées, which consists of measuring the diameter variation of a core-hole in three horizontal directions (longitudinal, transverse, and 45°) during the passage of a rolling-wheel. The first part of the paper focuses on the device development process that led to the final prototype. The second part is dedicated to the 3-D finite element modeling developed for data analysis. The results from a field survey, performed on the STAC’s test facility, are finally presented and compared with numerical simulations.

Research Map on Islamic Wealth Management Studies

Wealth has an important role in human life. For this reason, the role of good asset management is indispensable. Good wealth management is highly recommended in Islam. The purpose of this research is to see the development of IWM research around the world which is published by journals with that theme. This study used a qualitative method with a blibliometric analysis approach. The data used consists of 90 Scopus indexed research publications, then processed and analyzed using the VosViewer application with the aim of knowing the research development blibliometric map Islamic Wealth Management in this world. The results of the research explain related authors, institutions, countries and related keywords Islamic Wealth Management. Furthermore, the results of the bibliometric analysis author mapping Judging from the density of clusters, it shows the most authors publish their work on the theme Islamic Wealth Management are Muhamad n.h.n; Bakar, a.a. Abdullah a; Mirakhor a; Hanifm; Dan Alam n. The most publications related to IWM are INCEIF, Malaysia; Kansas State University, United; and Universiti Utara Malaysia. And for the countries with the most publications are Malaysia, Indonesia and the United States. Then, bibliometric analysis keywords mapping, four clusters were obtained which later became the research path.

Analyzing enterprise asset structure and profitability using cloud computing and strategic management accounting.

The study expects to further exploring the role of asset structure in enterprise profitability, and analyze the relationship between them in detail. Taking the express industry as the research object, from strategic management accounting, the study uses edge computing and related analysis tools and compares the financial and non-financial indicators of existing express enterprises. The study also discusses the differences between asset structure allocation and sustainable profitability, and constructs the corresponding analysis framework. The results reveal that SF's total assets are obviously large and the profit margin increases. While the total assets of other express enterprises are small, and the express revenue drops sharply. Heavy assets can improve the enterprises' profitability to a certain extent. SF has a good asset management ability. With the support of the capital market, SF's net asset growth ability has been greatly improved. The edge computing method used has higher local data processing ability, and the analysis framework has higher performance than the big data processing method. The study can provide some research ideas and practical value for the asset structure analysis and profitability evaluation of express enterprises.

Asset Management Based on RFID Card

Asset is valuable properties belonging to company. To support daily activities, usually companies lend their assets to the employees. Lending and borrowing assets can be problematic if the company does not have good asset management tool. We studied one of the ISP company in Jakarta that need help to create asset management tool for their daily activities. Human error and untraceable historical data were the main problems of the company’s old system. The objective of this project is to help providing solution by designing a prototype system of an asset management tool, especially for lending process to the employees. The system is using RFID-card, barcode, camera, and web-based client server architecture. By using this architecture, the asset lending process can save both paper and time consuming for borrowing process. After going through several stages of an experiment and data collection, it can be concluded that this design succeeded in helping the asset lending process to be better, which can be proven by the results of user satisfactory surveys that have been done

Development of integrated cloud-based Internet of Things (IoT) platform for asset management of elevated metro rail projects

This paper aims at developing an integrated cloud-based internet of things (IoT) platform for asset management of elevated metro rail project. This platform will provide information about the various assets of the project and its location in real time which will be helpful in better management of assets. Furthermore, prototype of the platform is developed in which sensors are embedded on assets for traceability and its information can be directly accessed by stakeholders through this web based application. This platform will help reduce the amount of errors in information management. Also this would enhance collaboration amongst the various stakeholders of the project. It has been observed that by using this platform the paper works pertaining to the record keeping during the process of segment production and segment transportation can be reduced by about 30%. Furthermore, the cycle time for casting and transportation of each precast segment can be reduced by about 17% and 50% respectively. This indicates that there is an improvement of production efficiency. The results of the prototype conclude that the platform is feasible for application at construction sites for real time monitoring and management of assets.

Power plant life cycle cost management framework: a literature review

Today, the power plant industry has to operate in the stricter environment, safety, and standards. Hence a power plant needs to address those problem by implementing a sound and good asset management practice to ensure level of power plant performance set are met. Usually the power plant performances set by company are difficult to be met by aging power plants. They are hardly capable of delivering the requested performance due to their operational age. Several questions are raised to deal with the aging power plant such as should the power plant be maintained, improved and or discarded? Those questions are difficult to be answered as for any power plant there were great deal amount of money has been involved since the very beginning of power plant construction until their operation stage. Due to this fact a novel approach on how to deal with the problems is proposed in this paper. A novel framework of assets management will be developed by considering many factors and criteria of power plant performance related to efficiency reliability and economics aspect of the power plant through its entire life. The framework is called as Holistic Operation and Maintenance Excellence (HOME). In this paper, the authors would like to present literature survey related to the HOME framework. It is expected that the will be proposed HOME framework will be capable of dealing with problems raised previously based on the works in the power plant asset management previous research reported in this paper. The HOME framework objectives are integrating power plant asset management, finance (cost), and technical aspect such efficiency, reliability as a guide to make decision during it is service life. The LCM framework to optimize power plant asset in term of fuel, operation and maintenance was provided. Potential gap has been discussed and proposed for next research.

Analisis Optimalisasi Pengelolaan Aset/Barang (Barang Milik Negara) di Kantor Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Provinsi Jambi

Good asset management will contribute greatly to local governments, on the contrary if the management is bad it will also have a negative impact on the local government. Based on the background above, the researcher is interested in further analyzing the "Analysis of Optimizing the Management of Assets / Goods (State Property) in the Office of the Provincial Public Works Office of 2017-2018". Data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests for questionnaire data and Multiple Linear Regression analysis. From the results of the analysis of the results of the analysis and discussion of research on the optimality of asset management (State Property) at the Office of Public Works and Public Housing in Jambi Province which includes planning, implementation, as well as guidance, supervision, control, it can be concluded that the first hypothesis states that there is no influence significant between the planning of the optimal level of management of assets / goods (State Property) in the office of the Public Works and Housing Agency of Jambi Province in this study proved, because it does not have a positive and insignificant effect. The second hypothesis states that it has a significant influence between implementation of the optimal level of management of assets / goods (State Property) in the office of the Public Works and Public Housing Office of Jambi Province in this study is proven, because it has a positive and significant effect. The third hypothesis which states that has a positive and significant influence between the Development, supervision and control of the optimal level of management of assets / goods (State Property) at the Office of Public Works and Public Housing in the Province of Jambi in this study is proven, because it has a positive influence and significant.

ANALISIS PERNYATAAN STANDAR AKUNTANSI KEUANGAN (PSAK) NOMOR 16 TAHUN 2011 TERHADAP AKUNTANSI AKTIVA TETAP BERWUJUD PADA BADAN PENYELENGGARA JAMINAN SOSIAL (BPJS) KESEHATAN CABANG WATAMPONE

This research is motivated by the fact that BPJS Health has business activities implementing social security. Each part of this organization takes an important part in presenting services to clients, so that many use fixed assets in their operations. The acquisition of fixed assets requires significant investment, good asset management, and reliable procedural implementation in accordance with the provisions of PSAK Number 16 of 2011 which regulates the accounting treatment of fixed assets. For this reason, it is necessary to know how the accounting treatment for tangible fixed assets at the BPJS Health Branch of Watampone.
 This research is a qualitative research through a descriptive approach that will provide clear and accurate information and answers on how the presentation of tangible fixed assets in financial statements and analysis of PSAK No. 16 of 2011 on the accounting treatment of tangible fixed assets at the BPJS Health Branch Watampone.
 The location of this study is the Watampone Branch BPJS Health Office. This study lasted for approximately 3 months, namely January - March 2019. Methods of data collection in this study were interviews, observation, document review and literature study.
 The results of this study indicate that the Accounting treatment for Tangible Fixed Assets at Branch Health BPJS has not fully complied with the provisions of PSAK Number 16 of 2011.

Analisis Rasio Untuk Mengukur Kinerja Pada PT Bank Mandiri Persero Tbk (2015-2018)

Financial performance can demonstrate bank quality by going through the calculation of financial ratios The financial ratios of bank can be done by analyzing the financial statements published periodically. oaassess financial performanceain banking need to be aware of the analysis and cumulative financial impact. The purpose of this research is to determine the performance of Bank Mandiri listed at IDX using liquidity ratio, solvency and profitability in the years 2015-2018. The research methods in this study use descriptive research types. In this study the data used is secondary data, with Data collection. Technique that are documentation and library studies. From Bank Mandiri liquidity calculation, it shows good ratio or liquid. It can be seen from the current ratio, quick ratio, and cash ratio on Bank Mandiri's ability to meet the short term obligations have been made with good asset management, capital, and cash. The solvency of Bank Mandiri shows the ratio of good and solvable. It can be seen from the DAR and DER ratios that show declining year-to-year ratio. The profitability of Bank Mandiri shows fairly good ratio of figures despite the decline in 2016.

Analysis of Short Term Financial Performance: A Case Study of an Energy Service Provider

Objective – This study aims to analyze the short-term financial performance of an energy service company, and compared to companies in the oil and gas mining sub-sector. The results of this study indicate the profit and loss, asset management, and profitability of the company in the last 5 years. Design/methodology – The method used is descriptive method and quantitative method. The period of analysis of financial statement data is 2013-2017. This study uses (1) trend analysis to see a comprehensive picture of the company (2) financial ratio analysis to see company performance (3) comparative analysis comparing company financial statements with similar industries (4) SWOT analysis to determine strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats and strategies needed by the company. Results – The Cost of Goods per Sales ratio tends to decrease, so sales decline. The company's EBIT trends are relatively smaller than the industry average. This reflects that the sampled company has not maximized the company's EBIT. The company has tried to maximize gross profit and with good asset management will have an impact on increasing profitability in the future.

A novelty detection approach to diagnosing hull and propeller fouling

Hull and propeller performance have a primary role in overall vessel efficiency. Vessel fouling is a common phenomenon where undesirable substances attach or grow on the ship hull. A clear understanding of the extent of the degradation of the hull will allow better management of assets and prediction of the best time for dry docking and hull maintenance work. In this paper, the authors investigate the problems of predicting the hull condition in real operations based on data measured by the on-board systems. The proposed solution uses an unsupervised Machine Learning (ML) modelling technique to eliminate the need for collecting labeled data related to the hull and propeller fouling condition. Two anomaly detection methods based on Support Vector Machines and k-nearest neighbour have been applied to predict the hull condition using the available parameters measured on-board. Data from the Research Vessel The Princess Royal has been exploited to show the effectiveness of the proposed methods and to benchmark them in a realistic maritime application.

Robust model updating methodology for estimating worst-case load capacity of existing bridges

High-value infrastructure elements, such as bridges, are typically over-designed. Model updating techniques are useful for estimating the reserve load capacity (beyond safety factors) of bridges and this improves sustainability through good asset management decision making. In these approaches, measurement data are used to infer model parameter values that influence behaviour. Several approaches have been proposed for structural model updating. Population approaches, such as Bayesian updating, reflect the intrinsically ambiguous nature of diagnosis as well as a range of uncertainty sources. However, many do not consider bias in model formulations, which results in biased identification of parameter values and subsequent predictions. Also, discrete sampling methods may be too coarse to be able to identify critical parts of the population where worst case reserve capacity is determined. In this paper, a new methodology is proposed to update models of structural systems using measurements. This methodology has been employed to identify the most critical set of parameter values for the bending ultimate limit state (ULS) verification and the serviceability limit state (SLS) verification of an existing reinforced concrete bridge after gaining information from measurements. This methodology is based on the error-domain model falsification approach, in which measurements are used to falsify models rather than calibrate them. Through a full-scale case study, it is shown that the new methodology is able to provide a parameter value set that is more accurate for ULS and SLS verification than those identified with residual minimization. Furthermore, it is shown that residual minimization (traditional curve fitting) may result in unsafe estimates of reserve capacity.

Juridical Review on Asset Management of Land Rights for Roe Building Which Has Run Out Time (Analysis Decision Dispute in PT. Citra Mandiri, Central Java)

In this study will be discussed how the consideration of judges in deciding this case and land management measures HGB assets. This research is an analytical description with normative juridical approach, by studying library materials (literature study) that the data used is secondary data, which includes the primary legal materials, secondary, and tertiary. The judges consider that the vulnerable period from 2009 to 2016 the land was returned to state control because certificate of HGB have expired in 2009 and was not renewed due to the occurrence of the land dispute. So PT CMJT and occupants of the home office, the same is not so entitled to the house. But in 2015, PT CMJT has committed an unlawful act that is with noticeboards statement of ownership and forcible emptying of the occupants of the house. Then the judges ruled on compensation of 100 million rupiah to PT CMJT the residents were harmed.
