Pendekatan Kepemimpinan Kependidikan Al-Ghazali dan Ibnu Khaldun: Relevansi dalam Manajemen Agile Modern

Leadership is an individual's personal ability that plays an important role in bringing the organisation to its goals. The complexity of the environment of modern society, along with the pressure of competition between educational institutions, the increasing expectations of parents and the need to introduce changes in the process of working in Islamic educational institutions led to a great deal of interest in agile management methods. Al Ghazali and Ibn Khaldun are great figures who pay great attention to the world of education, including the concept of educational leadership. The presence of leaders in facing these conditions is absolutely necessary so that Islamic educational institutions can still exist to contribute to the intellectual life of the nation. The purpose of this research is to examine the concept of educational leadership of Al-Ghazali and Ibn Khaldun and explain the relevance of these concepts in the context of agile management. This research uses the Library Research method. The author searches for literature sources in the form of books and journals. The analysis used is comparative analysis. The conclusion of this research is the relevance of the concept of educational leadership of Al-Ghazali and Ibn Khaldun in the context of agile management, namely working to achieve the pleasure of Allah swt, holding fast to the goals of Islamic education, having leadership skills, involving customers in educational projects, involving customers in educational projects, teamwork and collaboration, new work processes, regular reflection and continuous quality improvement.

Aspek Epistemologi Inovasi dalam Manajemen Pendidikan Islam

This study examines the epistemological aspects of management innovation in the context of Islamic education. In an era of rapid technological development, Islamic educational institutions face challenges to remain relevant and effective. Innovation in educational management is key to facing this change. However, such innovation needs to be based on a strong epistemological understanding to ensure that the changes made are in line with the values ​​and goals of Islamic education. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. The results show that the epistemological dimension plays an important role in shaping and directing Islamic educational management innovation. A deep understanding of the sources of knowledge, the process of acquiring knowledge, and the validity of knowledge in the context of Islam is the foundation for developing effective innovation strategies that are in accordance with Islamic principles. This study also offers recommendations for integrating Islamic epistemological perspectives into modern educational management practices.

THE APPLICATION OF TEACHER ETHICAL VALUES ACCORDING TO IMAM DZAHABI IN MA AL-IRSYAD TENGARAN AND MATIQ AS-SURKATI SALATIGA

Among the descriptions of the problems found by researchers is the condition of some teacher ethics that are not in accordance with the goals of Islamic education itself. There are also teachers who do not care about the mistakes of the students they see. In addition, there are still many student violations that are suspected to be the result of the influence of bad teacher ethics. So this study aims to remind good teacher ethics to the ranks of teachers in the two madrasas. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The researcher sees that this method is suitable for this research because the purpose of this research is to describe and explain the ethical values contained in the book siyaar a'laamin nubala by Imam Dzahabi. The results achieved include showing that the teacher always shows a sincere attitude towards the task of teaching students in their work. In general, the ethics of teachers in the two madrasas are in accordance with what was described by Imam Dzahabi in his book Siyaar Alamin Nubala. Meanwhile, teachers should not only improve their quality in terms of intelligence about the material being taught. But teachers also need to pay attention to ethics when in the school environment. Because the attitude and behavior of the teacher has more influence on the quality of their students than the material obtained while in class.

Hakikat Evaluasi Pendidikan Islam Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara Medan

Evaluation of Islamic education is necessary to assess student progress, the effectiveness of teaching methods, identify student needs, increase student motivation, and raise educational standards. This study employs a qualitative research. Evaluation in Islamic education is also important to raise the standard of instruction by adhering to evaluation principles such as objectivity, overall and sustainable. Benefits of evaluation include more in-depth understanding, character development, arithmetic skill enhancement, arithmetic mean for individuals and groups, and appropriate learning strategies. As long as appropriate evaluation principles are applied, the learning process can be made enjoyable and continuously progress to meet the goals of Islamic education in the best possible way.

The Philosophy of Education and Knowledge in the view of Ghazali

The abstract of this paper includes sources and methods of access to knowledge and methodic doubt in Ghazali viewpoint and describing the concept of education in the philosophy of Ghazali. The sources of obtaining knowledge in al-Ghazali’s view are not only the senses and the intellect, but also the revelation of the prophets. This means that the prophets own a special knowledge that is not normal to all the people, and the ordinary people must follow. The senses communicate the knowledge of mind, but reaching the truth is not achieved through feelings and minds alone. Emotions and thoughts are doubtful and often deceive us. We do not reach the knowledge of certainty, especially in metaphysical matters. The things that fall on the other side of the world are feelings, so Ghazali uses doubt to reach the knowledge of certainty, and this can be found through guessing. Ghazali thought that human could achieve the truth through the incident. The term ‘Education’ is used in every language which all focus on the preparation and training. Islam has given great importance to education and the Holy Qur'an itself. Imam Ghazali has played a major role in Islamic education. He has many writings, such as ‘Ihya Uloom al-Din’, which is a valuable encyclopedia of renewing the Islamic sciences and Islamic education. Ghazali tried to turn Islamic education towards Sufism. And the goal of Islamic education is to prepare a single believer committed to achieving happiness.

Penguatan Karakter Religius Melalui Program Pesantren Ramadhan 1445 H Pada Komunitas Teras Baca Nurul Huda Batu Ringgit Kota Mataram Nusa Tenggara Barat

Islamic religious education in public schools is often said to have little influence on students. Apart from the very limited intensity of study time, namely 2-3 hours of lessons per week, this is also due to the fact that Islamic learning only focuses on basic theoretical knowledge and less on a practical level so that the main goal of Islamic education which touches on the spiritual and social dimensions is difficult to achieve. The Nurul Huda Reading Terrace Community, located in Baturinggit village, Mataram City, NTB, is a forum for informal education for children and teenagers engaged in literacy. Advances in technology and information that have led to shifts in social behavior have given rise to negative behaviors that have led to the apathetic, intolerant, anti-social and hedonistic attitudes of the current generation. This is the basis for the formation of the Ramadhan Islamic boarding school program in the Teras Baca Nurul Huda Baturinggit Mataram comunity, NTB. The Ramadhan Islamic boarding school program has been successfully attended by 60 participants. The aim of this program is to strengthen the religious character of local village children and teenagers who will support the realization of a religious society. The methods of this program include: 1) Preparation; 2) Implementation; and 3) Evaluation and Follow-up. Several activities such as Ramadhan taklim, duarah, donations. Through these activities, religious characters can be strengthened, including love of Allah and His Messenger, independence, courageous, responsible attitudes, a sense of solidarity and mutual respect for each other and an attitude of empathy. The positive response and support of the local community, especially parents and community leaders, guarantees the continuity of this program from the beginning to the end of Ramadan and creates opportunities for its continuation in the future to form a religious, individually and socially pious generation.

Learning materials are not merely tools, but rather as the main source that provides important substance for learning. This concept is enriched by the view that learning materials are not only physical materials, but also something that carries meaningful messages to achieve teaching goals. Learning material on prayer jurisprudence, it can be seen that there is a gap in the approach which is still focused on declarative and procedural aspects. These materials do not yet reflect comprehensive Islamic education that can penetrate the emotional and spiritual dimensions. Therefore, there is a need to develop more meaningful prayer fiqh material by combining emotional and spiritual values ​​as additional material to support the goals of Islamic education that are in accordance with the principles of Islamic education. religious principles and Education laws. The emotional and spiritual intelligence material is prepared first according to the content of prayer jurisprudence. Ari Ginanjar's ESQ concept can be used as the main reference for this preparation. The results of the preparation are combined with existing prayer jurisprudence material. LANDASAN PENGEMBANGAN KURIKULUM PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DALAM UPAYA MEMAJUKAN LEMBAGA PENDIDIKAN ISLAM: Kajian Kurikulum Pendidikan Madrasah dan Pesantren

The PAI curriculum development model needs serious attention, especially in its application during teaching and learning activities in educational institutions (madrasas and Islamic boarding schools), to develop students' knowledge through IMTAK and science and technology. This research aims to explain the basis for developing a PAI curriculum that is by learning models and development models based on madrasa growth. In this research, the literature study method was carried out to obtain valid and convincing data. The primary data sources used were journals, books, articles, papers, and other relevant sources based on the principles of PAI curriculum development. The analysis used in this research is descriptive data analysis objectively and systematically. Data analysis is methodical and results are taken impartially. The research results show that the curriculum is a system consisting of various components that are interconnected and linked to achieving educational goals. Implementing the Islamic Education curriculum functions as a road map that teachers must follow to direct their students toward the ultimate goal of Islamic education. So the PAI curriculum needs to pay attention to religious components, morals, then cultural aspects, and their utilization. The implications of this curriculum development include: 1) Curriculum renewal, 2) Integration of modern sciences, 3) Development of learning methods, 4) Empowerment of teaching staff, 5) collaboration with stakeholders, 6) Increasing curriculum relevance.

Menyingkap Makna Objek Pendidikan dalam Istilah Al-Ahl, Al-‘Asyirah, dan Al-Aqrab

The problem in this study is the importance of understanding the nature of the object of education from the perspective of Islamic education. In general, the object of education is often understood as just a human who needs learning. But in Islamic education, the object of education is not just individual humans, but more than that. Humans as objects of education have very broad dimensions. Islamic education has indicated this in its main source, namely the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad. To answer this research problem, the approach used is library research. The results of this study are the object of education in Islam refers to several words. First, the word ahl means family, wife, relatives, or people who live in the same place. the word ahl can also refer to various groups that are formed and formed in the reality of human life. Second, the word 'asyirah has varied meanings. The emphasis on the meaning of the most dominant is the family in a larger scope when compared to the family in terms of ahl. So that the term 'asyirah is not only limited to a relationship because of kinship, but also a relationship because of similarities both geographically or in terms of place of residence, ethnicity, tribe, or because of the intense interactive communication between existing community groups. Third, the term al-qurbu refers more to a family bound bybrotherhood, perhaps the brotherhood is the result of a lineage or brotherhood which is only limited to common perception. Thus, in Islamic education, education does not only focus on how to teach humans as individuals, but humans in various communities also receive serious attention in order to realize the goals of Islamic education, namely the actualization of faith and piety to Allah SWT in human’s soul.

The result of this research is to find a relationship and influence between education and faith, so that educational values ​​are found that can be explained from aspects of faith to metaphysics, in this case faith in angels. This aspect provides mental influence and imaginative experiences to students and in this case the concept of values ​​can be applied in the world of Islamic education.

Through a literature review, we explore various educational technology applications that can be used to improve Islamic-based learning. We highlight the implementation of technology, such as interactive learning applications, e-learning platforms, and social media, that can facilitate discussion and collaboration between students and educators. In addition, we analyze Islamic pedagogical principles that can be integrated into developing and using educational technology. Concepts such as active participation, collaborative learning, and student-centered learning experiences are considered in the context of Islamic values such as justice, compassion, and example. Through this approach, technology in Islamic education will increase the efficiency and effectiveness of learning and respect and strengthen the spiritual and moral values that underlie Islamic education. There must be teachers who are competent and have an Islamic personality. The community becomes a supporting organizer, so that the government's burden is lighter and education services are more evenly distributed. This study discusses Zakiah Daradjat's perspective on Islamic education and its contribution to Islamic education in Indonesia. This study used the library research method, with primary data sources obtained from the works of Prof. Dr. Zakiah Daradjat who focuses on 3 (three) books, namely Psychology, Islamic Education, and Religious Education in Mental Development, as well as secondary data sources in the form of books relevant to this research. The data analysis technique used by the author in this study is data triangulation. The results of the discussion concluded: the concept of Islamic education according to Zakiah Daradjat is the essence of forming human beings who have noble morals or in other words morals are good deeds. Morals are a reflection of faith in the form of behavior, speech, and attitude. Because Islamic education is not merely religious education, but the cultivation of a religious spirit by accustoming children to good qualities and habits. The goal of Islamic Education is the embodiment of Islamic values in the human person of the student that is endeavored by Muslim educators. The contribution of Islamic education thought initiated by Zakiah Daradjat can be seen theoretically, namely: The components of Islamic education according to him are educators, students, educational methods, and curriculum which are an inseparable unit, one with the other equally taking part in achieve the goal, namely to create a generation of good morals. The achievement of educational goals is marked by the quality of education. The quality of education is considered good when the national education goals and the goals of Islamic education are achieved. This study analyzes the quality assurance planning of the Terpadu Islamic elementary school, especially those within the Integrated Islamic School Network (JSIT) in Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative approach in the form of literature study and observation. The results obtained show that the Ummul Quro Bogor Integrated Islamic Elementary School has carried out quality assurance planning in accordance with national education standards and the standards of the Integrated Islamic School Network (JSIT).
