РОЛЬ МІЖНАРОДНИХ ТРАНСПОРТНИХ КОРИДОРОВ У ПРОЦЕСІ ІНТЕГРАЦІЇ АЗЕРБАЙДЖАНУ У СВІТОВУ ЕКОНОМІКУ

The article discusses the concept, purposes of creation and general characteristics of international transport corridors. The authors provide a brief description of the prerequisites for the formation and development of international transport corridors, and also consider the contribution of international transport corridors to the development of the national economy of the state-participants of the transport system from the point of view of micro- and macroeconomic indicators. The purpose of the article is to analyze the role of international transport corridors in the process of integration of Azerbaijan into the world economy. The object of the research is logistic principles of international transport corridors in the process of integration of Azerbaijan into the world economy. The methods used in the research. Here are used methods of categorical analysis and synthesis to study theoretical approaches to determining the essence and features of omnichannel loyalty programs. In addition, the description of the transformation of loyalty programs required the use of the observation method to display market trends and vectors of their influence on the specified process, as well as specification - to highlight and characterize relevant digital tools. Research hypothesis. The construction of new international transport corridors in the process of integration of Azerbaijan into the world economy will be a guarantee of the development of this region and its economic opportunities. Presenting main material. The conclusions contained in this article on the importance of international transport corridors for the economy of the state can be used in the future to assess the need to develop transport and logistics infrastructure within the framework of already functioning international transport corridors, to determine new strategic directions for the formation of new international transport corridors in the context of changing macroeconomic prerequisites and redistribution of traffic flows, including due to the introduction of sanctions, as well as to assess the prospects for the formation of new transport corridors. The originality and practical significance of the research. International transport corridors (ITC) in the context of global integration processes and the global division of labor are one of the most important factors in the development of the world economy. International transport corridors ensure the creation and functioning of stable transport links between various foreign participants in international economic relations. Conclusions and perspectives of further research. Of course, it is difficult to deny the importance of international transport corridors for the development of the global economy. At the same time, scientific interest arises in relation to what prerequisites lie behind the formation of international transport corridors and what contribution they make to the development of national economies of states through whose territory the national part of international transport corridors passes.

Foreign national legislation on combating domestic violence

This article examines the foreign experience of bringing to justice for domestic violence. Domestic violence definitely falls under the violation of a large number of internationally recognized human rights that the State is obliged to defend and protect: the right to life and physical integrity, the right not to be the object of bullying or cruel treatment, inhuman or degrading treatment, the right to equal protection from the law and freedom from discrimination based on gender and others. As we can see, the origins of gender inequality were determined primarily by cultural and religious factors, as well as the peculiarities of the legal system in different countries. As a result, domestic violence has been recognized for granted almost all over the world for a long time and for a long time, and in some sources of social norms it was even recorded in legislative forms.Violence against women and domestic violence can no longer be considered a private matter, and that States must take a firm stand and take measures to prevent violence, protect victims and punish perpetrators. This issue has become extremely relevant at the present time, when the Republic of Kazakhstan is becoming an almost full-fledged participant in global integration processes, supporting the idea of prioritizing the rights and freedoms of man and citizen. The paper provides a comparative analysis of the legislation of the United States of America, Canada, Germany, Austria and France. It is concluded that the positive foreign experience in the field of prevention of domestic violence, which can be applied in Kazakhstan, should be: the construction and creation of social institutions whose activities are aimed at preventing domestic violence (USA) - the need to introduce a system of support for social initiatives in the field of prevention of domestic violence (USA) - the creation on the basis of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic Kazakhstan Institute for Research on Domestic Violence (Canada); grouping of measures aimed at preventing domestic violence by group affiliation (France); the need to assess the effectiveness of measures applied in the field of prevention of domestic violence (Germany).

USING CLIL IN PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF FUTURE VOCATIONAL EDUCATION TEACHERS IN LEADING EUROPEAN COUNTRIES

The challenges of wartime have prompted Ukrainian researchers to seek the most effective methods for enhancing professional education, particularly professional training of future vocational education teachers. As a result, examining the leading European experience with content and language integrated learning (CLIL) in professional training programmes for future vocational education teachers is scientifically justified and necessary. It is found that the problem of using CLIL in professional training of future specialists is notably significant. In the context of globalization and European integration processes, future professionals must demonstrate high levels of foreign language competence and competitiveness in the international labour market. Leading European countries, including Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Spain, actively implement CLIL’s conceptual aspects in their training programmes. However, the specific features of these implementations, such as sectorality, strategies and approaches, assessment characteristics and material support, may vary. The main advantages and challenges of using CLIL in professional training of future vocational education teachers are identified. Based on leading European experiences, the most effective methods to enhance professional training through CLIL are substantiated. These methods include the development of integrated educational programmes, effective use of resources, differentiated instruction, systematic assessment and feedback, as well as reflective practice. Accordingly, relevant recommendations are proposed to improve professional training of future vocational education teachers in Ukraine by integrating key aspects of CLIL into curricula. It is defined that, by adopting these practices, future vocational education teachers can effectively employ CLIL to enhance both language and vocational learning, better preparing their students for success in global and multicultural work environments. Further research is aimed at analyzing the content of foreign language training for future vocational education teachers in developed countries.

Research on the International Supply Chain Management of Chinese Bamboo Weaving and Cultural and Creative Products

With the increasing of China's international status and the acceleration of the process of global economic integration, the internationalization strategy of Chinese enterprises is getting deeper and deeper. This paper analyzes the problems and challenges faced by the international supply chain management of Chinese bamboo weaving and creative products, and puts forward a set of supply chain management model that ADAPTS to the international development. Firstly, the concept, connotation and types of supply chain management are sorted out through literature review. Secondly, this paper analyzes the current situation of international supply chain management of bamboo editing and creative products, and points out the existing problems. Thirdly, based on the theory and practice of international supply chain management, this paper puts forward a set of supply chain management model suitable for the international development of bamboo editing and creative products. Finally, taking a bamboo weaving and creative products enterprise as an example, the application effect of the supply chain management model is empirically analyzed. The results show that the supply chain management model can effectively reduce the cost and improve the efficiency, and is conducive to the international development of bamboo editing and creative products

Tendencies of Contemporary European National Communities’ Development in Context of Fourth Industrial Revolution and Globalization Processes

The article is dedicated to the issue of the development of national communities in Europe in the context of the influence of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and globalization, which mutually influence each other. The impact of these phenomena on the national communities of unified Europe has diverse consequences. In the context of globalization closely linked to Industry 4.0, as well as the phenomena of antiglobalism and Euroscepticism as reactions to it, the trends in the development of national communities in modern European states are highlighted. In Western European countries, the predominant process observed is the fragmentation of national communities. In Central and Eastern European countries that were under the influence of the USSR and became members of the EU and NATO at the turn of the 20th and 21st centuries, the reaction to globalization and Euro integration processes resulted in the rise of Eurosceptic and anti-globalist nationalism. In Ukraine, facing aggression from Russia and considering EU and NATO countries as allies, insufficient integration into the processes of globalization and the Fourth Industrial Revolution leads to predominantly Euro-optimistic tendencies in the trends toward national revival, without fostering skepticism towards globalization. It is demonstrated that the Fourth Industrial Revolution and globalization, mutually influencing each other, create conditions for weakening the role of national states both on the international stage and in the sphere of domestic political development. Social changes resulting from these processes have given rise to antiglobalism and Euroscepticism in EU countries, acting as corrective factors for globalization processes. Alongside regional separatism, political communities in Western Europe seeking separation remain within global and supranational structures. Desiring national revival through distancing from the past and integration with advanced countries of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, Ukraine maintains an open, inclusive character, supporting European and Euro-Atlantic integration.

THE EXPERIENCE OF FOREIGN COUNTRIES IN PREVENTING EXISTING CORRUPTION RISKS IN THE MANAGEMENT PROCESS OF THE HIGHER EDUCATION SECTOR

Establishing proper and effective management in the field of higher education is one of the most important measures to prevent corruption risks in this system. The organization of management of national higher education on the basis of international standards is becoming relevant in the context of the development of international relations and the global integration process. At this stage, it will be useful to study best practices aimed at organizing management in the field of higher education in developed foreign countries and preventing corruption risks in this process. The study specifically examines issues such as the management of higher education institutions, their independence and financial support, as well as the role of government agencies in the management of this area.

FINANCIAL POLICY OF UKRAINE IN THE DEVELOPING ITS FOREIGN TRADE RELATIONS

At the present stage of development of the market economy in Ukraine, the priority is the steady inclusion of the domestic economy in the system of international division of labor and global integration processes. One of the stages of our country's integration into the world is the intensification of Ukraine's trade relations with the countries of the European Union. Therefore, Ukraine's financial policy should be aimed at shaping integration priorities. The basis of financial policy are strategic directions, which determine the long-term and medium-term prospects for the use of finance and provide for solving the main tasks of society. At the same time, the state takes a number of measures aimed at using financial relations in terms of solving tactical tasks, namely - to mobilize and effectively use financial resources, regulate foreign trade processes, stimulate the development of STP, certain sectors of the economy, certain territories. Therefore, we can state the fact that Ukraine has chosen integration into the European Union as a priority of its integration into world structures. After all, the focus on the European Union it's a significant capital markets, new technologies, higher standards of production, and environmental protection. Ukraine's integration with the EU is also important as a reform-stimulating factor for its economy, legal framework, and the main means of avoiding the threat of being outside the common European home. Thus, in the article are analysed the basic strategic direction of financial policy, which focused on the intensification of foreign trade cooperation between Ukraine and the European Union. Are assessed the obstacles that negatively affect at the further development of the foreign trade sector of Ukraine's economy . The main causes of the investment crisis in the country as a factor in reducing integration processes are highlighted. The model of formation of the optimum system of financing of foreign trade operations is offered. Recommendations for the formation of an optimal system of regulation of foreign economic activity in Ukraine are formulated. Are offered the main directions of financial policy improvement in the conditions of European integration development of the country.

Examining the Trends and Influencing Factors of International Trade in the Era of New Economic Globalization

In the context of the new era of economic globalization, the development of international trade holds immense significance in fostering global economic recovery and advancing the process of global economic integration. Against this backdrop, aspects such as trade liberalization, digital trade, trade in services, and the influence of multinational companies are becoming increasingly prominent. Concurrently, factors encompassing economic, political, technological, and environmental considerations, as well as regional economic integration, will exert influence on the trajectory of international trade development. This paper aims to comprehensively explore the development trends of international trade and the myriad influencing factors within the framework of the new economic globalization.

Модернізація діяльності правоохоронних органів України в сучасних умовах

Annotation. The current conditions of law enforcement agencies in Ukraine are extremely complex, which requires increased efficiency in this area. The purpose of this article was to highlight the main directions of modernization of law enforcement agencies of Ukraine. This study was carried out within the limits of the set goal using the following methods: information-analytical method, system approach method, anamnestic method, descriptive statistics method, descriptive analysis method, forecasting method. The specificity of law enforcement agencies' activities in modern conditions is determined by: the introduction of martial law and a change in the qualitative and quantitative composition of crime; globalization and European integration processes and universalization; digitization of law enforcement activities; establishing international cooperation in the fight against crime and ensuring national security. Proposals for improving law enforcement activities should be combined into one document, such as the Program for the Modernization of Law Enforcement Agencies of Ukraine, which will include the following areas: law enforcement agency activities under martial law; provision of socially oriented law enforcement activities; democratization and depoliticization of the law enforcement sphere; improvement of the legal framework of law enforcement activities based on international standards and foreign experience; ensuring the appropriate educational and qualification level of law enforcement officers; implementation of digital technologies and information systems; cooperation with governmental and non-governmental organizations and the public; international cooperation. This study cannot be considered exhaustive, but it opens perspectives in the development of research in this area. In particular, this concerns the establishment of cooperation with governmental and non-governmental organizations and citizens in ensuring national security in the conditions of martial law.

HARMONISATION OF THE EUROPEAN EDUCATION AREA

Objective. The purpose of this article is to study the impact of science and education on the efficiency of social production and quality of life in the context of global integration processes. Methods. The methods used in the study are literature review, statistical data analysis, and empirical research. To obtain the results, we analysed data on the quality of education and research in Ukraine and other European countries. Results. The study found that the quality of education and research is crucial for the competitiveness of society in the context of globalisation and rapid changes in the economy and technology. Scientific achievements and educational standards are key indicators of a state's readiness to meet the challenges of the present and its ability to attract investment, attract talented young people, and ensure sustainable economic dynamics. Conclusions. The obtained results emphasise the critical role of education and research in the process of achieving sustainable development of society. The need for targeted improvement of education and support for research is recognised as a key factor in achieving a high quality of life, competitiveness, and prosperity of the country. Prospects. Future research could expand the understanding of the interaction between education, science, and the economy in a globally competitive environment. The impact of digital transformation on educational and scientific processes should also be investigated, and practical models of cooperation between universities and the private sector should be developed to stimulate innovation and societal development.

Scientific studies of the sociological concept of law in the USA in Ukrainian jurisprudence and their source base

The article analyzes scientific studies of the sociological concept of law in the USA in Ukrainian jurisprudence and characterizes their source base. It is shown that historiographical sources unite the scientific directions of such legal sciences as the philosophy of law, the general theory of law and the state, the sociology of law, the history of law and the state, the history of political and legal studies.
 It is noted that in the Ukrainian historiography of the sociological concept of law in the USA in the 20th century. the process of determining its place and role in the history of world legal thought by comparing it with other concepts (primarily positivist) continues. It has been established that an important component of Ukrainian historiography is the sociological concept of law in the USA in the 20th century. a research methodology was developed and tested, including knowledge of the sociological approach, historical-conceptual and other research methods. It is emphasized that the Ukrainian historiography of the sociological concept in US jurisprudence of the 20th century. actualizes its research within the framework of the development of integrative legal understanding, socialization and anthropologising of law, as well as the concrete- historical conditions of the development of law in Ukraine, related to globalization and European integration processes. It has been established that the modern stage in the development of the historiography of the sociological concept of law in US jurisprudence of the 20th century. differs from previous ones in the appearance of special scientific studies (primarily dissertations), based on which the source base is expanded (at the expense of new English-language and translated literature), new approaches to the history of ideas in general and legal ideas in particular, the basic principles of conceptual approaches, conceptual apparatus and applied nature. It is summarized that new studies of the history of the sociological concept of law in the USA in the 20th century, including ours, aim to complete a certain stage of the historiographical process on the basis of historicism, that is, to find out the specific historical circumstances and other processes: political, philosophical, social, special views of Ukrainian scientists on when and under what circumstances the sociological concept arose, what are the main stages in its development and what has it become now.

The constitutional right to education as a mechanism for guaranteeing the personal freedom of a person and a citizen

The article analyzes and singles out a scientific problem related to the constitutional right to education and guarantees of its protection in the context of European integration processes. Based on the standards of national and international legislation, the place of the right to education in the system of human rights and its relationship with the catalog of constitutional rights and freedoms was investigated. A proper definition of the constitutional right to education is proposed.
 Particular attention in the article was devoted to the issue of the entry of education into the European space. In order to effectively implement the right to education, particularly in the context of globalization and European integration processes, the education system is being reformed and modernized, including the legal sphere, and its adaptation to European standards.
 The Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union is of particular importance for the process of European integration in education. It was found out that the Ministry of Education and Science pays considerable attention to reforms in the field of education and science, including in wartime conditions.
 The constitutional guarantees that make up the content of the constitutional right to education and its protection are analyzed. In particular, attention is devoted to a special guarantee - the protection of the constitutional right to education. Thus, based on the results of the research of the domestic judicial practice and the professional activity of the European Court of Human Rights, the essence and content of the guarantees of protection of the right to education were clarified.
 Analyzing the current judicial practice, it was established that the most frequent reasons for appeals are the following: refusal to recognize a document on higher education (including the procedure for recognizing a foreign educational document by Ukrainian authorities); violation of the rights to higher education by normative legal acts of the executive power, local self-government bodies and other authorities; appeal against the decisions of the appeal commission of the Ukrainian Center for the Evaluation of the Quality of Education, regarding the refusal of registration or violations during the conduct and results of the external independent evaluation; availability of external independent assessment and sufficient education of students regarding this process.

Economic Convergence Among Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Members. A Comparative Analysis, 1960–2020

The process of global economic integration is justified by the primary goal of inclusive and balanced growth for all economies, so it is relevant to identify the extent to which this goal has been achieved. This research evaluates whether the member economies of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) have experienced economic convergence during the 1960–1990 (pre-APEC) and 1990–2020 (post-APEC) periods. For this purpose, beta, sigma and gamma convergence are estimated, which are methodological approaches proposed by Barro and Sala-i-Martin (1991, Brookings Papers on Economic Activity, 1991(1), 170–182) and Marchante et al. (2006, Fundación de Estudios de Economía Aplicada Working Papers No. 2006-05), for APEC as a region and for the high- and middle-income economies that conform it. The results show that the process of economic convergence among APEC members intensified after its formation in 1989 and that the region can be categorized as an ‘economic convergence club’. As well as that, the high- and middle-income groups are converging towards their respective stationary state.

Measuring the cross-border spillover effects and telecoupling processes of ecosystem services in Western China

Ecosystem services provide the basic elements for global economic development. In the context of the deepening global integration process, countries and regions are increasingly connected, resulting in a series of cross-country, cross-regional, multi-scale socio-economic-environmental impacts, these new situations and changes require a multi-site, two-way, and cross-temporal and spatial scale comprehensive study of "the relationship between ecosystem services and humans". Based on this, we apply a telecoupling synthesis framework to explore the socio-economic and eco-environmental interactions of ecosystem service spillover effects. Results show that (1) the spillover effect of ecosystem services in western China is significant. More than 66% of ecosystem services spillover to eastern China provinces, and more than 40% of ecosystem services spillover to countries in Southeast Asia, South Asia, and Central Asia, resulting in a total of 679 million people benefiting from the spillover effect. (2) There are also multiple telecoupling processes between the ecosystem service spillovers in the ecologically fragile areas in western China and the rest of the world. In combination with the scenario simulation of the InVEST model, the services such as water supply, soil retention, flood mitigation, and food supply have significant impacts on sustainable development and human well-being in Asia and even the world. (3) The positive feedback effect of telecoupling is critical to the protection of the ecological environment as well as the improvement of people's livelihood and well-being in Western China's ecologically fragile areas. Therefore, we propose strengthening ecological compensation cooperation between local governments and implementing compensatory transfer payments between upstream and downstream. Simultaneously, international cooperation must be strengthened, and an ecological compensation transfer mechanism with beneficiary countries must be established, while the cross-regional flow of ecosystem services must be maintained. This study provides an example for the "ecosystem services and human relations" in multiple places, two directions and across time and space scales, and also practical reference significance for China implementation of projects such as the "the Belt and Road" initiative and transnational and cross regional resource allocation.

The system of law and the legal system of Ukraine in the era of globalism (integration)

In the changing conditions of the modern world, marked by the rapid development of technologies, economic globalization, and growing international cooperation, legal systems and legal systems of national states are becoming the object of significant transformations. The dynamic nature of these processes creates complex challenges and opportunities that require serious scientific understanding and analysis. One of the key aspects of this transformation is the interaction of the legal systems of nation-states with global challenges and integration processes.
 Ukraine, as a sovereign state, does not remain aloof from these processes. In the context of active participation in the European and world community, the country is forced to adapt its legal system to international standards, as well as effectively interact with other legal systems. At the same time, the preservation of national identity and unique legal traditions requires a careful balance between external influences and internal needs of society.
 The current stage of Ukraine‘s development is characterized by intensive processes of European integration, which cover various aspects of society, including the legal sphere. Accession to various European agreements, creation of joint economic spaces, and mutual adaptation of normative acts create new challenges for the legal system of Ukraine. At the same time, these integration efforts have the potential to contribute to the modernization and improvement of the efficiency of the national legal system.
 Therefore, in the context of globalism and integration processes, the legal system and the legal system of Ukraine become the subject of deep research. Understanding the impact of global trends on the national legal system, as well as the possibility of harmonization and adaptation to international standards, requires a systematic approach and scientific expertise. In this context, the study of the interaction between the legal system of Ukraine and global integration processes becomes particularly relevant, contributing to the disclosure of opportunities and challenges of this complex institutional relationship.

The South Seas and Islands in Vietnam’s Maritime Strategy: Position and Development Potential

Over 1,000 kilometers of islands and archipelagos make up Vietnam’s southern coastline. The following points are emphasized in the article based on surveys and secondary sources: (1) the benefits of the Southern Sea and Islands’ geographic location, environmental conditions, and natural resources; (2) the Southern Sea and Islands’ role in Vietnam’s marine economic development strategy; and (3) approaches to the sustainable development of the Southern Sea and Islands in Vietnam’s overall marine and island development strategy. The findings of the study indicate that the Southern Sea and Islands have abundant and diverse potential in terms of energy, maritime transport, ecosystems, and tourism, serving as a critical location for national security and defense for the region and the whole country. The development of marine and island values in the southern region of the country is a key component of Vietnam’s marine economic development strategy, which also emphasizes harmonious growth. Focusing on synchronized and harmonious actions is essential in the process of taking advantage of the Southern Sea and Islands’ benefits for the process of global economic integration. It is also important to promote the involvement of numerous economic sectors in the process of utilizing and sustainably growing the marine economy.

Approaches to making investment decisions based on ESG factors

One of the manifestations of globalization and mass integration processes is the emergence of the responsibility of every citizen for minimizing the spread of global problems. To date, the focus of the world community's attention is aimed at solving environmental problems in connection with the expansion of their influence zones in a geometric progression, which threatens the sustainability of economic development. The ESG agenda affects business: more and more companies are required to focus on environmental, social and governance factors when addressing strategic goals and objectives. The ESG agenda encourages companies to focus on environmental, social and managerial factors when solving strategic goals and objectives. In this article, approaches to ESG investing are considered as investment strategies based on the analysis of the dynamics of the priority of ESG components. Using the example of the Russian market, ESG ratings of companies are considered and analyzed separately by factors and in an aggregated format. Assumptions are made on the directions of development of ESG investments in the context of economic sectors and the main trends in the sustainable investment market are formulated.

On the Importance of Strategic Management in Contemporary Multinational Corporations

Contemporary strategic management of multinational corporations (MNCs) is a new trend in the development of MNC theory and practice. As an important part of the theory and practice of contemporary multinational corporations, the strategic management of multinational corporations reflects the changes and development trends of the contemporary world's economic structure, market structure, technological structure and so on in its own generation and development. Today, with the accelerated process of global integration and the deepening of economic globalisation, the strategic management of multinational corporations has become an important factor in the competitive advantage of contemporary enterprises and in their survival and development. As a new theoretical viewpoint, it is a scientific summary of the law of enterprise development and a useful supplement to the modern enterprise theory system.

Mid-Nineteenth-Century Gemlik and Its Environs: A Survey of a West Anatolian Region and Its Long-Term Economic and Demographic Development

ABSTRACT This paper discusses the interrelations between migration, agricultural production, class, and cultural belonging, focusing on the economic and demographic transformation of Gemlik, an Ottoman district that underwent substantial change over the course of the nineteenth century. Based on the mid-nineteenth-century population and tax registers of the town of Gemlik and of two villages in the district, Kurşunlu and Kumla-i Sagir, we demonstrate that the agricultural economy in the district was heavily shaped by commodity production in the context of the district’s increasing integration into global markets. By tracing specific patterns of mobility and settlement over time, we show that the process of global integration was entangled with class and cultural differentiation in the region.

PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS FOR EDUCATIONAL MANAGERS: ANALISING THE EXPERIENCE OF COUNTRIES WITH DIFFERENT SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT WITH THE VIEW OF ITS POSSIBLE USE IN UKRAINE

Professional standards for educational managers establish the compliance of a person with the professional requirements; therefore, it is important to study them in order to develop the content of university training programs for school principals. The aim of the present research is to examine the experience of standardization of educational managers’ professional activity in the countries of different socio-economic development and various degrees of participation in the global educational integration processes, as well as to highlight the possible use of best practices to develop and implement the most effective university training programs for educational managers. We conducted the study during 2018 – 2020 according to the methodology of the aspect analysis, having distinguished two aspects: functional and behavioural. We analysed the professional standards within the framework of regional clusters taking as a basis the mutual convergence and interaction of their educational systems, namely regions that are the generators of integration processes; regions that respond positively to integration processes but do not initiate them; regions that are inert to the integration of educational processes. Furthermore, we chose a few countries from each cluster, which adopted the standards at the state level or at the level of individual administrative units within a particular country. The results of the analysis made it possible to identify general and special trends, peculiar to certain groups of countries. The results obtained within the framework of the study made it possible for us to develop the construct of the standard that takes into account the particular features of socio-economic development of Ukraine.
