The effectiveness of several botanicals, such as Ashoka, Shatavari, Lodhra, Guduchi and Haritki in reducing PCOS symptoms is highlighted in this review. These herbs improve ovarian morphology and lower hyperandrogenism; they also have hypoglycemic, anti-obesity, and hormone-regulating qualities.
