RESEARCH ON THE EVALUATION SYSTEM OF FINANCE AND TAXATION DIGITALIZATION TALENT TRAINING

In the era of digital economy, the cultivation of financial and taxation digitalization talent has become the mainstream trend of future accounting talent training. Starting from the background of digital economy, this essay analyzes how to change the training concept and training system of accounting talent based on from the traditional manual accounting mode to the digital accounting mode. With entropy evaluation analysis and fuzzy evaluation analysis, the evaluation system is established to adapt to the development of digital economy and society. The feasibility and practicability of the evaluation system are verified, and the system makes the evaluation result more objective, in line with the actual situation for the application value.

Fuzzy evaluation analysis and extraction of H‐N parameters for On‐site distribution cable

With the increasing usage of cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) power cables, it is more and more important to grasp and manage their insulation status. Nowadays, the distribution cables in urban area are of huge numbers, so it is impossible to carry out the preventive test for every cable. Therefore, it is very helpful to determine cables' testing urgency in a scientific way. Meanwhile, the main cable diagnosis methods in China are insulation resistance and withstanding voltage test, but they are difficult to quantitatively determine cable insulation status. Aiming at solving above challenges, according to the cable fault records in recent years, fuzzy evaluation analysis combining with mutual information is utilised to determine the insulation testing urgency (ITU) based on cable information including service year, laying way, load type, and length. At the same time, frequency domain spectroscopy (FDS) is introduced to diagnose the on-site cable insulation status quantitatively. Its characteristic parameters, including instantaneous electric susceptibility, DC conductivity, and hopping conductivity, are extracted by improved Havriliak–Negami (H-N) model and studied to analyse the changing trend before and after cable deterioration. The results show that the lower ITU is, the higher testing urgency is. ITU also has negative correlation with FDS characteristic parameters.

Dynamic Early Warning Method for Major Hazard Installation Systems in Chemical Industrial Park

The production and storage of major hazard installations (MHIs) bring potential risks to chemical industrial park (CIP). In the production system of MHIs, its dangerous degree is mainly determined by key parameters, and abnormal key parameters often lead to accidents. To predict the real‐time risk values of MHIs and improve accident prevention ability of CIP, we need a method that can combine dynamic prediction and assessment. Quantitative risk assessment (QRA) is not capable of modelling risk variations during the operation of a process. Therefore, this paper adopts the data‐driven approach. Inspired by visual qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, a dynamic early warning method is proposed for MHIs. We can get the future trend of these key parameters by using strongly correlation variables to predict key parameters. Fuzzy evaluation analysis is performed on the risk levels of key parameters, and the dynamic evaluation index of these MHIs is obtained. This method can be applied to the dynamic evaluation of MHIs system in CIP. It can contribute to the safety of CIP in some aspects.

An Improved Fuzzy Grey Relational Comprehensive Evaluation Model of Enterprise Knowledge Management Ability and Level

With knowledge as the power source, enterprise’s innovation and transformation has its achievements directly linked to the ability and level of enterprise's knowledge management. In view of this, it is meaningful to evaluate the management capability and level. Targeted at problems existing in the current evaluation process, we studied the corresponding evaluation system and model. Firstly, a discussion was conducted on the connotation of enterprise knowledge management and the positive role of assessment on its ability and level. Then, we analyzed the management problems as well as their impact on our evaluation process. Afterwards, we referred to the evaluation index selection principle, and accordingly established the evaluation system of enterprise knowledge management ability and level. Finally, by combining grey relational analysis with fuzzy evaluation analysis, we built up a fuzzy grey relational comprehensive evaluation model on the basis of an initial decision-making analysis matrix, a normalized decision-making matrix and the weighted triangular fuzzy number distance. The algorithm implementation steps were also listed in the latter part.

Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for construction risk analysis in urban subway

On the basis of expert questionnaire and the relevant specification, multi-factors influencing weight matrix was constructed by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) improved in transfer matrix algorithm, and influential factors were fuzzy classified to construct the fuzzy evaluation matrix by using trapezoidal fuzzy membership function. Fuzzy evaluation analysis was carried out through multistage fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and verified in combination with engineering construction condition of shallow buried tunnel with large span of Zhongshan Park Station in Qingdao Metro, and four kinds of risk control schemes were established and compared on the analysis of tunnel construction risk. Results show that the model was feasible and the improved construction scheme was very effective to reduce the construction risk.

Developing a fuzzy risk assessment model for guaranteed maximum price and target cost contracts in South Australia

Purpose– This paper aims to develop a fuzzy risk assessment model for construction projects procured with target cost contracts and guaranteed maximum price contracts (TCC/GMP) using the fuzzy synthetic evaluation method, based on an empirical questionnaire survey with relevant industrial practitioners in South Australia.Design/methodology/approach– A total of 34 major risk factors inherent with TCC/GMP contracts were identified through an extensive literature review and a series of structured interviews. A questionnaire survey was then launched to solicit the opinions of industrial practitioners on risk assessment of such risk factors.Findings– The most important 14 key risk factors after the computation of normalised values were selected for undertaking fuzzy evaluation analysis. Five key risk groups (KRGs) were then generated in descending order of importance as: physical risks, lack of experience of contracting parties throughout TCC/GMP procurement process, design risks, contractual risks and delayed payment on contracts. These survey findings also revealed that physical risks may be the major hurdle to the success of TCC/GMP projects in South Australia.Practical implications– Although the fuzzy risk assessment model was developed for those new-build construction projects procured by TCC/GMP contracts in this paper, the same research methodology may be applied to other contracts within the wide spectrum of facilities management or building maintenance services under the target cost-based model. Therefore, the contribution from this paper could be extended to the discipline of facilities management as well.Originality/value– An overall risk index associated with TCC/GMP construction projects and the risk indices of individual KRGs can be generated from the model for reference. An objective and a holistic assessment can be achieved. The model has provided a solid platform to measure, evaluate and reduce the risk levels of TCC/GMP projects based on objective evidence instead of subjective judgements. The research methodology could be replicated in other countries or regions to produce similar models for international comparisons, and the assessment of risk levels for different types of TCC/GMP projects (including new-build or maintenance) worldwide.

Researches on Spare Parts Management of Truck Assembly Shop

This article is based on the ordinary ABC classification, uses the improved ABC classification to classify the company’s equipment and spare parts, and combine the results of those classifications to give the final conclusion. This classification is much better than the ordinary one, for it considers more important facts affecting manufacturing. This article uses Fuzzy Evaluation Analysis to classify its unique spare parts, and establishes the excess spare parts model to decrease quantities of the spare parts and therefore save the fluid funds of the company.
