Pengaruh Kompetensi Aparatur, Komitmen Organisasi, Transparansi dan Partisipasi Masyarakat terhadap Akuntabilitas Pengelolaan Dana Desa

This research aims to examine the influence of apparatus competency, organizational commitment, transparency and community participation on accountability in managing village funds in Agam Regency, West Sumatra Province. This type of research is quantitative research, with data collection using primary data, namely distributing questionnaires to respondents. The research population was heads of village financial affairs throughout Agam Regency with samples taken using the full sampling method totaling 92 samples. The data processing method in this research is the multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this research show that the variables of apparatus competency, organizational commitment and community participation have a positive but not significant effect on accountability in managing village funds, while transparency has a positive and significant effect on accountability in managing village funds.

Studying the Prevalence of Organizational Indifference in Bamyan University

This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the prevalence of organizational indifference in Bamyan University. The research method was a descriptive method. The statistical population included all lecturers and employees of Bamyan University, whose total number reached (269). In this research, full sampling method was used and all members of the statistical community were selected as statistical samples. To collect data, organizational indifference questionnaire of Danaeefard, Hassanzadeh and Salarieh (2010) was used. The validity of the questionnaire was calculated using the item analysis method and its reliability was calculated using Cronbach's alpha scale, and its alpha coefficient was obtained (0.914). This questionnaire was sent to 269 people, of whom (214) responded. The data obtained at two levels (descriptive and inferential) were analyzed using the statistical methods of Pearson's correlation coefficient, one-sample t-test and IBM SPSS23 statistical software. The results of data analysis showed that the prevalence of organizational indifference and its dimensions are less than average level (Q2=3) and more than low level (Q1=2).

THE INFLUENCE OF THE INTERNAL CONTROL SYSTEM AND INDIVIDUAL MORALITY ON FRAUD IN VILLAGE FUND MANAGEMENT

This study aims to determine the effect of the internal control system and individual morality on the tendency to fraud in managing village funds in the Kumun Debai sub-district, Sungai Full City. The sample of this study was all employees of the village government head office of Kumun Debai Sub-District, Sungai Full City, totalling 72 people, who were determined by the full sampling method. Testing the research data was analyzed with multiple linear regression. This study found that the internal control system had a negative and significant effect on the tendency to fraud in managing village funds. Meanwhile, individual morality has no significant effect on the tendency of fraud in managing village funds. The magnitude of the influence of the internal control system and individual morality on the tendency of fraud in managing village funds is 40.5%.

Effect of Transactional Leadership, Organizational Culture, Work Commitment, and Compensation on Agricultural Quarantine Employee Satisfaction in the South Sulawesi Region

The purpose of this research is to analyze effect of transactional leadership, organizational culture, work commitment, and compensation on agricultural quarantine employee satisfaction in the South Sulawesi Region. This research is exploratory research. In terms of its purpose, it is a causal study that seeks to explain the causal relationship of influence. Population in this study are agricultural quarantine employee in the South Sulawesi Region who are taken purposively by determining two regions, namely Makassar City and Parepare City. The Makassar City agricultural quarantine center has 157 employees and the Parepare City agricultural quarantine center has 36 employees. So the total population is 193 employees. The sampling technique uses the full sampling method or census method. So the sample size in this study is 193 respondents. The analysis to answer this hypothesis uses inferential analysis. The research results show that transactional leadership has a positive and significant effect on agricultural quarantine employee satisfaction in the South Sulawesi Region. Organizational culture has a negative and significant effect on agricultural quarantine employee satisfaction in the South Sulawesi Region. Work commitment has a positive and significant effect on agricultural quarantine employee satisfaction in the South Sulawesi Region. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on agricultural quarantine employee satisfaction in the South Sulawesi Region. Kredit Usaha Rakyat (Kur) Dan Pengaruhnya Terhadap Kinerja Bank (Suatu Studi Kasus)

Abstract:This aim of this study was to find out the effect of the effectiveness distribution of Small Businnes Loan Program on the performance in Bank Rakyat Indonesia of Tenggarong Sebarang Branch. The instrument used to assess bank performance is a questionnaire. The sampling technique with the full sampling method. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis is the Product Statistics Program and Service Solution (SPSS) version 22.0 for Windows. The results of the study showed that the effectiveness of the distribution of Small Businnes Loan Program was the positively response, is that very good. Respondents' responses to the performance of Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tenggarong Sebarang Branch tend to be positive, which is very good. The effectiveness of Small Businnes Loan Program distribution has a positive and significant effect on the Bank's performance. As stated by the government that the Small Businnes Loan Program program is aimed at improving people's welfare. The relationship between coronavirus anxiety level and emotional eating in individuals with metabolic syndrome

ABSTRACT This study used a descriptive, cross-sectional and relational screening model. The full sampling method was used in this study. The study was completed with 105 individuals with MetS attending the outpatient nutrition clinic and 109 non-MetS individuals without MetS diagnosis, who also attended the outpatient nutrition clinic. The data included anthropometric measurements, biochemical findings, blood pressure, a survey form, the Coronavirus Anxiety Scale (CAS), and the Emotional Eating Scale (EES). The coronavirus anxiety scale scores of individuals with MetS were found to be statistically significantly higher than those of the non-MetS group (p <0.05). The difference in the emotional eating scale scores between the MetS and non-MetS groups was not significant (p <0.05). Individuals with MetS had higher coronavirus anxiety levels than those without MetS; however, there was no difference between participants with and without MetS in terms of emotional eating behavior.

Results of Radiological and Serological Screenings in Individuals Sharing the Same Living Area as Patients with Hydatid Cyst in Afghanistan's State Hospital

To determine the results of radiological and serological screenings in individuals who shared the same living space as patients with hydatid cyst in a State Hospital of Afghanistan. Patients presenting with hydatid cyst to a public hospital in Afghanistan were included in this study. Full sampling method was used. Also, the relatives of the patients were called to the hospital and investigated for the presence of hydatid cyst antibodies through direct chest X-ray, upper abdominal ultrasonography and ELISA. During the study period, a total of 214 patients, including 102 male and 112 female, underwent radiological and serological screenings. While cysts were radiologically detected in the liver, lung and spleen in 8, 2 and 1 patient, respectively, the serology was positive in 22 patients. As a result of the study, it was concluded that the patients who shared the same environment as the patients who were diagnosed with hydatid cyst in an endemic region for cyst hydatid disease.

Analisis Pengaruh BI Rate, Kurs, Inflasi, Harga Minyak, dan Harga Emas Dunia terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan Periode 2016-2019

This research is to explain the influence of BI Rate, Exchange Rate, Inflation, Crude Oil Price, and World Gold Price toward Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI). Type of research used in causality research with a quantitative approach. The sample was based on monthly time series data from January 2016 until December 2019, using a full sampling method that consists of 48 samples. This research used a multiple linear regression method. The value coefficient of determination (R2) is 0,209, means the independent variables BI Rate, Exchange Rate, Inflation, Crude Oil Price, and World Gold Price explain the dependent variable Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI) up to 20,9% and the remaining 70,1% explained by the other. Simultaneous test result (F test), indicating that BI Rate, Exchange Rate, Inflation, Crude Oil Price, and World Gold Price has a significant effect on the Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI). Partial test result (t-test), indicates that BI Rate, Inflation, Crude Oil Price, and World Gold Price showed an insignificant influence on CSPI, while Exchange Rate harmed CSPI. The practical implication of this research provides information to investors to find out that variables affect toward Jakarta Composite Index (JCI).

Clinical pharmacokinetics and drug exposure-toxicity correlation study of docetaxel based chemotherapy in Chinese head and neck cancer patients.

BackgroundArea under time-concentration curve (AUC) of docetaxel is related with its toxicity and efficacy. The aim of this study is to investigate the target range of docetaxel AUC in Chinese head and neck cancer (HNC) patients.MethodsEligible HNC patients were enrolled and received at least 2 cycles of docetaxel-based chemotherapy. A simplified pharmacokinetic (PK) strategy (2 monitored samples) was developed to simulate docetaxel AUC using the nonlinear mixed-effect modelling program. Preliminary target range of AUC was pre-set as 2.5–3.7 µg·hr/mL according to pooled analysis from 8 previous studies. Fisher exact test was used to analyze the relationship between AUC with neutropenia and efficacy, and to verify the target range.ResultsThirty-nine eligible patients were enrolled. Grade 3-4 and grade 4 neutropenia rate in 1st cycle was 64% and 36%, respectively. AUC simulation by simplified PK strategy was acceptable compared to full sampling method from the analysis of archived 300 patients’ data, with −5.67% of mean prediction error (MPE). Median AUC of all patients was 2.58 µg·hr/mL (range from 1.28 to 9.39). A significant correlation (P=0.007) was detected between AUC and body surface area (BSA)-dosage, but BSA contributed only 18.3% of AUC inter-individual variability. Docetaxel AUC was significantly related with the severity (grade 3–4) of neutropenia (correlation of coefficient was 0.452, P=0.004). Fourteen patients (36%) were within the target AUC range. Patients with AUC above the target experienced more severe neutropenia (grade 3–4 rate 100% vs. 56%, P=0.036; grade 4 rate 86% vs. 25%, P=0.005). No significant difference of response rate was found between patients within the target or not.ConclusionsA simplified samples PK strategy was developed for docetaxel AUC simulation. The target range of docetaxel AUC in Chinese HNC patients was suggested at 2.5–3.7 µg·hr/mL for reduced toxicity without compromising efficacy of docetaxel treatment.

Performance optimization of three down-sampling imaging strategies and their comparison with the conventional Fourier telescope

In order to obtain a new imaging strategy of the Fourier telescope (FT) with a better imaging quality and a less imaging time, we optimize and compare three down-sampling imaging strategies in this paper: the compressed sensing method (CS), the low-frequency full sampling method (LF) and the variable-density random sampling method (VD), which are different from the traditional Fourier telescope in both of the image quality and the imaging time. The analytical methods are as follows: based on the target’s spectral data obtained from the field experiment of traditional FT, three down-sampling methods (LF, VD and CS) are used to reconstruct the target’s images according to their own sampling modes and reconstruction methods, respectively; the differences between the three down-sampling methods and the traditional FT regarding the image quality are compared by the instinctive observation and the Strehl ratio; based on the analysis of the imaging time, the differences between the three down-sampling methods and the traditional FT regarding the imaging time are preliminarily compared. The analysis shows that: 1) the image quality of the compressed sensing method is better than that of the other two down-sampling methods (LF and VD), slightly lower than that of the traditional imaging; 2) although the image quality of the compressed sensing method is slightly lower than that of the traditional FT, its imaging time is much lower than that of the traditional FT; 3) the field data used in the analysis contain noises, which means that the reconstruction methods of the above three down-sampling strategies have a better robustness to the noises. Based on the above results, it can be seen that the Fourier telescope based on compressed sensing (CS-FT) is an excellent imaging strategy which can greatly reduce the imaging time in the condition with actual noises.

Bingöl İli Merkez İlçesi Tarım Topraklarının Bazı Özellikleri ve Verimlilik Düzeyleri

This study was conducted in 2014 of agricultural land in the central district of Bingol province in order to determine the levels of some soil properties and productivity levels. Soils were taken from 0-20 cm depth by purpose full sampling method and location coordinates were taken from a total of 29 points set with Global Positioning System. While getting soil samples, the size of the land is taken into account factor such as topography. This soil samples; lime (%), pH, salt (%), water saturation (%), organic matter (%), available phosphorus (P2O5 kg da‾¹), available potassium (K2O (kg da‾¹) analyses were made. In general, the experimental soils have clay-loam texture, neutral or near neutral in reaction (pH), without salt, low and moderate level calcareous, low organic matter. The majority of analyzed soils were found to be deficient in terms of phosphorus and sufficient in terms of potassium

High temporal resolution dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI using compressed sensing-combined sequence in quantitative renal perfusion measurement

PurposeTo demonstrate the feasibility of the improved temporal resolution by using compressed sensing (CS) combined imaging sequence in dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI (DCE-MRI) of kidney, and investigate its quantitative effects on renal perfusion measurements. Materials and MethodsTen rabbits were included in the accelerated scans with a CS-combined 3D pulse sequence. To evaluate the image quality, the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and contrast-to-noise ratio (CNR) were compared between the proposed CS strategy and the conventional full sampling method. Moreover, renal perfusion was estimated by using the separable compartmental model in both CS simulation and realistic CS acquisitions. ResultsThe CS method showed DCE-MRI images with improved temporal resolution and acceptable image contrast, while presenting significantly higher SNR than the fully sampled images (p<.01) at 2-, 3- and 4-X acceleration. In quantitative measurements, renal perfusion results were in good agreement with the fully sampled one (concordance correlation coefficient=0.95, 0.91, 0.88) at 2-, 3- and 4-X acceleration in CS simulation. Moreover, in realistic acquisitions, the estimated perfusion by the separable compartmental model exhibited no significant differences (p>.05) between each CS-accelerated acquisition and the full sampling method. ConclusionThe CS-combined 3D sequence could improve the temporal resolution for DCE-MRI in kidney while yielding diagnostically acceptable image quality, and it could provide effective measurements of renal perfusion.

Development and validation of limited sampling models for topotecan lactone pharmacokinetic studies in children

To develop and validate a pharmacokinetic limited sampling model (LSM) for intravenous and oral topotecan pharmacokinetic studies in children. Topotecan lactone concentration-time data from five trials were used to develop and validate LSM for intravenous and oral topotecan. Based on full sampling from one intravenous study (30 patients; 195 studies), a LSM for intravenous topotecan was determined using a modification of the D-optimality algorithm. For oral topotecan we used full sampling data from one oral topotecan study (27 patients; 47 studies) to develop an LSM. Accuracy and bias of each LSM were determined relative to the full sampling method. Predictive performance of the LSM was validated using additional data and Monte-Carlo simulations based on these data. LSM for intravenous topotecan includes: 5 min, 1.5, and 2.5 h after the end of the 30 min infusion. The median accuracy (absolute predicted error) and bias (predicted error) are < or =8% and < or =6.1%, respectively. For oral topotecan, the optimal LSM includes: 15 min, 1.5, and 6 h. The median accuracy and bias are 6% and 4%, respectively. Our results indicate that the optimal sampling times for the intravenous LSM for topotecan in children consist of: predose, and 5 min, 1.5, and 2.5 h after the end of infusion. For oral topotecan the sample times are predose, 15 min, 1.5, and 6 h after dose administration. These LSM are invaluable to children receiving topotecan because it minimizes inconvenience and blood collection.

Development of a pharmacokinetic limited sampling model for temozolomide and its active metabolite MTIC

To develop a pharmacokinetic limited sampling model (LSM) for temozolomide and its metabolite MTIC in infants and children. LSMs consisting of either two or four samples were determined using a modification of the D-optimality algorithm. This accounted for prior distribution of temozolomide and MTIC pharmacokinetic parameters based on full pharmacokinetic sampling from 38 patients with 120 pharmacokinetic studies (dosage range 145-200 mg/m(2) per day orally). Accuracy and bias of each LSM were determined relative to the full sampling method. We also assessed the predictive performance of the LSMs using Monte-Carlo simulations. The four strategies generated from the D-optimality algorithm were as follows: LSM 1=0.25, 1.25, and 3 h; LSM 2=0.25, 1.25, and 6 h; LSM 3=0.25, 0.5, 1.25, and 3 h; LSM 4=0.25, 0.5, 1.25, and 6 h. LSM 2 demonstrated the best combination of low bias [0.1% (-8.9%, 11%) and 11% (4.3%, 15%)] and high accuracy [-1.0% (-12%, 24%) and 14% (7.9%, 37%)] for temozolomide clearance and MTIC AUC, respectively. Furthermore, adding a fourth sample (e.g., LSM 4) did not substantially decrease the bias or increase the accuracy for temozolomide clearance or MTIC AUC. Results from Monte-Carlo simulations also revealed that LSM 2 had the best combination of lowest bias (0.1+/-6.1% and -0.8+/-6.5%), and the highest accuracy (4.5+/-4.1% and 5.0+/-4.3%) for temozolomide clearance and MTIC apparent clearance, respectively. Using data derived from our population analysis, the sampling times for a limited sample pharmacokinetic model for temozolomide and MTIC in children are prior to the temozolomide dose, and 15 min, 1.25 h and 6 h after the dose.
