Application of Full-Digital Servo Valve in Auto-Discharge Control System for the Jig

In this paper, a full-digital Servo valve is built base on actual requirement of auto-discharge control system for the jig. Then the structure of full-digital Servo valve was introduced. Hydraulic cylinder was driven by the digital servo amplifier, to control the opening gate in auto-discharge control system for the jig. This jig can be maintained the stability of the bed chamber, to ensure product quality.

Development of an Asic Performing High Speed Current Loop Processing of Servo Motor Control for Mechatronics Applications

In order to cope with the demands for advanced feed drive controllers, a compact full digital servo controller has earlier been proposed so that three types of motors (DC, BLDC & AC) can be controlled with one unique hardware, only by changing its software. Aiming at a higher overall performance including Cost-effectiveness a project for integrating this “Flexible Servo Controller” has been conducted. This paper describes the development of an original ASIC chip using Standard Cell technology for the very fast current loop processing which is the most critical part of the software servo control.

高精密完全ディジタルサーボシステムの開発

This paper reports new servo control technology to realize high precision and high speed machining of machine tool. The conventional analogue servo control technology, due to its generic errors such as non-linearity, offset (drift) and insufficient resolution, has its limitation in high precision and high speed machining. A full digital servo control method, a high resolution absolute position encoder and brushless servo motors have been developed and the high resolution of 0.1 μm and high speed machining of 56 m/min have been achieved.
