Making the all-day organization of the school day a factor for a quality learning process is an important priority of school policy. Practice shows that when it is well organized, the all-day organization is sought after and desired by parents because it helps to build lasting learning habits and skills, has a positive effect on students' learning achievements, leads to the easier overcoming of educational deficits, and increases the confidence of the students from the primary school stage in the independent performance of set tasks. The determination of the guidelines for its improvement should be based on real information obtained during the diagnosis, which helps to determine the degree of influence of the main factors that affect the learning process. The study and analysis of the impact of the proposed models of all-day organization of the school day on the academic achievements of second-grade students in the Bulgarian language allows the identification of specific measures at school and class level to increase the effectiveness of education, including - education on individual subjects. The formation of basic language literacy is the basis for the acquisition of the key competence of "communication in the mother tongue", building skills for free and successful communication, which supports full personal development. The ongoing assessment of students' learning achievements by the teacher gives important feedback to both students and parents, as well as to the teacher for the effectiveness of his work on learning the content. Practice shows that the optimal daily routine and distribution of the workload in the all-day organization of the school day support and increase this efficiency.
