The purpose of this study was to investigate the perception of parents of prospective high school students on the education of their children in early childhood. The subjects of the study were 245 high school students enrolled in G Metropolitan High School. The research questionnaire consisted of the number of children expected, the gender of the desired child, the reason why the child is needed, the desired form of education for infants and toddlers, the most important points when educating infants and toddlers, the education that should be given the most priority to infants and toddlers, the best way to educate infants and toddlers about basic lifestyle habits and personality, the cost of education for infants and toddlers for one month, the future hope that our child will become the most, and the most influential for infants and toddlers to grow. As a result of the analysis using SPSS 23.0, the respondents showed a tendency to expect two children and want them regardless of gender, and emphasized bonding and a sense of creation and achievement as reasons for needing children. The desired form of education for children in early childhood appeared to be parents, and character education was considered the most important. In addition, personality education and basic lifestyle habits were shown to be the education that should be given the highest priority, and the opinion that it should be carried out naturally at home was emphasized. The monthly cost of children's education was less than 50 to 1 million won, and the children's future hopes were mainly what the children wanted, and the parents' education and upbringing methods had a great influence on the growth of children. This study will be used as an important basic data for the education of infants and toddlers in Korea.

SMART TECHNO PARENTING: PENDIDIKAN TEKNOLOGI PADA ANAK DI ERA VUCA

Children have to keep up with the ever-changing developments so as to make them always adapt according to their environment. The progress of an industry and technology is very important, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic that is hitting Indonesia today, because all the sophistication of something new based on technology is proof that in the future science and technology will become a very mandatory and important thing for children. . The era of VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) is known as the current world condition moves very quickly with all advances in technology and information. To be able to survive in the VUCA era, which is almost all digital, children must adapt for the sake of development in the ever-changing VUCA era. Therefore, as parents, we don't need to be afraid to go to new places, try new things or introduce new experiences to our children by providing proper preparation and support for parenting. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of library research where researchers collect data from library sources. Data collection techniques were carried out through library data collection, from the results of several literatures that parents must understand existing technology to be wise parents in educating children in the current VUCA digital era. The latest technological breakthrough today, smart techno parenting exists as a form of education for children who are smart and able to keep up with the times by utilizing existing technology for the sake of education for their children. It becomes a bad activity that must be avoided if parents are not involved and do not understand a technology. In addition, parents must also have a smart parenting pattern that was previously only available through training. Technological advances in the current VUCA era, have made it easier for parents to obtain useful information that can be used to educate their children. Here are some useful tips for introducing technology education to children at an early age: Set time to learn about technology, the importance of creativity and innovation, use technology to provide cognitive stimulation in children, healthy and appropriate food intake will shape children's mindsets, Technology can be used to help children improve their motor skills.

The Forms of Organization of an Inclusive Educational Process for Teaching Computer Science

Currently, the process of improving the education system is actively underway in our country. Along with solving everyday problems, systematic measures are being taken to ensure that children have equal opportunities for all. The article considers the forms of organization of the inclusive education process in teaching computer science to schoolchildren. The experience of inclusive education poses a number of problems for secondary schools and teachers. These problems include the organization of lessons in an inclusive classroom, the choice of the form of education for children with special educational needs, as well as other issues of the organization of the educational and educational process. The article presents ways to solve the above problems. The importance of research in the field of organizing training in the context of inclusive education is due to the need to develop a flexible education system, taking into account the individual needs of students. The modern education system offers two interrelated forms of education for children with special educational needs, this is an inclusive form of education that allows you to directly participate in the life of a comprehensive school and home education, in which an individual training program is developed. The article considers the possibility of using the capabilities of internet services in the implementation of these forms of education.

Parental support is important to improve clean and healthy living behavior for school-age children during the COVID-19 pandemic

Introduction: School-age children are a critical age group because they are vulnerable to health problems that usually arise related to clean and healthy living behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between parental support and clean and healthy living behavior as an effort to prevent covid-19 in students of SDN 1 Panglungan Wonosalam Jombang. Methods: Analytical research design with "cross sectional" approach. The population was 40 students from class V and VI. A sample of 37 students was taken using the Cluster Sampling technique. The instrument used a parental support questionnaire and clean and healthy living behavior. Data analysis used Spearmen Rank correlation statistical test with a significant level of = 0.05. Results: The results of the study were obtained from 37 respondents, almost entirely (81.1%) had a good level of support and most (62.2%) had a clean and healthy lifestyle as a good covid 19 prevention effort. Spearman rank correlation test analysis obtained p value of 0.01 <0.05, then h0 is rejected and h1 is accepted. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between parental support and clean and healthy living behavior as an effort to prevent covid-19 in students of SDN Panglungan 1 Wonosalam Jombang. The role of nurses can provide nursing care in the form of education for children and parents, so that children are able to carry out clean and healthy living behaviors as an effort to prevent Covid-19.

Rozwijanie inteligencji wielorakich i kompetencji kluczowych dzieci w kontekście edukacji nieformalnej. Studium przypadku konkursu „Słoneczniki”

Educational activities organized by cultural institutions are nowadays developed around the world in spaces other than schools. In particular, some new forms of education for children emerged, which are situated in museums, theatres, and cultural and entertainment centres. Global educational challenges are undertaken in local cultural environments. Their shared value is the focus on developing children’s abilities and the potential for multiple intelligences from an early age. The multiplicity and diversity of cultural offers is undoubtedly an advantage, but also a problem. Hence, the question arises which of these cultural proposals are particularly valuable, compared to others, and stand out in terms of quality. The article presents a case study of the “Sunflowers” competition, held in Krakow, in the context of research into children’s cultural and intercultural education. The materials made available by the organizer of the competition were analyzed in the article. Non-formal education has been discussed as an important area of educational influence and the formation of cultural competence.

A BRIEF OVERVIEW OF THE CHINESE EDUCATION SYSTEM

The article offers a brief overview of the structure and main areas of development in the Chinese education system. The transition period in China’s education system can be characterized by the following slogan: “On the way to modernization, world and future”. Indeed, systemic reforms pave the way in which the state’s policy is playing a guiding role and schools and universities a leading role in the gradual search for special Chinese ways of education development. The focus of the article is mainly on the types of education in China and the conditions for obtaining education (preschool, primary, secondary, upper secondary and postgraduate education). Besides, it is crucial to consider the structure of vocational education, which is implemented in the following types: primary, secondary, higher vocational education and vocational training. Moreover, the article describes the features and forms of education for children with special needs as an important part of general education. Emphasis is placed on the level and conditions of higher and postgraduate education in China (bachelor’s, master’s, doctoral degrees). It must be noted that the article highlights several specialized projects and comprehensive plans in the field of education aimed at reforming and improving the status of education, including “Project No 211” and “Project No 985”. It also outlines the main milestones of “The Implementation Plan” and “The Plan until the Year of 2035”, as well as the measures taken to realize many other goals despite the COVID-19 pandemic. Particular attention is paid to the support provided by the Chinese government to the education system during the COVID-19 pandemic. It has affected all its levels to not allow the educational process to become radically different and manage to strengthen in the global crisis. Finally, the article addresses several controversial issues in China’s education sector, including reforming the system of education quality assessment and reformatting private education.

Patterns of Islamic Education in Child Care Services in Kejapanan Village, Gempol District, Pasuruan Regency

This research is a descriptive research type, and the type of approach used is qualitative. In the book by Sukmadinata, it explains that "Descriptive research with a qualitative approach is a descriptive qualitative narrative of the situation". A qualitative approach is research which will then produce the results of analytical procedures that do not use statistical analysis studies. The main objective of the research is obtain data, therefore the main step that must be taken in a study is data collection. In Kejapanan village there are several day care centers for children among others, a day care center that is cared for by Mrs. Sriati and a day care center that is cared for by Ms. Safa'ah. In Mrs. Safa'ah's daycare, there were no signs of education for children related to Islamic values, whereas where there is a form of education for children based on Islamic values with the form of teaching daily prayers, singing Islamicsongs.

МЕРЕЖЕВА ФОРМА ЗДОБУТТЯ ОСВІТИ ЯК МОДЕЛЬ РЕАЛІЗАЦІЇ ІНДИВІДУАЛЬНОЇ ОСВІТНЬОЇ ТРАЄКТОРІЇ ДИТИНИ З ПОРУШЕННЯМИ ІНТЕЛЕКТУАЛЬНОГО РОЗВИТКУ

The paper presents an analysis of the mechanism of introduction of the network form of education as tool for the interaction of subjects of educational activity in the implementation of the individual educational trajectory of children with intellectual disabilities. Emphasis is placed on this group of children as one of the most vulnerable groups of students who need balanced approach to the design and implementation of the educational trajectory. It is online education that is designed to take this aspect into account, to give everyone the opportunity to get an education according to their uniqueness.The authors provide proposals for the involvement in the online form of education for children with intellectual disabilities of special education institutions, as they concentrate valuable material and technical human resources – qualified teachers and special educators with experience. In addition, this paper describes the order of interaction of participants in the educational process in organizing a network form of education. In particular, specialists of inclusive resource centers, who, as direct participants in the implementation of individual educational trajectory of a child with intellectual disabilities, should tell parents, teachers, and partners about online education opportunities. The child will effectively pass the way to the end point of his own outlined individual educational trajectory. This paper also provides recommendations for the participants of the network cooperation in the same order as when working in a team of psychological and pedagogical support in organizing “classical” inclusive education. Online education provides an opportunity to involve the educational process of therapists, psychologists, coaches, artists who have techniques to increase creativity and formation in children with intellectual disabilities of life and key competences. In the end, this will expand their access to various resources and opportunities.

НАСТУПНІСТЬ ДОШКІЛЬНОЇ ТА ПОЧАТКОВОЇ ОСВІТИ У ФОРМУВАННІ МАТЕМАТИЧНОЇ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТІ ДІТЕЙ З МОВЛЕННЄВИМИ ПОРУШЕННЯМИ

Проблема наступності дошкільної та початкової освіти набула особливого значення в умовах розбудови Нової української школи, розвитку інклюзивної форми навчання дітей з особливими освітніми потребами. Мета статті полягає у виявленні напрямів реалізації наступності у процесі формування математичної компетентності дошкільників та учнів початкової школи з мовленнєвими порушеннями. Нами використано емпіричний і системний підходи, методи аналізу та синтезу, згідно з якими виявлено напрями впровадження наступності у формуванні математичної компетентності і виокремлено специфічні чинники, що впливають на рівень її сформованості у дітей з вадами мовлення. Основні результати дослідження полягають у розробленні змістового та методичного забезпечення наступності у формуванні математичної компетентності дошкільників та учнів початкової школи з мовленнєвими порушеннями. Наступність між дошкіллям і початковою школою забезпечується змістовим і методичним напрямами з врахуванням індивідуальних особливостей учнів. Особливості формування математичної компетентності дітей з мовленнєвими порушеннями полягають у тому, що у учнів спостерігаються труднощі в оволодінні відповідним рівнем абстракції понять, термінами, символами, схемами, у формуванні складних програм математичної діяльності, у недостатньому розвитку комунікативних навичок. Тому реалізація змістового напряму наступності у дошкільній освіті у процесі формування математичної компетентності у дітей з мовленнєвими порушеннями передбачає зміщення акцентів з предметних математичних компетентностей на формування прийомів розумових дій. А в учнів початкової школи – на визначеному програмою змісті, на проведення досліджень об’єктів, з’ясування наявних і прихованих зв’язків між ними. Методичний напрям наступності реалізується через методики навчання, прийоми і методи роботи з дітьми і передбачає роботу в групах, залучення до рухової активності, виконання вправ на розвиток дрібної моторики. Дослідження визначає подальший розвиток О.М. Масюк, Н.М. Сінопальнікова, Л.І. Титаренко 135 питання реалізації наступності дошкільної та початкової освіти та розробку змістового і методичного забезпечення наступності у процесі формуванні математичної компентності дітей з мовленнєвими порушеннями.

The potential of MOOCs for large-scale teacher professional development in contexts of mass displacement

The mass displacement of people across the world, currently estimated at 65 million, creates a massive demand for new forms of education for children, young people and adults. However, this cannot be addressed without attending to what this means for teachers and other professionals involved in education and training. Clearly, there is a need for large-scale teacher professional development (TPD). Digital technology has the potential to meet this demand, but challenges are presented by the poor digital infrastructure in contexts of mass displacement. Data from two projects are analysed to explore the viability of scaling up TPD in the form of co-designed massive open online courses (MOOCs). The first data set is from a co-designed TPD MOOC project Blended Learning Essentials, to show that digital technology can be effective for scaling up TPD, but that a sustainability plan must be in place from the outset. The second data set is from a project that built on the first to run stakeholder co-design workshops in Lebanon, as a way of developing large-scale TPD in this most challenging context. Lebanon has the highest proportion of refugee to host communities in the world. This case study indicates that MOOCs could be viable in such a context, but also highlights the need to balance the generic principles being offered with a focus on localized practice. A theory of change is presented to outline a method of meeting these challenges by employing a co-design methodology to create self-sustaining digital TPD in the context of Lebanon, and to test this model with the contexts of mass displacement experienced by other participants in the MOOC.

Basic Models for the Development of Inclusive Education in Moscow

Introduction. The implementation of inclusive education in the Russian comprehensive schools is a multidimensional process followed by a complex of organisational and methodological problems. The participants of this process have expressed diverging views on the following ideas: what sequence it has to be implemented; who has to become a leading actor implementing new educational principles into practice; what main structural changes of the developed system in general education have to be in connection with the introduction of inclusive education. It is necessary to analyse and understand the existing disagreements between all participants of a process. Undoubtedly, the experts of inclusive education, who are directly engaged in its theory and practice, can give the most exact answers to arising acute issues. Their experience and skill level allow a picture of situation to be presented in the most objective way.The aim of the research was to analyse main models of a current stage and prospects in development of inclusive education inMoscow and throughoutRussia.Methodology and research methods. The research was based on the methodology of scenario approach. In June 2015, the Laboratory of Monitoring Studies at the Moscow State University of Psychology & Education implemented the research “Prospects for the development of inclusive education in Moscow” in the form of expert scenario-prognostic monitoring (method of ESMM). In the course of the survey, 81 experts (practitioners, scientists, representatives of educational organisations and the public, managers) were interviewed. The quantitative way of representing the estimates by respondents allowed formal and mathematical methods to be used when processing the results – the factorial and correlation types of analysis using the IBM SPSS Statistics software package.Results and scientific novelty. The vast majority of representatives of expert community were quite pessimistic about the situation on the introduction of inclusive concept of education in Moscow. Concerning the most relevant issues, professional and psychological unreadiness of personnel structure of educational institutions to perform labour duties in the new conditions of training and education for younger generation was ranked as a prevailing idea. Moreover, among other issues, the author noted insufficient number of inclusive schools in Moscow, absence of pedagogical support for children with disabilities, as well as special educational conditions, including programmes for social adaptation.Based on the distribution of peer reviews, three main models of developing inclusive education systems were revealed and described: state, social and educational. When organising and supporting a joint form of education for children with different needs inRussia, the priority is given to state structures in the first (state) model; in the second (social) – to public organisations. The third (educational) model is focused on gradual transition, in which the former rehabilitative educational establishments should be maintained by forging productive collaboration with comprehensive schools.Practical significance. Clearly defined experts’ standpoints in relation to the current stage of developing inclusive education allow us to better understand ongoing processes. In addition, the knowledge of characteristics of each of them contributes to forecasting its possible development and adopting more effective management decisions.

Such a scenario favors the development of uncritical adaptation form of education for children and young people to social and economic order of capitalism and of moral which best represents itself, abridging the flourishing of critic pedagogies not hegemonics.

The Problem of Social Protection of the Interests of Families Raising Children With Disabilities of Health and Children with the Limited Possibilities of Health

The issues of social security for children with disability acts as the most sensitive indicator of quality of life, integrating all the negative sides of modern society and vividly describing the effectiveness of all social institutions, including government authorities, public associations, aimed at creating conditions under which people with special needs can lead an independent life and to participate actively in all its aspects. Achieving significant progress in the implementation of the policy in relation to children with disabilities is impossible without knowledge of the needs of the families in which they are raised, as well as assessing the quality of services provided to these families. The article presents the results of a poll of parents of children with disabilities and children with disabilities, with the support of the Nikolayev regional support movement of people with disabilities are «Strong together» and the Department of labour and social protection of population of the Nikolayev city Council in january-may 2018 in the city of Nikolayev. Its main objective was to identify the major obstacles to ensure the social safety of this category of population. In particular, the analysis of the opinions and judgments of parents about the difficulties they encounter in daily life, the quality of provision of medical, social, educational services, visiting rehabilitation institutions, the organization of leisure of their children, as well as the definition of acceptable types and forms of education for children with disabilities different groups of diseases. For the basis of the empirical data, the generalizations about the state of social protection rights to a decent life for children with disabilities and develop practical recommendations.

Historical Background of Inclusive Education Development in the Nordic Countries

The article analyzes and interprets the comprehensive presentation of the development of inclusive education in some Nordic countries, namely Sweden, Norway and Iceland. The article states that the special education is still an alternative form of education for children with special needs who cannot attend secondary schools in the majority of the countries. Thus, the relation between inclusive and special education allows the author to draw some parallels between these two types of study to trace the transition from one to another. The author concludes that the history of inclusive education formation in Sweden, Norway and Iceland has much in common, but the Icelandic education system has characteristics which distinguish it from the two others

The article presents a relatively new practice of home education for Russia. A survey of numerous studies shows that the transition to homeschooling is characteristic of families with a high value of family cohesion, for those who want to protect their children from the dubious influence of their peers, and for those who have a special idea of religious education. The most widespread home education ("homeschooling") has in the USA (up to 8% of schoolchildren), is allowed and is actively growing in many countries of Europe. The psychological aspect of the problem of home education is linked in the presented review mainly with the theme of family cohesion, although a number of researchers believe that homeschooling itself is only an additional and not the main factor of cohesion. According to the empirical study, Russian homeschoolers are faced with a large number of organizational problems in the transition to home education and with a lack of pedagogical competence of parents and a shortage of special methods of individual education, since only 16% have pedagogical education. The main psychological problems in choosing a homeschooling include a misunderstanding from the inner circle, and in the implementation - the difficulty in determining the parent role. If in traditional school education the parent is a welcoming and loving parent, then at home education the parent becomes demanding and controlling. Homeschooling provokes the creation of various kinds of associations and groups of mutual supports of parents, which indicates the ambiguity and difficulties in implementing this form of education for children.

Inclusive education in Nigeria: a myth or a reality?

This paper looks at the implementation of inclusive education in Nigeria, whether it\'s a myth or a reality. The present forms of Education for children with special needs such as special and integrated schools were critically evaluated. This is because, the implementation of inclusive education would depend on the achievements that have been made in the existing forms of education. It was observed however that there were a lot of shortcomings in the existing ones due to factors such as poor funding, lack of adequate personnel, lack of equipment, materials to mention a few. Those factors that made inclusive education and practice possible in developed countries such as United States and United Kingdom were discussed.
