The Effectiveness of Giving Rewards in Increasing Students' Learning Motivation

Education is a process where students and teachers are involved in teaching and learning activities. Motivation to learn is important for students to achieve educational goals. To maintain this motivation, intervention or strategies are needed by educators. One of the intervention methods to increase learning motivation is by giving rewards. This study aims to understand the impact of giving rewards on increasing students' learning motivation. This research includes quantitative research with an experimental research design, namely pretest-posttest one group design. This study involved a sample of 25 students of SDN X Bukittinggi. The data collection method used a questionnaire or questionnaire and observation. The data analysis technique determined for this study was the paired sample t test. The results revealed that the learning motivation of fifth grade students of SDN X Bukittinggi increased after being given a reward.

Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Interactive Picture Berbasis Canva Pendidikan Pancasila untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Kelas V

This research aims to develop a design, test the feasibility, and test the effectiveness of Canva-based Interactive Picture learning media. effectiveness of Canva-based Interactive Picture learning media material on the diversity of my Indonesian culture in class V SDN 02 Sekaran. This research method with the Borg and Gall development model. Borg and Gall development model. The subjects in this study were fifth grade students of SDN 02 Sekaran. The data collection techniques applied included observation, interviews, documentation, questionnaires, and tests. Product quality was evaluated by media, material, and teacher and student validators. Product effectiveness was analyzed using preliminary data analysis techniques through normality test and homogeneity test, as well as final data analysis through paired t-test and N-gain test. Research results showed that the Canva-based Interactive Picture media design material diversity of Indonesian culture in my Canva-based Interactive Picture class. class was successfully developed. The results of the large group T-test calculation amounted to 8.6059 where t table 1.6972 is said to be effective, it can be concluded that H1 is rejected and H2 is accepted. and H2 is accepted. N-Gain in the large group trial obtained a score of 0.6494 with moderate criteria. with moderate criteria. Peningkatan Kemampuan Literasi Pada Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Inggris Kelas V Melalui Metode SQ3R di SD Getas 2 Kaloran Temanggung

The purpose of this study was to improve literacy skills using the Survey, Question, Read, Recite, and Review (SQ3R) method in English subjects in grade V of SD Negeri 2 Getas Kaloran. The type of research used in this study is Classroom Action Research. This research used two cycles. Each cycle had two meetings. Each cycle consists of planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection.Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that the use of the SQ3R method can improve students' reading skills in English Education subjects in class V of SD Negeri 2 Getas Kaloran. The completeness of students' literacy skills in cycle I was 45% while in cycle II it was 90%. From this explanation, there was an increase in cycle I and cycle II of 45%. The application of English language learning by improving the literacy of fifth grade students of SDN 2 Getas Kaloran by using the SQ3R method can improve. Students can carry out the steps in the SQ3R method, namely surveying the contents of the reading text by paying attention to the reading title, making questions (Question), able to read the contents of the reading text as a whole (read), answer the questions they have compiled, find important things in the reading, find vocabulary that has not been understood by students (recite), retell the contents of the reading correctly and coherently and review the reading text with the teacher and between students (review).

THE INFLUENCE OF INTERACTIVE MEDIA ANIMATI OF VIDEO SYMBIOSIS EXPLORATION MATERIAL ON STUDENTS’ LEARNING OUTCOMES

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes when learning science. This is evidenced by learning outcomes that do not reach the KKM score, as well as the use of monotonous media such as theme books, so that students have difficulty understanding the material and making learning less meaningful. The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there was an effect of interactive media, animated videos, symbiosis exploration material on science learning outcomes in grade V SDN 34 Palembang. This research is a type of experimental research, namely the Quasi experimental type. The population and sample in this study were fifth grade students of SDN 34 Palembang, totaling 30 students in the control class and 30 students in the experimental class. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, tests and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study include normality test, homogeneity test, hypothesis testing. The results of the study are hypothesis testing shows t count> t table or 6.491> 1.672 so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is an effect of interactive media, animated videos, symbiosis exploration material on the learning outcomes of fifth grade students of SDN 34 Palembang.

Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Inkuiri Terbimbing untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa pada Mata Pelajaran IPA di Kelas V SDN 060/XI Pendung Hiang

Application of the Guided Inquiry Learning Model in science subject for fifth grade students of SDN 060/XI Pendung Hiang, where this Guided Inquiry Learning Model is a learning model that is structured based on constructivist theory which emphasizes student activity, independence and the development of intensive team learning. This research is a class action research (Classroom Action Research), which consists of four components in each cycle, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection, carried out to find out whether the application of the Learning Model Guided Inquiry, the learning outcomes of class V students at SDN 060/XI Pendung Hiang can be increased. The subjects in this study were 16 students of class V SDN 060/XI Pendung Hiang. To collect data, the authors use tests in each cycle and observation sheets. As for the data analysis technique, namely with descriptive qualitative and quantitative descriptive data analysis techniques. Qualitative descriptive is used in analyzing observational or observational data, while quantitative descriptive is used to provide an overview or draw conclusions based on the results of learning tests conducted in each cycle. From the results of this study, it was obtained that the percentage of observations of student activity in the first cycle was 56.25%, and 87,5% in the second cycle. Meanwhile, student learning outcomes also increased from cycle I 62,5%, increasing to 81% in cycle II. Thus it can be concluded that the application of the guided inquiry learning model to science lessons can increase student activity in class V SDN 060/XI Pendung Hiang. The results of the analysis of student learning outcomes in each cycle showed that the ability level of fifth grade students at SDN 060/XI Pendung Hiang had increased, this was seen after the application of the Guided Inquiry Learning Model, seen in cycle I the average student score was 71 and in cycle II the average is 81. This shows that science learning outcomes increase after the application of the Guided Inquiry Learning Model.

PENERAPAN MODEL BRAIN WRITING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN MENULIS KARANGAN NARASI SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR

This study aims to determine the improvement of narrative writing skills by applying the Brain Writing model to the fifth grade students of SDN 012 Langgini. This type of research is classroom action research (CAR) which is carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of two meetings and four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques are documentation, tests and observations. The results of this study can be concluded that in the skills of writing narrative essays for class V SDN 012 Langgini in the first cycle of the first meeting, there were 8 students with a percentage of 47.05%. Furthermore, in the first cycle of the second meeting of the students who completed there were 9 students with a percentage of 52.94%. While in the second cycle of the first meeting, 11 students completed the first meeting with a percentage of 64.70%. Finally, in the second cycle of the second meeting, there were 14 students who completed the second meeting with a percentage of 82.35%. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the Brain Writing model can improve the skills of writing narrative essays in the fifth grade of SDN 012 Langgini.

Studi Deskriptif Bentuk-bentuk dan Penyebab Terjadinya Bullying di Kelas V SDN 60 Kota Bengkulu

This study aims to describe the forms of bullying in class V of SDN 60 Kota Bengkulu. The method and type of research used in this study is qualitative descriptive. The research subjects were fifth grade students of SDN 60 Kota Bengkulu. The technique of collecting data uses observation and interviews. Data analysis is done by collecting data (data collection), data reduction (data reduction), presenting data (display data) and drawing conclusions (Verification data). Testing the validity of the data using an extension of observation, increasing perseverance, and data triangulation. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the behavioral forms and causes of bullying that occur in SDN 60 Kota Bengkulu, Types of bullying include physical bullying, verbal bullying, and psychic bullying: (1) Physical bullying includes: pushing, hitting, kicking, bullying , and damaging other people's goods, verbal bullying includes: spreading news incorrectly, bestowing mistakes on others, mocking, dubbing friends with animal names, and bullying friends, psychic bullying includes: Students do not care about other students, discriminate against other students and demean other students, (2) The causes of bullying include family factors, bad individual factors, and school factors: Family factors include: lack of communication between parents and children and children who lose their father / mother, bad individual factors including : seeking popularity / attention, and revenge / jealousy, the School factor is the lack of teacher supervision.

Meningkatkan Penguasaan Konsep Sains Menggunakan Model Problem Based Learning Kelas V Di Sekolah Dasar

The background of this research is the low mastery of science concepts for fifth grade students of SDN 008 Salo Timur. This study aims to improve the mastery of science concepts for fifth grade students of SDN 008 Salo Timur. This research is a class follow-up study, which was carried out in two cycles and each cycle consisted of two meetings. The subjects in this study were 1 teacher and 29 students, while the object was using a problem based learning model to improve students' mastery of science concepts. The research instrument consisted of a teacher activity observation sheet and an observation sheet for student activities during the learning process using a problem based learning model. While the data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. Based on the results of research that has been carried out through 2 cycles, at the second meeting of the first cycle the classical mastery of mastery of science concepts is only 24, 13% in the low category and the average learning value is only 67.03 in the medium category. It is known that there was an increase in students' mastery of science concepts after improvements were made in the second cycle of meeting 2, the results of classical mastery of students' mastery of science concepts were 86.20% in the very high category and the average student learning score was 80.55 in the high category. Based on the results of this study, it is shown that if a problem based learning model is used, it can increase the mastery of science concepts for students of class V 008 East Salo.

PENGARUH PERMAINAN KASTI TERHADAP LARI SPRINT 40 M SISWA KELAS V SDN 2 MUARA RUPIT

ABSTRACT
 
 This research is motivated by the low ability of students in running, especially in the 40M sprint learning lesson. The purpose of this classroom action research is to see the effect of baseball on the 40M sprint for fifth grade students at SDN 2 Muara Rupit.
 The method in this study is a quasi-experimental design or quasi-experimental, with one group pretest and posttest design. The population of this study was 229 students and the sampling technique was purposive sampling, the sample of this study was the fifth grade students of SDN 2 Muara Rupit. totaling 25, 10 women and 15 sons. The instrument used was the 40M running test. The data analysis technique of this research used t-test with a significant level of 0.05.
 The results showed that there was a significant effect between baseball game training on the 40M sprint run for fifth grade students at SDN 2 Muara Rupit. The results of the t-test obtained the value of tcount=12.10 while ttable=2.06 with a significance level of 0.05. these results show that tcount is greater than ttable. Then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected if Ha is accepted.

Efektivitas Penggunaan Lembar Kerja Siswa pada Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas V SDN 27 Olo Ladang

The purpose of this study was to describe the effectiveness of using student worksheets in learning Islamic religious education on the learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SDN 27 Olo Ladang. This type of research is quantitative research with one group pretest pre-experimental and posttest design methods. The sample of this research was the fifth grade students of SDN 27 Olo Ladang, which consisted of 20 students consisting of 10 boys and 10 girls. The data in this study were the scores of class V test results at SDN 27 Olo Ladang, which totaled 20 questions in the form of multiple choices on the subject, let's live simply and sincerely. The test questions were carried out twice, namely before using the student worksheets and after using the student worksheets. The research instrument is the test method. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the use of student worksheets is effectively used in learning Islamic religious education on the learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SDN 27 Olo Ladang. This is evidenced by the results of student test scores before using student worksheets lower than the test scores after using student worksheets and also proven by the t-test sig.(2-Tailed) value of 0.000 <0.05 which means Ho is rejected and Haha accepted. So it can be concluded that the use of student worksheets is effectively used in learning Islamic religious education on the learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SDN 27 Olo Ladang.

Analisis Strategi Guru Dalam Menanamkan Nilai Pendidikan Karakter Disiplin Siswa Kelas V SDN 145 Randanan

Discipline character is very important to be instilled in students. At SDN 145 Randanan has instilled the value of discipline. Such as carrying out picket duties, greetings, participating in flag ceremonies. This is indicated by the teacher's efforts to provide sanctions for violations of school rules and regulations committed by students. However, there are still some students who violate the rules including: students are often late for school, students do not put in their uniforms, students are not fully clothed during the ceremony. Therefore, it is important for a teacher to know what strategies are used to instill the value of character education in students. This study aims to determine how the teacher's strategy in instilling the value of character education in class V SDN 145 Randanan This research approach is a qualitative approach with this type of research. qualitative descriptive. The types of data used are primary and secondary data with data sources from informants or sources, books, and scientific journals. Data collection techniques used, namely observation, interviews, and documentation with data analysis using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the teacher's strategy in instilling the value of disciplined character education in fifth grade students of SDN 145 Randanan was to be an example and role model, habituation, awareness, giving rewards (gifts), educative punishments (educating), setting school rules and class rules.

The Development of Students' Writing Description Text Skills Using The Think Talk Write (TTW) Learning Model In Class V SDN No. 105368 Karang Anyar, Pegajahan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency, North Sumatra Academic Year 2022-2023

The right learning model in writing descriptive text is using the Think Talk Write (TTW) model. By applying this model students can be helped in expressing their ideas or opinions. The problem is how to use the Think Talk Write (TTW) learning model on the ability to write descriptive text for fifth grade students at SDN No 105368 Karang Anyar? The purpose of the study was to describe the effectiveness of the use of the Think Talk Write (TTW) learning model on the ability to write descriptive texts for the fifth grade students of SDN No 105368 Karang Anyar. This study uses a quantitative approach with the type of pre-experimental design research which is included in experimental research. The research design used is a one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were all students of class V SDN No. 105368 Karang Anyar totaling 29 students. The technique used to collect data in this study is a test technique. The test used is a written test, which is about writing a descriptive paragraph. The test is given twice during the pretest and posttest. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that the ability to write descriptive paragraphs of fifth grade students at SD Negeri No. 105368 Karang Anyar, Pegajahan District before using the Think Talk Write (TTW) learning model, obtained an average score of 42 .75 with a very poor category. Meanwhile, the ability to write a paragraph description of students at SD Negeri No. 105368 Karang Anyar, Pegajahan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency, after using the Think Talk Write (TTW) learning model, obtained an average score of 78.27 with a sufficient category. The results of hypothesis testing using SPSS version 23 which shows that the t-count value is obtained = 11.892 while the t-table value is = 1.701 with a significance level of 0.05, it is stated that the research hypothesis is accepted because the t-count value> t-table value (11,892> 1.701). So, it can be concluded that the application of the Think Talk Write learning model has an effect on the ability to write descriptive paragraphs for fifth grade students at SD Negeri No. 105368 Karang Anyar.

Pengaruh Model Discovery Learning terhadap Pemahaman Konsep Perkalian dan Pembagian Pecahan Kelas V SD

One of the learning models that can be applied in mathematics learning is the Discovery Learning model. This study aims to determine the effect of the Discovery Learning model on understanding the concept of multiplication and division of fractions in grade V SD. This type of research is quantitative with Quasi Experiment Design with the type of Non-equivalent Control Group Design. The research subjects were fifth grade students of SDN 05 Maninjau, Tanjung Raya District. Based on the calculation of the t-test results data analysis with a significant level of 0.05 and dk = n1 + n2 - 2 = 17 + 20 - 2 = 35, obtained tcount (2.49) and t table (1.68957). So that tcount> ttable, where 2.49> 1.68975. Thus it can be concluded that there is an effect of the Discovery Learning model on understanding the concept of multiplication and division of fractions in grade V SD.

The Effect of Audiolingual Method on Vocabulary Ability of the Fifth Grade Students of SDN 009 Tenggarong Seberang

Audio-lingual method is one of the teaching methods in teaching vocabulary. The fact indicated that teaching vocabulary by using audio-lingual method gave better results than without using audio-lingual method at the fifth grade students of SDN 009 Tenggarong Seberang. The purpose of the study was intended to find out whether using audio-lingual method increase vocabulary ability of the fifth grade students of SDN 009 Tenggarong Seberang. In addition, the hypothesis of this study was: “Using audio- lingual method increases vocabulary ability of the fifth grade students of SDN 009 Tenggarong Seberang.” This study used experimental design. The population of the research was the fifth grade students of SDN 009 Tenggarong Seberang with the total number of the students was 47 students, and the sample taken was 30 students. The instrument of this study was a written test in the forms of multiple choices. The data of the study were scores on vocabulary. To analyze the data and to carry out the hypothesis testing, the researcher used t-test formula. It was proved by the value of t-computed which was greater than the value of t-table. From the result of computation by using t-test, it was found that the value of t-computed was 3.129, whereas the value of t-table at p=0.05 and degrees of freedom = Na + Nb – 2 = 28 was 2.048. As the result, the value of t-computed was greater than the value of t-table (3.129 > 2.048). Thus, the result of the research was read as “Using audio-lingual method significantly increases vocabulary ability of the fifth grade students of SDN 009 Tenggarong Seberang.”

Self-Regulated Learning (SRL) analysis of fifth grade students at SDN 2 Kadudampit

SRL is important for fifth grade students because it becomes a consideration in the learning and teaching process, especially fifth grade students who are faced with the challenges of the next school level. This study aims to analyze the self-regulated learning (SRL) of the fifth grade students of SDN 2 Kadudampit. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a survey method that describes a phenomenon in a particular area. The number of samples used was 33 students of class V. The instrument used was the SRL questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-5 with alternative gradations of answers strongly agree-strongly disagree. The analysis used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of the study show that in general, the SRL ability of class V SDN 2 Kadudampit is in the high category. However, if it is translated based on the indicators, the SRL on the cognitive and self-reflection indicators is indeed in the high category, but the performance indicator shows the medium category. Therefore, efforts are needed from teachers, schools, parents, and students to be able to improve performance in learning through the application of learning models, learning media, parental and teacher guidance, and school policies that support the creation of a positive learning climate.

PENGARUH PELAKSANAAN PEMBELAJARAN DARING TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK KELAS V DI SDN NO. 30 KASSI KABUPATEN JENEPONTO

This study aims to 1) describe the implementation of online learning on the learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SDN No. 30 Kassi Jeneponto Regency 2) Describe the Effect of Online Learning Implementation on the Learning Outcomes of Class V Students at SDN No. 30 Kassi Jeneponto Regency. This research is an expost facto quantitative research with a simple linear regression research design. This research was conducted at SDN No. 30 Kassi Jeneponto Regency. The population in this study amounted to 37 students and the sample amounted to 37 students. The instrument used was a questionnaire in managing data, analyzed using descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, the conclusions obtained are, 1) the implementation of online learning for fifth grade students at SDN No. 30 Kassi, Jeneponto Regency, has been carried out moderatly. 2) learning outcomes of fifth graders at SDN No. 30 Kassi Jeneponto district, is in the mdium category 3) There is a positive influence on the learning outcomes of fifth graders at SDN No. 30 Kassi Jeneponto Regency, shows that the online learning variable has a positive coefficient value of 0.212, has a t-count value of 2.351> t-table 2.028, and a significant value of 0.024 <0.05.). This means that the online learning variable has a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes. Proving that H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted. And the contribution of the influence of the implementation of online learning on the learning outcomes of the fifth grade students of SDN No. 30 Kassi Jeneponto Regency that is equal to 63.6% while the rest is influenced by other variables. The implications of this research can be seen that the implementation of online learning for fifth grade students at SDN No. 30 Kassi Regency has a positive influence, it is quite good, so it needs to be improved so that in the future all fifth grade students will not only be dominated by a few people, but all students will be able to get higher achievements both in terms of cognitive.

ANALISIS KEMAMPUAN MENULIS CERPEN SISWA KELAS V SDN 7 MATARAM TAHUN AJARAN 2020/2021

This study aims to determine the ability to write short stories for fifth grade students of SDN 7 Mataram in the academic year 2020/2021 in terms of (1) completeness of formal aspects, (2) story elements such as themes, characters, setting and plot, (3) effective sentences, use of spelling, and coherence between paragraphs. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. The population in this study was the population in this study were all students of class VB at SDN 7 Mataram. The data sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling. While the data collection method used documentation analysis in the form of short stories by students. The instrument used in this research is the short story assessment rubric which has been validated by experts usingtechniques expert judgment. The data analysis used iscontent analysis because this study will analyze short stories (short stories) for fifth grade students at SDN 7 Mataram. The results of the students' short story analysis showed that in terms of the completeness of the formal aspects, the fifth grade students of SDN 7 Mataram obtained 38.75% results, and were included in the low category, in terms of story elements they were in the very good category because the average obtained was very good. which is 96.25%, in terms of effective sentences, it can be categorized as sufficient because the average value is 62.5%, in terms of spelling usage, which is 81.25%, it is in the good category, in terms of the aspect of inter-paragraph cohesiveness, it is categorized as very good because it is average. the average score is 91.25%. The results of the average value of 20 short stories by class V students of SDN 7 Mataram in terms of completeness of formal aspects, the existence of short stories elements, effective sentences, completeness of spelling, and coherence between paragraphs is 73.25%, it can be concluded that the ability to write short stories of class students V SDN 7 Mataram is in quite good category.

Factors Causing Low Interest in Learning Science in Elementary Schools

The purpose of this study was to determine the cause of the low interest of students in science subjects at SDN 5 Komet Banjarbaru. The method used in this study is a descriptive method which aims to describe or describe a situation in a place where it is now. The object of this research is the factor that causes the students' low interest in learning about science subjects at SDN 5 Komet Banjarbaru. The subjects in this study were the fifth grade students of SDN 5 Komet Banjarbaru who were used as a source of information needed in collecting research data. The population in this study amounted to 60 students and the sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. The sample in this study were 20 fifth grade students at SDN 5 Komet Banjarbaru. Some students said that external factors caused the students' low interest in learning science subjects at the Komet 5 Banjarbaru State Elementary School 50% of the external factors caused the students' low interest in learning science subjects at the Banjarbaru 5 Komet State Elementary School, while 21% small external factors caused the low interest of students in learning science subjects at the State Elementary School 5 Komet Banjarbaru.

Analisis kemampuan membaca pemahaman dalam menentukan ide pokok pada siswa kelas V sekolah dasar

<em><span lang="EN-GB">The purpose of this research was to describe the students' reading comprehension ability in class V SDN 01 Karangmojo. This study is a qualitative research with a case study approach. The subjects of this research were 5 fifth grade students of SDN 01 Karangmojo. The subject selection technique is done by criterion based selection. Research data were collected through test data collection techniques, documentation and interviews. This research uses the validity test with the triangulation techniques. The data analysis technique used the Miles and Huberman interactive analysis model. The results showed that the reading comprehension ability of fifth grade students of SDN 01 Karangmojo based on Barrett's taxonomy is literal and reorganization comprehension are the most dominant indicator of reading comprehension ability. This means that students are able to find the meaning of words, determine main ideas, choose important paragraphs, and capture information that is implied in the reading. Low reading comprehension skills are in inferential and evaluative comprehension. Students are quite able to evaluate the content in the reading but have not been able to draw conclusions, assess ideas and express reasons for choosing these ideas.</span></em>

Analisis miskonsepsi materi ipa pada tema panas dan perpindahannya

This study aims to analyze the misconceptions of science material theme VI heat and its transfer in fifth grade elementary school students. This type of research is a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in the form of four-level diagnostic tests and interviews. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, namely all fifth grade students of SDN 1 Krasak Boyolali. The conclusion of this study is that the misconceptions that occur in students are 29.33% in the low category. The lowest misconception with a percentage of 23.32% is in the subconcepts of conductors and insulators. The highest misconception lies in the sub-concept of the difference in temperature and heat with a percentage of 36.65%. Factors that cause misconceptions in students come from wrong preconceptions, low interest in learning and improper reasoning.
