Formation of the structure of choreographic competencies among university students: Specifics of the competency-based approach

Introduction. The article discusses the features of higher choreographic education at the present stage of development. The authors analyze the specifics of training of choreography students based on the documentary flow of educational publications in the electronic information and educational environment. The competencies in the field of training «Choreographic Art» are considered on the basis of the federal state educational standard of higher education in Russia. The relevance of transforming the competency-based model of university graduates is emphasized, taking into account current standards in the field of training personnel in the field of culture and the arts.Purpose setting. The purpose of the article is to reveal the essence of terminological interpretations of the conceptual apparatus in the field of the competency model of skills in the choreography by studying the documentary flow of educational publications.Methodology and methods of the study. Based on specially prepared, proprietary methodology for studying the documentary flow of educational publications and the application of the content method, we identified the essence and dynamics of the manifestation of the documentary flow of educational publications.Results. The article discusses the features of higher choreographic education at the present stage of development. The authors analyze the specifics of training choreography students based on the documentary flow of educational publications in the electronic information and educational environment. The competencies in the field of training «Choreographic Art» are considered on the basis of the federal state educational standard of higher education in the Russian Federation.Conclusion. A solution to the problem of low efficiency of using new knowledge in the concert-making component is proposed by studying the documentary flow of educational publications in the field of culture and the arts, supporting their competency-based development model.

Pearl‐Inspired Colored Carbon Fibers with Electromagnetic Interference and Optical Camouflage Properties

Carbon fibers (CFs) are widely used in cutting‐edge and civilian fields due to their excellent comprehensive properties such as high strength and high modulus, superior corrosion and friction resistances, excellent thermal stability, light weight, and high electrical conductivity. However, their natural ultra‐black appearance is difficult to meet the aesthetic needs of today's civilian sector and the need for optical stealth in the military field. In addition, conventional coloring methods are difficult to effectively adhere to CF surfaces due to high crystallinity and highly inert surface caused by their graphite‐like structure. In this work, inspired by the nacre structural color of pearls, colored CFs with 1D photonic crystal structure are prepared by cyclically depositing amorphous (Al2O3 + TiO2) layers on the surface of carbon CFs through atomic layer deposition (ALD). The obtained CFs exhibit brilliant colors and excellent environmental durability in extreme environments. Moreover, the colored CFs also exhibit high EMI shielding effectiveness (45 dB) and optical stealth properties, which can be used in emerging optical devices and electromagnetic and optical stealth equipment.

Homework - Necessity or Myth?

Throughout generations a question has been posed: do students benefit from writing homework and does homework fulfill its purpose? The debate about the usefulness of homework causes many doubts in the educational public. Learning outcomes and the importance of homework are different today than twenty or more years ago. Contemporary students are not very interested in this type of activity, showing a high degree of non-independence in performing tasks outside the school environment. The author discusses the expediency of writing homework and its impact on students' learning achievements in class. Accordingly, the author examines the positive and negative sides of this extracurricular activity. This article was created based on the analysis of previous research and knowledge about this subject. Some Croatian and Slovenian didacticists believe that homework should not be abolished, but it should be functional, comprising of various exercises aimed at encouraging students to be active. Tasks are justified if they expand the possibility of learning and serve to develop students' abilities and skills. The author states that homework is necessary in the mother tongue teaching, especially at the initial level of primary school education. The teacher must control the quality and quantity of the homework, taking into account the time the student needs to complete it and the type of goals he wants to achieve in relation to the linguistic and literary material. The article offers the examples of homework in the fields of mother tongue, literature, written expression, reading and media culture. Modern technology offers numerous possibilities for creating creative homework.

Public Services in the Field of Basic Health for Mothers and Children in Talawaan District, North Minahasa Regency, North Sulawesi Province

Maternal mortality rate and infant mortality rate are an indication of the low level of population welfare. Likewise, the high disparity in socio-economic levels - rich and poor, between regions and between urban and rural areas. Therefore, health services for mothers and children are the main priority in health development. The government at all levels of government has established and implemented health programs for mothers and children. However, it has not provided a good impact on the aspect of basic public services. Health services for mothers and children through integrated service posts are more visible at the village level and require serious attention from the government because they are very far from health service centers such as regional hospitals. Therefore, this study was conducted to describe and explain basic public health services for mothers and children in Talawaan District, North Minahasa Regency. This study is considered important from the aspect of public health and related to strengthening social capital in the superior fields of social humanities, arts and culture as well as the development and strengthening of institutional systems, health policies, and community empowerment in the superior fields of health and medicine in the Sam Ratulangi University research strategy plan. Data were collected through interviews with the Head of the Health Service and Health Center, Posyandu officers and pregnant mothers and those with toddlers. Observations were made by looking directly at basic health services in Talawaan District. Secondary data were collected during health service activities and conducting electronic searches on Google Scholar and ResearchGate. The analysis was carried out based on the stages of reduction, interpretation, drawing conclusions and verification/triangulation. The research findings that public services in the field of basic health are accessible, acceptable, fair and safe for mothers and children but are not yet fully efficient and effective in their implementation. The concept found from this study is that the community needs basic health services for mothers and children that are easy to access and accept, fair to all levels of society and medically safe. While the principles of efficiency and effectiveness are more about the interests of the organization in the use of resources and achieving goals.

National socialist cultural diplomacy and Scandinavian popular culture: debating the German-Nordic Writers’ House in the 1930s

ABSTRACT This article analyzes the responses of the Finnish and Scandinavian writers’ associations to a National Socialist cultural diplomatic initiative, namely the German-Nordic Writers’ House. Doing so, it engages the interplay between popular culture and foreign politics, as Nordic writers negotiated how to respond to the Third Reich’s quest for European cultural hegemony. Using the Writers’ House as a case study, the article discusses the nebulous nature of cultural diplomacy and reflects on how responses to the Writers’ House, especially in Finland, elucidate the limits of National Socialist cultural diplomacy in its engagement with the conflict-ridden Nordic cultural fields in the 1930s.

Improvement of physical culture and sports in communities during the war and post-war recovery

The article is devoted to the topical topic of improving the field of physical culture and sports at the local level during Russia's war against Ukraine and during the post-war reconstruction. Research methods of the theoretical level (analysis, synthesis, as well as comparison), systematization and generalization of data from information sources, as well as surveys of physical education instructors of rural communities and directors of the State Educational Institutions, who made up the expert group, were used. A total of 57 specialists were interviewed (physical culture instructors of rural united territorial communities and directors of youth sports schools). Received responses that determine their preferences for a number of possible actions. A comparison of the advantages of the two groups of the indicated specialists was carried out. Based on the analysis of five comparisons of the responses of the specialists of VFST "Kolos" and the directors of the State University of Education, the following general conclusions can be drawn: specialists of VFST "Kolos" usually show a more strategic and analytical approach, they tend to support initiatives, but at the same time analyze risks and problems more deeply. Their answers reflect both a positive assessment and a more critical view of the complexities. The directors of the State University of Higher Education demonstrate a more pragmatic and cautious approach. They generally support initiatives, but with less confidence and focus on practical implementation in wartime. The lack of hesitation and the greater number of answers "Rather agree" indicate their awareness of difficulties and readiness for compromise solutions.

Research on UAV formation signal location based on two-dimensional plane analysis

In recent years, the UAV technology has developed rapidly and is widely used in military, civil and scientific research fields. In order to avoid external electromagnetic interference, the bearings-only passive positioning method is usually used to adjust the position of the UAV to maintain the formation.In this study, according to the circular formation of Uavs, the positioning model of the received signal of Uavs on the excellent arc and the positioning model of the received signal of Uavs on the inferior arc are established. The Uavs with slightly deviated positions in the circular formation are effectively adjusted, and the positioning model of Uavs with the passive receiving signal is established. In this paper, the double-station cross-positioning method is used to calculate that in the case of circular formation, four Uavs are needed to transmit signals, among which one is located in the center of the circle and the other three are distributed on the circumference to realize the effective positioning of Uavs.

. In the article, the author examines the evolution of the role of food security, both at the historical stages of development and in the modern world, as well as its place in the system of ensuring economic and national security of the state. The strategic priority of agrarian policy in most countries was ensuring food security, which was understood primarily as self-sufficiency in food. This became especially relevant in the 50s of the XX century as a result of the fact that military actions violated previously imposed trade relations, and violations in this area arose under the influence of the payment crisis. The purpose of the article is an analysis of modern structural changes in the agricultural sector and their impact on the country's food security. The methodological basis of the research in the article is the scientific work of the authors in the field of economics of culture, innovation management, management in the field of culture, as well as social partnership. The research was carried out on the basis of general scientific methods of research - a systematic approach, analysis and synthesis, methods of typological and comparative analysis, empirical methods. The object of the study is the sphere of culture, which needs conditions in which organizational and financial reforms are carried out, as well as the development and application of innovative management methods. The hypothesis of the study. Currently, all developed countries of the world, including the United States, Japan, and the EU countries, have their own national programs, laws and measures to ensure national food security. Presentation of the main material. The primary tasks of the state in the sphere of regulation of agro-industrial production should be the stabilization and development of agro-industrial production, ensuring food security, improving food security of the population, maintaining economic parity between agriculture and other sectors of the economy, converging income levels of workers in agriculture and industry, protecting domestic producers in the sphere of agro-industrial production. From the point of view of welfare economics, "the problem of food safety and quality is one of the specific features of the functioning of the agricultural market, which determine its equilibrium in a Pareto inefficient state. This, in turn, is the economic basis for the need for state policy intervention in the agricultural sector and the possibility of redistributing the financial resources of society for its development. The originality and practical significance of the study. In our opinion, the existing problem of food security should be considered in the context of economic security, since it concentrates the main directions of agricultural policy and economic reforms in the current market conditions. This process reflects the real trends in the development of agricultural production, the state of the market and the position of consumers in it, determines the degree of involvement and dependence on the world food market, applies the mechanism of state strategy taking into account internal and external factors in order to create the main life support system – food security. Conclusions. Taking into account the interests of economic security and socio-political stability in society, it should be noted that the food and agricultural complexes always remain the most important sectors of the economy. The primary task is to create conditions for economic management and entrepreneurial stability in the agro-food sector of the economy and to ensure state support for producers

The current stage of development of the national economy is associated with the formation of technological sovereignty of the country. Harsh sanctions, existing restrictions on access to certain market segments, digitalization and other challenges form an explicit request to Russian business to transform approaches to the organization of production, aimed primarily at increasing labor productivity, which is possible due to several main factors: the development of the production and technical base, maximizing the use of people-human capital and optimization of organizational factors. The first factor is quite costly and time-consuming in terms of implementation. The development of human and organizational factors can be carried out through lean production tools, the main problem of which is the significant resistance of personnel to new introductions. The work of foreign and domestic scientists and practitioners in the field of lean manufacturing and corporate culture has been studied, which allowed to formulate the author's definition of “corporate culture of lean production”, which allowed to develop a model of corporate culture of lean production at three levels of management (TOP, Middle, Down Management). The proposed model of transformation of the existing corporate culture into a corporate culture of lean production is considered in three planes with the designation of the stages of formation of a new corporate culture. It is noted that only voluntary adherence to a new ideology can maximize the effectiveness of innovations.

The attitude of the Bashkortostan clergy to spiritual and educational activities

The article examines spiritual and educational activities as one of the conditions for solving the strategic task of protecting traditional spiritual and moral values. Ministers (staff, volunteers) of religious organizations are considered as potential specialists in the field of spiritual and moral education. The Bashkortostan clergy expressed their attitude towards a new type of non-religious activity by taking part in a specially designed survey. The study showed that the clergy of the Republic of Bashkortostan, considering themselves as the carriers of spiritual and religious knowledge, are able to share their experience with parishioners. They are also ready to develop in the younger generation the skills of a religious way of understanding the world. Moreover, they are able to instill the values of religious doctrine, have experience in conducting educational events and reveal high readiness to conduct educational activities. But at the same time they understand that they are able to partially satisfy educational needs and interests in the field of religious cultures. The identified high need of the clergy for mastering spiritual and educational competencies leads the researcher to the conclusion that it is necessary to include a special course in the training of Orthodox and Muslim higher educational institutions, and, moreover, to develop a master’s program in “Spiritual and Moral Education.”

Art Market as a Factor in Shaping the Artistic Environment of Ukraine: Institutional Foundations and Development Prospects

The purpose of the article. The article is devoted to the influence of the leading persons and institutions of the Ukrainian art market on the formation of the circle of the most famous figures in the artistic environment, the dominant trends in the artistic life of the country, the tastes of the public, as well as the growing influence of representatives of the art business on the activities of state institutions in the field of culture. The methodology of the work is based on the application of methods of observation, analysis and generalisation, as well as the structural-functional method, considering the art market and the artistic environment as closely related social phenomena. A sociological approach to art as a collective activity is applied, in which not only artists are involved, but a large network of other participants in cultural life and the art market. The scientific novelty of the work consists in the study of the role of local art business in shaping the structure of the contemporary artistic environment of Ukraine. For the first time, the question of how decisive is the influence of the participants of the Ukrainian art market (primarily – art dealers, collectors and institutions related to them) on the formation of a certain hierarchical ranking of artists in the Ukrainian art environment on representatives of the mainstream and the rest of other, less well-known figures was highlighted, a significant part of which is, so to speak, on the periphery of cultural life; the impact of the art market on public tastes and the activities of state bodies in the field of culture is also outlined. Until now, the topic of close interdependence of the art world and the art market has been avoided in the Ukrainian art history discourse. Conclusions. The art market selects artists who become the most famous figures in Ukrainian artistic life and get the opportunity to represent the country at the international level. The art market shapes public tastes; the most successful participants of the art market (primarily art dealers and collectors) seek to participate in the formation of state cultural policy by integrating into state institutions. In accordance with world trends, the private sector will gain more and more influence in the modern cultural life of the country, which will have both a number of advantages for the development of the Ukrainian art market and artistic life, as well as certain, potentially possible, disadvantages.

Sportsman’s employment contract: problematic issues and prospects for their solution

Individual contractual regulation, which reflects the real needs of the development of relations between an employee-athlete and an employer-sports organization, plays an important role in regulating the labor activities of athletes. Thus, the employment contract concluded with an athlete contains a number of conditions that objectively and significantly individualize his work, i.e. conditions inherent only to this category of employees. Moreover, it enshrines differential conditions for each specifically defined employee­athlete. The purpose of the article is to consider the specifics of the labor contract concluded between an employee-athlete and an employer­sports organization. It was concluded that the labor relations of a professional athlete should be regulated precisely by the norms of labor law and a special law on professional sports, which regulates the entire complex of relations between the state and participants in professional sports, although today there are opinions that the work of professional athletes should be provided with the help of civil - legal regulation. It is noted that, as of today, the main national law in the field of sports - the Law «On physical culture and sports» dated 12.24.1993 concerns only the general foundations of activities in the field of physical culture and sports, at the same time, it does not even contain an acceptable definition of such a concept as «labor contract with a professional athlete». Therefore, it is proposed to supplement the specified Law with a norm to provide for the definition of an employment contract with a professional athlete. In particular, as an employment agreement between an employee­athlete and an employer-sports organization with all appendices, changes and additions, concluded in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, on the basis of which labor relations arise regarding the preparation and participation of the athlete in competitions for a monetary reward paid by the club. At the same time, in addition to defining and enshrining at the legislative level the concept of an athlete’s employment contract, the proposal to develop a standard form of contract with athletes of various sports was supported, the development of which should be based on the main directions of the joint sports activities of the athlete and the sports organization, which directly consists in the preparation athlete to a successful performance at competitions.

Sociological monitoring of student youth involvement in regional socio-economic development processes in modern Russian society

Student youth is the most creatively active, creative, able to put forward new ideas and implement promising projects social-demographic group of the population of the country and the region. In this regard, the student youth role in the processes of socio-economic development of the region and the country as a whole is key. At the same time, this socio-demographic group requires development and implementation of a clear, systematic, and effective policy in the field of education, culture, socio-economic and professional development, as well as mechanisms of involvement in the processes of regional socio-economic development in order to preserve and further develop human capital. The results of the sociological survey of students of Russian universities and colleges (N = 1.560 thousand people) from all federal districts conducted in 2023 have been presented. According to the sociological monitoring results, it has been revealed that a significant part of students is not purposefully interested in and does not track information about the activities of public authorities and is not involved in the processes of regional socio-economic development. The level of awareness and interaction of student youth with regional youth organizations is low. More than a third of students are not properly informed about the activities of these organizations, and their involvement is no more than 11 %. In order to increase the level of student youth involvement in the processes of regional socio-economic development in modern Russian society, the authors have developed methodological recommendations for engaging activities implementation.

Rapid synthesis and enhanced microwave absorption of carbon-supported high-entropy metal oxide

Complex preparation process and long annealing time of high-entropy metal oxide (HEO) limit its extensive application as microwave absorber at civil and military fields. Herein, a rapid synthesis method of mesocarbon microbeads (MCMB)-loaded spinel structure (FeCoCrNiMnCu)O is studied via plasma flow. In the presence of extreme plasma heating rate, a nanoscale high-entropy phase can be formed while modifying the surface activity of carbon. Simultaneously, due to the short synthesis time, gaseous conversion of carbon under high temperature aerobic conditions is avoided. By appending of carbon, the dual-media absorber exhibits better absorption performance with a maximum peak (-44.7 dB), which achieves over 90 % absorption in 11.2–15.5 GHz with a thickness of only 1.9 mm. Interestingly, the real and imaginary parts of complex permittivity increase remarkably. The former change is attributed to the expansion of heterogeneous hole carrier region and the latter dues to the interfacial polarization of the strongly coupled interface. The increase of dielectric loss and conductance loss leads to great improvement of microwave absorption. Our study injects new vitality into the preparation of HEO for advanced applications and the as-prepared HEOM is promised to be high-efficient microwave absorber based on robust stability and excellent absorbing performance.

Educational Diplomacy of Islamic Republic of Iran as the Soft Power Strategy in the Middle East

Nowadays, many countries are trying to increase their soft power authority using the university communication facilities. Educational exchanges and the creation of university branches in different parts of the world, especially in countries where there are common cultural fields, give these countries the opportunity to interact with elites and students expand their influence. The university sector, as the most important and effective branch in creating the future of a country, will have a great impact on understanding and cultural alignment between nations.In this regard, one of the important regions that have a lot of common cultural identity with the Islamic Republic of Iran is the Middle East region. This article aims to answer the question of how the Islamic Republic of Iran can use its academic capabilities as the educational diplomacy in order to promote its position as soft power in the Middle East. Accordingly, Iran can use the cultural capacities, the Persian language, the common background of civilization and the capability of its higher education, especially in the field of university exchanges to empower its soft power authority in the region.

The Fundamentality of The Right to Evidence in The Brazilian Legal System

Objective: The objective of this study is to investigate the fundamental nature of the right to evidence in the Brazilian legal system, aiming to analyze its importance for guaranteeing due process and the realization of justice. Theoretical Framework: This section presents the main concepts and theories that underpin the research. Key theories include the principle of adversarial proceedings, the principle of ample defense, and due process of law, providing a solid foundation for understanding the context of the investigation. Method: The methodology adopted for this research comprises a qualitative approach, with documentary analysis and case studies of landmark decisions in Brazilian law. Data collection was conducted through a literature review and jurisprudence analysis, focusing on higher court decisions addressing the right to evidence. Results and Discussion: The results revealed the crucial importance of the right to evidence for maintaining the balance between parties in judicial proceedings. In the discussion section, these results are contextualized in light of the theoretical framework, highlighting implications for legal practice and the protection of fundamental rights. Possible discrepancies and limitations of the study are also considered in this section. Research Implications: The practical and theoretical implications of this research are discussed, providing insights on how the results can be applied or influence practices in the field of civil and criminal procedural law. These implications may include the reformulation of judicial procedures and the training of legal professionals. Originality/Value: This study contributes to the literature by exploring the fundamental nature of the right to evidence in Brazil in a thorough and systematic manner, highlighting new findings and offering a critical analysis of judicial practices. The relevance and value of this research are evidenced by its potential to influence procedural reforms and improve the effectiveness of the judicial system.

The term «monitoring» is actively used in various areas of human activity, including science, education, production, etc. However, in the field of physical culture and sports, the use of this term is not as extensive and systematized as in other industries. One of the aspects that impede the full use of monitoring in sports is associated with the lack of a theoretical base of this concept. The aim of the work was the justification and development of approaches to the structure and content of monitoring the sports training of high-class athletes in bicycle sports based on the study of the experience of monitoring in various fields of human activity. For the first time, a theoretical and methodological base has been developed for creating a practice-oriented methodology for monitoring sports training of athletes in cycling. The results are focused on their practical use by athletes, coaches and specialists of bicycle sports

Data-Driven Fault Detection and Diagnosis for UAV Swarm Systems

With the widely application and promotion of Unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) technology, UAV swarms are widely used in military and civilian fields by taking advantage of group collaboration. It has huge economic and national defense value. The safety and reliability requirements of the UAV swarm system are extremely strict, and real-time fault detection and diagnosis is one of its important supporting technologies. In this paper, a fault diagnosis method based on statistical model and improved broad learning system (BLS) is proposed. The behavior characteristics of the UAV swarm system under normal and different failure modes are characterized by multivariate data statistical analysis, and the improved BLS model is adopted to achieve accurate and fast fault diagnosis. And a high-fidelity simulation verification platform is developed to verify the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed method.

Значение подсудности в уголовном и цивилистическом процессе

The relationship between the procedural and judicial significance of jurisdiction, as well as its conditionality by criteria of a procedural and judicial nature, is considered. The predominantly technical significance of the institution of jurisdiction for procedural branches of law is determined. Examples of manipulation of jurisdiction in the field of arbitration, civil, and criminal proceedings are given. The refusal of alternative jurisdiction in criminal proceedings is justified. It is concluded that violation of the rules of jurisdiction is not considered an absolute basis for the reversal of court decisions.
