Nursig Students’ Health Perceptions and Affecting Factors

Abstract This research was conducted to determine the health perception levels of nursing students and the influencing factors. The descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted between August 2023 and September 2023. The sample of the study consisted of 138 students studying in the Nursing Department of the Faculty of Health Sciences in the Aegean region who volunteered to participate in the study. The socio-demographic information (12 questions) questionnaire form and the Health Perception scale (15 questions) developed in line with the literature were used to collect data. The data were evaluated in the SPSS 27.00 package program. As a result of the research, it was determined that the average score that the students got from the health perception scale was 38.99±5.24. When the sub-dimensions of the health perception scale were examined; The Control Center sub-scale average score was determined as 12.82±3.15, the Certainty sub-scale average score as 12.44±2.75, the Importance of Health sub-scale average score as 6.90±1.97, and the Self-awareness sub-scale average score as 6.83±1.70. While there was a significant difference between the students' family type, smoking, financial level, health level, place of residence and family health status and health perception and its subgroups (p0.05). It was concluded that the students' health perception general score and subscale scores were not at the desired level and that various factors negatively affected these scores in general.

The Future of Long-Term-Care

Background: Aging populations worldwide are grappling with the challenge of long-term care for the disabled elderly, particularly in countries like China that are aging before they become affluent. The number of disabled elderly in China is sharply increasing, necessitating effective strategies to meet their care needs. Objectives: This study aims to conduct a comprehensive scientometric analysis of research trends, hotspots, and future directions in the field of long-term care for disabled elderly individuals in China using CiteSpace software. Methods: Employing CiteSpace 6.2.R1, this study analyzed 1,914 relevant publications from 1999 to 2024 in the Web of Science and CNKI databases. Keyword analysis, clustering, and visualization were performed using CiteSpace software to identify key themes and trends. Results: The analysis indicates an overall upward trend in publications since 1999, with a significant increase between 2013 and 2017. High-frequency keywords mainly include influencing factors, integration of medical and nursing care, and service quality. Research hotspots include family caregiving, health status, demand factors, and mental health. Conclusions: This study reveals the research trends, hotspots, and future directions in the field of long-term care for disabled elderly individuals in China. It shows a rapid increase in research quantity over time. High-frequency keyword analysis identified ongoing topics of interest such as influencing factors, integration of healthcare, and service quality. Keyword clustering analysis revealed that research hotspots are concentrated in areas such as family caregiving, health status, demand factors and mental health, with each field containing rich research content. Main Contribution to Evidence-Based Practice: This study uses CiteSpace visualization analysis software and bibliometric methods to organize and analyze existing literature, clarifying the research status, hotspots, and trends in the field. This information is intended to help scholars, practitioners, and policymakers better understand the progress in this area and provide a reference for future in-depth research.

Assessment of Quality of Life and Work Motivation Among the Aging Workforce in Suphan Buri, Thailand

Demographic changes due to the reduced birth rate and aging in the population increase the proportion of older persons in the workforce. This article explores the determinants of and impacts on quality of life and motivation for work among the aging workforce of Suphan Buri, Thailand. Using a cross-sectional, mixed-methods approach from surveys and interviews with older persons, the quality of life of the older people in Suphan Buri was assessed as variable and dependent on their health and socioeconomic statuses. Personal characteristics of family and community, together with health and financial status, reflected quality of life and work motivation. A concept model connected the concepts of Relational, Income, Care, and Environmental (RICE) factors from analyzing themes to determine the quality of life and work motivation outcomes. Quality of life and work motivational factors for the aging workforce are also essential for the sustainability of agricultural and economic performance measures and production outcomes for Suphan Buri, Thailand. Efforts focusing on financial literacy, occupational policies, practices, and promoting family relationships, health status, and social engagements should be a strategy to prepare for aging and support a better quality of life and work experience.

Impactos da pandemia de covid-19: compreendendo as percepções dos estudantes de graduação da Unicamp

This article investigates the perceptions of undergraduate students at the University of Campinas (Unicamp) regarding the period of emergency remote teaching during the years of 2020 and 2021. The research was developed through the analysis of discursive topics (Jubran, 2006; Rezende, 2006; Pinheiro, 2006) present in the responses to the survey ‘Understanding the performances, contexts, and perspectives of Unicamp students during the years 2020 and 2021 of the covid-19 pandemic’ (2022). The aim of this article is to present partial results of this research, focusing on the analysis of the responses from the 554 students who participated in the survey about their physical and mental health conditions, and the impact of these conditions on their academic activities. The methodology employed involves the analysis of referential processes in the students' answers to two survey questions that address individual and family health conditions during the pandemic. The main conclusion is that there were significant and profound impacts on Unicamp’s undergraduate student population, considering the socio-cognitive implications brought by covid-19 and its impacts on academic practices.

Health Promotion Using Dental Story Sticker Media on Prevention Knowledge Caries in Primary School

Background: The results of basic health research in 2018 show that the biggest dental problem in Indonesia is broken/caved/sick teeth (45.3%). The proportion of problems with damaged, cavities or diseased teeth in Garut Regency is 57.61%. Health promotion is an effort to provide knowledge as a basis for behavior change to improve the health status of individuals, families, groups, and communities through learning activities. Dental Story Stickers are a way of conveying information about dental and oral health by using stickers that can be removed and reattached, as well as using storytelling as an outreach method where the instructor tells information about dental and oral health. Objective: To determine the effect of health promotion using dental story sticker media on knowledge of caries prevention in class IV students at State Elementary School 2 Mulyasari, Garut Regency. Method: The type of research is pre-experimental with a one-group pre and post-test design with total sampling technique, and measuring instruments namely questionnaires and statistical tests using the Wilcoxon test. Results: 18 students (60%) obtained good criteria, 12 students (40%) had sufficient criteria and no good curve criteria (0%). Conclusion: Health promotion using dental story sticker media influences knowledge of preventing dental caries in class IV students at State Elementary School 2 Mulyasari, Garut Regency.

Examining the influence of problematic internet use on sleep quality in Chinese adolescents: a study using the extended Stressor-Strain-Outcome (SSO) model.

This study aims to explore how problematic internet use may affect the sleep quality of Chinese adolescents using the extended Stressor-Strain-Outcome (SSO) model. The model posits that stressors indirectly influence behavioral outcomes through the mediation of emotional and physiological strain responses. A sample of 4,365 adolescents in China participated in this study, which utilized questionnaires and other methods to develop a novel SSO model. In this model, problematic internet use was considered as the stressor, anxiety as an indicator of tension, and sleep quality as the ultimate outcome. Family health was introduced as a moderating variable. The study found that problematic internet use can significantly and positively predict adolescents' anxiety (β = 0.132, p < 0.001) and sleep quality (β = 0.362, p < 0.001). Furthermore, anxiety was identified as a significant mediating factor between problematic internet use and sleep quality [Effect = 0.066, p < 0.05, 95% CI (0.014, -0.0018)]. Family health was observed to have a moderating effect on the relationship between problematic internet use and anxiety (β = -0.075, p < 0.001). The research indicates that problematic internet use not only directly increases individual anxiety as a stressor but also indirectly impacts sleep quality by exacerbating anxiety. However, a positive family health status can effectively moderate the adverse impact of problematic internet use on anxiety.

Acceptance level of advance care planning and its associated factors among the public: A nationwide survey

BackgroundAdvance care planning (ACP) can contribute to individuals making decisions about their healthcare preferences in advance of serious illness. Up to now, the acceptance level and associated factors of ACP among the public in China remain unclear. This study aims to investigate the acceptance level of ACP in China and identify factors associated with it based on the socioecological model.MethodsA total of 19,738 participants were included in this survey. We employed a random forest regression analysis to select factors derived from the socioecological model. Multivariate generalized linear model analysis was then conducted to explore the factors that were associated with the acceptance level of ACP.ResultsOn a scale ranging from 0 to 100, the median score for acceptance level of ACP was 64.00 (IQR: 48.00–83.00) points. The results of the multivariate generalized linear model analysis revealed that participants who scored higher on measures of openness and neuroticism personality traits, as well as those who had greater perceptions of social support, higher levels of health literacy, better neighborly relationships, family health, and family social status, were more likely to accept ACP. Conversely, participants who reported higher levels of subjective well-being and greater family communication levels demonstrated a lower likelihood of accepting ACP.ConclusionsThis study identified multiple factors associated with the acceptance level of ACP. The findings offer valuable insights that can inform the design and implementation of targeted interventions aimed at facilitating a good death and may have significant implications for the formulation of end-of-life care policies and practices in other countries facing similar challenges.

Factors Associated With Quality-of-Dying-and-Death Classes Among Critically Ill Patients

Improving end-of-life care in the intensive care unit (ICU) is a priority, but clinically modifiable factors of quality of dying and death (QODD) are seldom identified. To comprehensively identify factors associated with QODD classes of dying ICU patients, emphasizing clinically modifiable factors based on the integrative framework of factors associated with for bereavement outcomes. This observational cohort study was conducted at medical ICUs of 2 Taiwanese medical centers from January 2018 to March 2020 with follow-up through December 2022. Eligible participants included primary family surrogates responsible for decision making for critically ill ICU patients at high risk of death (Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation II score >20) but who survived more than 3 days after ICU admission. Data analysis was conducted from July to September 2023. QODD was measured by the 23-item ICU-QODD questionnaire. Factors associated with patient membership in 4 previously determined QODD classes (high, moderate, poor to uncertain, and worst) were examined using a 3-step approach for latent class modeling with the high QODD class as the reference category. A total of 309 family surrogates (mean [SD] age, 49.83 [12.55] years; 184 women [59.5%] and 125 men [40.5%]) were included in the study. Of all surrogates, 91 (29.4%) were the patients' spouse and 66 (53.7%) were the patients' adult child. Patient demographics were not associated with QODD class. Two family demographics (age and gender), relationship with the patient (spousal or adult-child), and length of ICU stay were associated with QODD classes. Patients of surrogates perceiving greater social support were less likely to be in the poor to uncertain (adjusted odds ratio [aOR], 0.89; 95% CI, 0.83-0.94) and worst (aOR, 0.92; 95% CI, 0.87-0.96) QODD classes. Family meetings were associated with the poor to uncertain QODD class (aOR, 8.61; 95% CI, 2.49-29.74) and worst QODD class (aOR, 7.28; 95% CI, 1.37-38.71). Death with cardiopulmonary resuscitation was associated with the worst QODD class (aOR, 7.51; 95% CI, 1.12-50.25). Family presence at patient death was uniformly negatively associated with the moderate QODD class (aOR, 0.16; 95% CI, 0.05-0.54), poor to uncertain QODD class (aOR, 0.21; 95% CI, 0.05-0.82), and worst QODD class (aOR, 0.08; 95% CI, 0.02-0.38). Higher family satisfaction with ICU care was negatively associated with the poor to uncertain QODD class (aOR, 0.93; 95% CI, 0.87-0.98) and worst QODD class (aOR, 0.86; 95% CI, 0.81-0.92). In this cohort study of critically ill patients and their family surrogates, modifiable end-of-life ICU-care characteristics played a more significant role in associations with patient QODD class than did immutable family demographics, preexisting family health conditions, patient demographics, and patient clinical characteristics, thereby illuminating actionable opportunities to improve end-of-life ICU care.

The Role of Adverse Childhood Experience in the Relationship Between Autism Severity and Early Intervention and Special Education Plan.

The purpose of this study is to examine the association between autism spectrum disorder (ASD) severity and having a special education or early intervention plan and the impact of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) on this association. This study used the 2020-2021 National Survey of Children's Health (NSCH) and included 2,537 children aged 3-17 years old who currently have ASD. Multivariable logistic regression, controlling for demographic and family characteristics and health status, was used to explore the association between autism severity and having an early intervention plan. The analysis was stratified by the number of ACEs to explore their role in the association. Children with moderate or severe ASD were more likely to have a special education or early intervention plan than those with mild ASD in the crude and adjusted models. This association continued to be true for children who experienced 1 ACE (aOR: 2.28, 95%CI: 1.09-4.77) but not true for those who experienced no ACEs (aOR: 1.16, 95%CI: 0.70-1.94) and 2 or more ACEs (aOR: 1.84, 95%CI: 0.92-3.69). Results demonstrate that children with moderate or severe autism were more likely to receive early intervention or special education. This association changed depending on the number of ACEs experiences.

Status of self-medication and the relevant factors regarding drug efficacy and safety as important considerations among adolescents aged 12–18 in China: a cross-sectional study

The objective of this study was to investigate self-medication behavior among Chinese adolescents aged 12–18 years and explore the factors associated with whether adolescents prioritize drug efficacy or safety when engaging in self-medication behavior. In 2021, a questionnaire investigation was conducted in the Chinese mainland using a multi-stage sampling approach. After a statistical description, logistic regression was used to analyze the factors associated with considering drug efficacy and safety. The self-medication rate among Chinese adolescents aged 12–18 years was 96.61%. Of these, 65.84% considered drug safety to be essential, while 58.72% prioritized drug efficacy. Regression analysis showed that individuals with better healthcare were more likely to consider drug efficacy an important factor. Additionally, those with a healthier family lifestyle were more likely to prioritize efficacy. When individuals engage in self-medication, those residing in urban areas and possessing advanced preventive health literacy and ample family health resources tend to prioritize drug safety to a greater extent. Conversely, those with higher monthly household incomes and only children exhibit a decreased inclination towards prioritizing safety during self-medication. Self-medication is a frequently observed practice among Chinese adolescents aged 12–18. Several factors, such as demographic and sociological characteristics, health literacy, and family health status, have been found to be associated with the extent to which adolescents prioritize medication safety and efficacy when engaging in self-medication practices. Higher levels of health literacy and better family health status were positively correlated with considering both the efficacy and safety of drugs as important factors when self-medicating.

Family health assessment in Ifugao, Philippines: a baseline study for Health In-tervention Program

A study was conducted to assess the health status of families in selected communities in Ifugao, Philippines. Interviews were done using a guide questionnaire adopted from the Family Health Management Manual for Nursing Students by Lydia Capistrano-Viet. The findings showed that the majority of households are nuclear, consisting of 5–10 people, and have an average monthly family income of 5,000–10,000 Philippine peso. The majority of the families possessed their own lots and homes made of wood and concrete, with enough space for the entire family. The majority of them disposed of their trash by burning it or giving it to animals. Nearly majority of them feature closed drainage systems and flush toilets. The majority reported that their homes lacked bug and rodent breeding grounds and shared a water supply. Additionally, they felt that their families' health was good as they had only experienced colds and the common cold over the previous six months. As shown by the fact that all of the respondents visit doctors and the health center for their medical requirements, 80% of them have complete immunization records. More or less seventy percent of people said they also follow healthy habits. The findings also demonstrate the availability of transportation, communication, and health resources in the neighborhood. A health intervention program aimed at enhancing the health and well-being of family clients in the community will be developed based on the study's findings.

The effect of family health on suboptimal health status: The parallel mediation role of sleep quality and health behaviour.

The prevalence of suboptimal health status has been increasing worldwide, posing a significant challenge to public health. Meanwhile, family health has been recognised as an important factor influencing individual health outcomes. However, the mechanisms through which family health affects suboptimal health status remain unclear. We aimed to investigate the parallel mediation role of sleep quality and health behaviour in the relationship between family health and suboptimal health status. We conducted a cross-sectional online survey with a sample of adults >18 years old from four provinces in China. The survey questionnaires queried their demographic characteristics, family health, suboptimal health status, sleep quality, and health behaviour. We assessed family health by the Family Health Scale-Short Form and suboptimal health status using the Suboptimal Health Status Questionnaire. We employed structural equation modelling to analyse the data and test the proposed mediation model. we collected 4918 valid questionnaires. The mean age of the participants was 30.1 years (standard deviation = 12.5). The correlation analysis demonstrated a significant negative association between family health and suboptimal health status (r = -0.44; P < 0.001). The results of the parallel mediation analysis showed that family health had a significant indirect effect on suboptimal health status through both sleep quality (β = -0.350; P < 0.001) and health behaviour (β = -0.137; P < 0.001). The total indirect effect of family health on suboptimal health status through both sleep quality and health behaviour was also significant (β = -0.569, P < 0.001). This study highlights the significance of family health as a predictor of suboptimal health status and suggests that sleep quality and health behaviour are parallel mediators in this relationship. By understanding the role of family health, sleep quality, and health behaviour, interventions can be targeted to improve overall health outcomes.

Factors That Influence the High Number of Elderly People Working in the Informal Sector.

As individuals age, they are expected to experience a natural progression that usually involves a slight and permanent decrease in bodily functions and physical abilities. Despite this, many older people remain active in the workforce. This study seeks to explore the correlation between the health conditions, disabilities, social factors, and demographic circumstances of elderly individuals engaged in both formal and informal employment sectors. This study utilizes an observational analytical method with a cross-sectional structure. The participants in the research involved all individuals aged 60 years and above who met the outlined criteria, totaling 15,034,946 respondents. The data analysis was conducted using multivariate logistic regression in Model II. Overall, most older adults are working in informal jobs. Moreover, most respondents are 60-69 years old, married, have a primary school certificate, own health insurance and a house, and live with family. In addition, the multivariate analysis shows the relationship between each variable and the informal sector working elderly. It is known that older women have a 1.45 times higher limited educational background, not having savings is 1.21 times, rural areas living 1.93 times, not being the head of the family is linked 1.34 times, poor health conditions are 1.01 times, and having a disability has a 1.20 times higher likelihood of informal-sector employment. Several variables are assigned as the determinants that increase the number of elderly working in informal sectors, including gender, education level, savings ownership, living areas, head of the family role, health status, and disability.

A Review of Research on Factors Influencing Chinese Consumers' Healthy Food Purchases

The public's health awareness has increased substantially with the progress of society, food safety incidents are frequent, and the Chinese government has introduced a number of health-related policies, so it is necessary to study the influencing factors on consumers' purchasing of healthy food. This paper investigates the influencing factors on consumers’ purchase of healthy food through literature analysis and finds that consumers’ perception of healthy food significantly influences their purchase of healthy food through different dimensions. Perceptions are correlated with education, however, when consumers perceive that the health food market in China is not sufficiently safe and secure the higher their level of concern the lower their purchase rate. Purchasing habits and preferences, income level, type of occupation, and personal and family health conditions all have an impact on the purchase of healthy foods. Among product factors high prices are a major barrier to healthy food purchases. Government regulation of the food industry and consumer protection all have a strong effect on consumer purchases of healthy food. Characteristics such as the environment, convenience, trustworthiness and price level of the place of consumption also have an impact on the purchase of health food.

Psychosocial Clusters and Their Associations with Depression, Anxiety and Stress Among Older Adults in Shanghai Communities: Results from a Longitudinal Study.

Psychosocial factors have been found to profoundly impact mental health of older adults, but the main focus in the current literature has been on one particular aspect of these factors. This study aimed to identify latent classes of older adults based on four psychosocial factors (loneliness, social isolation, perceived social support, and social capital) and the transition of classes over 6 months. We also sought to assess the predictive role of changes in these classes in relation to depression, anxiety, and stress at 18-month follow-up. We analyzed longitudinal data from 581 community-dwelling older adults in Shanghai, China. The data were collected at baseline (T0), 6-month follow-up (T1) and 18-month follow-up (T2) between March 2021 and April 2023. Using latent class analysis, we identified three underlying classes (Social Connectors, Subjective Social Isolates, and Social Isolates) of the sample. We also established five transition categories from T0 to T1 (Social Connectors T0-T1, Subjective Social Isolates T0-T1, Social Isolates T0-T1, Good Transition, and Bad Transition) using latent transition analysis. Logistic regression was employed to examine the temporal relationships between these transition categories and subsequent symptoms of depression, anxiety and stress, adjusting for age, sex, education, marital status, family income level, sleep quality, health status and outcome variables at T0. Multivariable associations revealed that compared to older adults with persistent good social environment (Social Connectors T0-T1), those with persistent high levels of loneliness and social isolation and low levels of perceived social support and social capital (Social Isolates T0-T1), and those who shifted towards a poorer social environment (Bad Transition) were more likely to experience depression, anxiety and stress at T2. Sustained subjective social isolation (Subjective Social Isolates T0-T1) was associated with more severe depressive symptoms at T2. Our study indicated that adverse psychosocial environment worsened mental health in older adults. These findings highlight the importance of early identification of older individuals at long-term psychosocial risk and development of tailored interventions to improve their social environment and mental health.

The Contribution of Mental Health Cadres to Improving Client and Family Psychosocial Health

Mental disorders are the conditions of poor functioning of physiological and mental processes that impact changes in thoughts, feelings, and behaviour that interfere with the function of daily life. The method of service was carried out by counselling families and patients with physical illnesses, then continued with mental health gymnastics. Based on the results of this service knowledge before and after education were obtained, there was an increase in knowledge after being given health education, in which the pretest given to 32 elderly people showed that 12 elderly people got a score of 100. In comparison, the post-test results showed that 18 elderly people scored 100. The conclusion of implementing this community service is the importance of mental health cadres' role in mobilising healthy families and the risk of psychosocial problems and mental disorders to attend counselling so that the family's health status has improved. Cadres also play a role in monitoring clients with psychosocial problems and mental disorders.

Farm Family Support in Increasing Health Awareness

Health problems such as under-five nutrition, exclusive breastfeeding, breast examination, and adherence to taking TB medication in children have become a global concern to increase awareness of the health of farming family members. Low health among farming families is often caused by low family support. This can lead to an increased risk of severe health conditions and diseases and affect the overall quality of life and well-being of farming family members. Therefore, family support is needed to improve family health status. This study aims to analyze support farming families for health awareness. The method used in this study was a literature review article from article search engines such as PubMed, Google Scholar, and Science Direct, which was analyzed using the PRISMA technique by including articles published in the last five years. The study results show that the support of the farming family is very influential on health awareness. Family support is very influential on health awareness. Family support can increase family awareness to improve nutrition, comply with treatment, realize the importance of exclusive breastfeeding for babies, and be able to do regular health checks. Action and education are needed to improve social functions and family communication, increase family support, and encourage better family health awareness.

Parental anxiety and depression are associated with adverse mental health in children with special needs during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has led to restrictions in various areas of life, including social life, work, leisure, health, and education. Vulnerable groups, such as children with special needs and their parents, may be at increased risk of experiencing exacerbated mental health problems during stressful periods such as the COVID-19 lockdowns. Telephone interviews were conducted with 954 parents of children with special needs. We assessed parental levels of generalized anxiety and depression using the validated GAD-7 and PHQ-8 scales. Parents were asked to rate family burden and their worry about the COVID-19 crisis, as well as their children's adverse mental health symptoms and health behaviors. Parents also reported their children's worries about the COVID-19 crisis. We conducted regressions to examine the relationship between parents' mental health problems and their children's adverse mental health symptoms and health behaviors. Qualitative data from open-ended questions were coded thematically and major themes of parental worry about the COVID-19 crisis were identified. Parental anxiety and depression symptoms predicted adverse mental health symptoms and behaviors in children with special needs. Criteria for current depression were met by 7.9% of parents of children with special needs, whereas 4.7% of the general population in Vorarlberg met the criteria for current depression according to data from the Austrian Health Interview Survey in 2019. Parental self-ratings of both depression and anxiety were highly correlated. The majority of parents reported being burdened (79.1%) or worried (67.8%) about the COVID-19 crisis. The main themes of parental worry about the COVID-19 crisis included COVID-19 infection (40.6%), economic situation (13.1%), uncertainty (8.4%), lack of social contact with family and friends (8.1%), family health status (7.5%), and school life (7.5%). Mental health symptoms in parents of children with special needs were strongly associated with increased adverse mental health symptoms and health behaviors in their children. Parents of children with special needs were more likely to be depressed during the COVID-19 pandemic than adults in 2019. We call for additional mental health support to reduce the mental health burden in families with children with special needs.

Comparative Analysis of Influencing Factors of Health Service Utilization Among Urban and Rural Residents in Tibet

To examine the differences and commonalities of factors influencing the utilization of health services among urban and rural residents in Tibet and to identify vulnerable populations in the utilization of health services, thereby providing references for the formulation of local health policies and the allocation of health resources. Using the Tibetan area data from the Sixth National Health Service Survey, we conducted statistical analysis of the health service utilization status of 8 297 residents of agro-pastoral areas and 2 179 residents of urban areas with χ 2 test and logistic regression model. The two-week outpatient visit rates of residents in agro-pastoral areas and that of the urban residents were 65.3% and 57.1%, respectively, and the one-year hospitalization rates were 8.3% and 8.9%, respectively. The influencing factors of two-week outpatient visits for rural and pastoral residents included urban and rural health insurance coverage, Three Guarantees in One coverage, distance to medical facilities, chronic disease status, physical examination, family doctor contract status, employment status, and health status self-assessment. The health institutions concerned should dedicate more attention to the vulnerable populations who have difficulty accessing health services, focus on the commonly shared influencing factors of health service utilization among urban and rural residents, take into account the differences, rationally allocate health resources, and improve the effective utilization rate of health services among residents in Tibet.
