Nanozyme-Enhanced Electrochemical Biosensors: Mechanisms and Applications.

Nanozymes, as innovative materials, have demonstrated remarkable potential in the field of electrochemical biosensors. This article provides an overview of the mechanisms and extensive practical applications of nanozymes in electrochemical biosensors. First, the definition and characteristics of nanozymes are introduced, emphasizing their significant role in constructing efficient sensors. Subsequently, several common categories of nanozyme materials are delved into, including metal-based, carbon-based, metal-organic framework, and layered double hydroxide nanostructures, discussing their applications in electrochemical biosensors. Regarding their mechanisms, two key roles of nanozymes are particularly focused in electrochemical biosensors: selective enhancement and signal amplification, which crucially support the enhancement of sensor performance. In terms of practical applications, the widespread use of nanozyme-based electrochemical biosensors are showcased in various domains. From detecting biomolecules, pollutants, nucleic acids, proteins, to cells, providing robust means for high-sensitivity detection. Furthermore, insights into the future development of nanozyme-based electrochemical biosensors is provided, encompassing improvements and optimizations of nanozyme materials, innovative sensor design and integration, and the expansion of application fields through interdisciplinary collaboration. In conclusion, this article systematically presents the mechanisms and applications of nanozymes in electrochemical biosensors, offering valuable references and prospects for research and development in this field.

Dynamic Optimization of Government Data Transmission Based on Blockchain Technology

With the development of terminal technology and the expansion of application fields, the Internet of Things’ application value and service requirements continue to increase. Efficient data transmission is a reliable guarantee for the development and application of the Internet of Things. Blockchain technology provides a solution for storing and delivering distributed data. On this basis, taking the Industrial Internet of Things as the research object, a blockchain-based data transmission optimization method was established. First, an undirected complete graph model is used to describe the network scene. A matrix grid model is used to replace the randomly distributed set of data nodes. Then, a double optimization method is proposed. We designed the mathematical description and modeling method of the lattice matching decision problem and designed the artificial neural network to find the optimal solution to the problem. Finally, an example is used to verify the government data transmission method’s technical performance and packet loss rate. It has achieved at least 20% and 30% improvements in optimizing the network life of static aggregation nodes and data transmission, respectively. While improving the robustness of the network, it also shows a stable advantage in terms of network energy efficiency indicators.

RESEARCH ON QUALITY FRAMEWORK OF REAL SCENE 3D MODEL BASED ON OBLIQUE PHOTOGRAMMETRY

Abstract. With the development of real 3D model production technology and the expansion of application field, people pay more and more attention to the quality of real 3D model. However, how to measure the quality of today's real 3D model have been bothering its producers and users. In this paper, we analysed the quality model of real scene 3D model based on oblique photography from the perspective of the third party. Our analysis is guided by the application requirements of real scene 3D model, combined with the existing production technology level. This quality framework of real 3D model includes nine quality elements. Using this quality framework, we made a quality evaluation test in Yingjing County, Sichuan Provence. The test results show that the quality framework can fully reflect the quality of the real scene 3D model. The quality framework of real scene 3D model established in this paper solves the problem that it is difficult to evaluate the quality of real scene 3D model. The quality framework provides a basis for comprehensive and objective evaluation of real scene 3D model quality.

Towards assisted rationality switching in negotiations

Abstract The text attempts to provide a comprehensive outlook on negotiation processes and support procedures, by deriving a mathematical description based on psychological and managerial context. The authors merge psychological and formal descriptions of the principles underlying the perception of rationality in negotiation problems. The framework allows for explaining the violation of perceived rationality as a result of the deprivation of human needs. The argument, supported by pilot experiments, allows for recommending a procedural approach to negotiation, focused on monitoring perceptions of rationality of proposal submission. The paper is concluded with an attempt to foresight further developments of theoretical investigations and expansion of application fields.

Surface Modification of Cathode Via Precursor Coating for All-Solid-State Batteries

Li-ion batteries (LIBs) have been used widely for mobile device, electrical vehicle (EV), and energy storage system (ESS). As the expansion of application fields, unstable safety of LIBs attributed to the flammable organic liquid electrolyte has been considered as a serious issue. All solid state batteries (ASSBs) based on nonflammable inorganic solid electrolyte could be a good solution for this issue. Until now, a lot of inorganic ionic conductors has been studied for using as solid electrolytes of ASSBs. Sulfides are promising candidates for solid electrolyte for ASSBs due to their comparable ionic conductivity to liquid electrolyte. Moreover, they can be easily assembled with electrodes due to their ductility. However, ASSBs based on sulfide electrolyte has several problems such as poor rate capability and unstable cyclic performance, which are mainly attributed to the side reaction between oxide cathodes and reactive sulfide electrolyte. Surface modification of cathode using stable materials against sulfides has been known as an effective approach for overcoming this problem. In this study, the cathode material was modified using several oxides. Specially, the coating process was started from the precursors instead of as-prepared cathodes to obtain more homogeneous coating layer. The surface modified cathodes are expected to show improved cyclic performance and rate capability due to the effect of surface modification.

Corrosion behavior of Sn-based lead-free solder alloys: a review

Sn-based lead-free solder alloys have been investigated widely to replace the traditional Sn–Pb solder alloys. Since the miniaturization of electronic products and the expansion of application field, the corrosion resistance of solder alloys play a key factor in the reliability of electronic products in long-term service. In this article, we review the recent progress on the corrosion behavior of Sn-based lead-free solder alloys by summarizing the results in representative ones of Sn–Bi, Sn–Cu, Sn–Zn, Sn–Ag, Sn–Ag–Cu and other multi-elements lead-free solder alloys. Specifically, the relationship between microstructure morphology and corrosion behavior, the corrosion mechanism of Sn-based lead-free solder alloys after incorporation of alloy elements or particles are summarized. It is hoped that this overview will provide some useful information in clarifying the corrosion mechanism and development of lead-free solder alloys. Furthermore, remaining difficulties and future trends in this research field are proposed.

Two Optimized General Methods for Inverse Kinematics of 6R Robots Based on Machine Learning

For the 6R robot, there is no analytical solution for some configurations, so it is necessary to analyse inverse kinematics (IK) by the general solution method, which cannot achieve high precision and high speed as the analytical solution. With the expansion of application fields and the complexity of application scenarios, some robots with special configuration have become the research hotspot, and more high-speed and high-precision general algorithms are still being explored and studied. The present paper optimized two general solutions. Elimination is a numerical solution, which has high accuracy, but the solution process is complex and time-consuming. The present paper optimized the elimination method, derived the final matrix expression directly through complex coefficient extraction and simplifying operation, and realized one-step solution. The solving speed was reduced to 15% of the original, and the integrity of the method was supplemented. This paper proposed a new optimization method for the Gaussian damped least-squares method, in which the variable step-size coefficient is introduced and the machine learning method is used for the research. It was proved that, on the basis of guaranteeing the stability of motion, the average number of iterations can be effectively reduced and was only 4-5 times, effectively improving the solving speed.

Background Subtraction Based on Pulse Coupled Neural Network

Dynamic environments often bring great challenges to moving object detection. Solving this problem will promote expansion of application fields of moving object detection. Unlike those background subtraction methods using local feature-based background models, inspired by integrity of human visual perception, we present a background subtraction method for moving object detection in dynamic environments, building its background models based on global features extracted by pulse coupled neural network. We employ the pulse coupled neural network to take good advantage of their global coupling characters, in order to imitate the human biological visual activity. After sensing images via the pulse coupled neural network, we extract global information of the scenes and then build background models robust to background disturbances based on the global features. Experimental results prove that, our method behaves well in terms of visual and quantitative evaluations for dynamic environments.

Grey Discrete Time Systems for Biological Population Dynamic Analysis

This paper forecasts the development trend of wildlife population based on grey dynamic discrete systems, and discusses the estimation method of spectral radius for the 3-order grey transfer state matrices. Taking the population variation of the spotted owls for example, it analyzes the causes for increase or decrease in population and calculates the threshold between these two states, which will contribute to protecting species diversity. The paper is the expansion of application field of the grey system, and the method is simple and easy to be realized.
