Construction and Practical Research on the Evaluation System of Vocational Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition

In the education and teaching of vocational colleges, innovation and entrepreneurship competitions are of utmost importance. They can reflect students’ innovation and entrepreneurship abilities and the evaluation results can also help to continuously improve and perfect innovation and entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges. Therefore, it is necessary to vigorously build a comprehensive evaluation system for innovation and entrepreneurship competitions in order to improve the level and effectiveness of vocational talent cultivation. Therefore, in the paper, an in-depth exploration was conducted on the construction and practice of the evaluation system for innovation and entrepreneurship competitions in vocational colleges and corresponding improvement suggestions were proposed to strengthen the effectiveness of the evaluation system construction for innovation and entrepreneurship competitions in vocational colleges.

Research on the construction and application of a smart library services maturity evaluation system based on CMM

Purpose Smart libraries are the result of the application of smart technologies in the era of digital intelligence. The establishment and improvement of its service evaluation system serve as indicators for evaluating the growth of smart libraries. Design/methodology/approach This study introduces and improves the capability maturity model (CMM), creatively constructs a service maturity model specifically designed for smart libraries and combines the Delphi method with the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to establish a service maturity evaluation system for smart libraries while calculating indicator weights. Finally, two representative smart libraries are selected as case studies, and an empirical application is conducted using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Findings The empirical study shows that the developed smart libraries service maturity evaluation system holds significant theoretical and practical value in evaluating smart libraries. Originality/value Enhances the CMM and creatively constructs a service maturity model for smart libraries. Combines the Delphi method with AHP to establish a service maturity evaluation system while calculating indicator weights. Uses a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate two representative smart libraries. Demonstrates that the smart library services maturity evaluation system holds significant theoretical and practical value.

Research on the Construction and Implementation Path of Curriculum Quality Evaluation System Under Blended Learning

Under the background of “Internet +” era, blended learning, as a new teaching method, has become one of the main ways of teaching at all levels of education. The current offline curriculum quality evaluation system based on summative evaluation is no longer applicable. Guided by the relevant requirements of the Ministry of Education, combined with the school-running orientation and characteristics of independent colleges, this paper constructs a combinative evaluation system of internal evaluation + external evaluation, formative evaluation + summative evaluation for course. It exams the effectiveness through 2-terms teaching experiments. This course quality evaluation system is an optimization and upgrade of the traditional offline course quality evaluation system. It aims to provide theoretical and practical reference for the construction of the course quality evaluation system under the new situation.

Immersive e-learning application in intelligent teaching of English composition based on neural network algorithm

Technical solutions for evaluating traditional English teaching composition and other problems, such as excessive subjectivity, waste of time, slow feedback, short scoring time, heavy tasks and so on. This paper first analyzes the theoretical basis of neural network algorithm, and completes the preprocessing of the composition text submitted by students from three aspects: text segmentation, text representation and text fragment retrieval. Then, an intelligent evaluation system of English composition is established, and the scoring standard of English composition is determined. On this basis, the design of English scoring module is improved, and an anti cheating module for common plagiarism problems in English composition is added. Finally, the English composition intelligent evaluation system is tested. It can effectively complete the target task, evaluate and correct the composition, and has a higher recognition success rate and accuracy rate. By studying the algorithm and applying it to the construction of English composition intelligent evaluation system, this paper successfully designs a kind of English composition intelligent evaluation system, which promotes the development of teaching work.

Construction of a Multimedia Instructional Effect Assessment System of College Foreign Language Translation Based on Artificial Intelligence

The teaching evaluation module is an important guarantee of teaching effectiveness, and as an important part of the multimedia teaching system, it needs special attention. This paper combines artificial intelligence and multimedia teaching effect evaluation, proposes a foreign language translation multimedia teaching effect evaluation model based on improved support vector machine (SVM) algorithm, and provides theoretical support for the construction of foreign language translation multimedia teaching effect evaluation system. The results show that the accuracy of this assessment algorithm is improved by 22.18% compared with the traditional assessment algorithm. Therefore, it is theoretically feasible to use the improved SVM to analyse the application effect of multimedia teaching mode in foreign language translation teaching. It can be found that the automatic acquisition of model data, the cumulative search of spatial knowledge and the adaptive control of the search phase of the optimised SVM algorithm have also been significantly improved, and conclusions drawn are more reliable.

Screening of Germplasm and Construction of Evaluation System for Autotoxicity Tolerance during Seed Germination in Cucumber

Due to the widespread use of intensive cropping patterns, the problem of continuous cropping obstacle, which is dominated by autotoxicity, has been becoming more and more prominent. Although many methods have been proposed to overcome the continuous cropping obstacle of cucumber, no study has reported the screening and evaluation of cucumber germplasm resistant to autotoxicity. In this study, 28 physiological indices related to the cucumber bud stage under cinnamic acid (CA) treatment were determined. In total, 45 cucumber cultivars were classified into three groups using principal component analysis and cluster analysis, and a model for evaluating cucumber resistance to autotoxicity was developed. The evaluation model was validated using autotoxicity-tolerant and non-autotoxicity-tolerant cultivars. The results showed that the growth of non-autotoxicity-tolerant cultivars was significantly inhibited compared to autotoxicity-tolerant cultivars. This indicated that the evaluation model of cucumber autotoxicity tolerance is reliable. The results of this study provide a valuable reference for the application of cucumber autotoxicity-tolerant germplasm resources and the development of autotoxicity-tolerant genes.

Construction of urban low-carbon development and sustainable evaluation system based on the internet of things

Low-carbon (LC) cities are the cities that people long for today. LC environmental protection plays a very important role in people's health. The construction of a city in LC is a great cause that contributes to the present and benefits the future. In this study, we propose a development and sustainability evaluation system for building low-carbon cities based on the Internet of Things (IoT). The study is novel in that it considers key areas such as urban planning, environmental issues and solutions, and how the Internet of Things can optimize low-carbon logistics and smart grids, with the aim of promoting the formation of low-carbon city models. This comprehensive approach not only presents problems and solutions in low-carbon urban planning but also focuses on how the Internet of Things can be used as a key technology to promote low-carbon urban development. The urban development of LC was constructed with a sustainable evaluation system, so that people could experience the life of LC. Through the investigation of the degree of atmospheric pollution of LC cities using the Internet of Things, this article found that the highest degree of atmospheric pollution was 30. The highest degree of atmospheric pollution in cities in LC without IoT was 53. The severity of water pollution in cities in LC using IoT technology ranged from 10 to 25, while those without IoT ranged from 30 to 60. The degree of soil pollution in LC cities using IoT technology was concentrated in 10–30, while those without using IoT were concentrated in 30–50. Through these experimental data, it could be seen that IoT technology could reduce environmental pollution, thus achieving the effect of LC cities. This shows that the use of IoT technology in LC cities was highly feasible.

Course Design and Evaluation System Construction Under the STEM Education Mode

With the rapid development of information technology, Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education, as a crucial model for nurturing innovative talents, is gaining increasing attention. However, challenges such as insufficient resources and a lack of diversity in teaching methods exist in its implementation. Against this backdrop, this article conducts an in-depth analysis of course design and evaluation system construction under the STEM education model. The aim is to explore effective teaching strategies and diversified evaluation methods, with the ultimate goal of enhancing the quality of education and cultivating students’ comprehensive problem-solving skills.

Health assessment of the current situation of rivers and discussion on ecological restoration strategies: A case study of the Gansu province section of the Bailong river

The health of watershed ecology is mutually constrained by the sustainable development of the regional economy and society, and health assessment helps to identify the ecological status quo. As one of the “ethnic corridors”, the Bailong River has become a region of human solid interference. Therefore, this study constructed an indicator evaluation system to reflect rivers' natural attributes and functionality by analyzing candidate indicators' sensitivity, principal components, and independence. The weight of the indicators was determined using the Analytic Hierarchy Process combined with expert opinions. The ecological status of the Bailong River was evaluated through field monitoring data, and ecological restoration suggestions were proposed. The results show that Bailong River's comprehensive score is 58.27, indicating sub-health. The constructed evaluation system includes thirteen indicators, of which 53.84% are in an ideal state, 15.39% are healthy, 7.69% are sub-health, 15.39% are unhealthy, and 7.69% are pathological, with weak spatial heterogeneity. The evaluation results of the guidelines show that the state of “cleanliness” and “service” is ideal, “circulation” and “life” are healthy, and “physical structure” is worrying. Based on this, the ecological restoration and protection of the Bailong River in the future should focus on the following aspects: improving methods and theories, restoring the habitat environment of the river, ensuring water quantity, improving water quality, and conserving fish species. This study can provide necessary theoretical support for the ecological restoration of severely disturbed water-deficient rivers and lakes in northern China.

Study on the Construction of Evaluation System of Cultivated Land Intensive Use in Different Spatial Scales

The sustainable intensive use of cultivated land(SIUCL) is a strategic demand to change theway of agricultural development and promote the construction of ecological civilization. The comparative analysis of different scales and the scale transformation, extension and integration has an important influence on the sustainable and intensive use of cultivated land. This paper summarizes the construction principles of the evaluation system, and combs the evaluation of cultivated land intensive use at different spatial scales. The results show that (1) The studies on the intensive use of cultivated land at the macro-scale are the most which mainly include provinces, urban agglomerations, watersheds, economic zones, etc.. The evaluation system of intensive use of cultivated land at the macro-scale has gradually expanded from the evaluation of input intensity and output benefit to the evaluation of input intensity, output benefit, utilization degree and sustainability status. (2) The studies on the intensive use of cultivated land at the median-scale are mainly include small and medium-sized cities, counties, etc.. The evaluation indexes of intensive use of cultivated land at the median-scale includes input intensity, output effect, utilization level and sustainable utilization status, which is consistent with macro-scale studies. But all the indicators are more comprehensive. (3) The studies on the intensive use of cultivated land at the micro-scale are mainly include towns, villages, farmers, plots, etc.. Among them, in the evaluation system of cultivated land intensive use at the farmer scale, the selection of indicators is very different from that of macro-scale and median-scale studies. Most of the data come from farmer interviews, questionnaires, etc.

The agricultural carbon reduction effect of digital rural construction under the dual carbon target.

The exploration of the agricultural carbon emission reduction effect of digital rural construction offers a promising path towards achieving dual carbon goals. This study establishes an evaluation system for digital rural construction and analyzes its impact on agricultural carbon emissions using various creative techniques including panel fixed effects, mediation effects, threshold effects, and spatial Durbin models based on provincial panel data from 2011 to 2021.It is found that: (1) The impact of digital rural construction on agricultural carbon emissions exhibits a "inverted U-shaped" pattern, with a nonlinear effect on emissions through promoting agricultural green total factor productivity and adjusting agricultural structure.(2) Digital rural construction has both promoting and inhibiting effects on agricultural carbon emissions, both locally and in adjacent areas. It also demonstrates a threshold effect, with rural human capital as the sole threshold. Once the threshold value 8.830 is surpassed, the agricultural carbon emission reduction effect becomes prominent.(3)Digital rural construction has a dual effect on local agricultural carbon emissions in terms of both promoting and then restraining the emissions, which has a spatial spill-over effect in the neighboring areas. This study contributes to our understanding of carbon reduction pathways by highlighting the comprehensive utilization of digital rural construction and expanding research on the dynamic context of its impact on carbon emissions.

Research on the Restrictive Factors and Strategies for Improving the Teaching Ability of University Teachers under the Background of Education Digitization

Education digitization deeply integrates modern information technology with education, innovates the traditional teaching mode of universities, and makes higher education glow with new vitality. At present, the digital transformation of higher education has become a research focus of higher education reform. Therefore, the digital teaching ability of university teachers has become an indispensable force. It is not only conducive to the construction of college teachers but also conducive to the improvement of university teaching quality, which is a key factor related to the quality of higher talent training in the new era. Therefore, whether university teachers can adapt to the development of digitalization and how to improve their digitalized teaching ability are worthy of attention. Based on this research background, this paper tries to summarize the new requirements of digital transformation of education for teachers' teaching ability by reading relevant literature of the Ministry of Education and taking TPACK theory as guidance. Then, combined with the existing investigation and research results, using case analysis and comparative research, this paper summarizes and analyzes the constraints that affect the development of teachers' abilities from both internal and external aspects of teachers. Finally, based on the analysis of the constraints, suggestions are put forward from the perspectives of teachers' teaching cognition, teaching behavior, school training organization, evaluation system, and digital construction.

Performance Analysis of Internet Enterprises From the Perspective of ESG: A Case Study of NetEase

In recent years, corporate performance evaluation has been mainly focused on financial performance, and there are few studies on the construction of performance evaluation system containing non-financial indicators. Especially since the concept of ESG was put forward by the Financial Action Agency of the United Nations Environment Program in 1992, environmental, social and corporate governance have gradually attracted the attention of social investors. Internet technology has helped the rapid development of domestic economy. Taking NetEase as an example, this paper aims to combine the concept of ESG with the financial performance of enterprises, establish an ESG performance evaluation system of Internet enterprises, and evaluate the system. It is found that the ESG performance evaluation system is more effective than the traditional performance evaluation, and finally summarizes the experience and enlightenment of ESG performance implementation.

The development evaluation system construction and guarantee mechanism of higher vocational students based on achievement certification

Higher vocational education quality evaluation is the baton of higher vocational education development, and its core is student evaluation. This paper points out the realistic dilemma of insufficient student evaluation in higher vocational colleges. Taking the characteristics of higher vocational education as a breakthrough, based on the framework system of the achievement certification system, it designs six first-level indicators and 20 second-level indicators, constructs the evaluation index system of higher vocational students’ development, and puts forward the corresponding operation guarantee mechanism. It will provide references for higher vocational colleges to improve the talent training quality and carry out student evaluation scientifically and systematically.

In the latest "Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Comprehensively Improving the Quality of Higher Education" (Jiao Gao [2012] No. 4), the Ministry of Education points out the need to further improve the quality standards system for talent cultivation and formulate and implement national standards for the teaching quality of undergraduate and higher vocational specialties .The goal of talent cultivation in Chinese higher vocational colleges is to cultivate technical personnel who are capable of meeting the needs of frontline production, construction, management, and service. Therefore, in order to improve the teaching quality of higher vocational colleges, it is necessary to establish a teaching quality evaluation system that is in line with the laws and characteristics of higher vocational education. This paper aims to study the construction and innovation of teaching evaluation system under the background of information age based on the development status and existing problems of practical teaching quality of engineering major in higher vocational colleges, and put forward targeted and original suggestions to provide strategic reference for the further development of curriculum teaching quality in higher vocational colleges.
