Analysis and Research on Comprehensive Evaluation Method of Operation Performance of Hospital Valuable Equipment

To study the effective method of comprehensive evaluation and analysis of hospital valuable medical equipment performance. The operation performance of 6 valuable equipment was evaluated by cost-benefit method, comprehensive index method and public evaluation method. Utilize equipment information management methods for data collection and evaluation, and construct an assessment data model based on evaluation indicators from three aspects: equipment operation status, profitability status, and scientific research contribution. Through the performance analysis of different types of valuable medical equipment, a more real and comprehensive quantitative analysis is carried out, which plays a key role in the reasonable purchase, efficient operation and avoiding idling.

Information System management of workshop equipment as part of the school plays an important role in handling all equipment inventory and smooth activities in the school workshop carried out by students or teachers in carrying out practices, so an effective data storage place is needed. The problem found related to the processing of inventory data for workshop equipment management at SMKN 2 Makassar is a process that is still carried out manually, so it canpotentially be difficult to detect the existence of inventory data due to changes in workshop managers With the existence of a web-based workshop equipment management information system can help teachersin processing, processing and storing equipment inventory data and providing smoothness in all activities in the school workshop.and also easy access for those who need data and information related to the use of equipment in the school workshop. The development of this system uses a 4D model with 4 main stages, namely: (1) Definie, (2) Design, (3) Develop, and (4) Dessiminate. Expert validation tests were conducted by 2 lecturers to determine the validity of the software/program aspect and obtained an average of 4.9 by meeting the valid criteria. The next test is on practical and effective aspects which was carried out involving 20 respondents and obtained an average practical aspect of 96% and an average effective aspect of 95% so that it is categorized as very practical and effective

Design and Discussion on Information Management and Control System of Agricultural Machinery and Equipment

In order to solve the problem of low development efficiency of agricultural mechanization information network system, a design and discussion method of agricultural machinery equipment information management and control system is proposed. This paper introduces the technologies required to realize the agricultural machinery operation management control system: Android development technology required to develop mobile phone positioning software, Internet map API for displaying location data, and construction of agricultural machinery resource allocation model for the realization of the scheduling module. Different objective functions are set, and the model results in different situations are obtained through experimental data. The experimental data are in the case of schedulable agricultural machinery, if the target is short-distance short-distance operation, it can save time by 0.16 h, and the existing M1 model is in Changying. Village work, the work end time is about 2.5 hours; M4 and M2 models work in the Xuzhuang Village, and the work end time is about 0.5 h; M3 model works in the Jiangtang Village, and the calculation results for different goals are as follows: M1 model first dispatches short-distance operations; the M3 type is dispatched first for short-distance operations; the M4 type operating in Xuzhuang Village is given priority to dispatch short-distance and short-distance operations. RFID Adaption in Healthcare Organizations: An Integrative Framework

Radio frequency identification (RFID), also known as electronic label technology, is a non-contact automated identification technology that recognizes the target object and extracts relevant data and critical characteristics using radio frequency signals. Medical equipment information management is an important part of the construction of a modern hospital, as it is linked to the degree of diagnosis and care, as well as the hospital’s benefits and growth. The aim of this study is to create an integrated view of a theoretical framework to identify factors that influence RFID adoption in healthcare, as well as to conduct an empirical review of the impact of organizational, environmental, and individual factors on RFID adoption in the healthcare industry. In contrast to previous research, the current study focuses on individual factors as well as organizational and technological factors in order to better understand the phenomenon of RFID adoption in healthcare, which is characterized as a dynamic and challenging work environment. This research fills a gap in the current literature by describing how user factors can influence RFID adoption in healthcare and how such factors can lead to a deeper understanding of the advantages, uses, and impacts of RFID in healthcare. The proposed study has superior performance and effective results.

Primary health care facility readiness to implement primary eye care in Nigeria: equipment, infrastructure, service delivery and health management information systems

BackgroundOver two-thirds of Africans have no access to eye care services. To increase access, the World Health Organization (WHO) recommends integrating eye care into primary health care, and the WHO Africa region recently developed a package for primary eye care. However, there are limited data on the capacities needed for delivery, to guide policymakers and implementers on the feasibility of integration. The overall purpose of this study was to assess the technical capacity of the health system at primary level to deliver the WHO primary eye care package. Findings with respect to service delivery, equipment and health management information systems (HMIS) are presented in this paper.MethodsThis was a mixed-methods, cross sectional feasibility study in Anambra State, Nigeria. Methods included a desk review of relevant Nigerian policies; a survey of 48 primary health facilities in six districts randomly selected using two stage sampling, and semi-structured interviews with six supervisors and nine purposively selected facility heads. Quantitative study tools included observational checklists and questionnaires. Survey data were analysed descriptively using STATA V.15.1 (Statcorp, Texas). Differences between health centres and health posts were analysed using the z-test statistic. Interview data were analysed using thematic analysis assisted by Open Code Software V.4.02.ResultsThere are enabling national health policies for eye care, but no policy specifically for primary eye care. 85% of facilities had no medication for eye conditions and one in eight had no vitamin A in stock. Eyecare was available in < 10% of the facilities. The services delivered focussed on maternal and child health, with low attendance by adults aged over 50 years with over 50% of facilities reporting ≤10 attendances per year per 1000 catchment population. No facility reported data on patients with eye conditions in their patient registers.ConclusionA policy for primary eye care is needed which aligns with existing eye health policies. There are currently substantial capacity gaps in service delivery, equipment and data management which will need to be addressed if eye care is to be successfully integrated into primary care in Nigeria.

This article combines the actual situation of the coal preparation plant and uses big data cloud technology to carry out detailed system requirements analysis and monitoring platform design. The entire design includes server framework design, database design, cloud service deployment and mobile client prototype design. According to the on-site working conditions of electromechanical equipment, the article uses ER model and 3NF method to abstract it and establishes a MySQL real-time database of equipment operating status. Finally, the ECS cloud server is used to complete the deployment, and the JSP technology is used to realize the display of the system’s man-machine interface, as well as remote monitoring services for equipment monitoring, information management, and user management. Practical application shows that the system can improve the comprehensive automation and information level of the enterprise, reduce the operating cost of the enterprise, and improve the production efficiency of the enterprise.

Through the experiment, the authors found that ordinary users can inquire about agricultural policies and science and technology through the internet and can also inquire about the scientific and technological schemes of various agricultural development processes.

Medical Equipment Comprehensive Management System Based on Cloud Computing and Internet of Things.

In order to improve the efficiency of medical equipment management in hospital, based on cloud computing and the Internet of Things, this paper develops a comprehensive management system of medical equipment and uses the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm and chicken swarm algorithm to help the system reasonably achieve dynamic task scheduling. The purpose of this paper is to develop a comprehensive intelligent management system to master the procurement, maintenance, and use of all medical equipment in the hospital, so as to maximize the scientific management of medical equipment in the hospital. Scientific Management. It is very necessary to develop a preventive maintenance plan for medical equipment. From the experimental data, it can be seen that when the system simultaneously accesses 100 simulated users online, the corresponding time for submitting the equipment maintenance application form is 1228 ms, and the accuracy rate is 99.8%. When there are 1000 simulated online users, the corresponding time for submitting the equipment maintenance application form is 5123 ms, and the correct rate is 99.4%. On the whole, the medical equipment management information system has excellent performance in stress testing. It not only predicts the initial performance requirements, but also provides a large amount of data support for equipment management and maintenance.

A multi-platform information management system of total life cycle for medical equipment

Objective: To establish a total life cycle information management system for medical equipment based on our hospital’s actual situation. Methods: Per the definition of the total life cycle for the particular item of medical equipment, the function modules were designed and distributed according to different staff postings and then implemented on the WeChat public account-a series of API and services to develop custom features, a mobile app, and a computer web browser. Results: After implementation, the system can cover a series of management stages of the entire life cycle for medical equipment and the information exchanged among various stages. The relevant staff in different posts can operate the medical equipment management information on any of the three platforms. Conclusion: The improvement and efficiency aid staff in various settings in managing medical equipment and medical behaviors and patient safety is increased.

Evaluation of an Emergency Treatment Unit – in a District General Hospital – Sri Lanka – A case Study

Emergency Treatment Unit of a hospital is the place where, acutely unwell patients admitted to the hospital, are given the immediate treatment in the critical stage. DGH – Gampaha – Sri Lanka is a tertiary care hospital with a bed strength of 795 with a well - recognized Emergency Treatment Unit. Objective of this study was to evaluate the Emergency Treatment Unit of District General Hospital, Gampaha, Sri Lanka. Data was collected through oobservations, key informant interviews and reviewing registers and records. Findings were subjected to SWOT analysis. 1) Identified strengths included accessibility, Infrastructure, ETU concept, 24 hour service, competent staff, availability of equipment and investigation facilities and Information management. 2) Some weaknesses identified were; shortage of staff, absenteeism, gaps in competency, shortage of equipment and inadequate quality management system. 3) Receiving priority attention by the provincial, regional and the hospital management, Administration Support Team, Hospital Management Committee, Hospital Clinical Society, Hospital Development Committee, Hospital Development Foundation and regular donations were recognized as opportunities. 4) Finally, Unnecessary transfers from peripheral hospitals, by pass of peripheral hospitals by patients, frequently changing of the management and delay in procurement, repairing and condemning processes were noted as threats. TOWS analysis using a TOWS matrix was performed and strategies were developed for further improvement.

The aim of the study: to conduct a comparative assessment of the equipment of medical organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan with medical technology for the timely provision of medical care under the Mandatory Social Health Insurance and the Guaranteed volume of free medical care for 5 months of 2020 and 2021 at the level of outpatient and inpatient care.Methods. The paper analyzed data from 7,725 public health facilities in Kazakhstan (747 hospital facilities and 6,978 outpatient and polyclinic facilities) providing medical services. Results. For 5 months 2021 the level of medical technique equipment across the Republic of Kazakhstan in the context of regions has increased by 2,9%. The level of depreciation of medical equipment decreased by 1.6%. The level of depreciation of medical equipment at the city and rural level for 5 months of 2021 was almost the same – 58.75% and 56.47%, respectively.Conclusions. In general, the level of medical equipment equipment has increased compared to the data for 5 months of 2020. However, there is a discrepancy between the data from the medical equipment management information system and the actual data provided by the regions, which makes it difficult to assess the existing real picture of the equipment of medical institutions in the country. The distribution network equipment has the characteristics of “small, large quantity, and decentralized”, and it is difficult to manage. For a long time, problems such as theft, unauthorized unpacking operations, and unauthorized private operations have been troubling distribution network operation managers, affecting the safe and stable operation of the distribution network and reliable external power supply. The intelligent lock safety management and control system proposed in this paper is based on the actual situation of the power distribution network, and replaces the original mechanical lock with an intelligent lock. The system implements real-time effective management and control of the production operation process and status of power distribution equipment through the “authorized unlocking” of the handheld terminal. At the same time, it implements information and visual management of equipment, staff and related information, so that distribution network managers can play the role of “master”. This system can manage and control the power distribution equipment, and improve the operation and management level of the power distribution network.
