How Entrepreneurship Education Can Help Student Thrive in the Digital Age? : The Implications of Creative and Innovative Learning

This study aims to identify the essential entrepreneurial skills required for students to tackle challenges and capitalize on opportunities in the present circumstances. Additionally, it provides information on how educators can utilize technology to create conducive learning environments that enhance students’ entrepreneurial skills. This study employed a systematic literature review method adapted from PRISMA 2020 guidelines. Qualitative data collection techniques were employed, followed by thematic analysis for data interpretation. Studies were retrieved from the Scopus database that published between 2018 and 2023. The findings revealed three key aspects to enhance students’ skills: personal, interpersonal, and digital aspects. The personal aspect encompassed creativity and innovation, initiative, self-efficacy, and resilience, as well as risk-taking. The interpersonal aspect included leadership, effective communication, collaboration, networking, and a positive attitude. The digital aspect comprised digital awareness, digital literacy, digital content, digital communication, digital creativity, and digital critical thinking. The study also found that experiential learning and project-based learning have been widely used in entrepreneurship education. This indicated that the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education for students can be achieved through learning experiences, problem-solving, and practical applications in an entrepreneurial environment. By employing various creative, innovative, and technology-based teaching techniques, educators can capture students’ engagement and provide added value to their learning experience.

Overview of Entrepreneurship Education for Students

The minimum number of entrepreneurs in developed countries is 4%. This research aims to conduct a review of entrepreneurship education for students. This research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach and a literature study. Data was obtained from reference literature on the open-access platform. The results of this research show that there are six indicators of entrepreneurship education's success: entrepreneurial character, an environment that follows entrepreneurial values, an environment that has an entrepreneurial nuance, the desire to become an entrepreneur, increased knowledge of entrepreneurship, and business opportunities. The government and universities need to support the implementation of entrepreneurship education for students as a contribution to realizing Indonesia as a developed country.

Modular Application of Evaluation System for Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education of College Students--Based on Big Data Platform Analysis

Abstract Based on the objectives of innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students, this paper constructs the evaluation index system, utilizes the improved Apriori algorithm to mine the association rules between the indicators, and reflects the relevant influence between the evaluation indicators through the association rules with higher support and confidence. Meanwhile, based on the big data platform, an evaluation system for innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students is established, and the level of innovation and entrepreneurship education for students is evaluated. The analysis of the correlation rules between the evaluation indicators found that the support degree of the rule that students with stronger independent ability are better at grasping innovation and entrepreneurship opportunities is 29.97%, which provides a reference for the teachers’ teaching objectives and content development. The results of the empirical analysis of the evaluation system of innovation and entrepreneurship education show that the modular application of the evaluation system created in this paper has a positive effect, and there is a highly significant difference in the evaluation of the “Z13 personal willingness” index before and after the application (P=0.000<0.001). The correlation rule of evaluation indexes in this study lays a theoretical foundation for the effective development of innovation and entrepreneurship teaching, and the modularized application of the innovation and entrepreneurship evaluation system constructed in this paper can improve the level of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities to a certain extent.

Islamic boarding schools began to transform into entrepreneurship activities, including the Ummul Ayman Islamic boarding school located in Samalanga, Bireuen district, which began to promote economic independence through the pesantrenpreneur. This initiative was motivated by the high percentage of students whose costs were borne by the foundation and the council of dayah teachers who were not yet financially independent and did not have specific skills to support the economy. This study aims to describe the business unit model developed based on a pesantrenpreneur, strategies for developing an interest in becoming an entrepreneur, and any obstacles experienced by the Ummul Ayman Islamic boarding school in applying entrepreneurship. The method used is a case study by collecting data through in-depth interviews, which are analyzed using a qualitative approach. The study found four clusters: agriculture, fisheries and animal husbandry, cooperatives, and printing. Meanwhile, the strategy for developing interest is carried out through entrepreneurship education for students starting in junior high school through a training program created at the Islamic boarding school itself. Then, the students are included in programs and seminars in the form of FGDs and TOTs organized by various parties. The recruitment of Islamic boarding school teachers is also one of the strategies for producing students who are interested in entrepreneurship. The constraints are influenced by the narrow space for product marketing, lack of product reliability, and lack of cooperation with various parties, including government assistance.

Examining the effects of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intentions of Vietnamese business students: The roles of entrepreneurial alertness and resilience

Drawing on social cognitive theory, we developed a research model in which entrepreneurial alertness mediates the effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intentions, and this process is moderated by resilience. The data for our research model were collected from 612 undergraduate students majoring in business from six universities in Vietnam. Structural equation modeling was used to test the hypotheses. Our findings reveal a positive association between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intentions, and this association is mediated by entrepreneurial alertness. Additionally, resilience is found to moderate the relationship between entrepreneurial alertness and entrepreneurial intentions. Our study advances the stream of research on entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intentions and provides important practical implications for universities and policy makers to facilitate access to entrepreneurship education for students.

This problem needs to be learned from historical curriculum changes so that the curriculum derivative policies that are made are truly adjusted based on the needs of students. The purpose of this research is to analyze the historical approach in curriculum development in terms of entrepreneurship education. The research uses the type of library research. The results of the study seen from changes in the curriculum based on entrepreneurship education are very important in terms of literature sources that a nation will be better educated from entrepreneurship education. The PAI curriculum is the center of entrepreneurship education for students and curriculum policies in the elaboration of the learning process include entrepreneurship education for students.

The Drawbacks and Advantages of Tiktok in Student Amid Pandemic Covid-19

Tiktok has become a part of life in today's digital era. This study aims to find out the negative and positive effects of TikTok on school children. This study uses a qualitative method. The sampling technique was carried out purposively, namely school teachers. Data were collected through in-depth interviews. The sample was selected through a purposive technique. The results were carefully examined through triangulation and source triangulation techniques. The results show that Tiktok is a digital literacy method for students so they can keep up with the times. Tiktok is also a fairly good learning medium for students when the content of TikTok includes religious lectures, religious values, and moral values that exist in religion. Even TikTok is useful as an interesting learning medium for students during a pandemic when teachers use TikTok as material for distributing material. The features of TikTok make the material interesting for children because of the many color combinations, music, and not boring. Plus there are economic values because TikTok is also a trading medium for many people. This is a trigger for entrepreneurship education for students. However, TikTok also has a bad impact on children because school children can spend time playing TikTok, spending cellphone credit, being lazy, and following the TikTok style that is not following religious teachings. The attitude of children who are still imitating can imitate what is seen on TikTok. For this reason, parents play a role in supervising children by looking at the history of what children open on their cellphones and giving understanding to which children are worthy to be seen and which are not

The Innovation of Entrepreneurship Education for Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritance From the Perspective of Entrepreneurial Psychology.

The purpose is to help college students start their own businesses and protect and develop China’s intangible cultural heritage. The entrepreneurship of college students in the field of intangible culture is studied from the perspective of entrepreneurial psychology. First, the related characteristics, main content, and research status of college entrepreneurship education are described in detail. Entrepreneurial psychology is divided into entrepreneurial cognition, entrepreneurial emotion and entrepreneurial will. Then, the concept and development status of intangible cultural heritage are briefly summarized to illustrate the importance of inheriting and developing intangible cultural heritage. A questionnaire is designed based on intangible cultural heritage development mode to interview local college students randomly. Finally, the results are analyzed by descriptive statistics. The results show that massive students do not understand the entrepreneurial policy, and only 16% of them know it very well. More than 30% of the students think that entrepreneurship will improve personal responsibility. Nearly 50% of the students believe that entrepreneurship can increase their life experience. Almost 50% of the students have the psychological quality of persistence and courage in entrepreneurship. The final results show that there are great differences in entrepreneurial cognition among students of different grades. Regarding entrepreneurial emotion, there are obvious differences among students of different genders, disciplines, and grades. Regarding the entrepreneurial will, there are only differences among students with different grades. In entrepreneurship education, different teaching methods should be adopted for different ages to comprehensively improve the effect of entrepreneurship education for students of all grades and help them obtain good entrepreneurship results. This exploration provides technical support for the inheritance of material and cultural inheritance and contributes to the entrepreneurship education of college students.

Research on the Direction of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Reform Within the Digital Media Art Design Major in the Digital Economy.

This research analysed the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education for students, majoring in digital media art design. Using a grounded theory approach, we investigated the experiences of two research groups: five leaders of digital media art design courses in colleges and universities, and five successful entrepreneurs who had majored in digital media art design and had achieved significantly in the industry after graduation. From the two dimensions of ‘innovation’ and ‘entrepreneurship’, as well as the two perspectives of ‘implementer’ and ‘party’, semi-structured interviews were conducted on the core competencies that innovation and entrepreneurship talents should have the methods and experience of innovation and entrepreneurship education, the difficulties and problems in the implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship education, the need for talent among enterprises and the factors affecting entrepreneurship success. By analysing and clustering the data, we were able to comprehensively identify the main problems and aspects that require more attention in terms of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents in the digital media art design major. Based on the grounded theory research method, this paper established a theoretical model, outlining the innovation of the digital media art design major and the entrepreneurship education reform path. The key internal elements of the model include mechanisms for professional talent training, curriculum integration, teacher team construction and resource support. The school-enterprise cooperation mechanism is recognised as the key external element for innovation and entrepreneurship education reform. The results provide direction for future education and teaching reform, as well as professional input for the digital media art design major. The findings encourage those involved in the digital media art design major to cultivate more high-level, pioneering professionals, so as to adapt to the transformation and upgrading of economic and social development in the context of a growing digital economy.

Pengaruh Efikasi Diri Dan Pendidikan Kewirausahaan Terhadap Minat Wirausaha Mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Panca Sakti

This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy and entrepreneurship education on interest in entrepreneurship. The research was conducted on students of Economics Education Class of 2019 who have completed the Entrepreneurship Education course. This research uses the associative quantitative method with a series of instrument tests and classical assumption tests. The sample in this study were 52 people. The sampling technique was done randomly. The type of data used is primary data, then the data is analyzed using partial t-test and F-test. Based on the results of data analysis, the results of the study can be concluded as follows: (1). Self-efficacy of students of the economic education study program at Panca Sakti University in Bekasi does not significantly affect the interest in entrepreneurship. (2). Entrepreneurship education for students of the Economic Education study program at the Panca Sakti University in Bekasi has a significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. (3). Self-efficacy and entrepreneurship education together have an effect on the entrepreneurial interest of students in the economic education study program at Panca Sakti University Bekasi

IMPLEMENTATION OF INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATIONS OF ITS IMPLICATIONS ON ENTREPRENEUR INTENSION OF HEALTH POLYTECHNIC STUDENTS 'AISYIYAH BANTEN

The midwife profession has a high enough interest, which makes the number of midwives increase rapidly, while employment is limited so that many midwifery graduates cannot be accommodated by existing formal sector jobs. One alternative solution to the problem is to create their own employment opportunities where the perpetrators will have the freedom to apply knowledge and skills according to the opportunities that exist as entrepreneurs, where this can be encouraged by providing entrepreneurship education for students. This study aims to determine and analyze the magnitude of the entrepreneurial intention of Aisyiyah's health polytechnic student which is implied by the communication relationship between lecturers and students in the interaction of their academic community. The approach used in this study is to use a quantitative approach, namely a research methodology that seeks to quantify data. and apply statistical analysis. Then, a specific hypothesis testing is conducted to determine whether the relationship or the significant effect between interpersonal communication between lecturers and students has implications for student entrepreneurial intentions. The results of the descriptive analysis illustrate that the low desire of students in entrepreneurship is that they are not brave enough to start a business and students are still not willing to mobilize their business potential, but descriptively it can also be explained that the strength of students' desire for entrepreneurship is shown by an attitude that never gives up and is brave. take planned risks. Associatively with the univariate correlation test, the results of the correlation are 0.591, a positive correlation value, this means that the interpersonal communication of the lecturers has a unidirectional relationship with the student entrepreneurial intentions. Meanwhile, based on the results of the output, it can be seen that the t value is greater than the t table (6,859> 1,950), this means that there are significant implications between the interpersonal communication of the lecturers and the entrepreneurial intentions of the Aisyiyah Banten Health Polytechnic students. pay more attention to the application of lecturers' interpersonal communication, especially the improvement in flexibility and rigidity training when communicating and remind lecturers through study programs not to always give an assessment of the way students communicate with lecturers so that students are not nervous when communicating with lecturers

المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على متطلبات تعليم ريادة الأعمال لطلبة مدارس التعليم ما بعد الأساسي في محافظة شمال الباطنة بسلطنة عمان من وجهة نظر المعلمين ، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، کما استخدمت الاستبانة في جمع البيانات والمعلومات وتم تطبيقها على عينة مکونة من (245) معلما ومعلمة. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن متطلبات تعليم ريادة الأعمال لطلبة مدارس التعليم ما بعد الأساسي في محافظة شمال الباطنة بسلطنة عمان من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاءت بدرجة عالية بشکل عام، کما جاءت عالية في محوري المتطلبات المادية والمتطلبات التشريعية، ولکنها جاءت متوسطة في محور المتطلبات البشرية ، وکشفت النتائج أيضا عن عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة من المعلمين عند مستوى (α ≤ 0.05) تعزى إلى متغيرات الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة. A bstract : The present study aimed to identify The requirements of entrepreneurship education for students of post-basic education schools in Al Batinah North Governorate, Sultanate of Oman from the teachers’ Perspective, study used a descriptive method, also used the questionnaire to collect data and information were applied to a sample of (245) teachers. The findings of the study showed that The requirements of entrepreneurship education for students of post-basic education schools was came generally high; They also came high of Fields: Physical and legislative requirements, but it came Medium in the field of human requirements,; Results also showed that there were no significant differences at (α ≤ 0.05) in the study variables which are sex, academic level and Years of experience.

Education of entrepreneurship by participation in a business simulation enterprise activities: conditions of effectiveness and opportunities for improvement

The article deals with the theoretical aspects of entrepreneurship education and participation in a business simulation enterprise conditions and opportunities. Aim of the research: to investigate the efficiency conditions and possibilities of entrepreneurship education of students participating in the activities of the business simulation enterprises in Lithuanian higher education institutions. Analytical descriptive, quantitative and statistical research methods were applied. The results of the quantitative research showed that a business simulation enterprise is a suitable form of teaching/learning for the development of students’ entrepreneurial abilities and personal entrepreneurial qualities. It was found that by participating in the activities of business simulation enterprise, the students became more aware of the business, self-assessed and improved their business management skills and developed their personal entrepreneurial qualities. The results of the research will have a lasting value in the scientific discussion about the possibilities of students’ entrepreneurship education in higher education studies when participating in the business simulation enterprise activities and also will have practical value in providing opportunities for quality improvement in the organization of the study process in business simulation enterprise by developing students’ entrepreneurial skills.

The Use of Entrepreneurship Education in Community Empowerment at Lintangsongo Islamic Boarding School of Yogyakarta

This paper discusses entrepreneurship education at Lintang Songo Islamic Boarding School which is taught to students and the surrounding community. Islamic boarding schools are the oldest educational institutions with unique and distinctive characteristics in Indonesia. It came into existence hundreds of years ago. According to historical records, the first Islamic boarding school in Indonesia was founded by Syeh Maulana Malik Ibrahim in 1399 AD to spread Islam on Java. Therefore, it has become a part of Indonesian education for a long time. Lintang Songo is one of such Islamic Boarding Schools that aims at surviving with consistency in carrying out its social functions. Furthermore, the uniqueness of its pesantren's activities and programs is associated with entrepreneurship education for students and society. This paper, therefore, discusses entrepreneurship education to improve the economy of students and society. This field research uses qualitative methods in analyzing data. Meanwhile, data obtained by observation, documentation and interviews. The informants of this study consisted of 12 people, from the head of the LintangSongo Islamic Boarding School, the teachers, students and the community. Several questions were asked to informants, such as what economic empowerment program was developed at LintangSongo Islamic Boarding School, why LintangSongo Islamic Boarding School developed economic empowerment education. The answers to these questions are then analyzed using qualitative methods.The results showed that LintangSongo Islamic Boarding School succeeded in economic empowering of its students and local communities with entrepreneurship education, which is taught as the curriculum of LintangSongo Islamic boarding school. Economic empowerment conducted by LintangSongo Islamic Boarding School for its students and community is agricultural empowerment, plantations, animal husbandry, forestry, fisheries, home industry, food, and convection.

Entrepreneurship Education and Entrepreneurial Intention Among Students of Delta State Polytechnic, Ogwashi Uku, Delta State of Nigeria

The purpose of this paper is to ascertain whether the course, entrepreneurship education is yielding the desired result of enhancing the capabilities of Nigerian graduates by creating in them the right mindset towards creating their own businesses rather than looking for non existing jobs. This is achieved through the analysis of relationship between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intention among students of Delta State Polytechnic, Ogwashi Uku. This study made use of survey research design and was centered on only the final year students of the department of business administration. Data were collected for the study through the administration of structured questionnaires from three hundred and fifty (350) students of which three hundred and forty (340) were retrieved. Data analysis made use of descriptive and inferential statistics. The results from the regression analysis revealed that entrepreneurship education has a positive influence on entrepreneurial intentions of students with R squared value of 0.751, p-value = 0.000 which implies that 75 percent of the variation in entrepreneurial intentions is explained by variation in entrepreneurship education of students. From the studies, it was also discovered that personality has strong influence on students’ intention to venture into businesses after their graduation from school, with an R squared value of 0.737 and a p-value of 0.000. This informed the rejection of the null hypothesis that personality has no significant influence on entrepreneurship intention of students of Delta state polytechnic to venture into their own businesses after their education. It is therefore a matter of further research to investigate the reasons why graduates find it difficult to complete the AIDA cycle of Awareness, Interest, Desire and Action. Entrepreneurial education has greatly helped to create attention and stimulate both their interest and desire to venture into businesses. Future Entrepreneurship Education for Students in China

Due to the increasing needs of entrepreneurial activities in China, entrepreneurship education is becoming one of the most important topics for university students. This project reviews the current situation of Chinese entrepreneurship education and problems that exist. We focus on factors that influence the appropriateness of entrepreneurship studies to the needs and expectations of university students in China. We aim at discovering how to improve the entrepreneurial traits and business needs of the students from entrepreneurship studies. We aim at highlight the disparity between the supply and the expectations from entrepreneurship programmes in Chinese universities. Furthermore, we will compare the entrepreneurial traits of Israeli students and Chinese students in order to find out the similarities and differences. We will improve the Chinese future entrepreneurship education by learning the theories and practices from Israeli entrepreneurship education. Our final goal of this project is to apply entrepreneurship education in general to different filed students.
