Evaluation of the Development Effectiveness of Intellectual Property Operation for Science and Technology-based Small and Medium-sized Enterprises: Based on the Research Data of Qinchuangyuan Innovation Driving Platform

Science and technology-based enterprises promote national economic growth and facilitate scientific and technological innovation. This study takes the development of Intellectual Property (IP) operation of science and technology-based enterprises as the research object and constructs a relevant evaluation index system. It also takes the data of 112 small and medium-sized science and technology-based enterprises within the Qinchuangyuan Innovation Driving Platform as an example, conducts statistical analysis and case analysis, and concludes development strategies. The results of the study provide policy suggestions for further strengthening and promoting the development of intellectual property operation by enhancing the efficiency of the IP operation system and policy services for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in science and technology, promoting the construction of supporting facilities and improving employee satisfaction; as well as simplifying the IP filing procedures, optimizing the financing environment, and establishing a platform for regular evaluation and information sharing to accelerate the transformation of IP; and at the same time, implementing a mechanism for efficient policy fulfillment and departmental linkages to enhance the implementation of the policies and form a high-quality business environment that will help SMEs in their development and technological innovation of SMEs.

PERFORMANCE MEASURES OF RURAL DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIES IN IFELODUN LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA OF KWARA STATE

The study assessed the performance measures of rural development strategies in Ifelodun LGA of Kwara State. The instruments used in this study are questionnaires, key informant interviews, and observation. The adopted sample size for the study is 384 persons. Simple random sampling was used to distribute questionnaires proportionally to the nine districts according to population size. Data analysis for this research was descriptive and inferential. Multiple regression analysis was used to measure the performance of development strategies in the study area. The result from the socio-economic characteristics of respondents revealed that 66% of the respondents were male, while 34% were female. Most (51.3%) of the respondents are within the age bracket of 31-45 years. It was also observed that over 90% of the respondents have attained one level of formal education or the other and apart from 17.13% and 28.73% that engage in civil service and business enterprises other than farming, 44.20% of the respondents are solely farmers and 94.5% earn above ₦20,000 monthly. Furthermore, the State Government was the major contributor to health, transport, agriculture, and education with a percentage contribution of 28.2%, 30.4%, 29.6%, and 44.8% respectively. The regression analysis result revealed that 82% of the impact of development strategies implemented in the study area could be explained by the transport, health, and agricultural sectors. Therefore, the study recommends that the federal government be more involved in the development of the study area and rural dwellers should be involved in the initiation, planning, and execution of development programs.

Improving the efficiency of resource allocation in educational content delivery networks using the 1C:ESB integration bus

Learning Management Systems (LMS) play a key role in the educational process by providing students with various educational content and instructors with tools to monitor student knowledge and assess progress. However, as the number of students increases, the load on data transmission channels increases, which can lead to a decrease in the quality of learning. To solve this problem, Content Delivery Networks (CDN) are used to speed up the loading of websites and reduce the load on servers. CDN ensure the availability and security of websites and improve their scalability (resistance to smooth load growth) by distributing content across a network of servers around the world, allowing users to access content faster and more efficiently.Integration data exchange bus (Enterprise Service Bus, ESB) can be an effective tool for optimizing CDN content distribution algorithm. It allows integration of different systems and applications, enabling data exchange between them. This is particularly useful in the context of distance learning, which requires fast and reliable delivery of educational content, feedback, learning analytics, etc. Implementing an integration bus of data exchange with LMS-based distance learning system can be a key factor in ensuring an efficient and quality educational process. The article considers the properties and characteristics of the integration bus and justifies the use of the integration bus to optimize the algorithm of CDN content distribution, in particular in LMS.

Improving the operational life and reliability of the machine and tractor fleet by non-selective methods of tribotechnics

The fl eet of domestic tractors and combines has signifi cantly used up its operational life, has a reduced time to failure, frequent repairs and high operating costs: up to 50 billion rubles per year. The engineering service of agricultural enterprises has signifi cantly weakened, most of the maintenance work on domestic machines is carried out by the owners of the machinery themselves, which causes their low quality and frequent failures. In this regard, new methods and means are being developed to improve the reliability and service life of machines, which will also affect imported equipment.

Increasing labour productivity by providing innovative activities in when repair and service sector in livestock industry

At present, the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus are significantly behind the developed countries in terms of labor productivity and the share of domestic companies implementing technological innovations in the main sectors of the economy (especially in agriculture). One of the significant factors of this lag is the underestimation in past years of the promising potential of various innovative technologies and, as a consequence the very limited and slow implementation of breakthrough innovations in the most signifi cant sectors of the domestic economy. The decisive turn of the state economic policy of neighboring states in the area of deep technological transformation of all sectors of the economy is aimed at an innovative breakthrough and reaching advanced growth rates in the technological and economic development of fraternal countries. However, along with the introduction of the latest technologies the creation of completely new modern high-tech industries, which will require colossal fi nancial investments, the task of comprehensively and thoroughly exploring internal production reserves, searching for new forms and methods of improving the effi ciency of labour organization at existing enterprises, which will also bring a noticeable economic effect, remains relevant. This article describes in sufficient detail practical activities to improve and streamline accounting, planning, certifi cation, rationalization of workplaces of animal husbandry technical service organizations under the current conditions of the developing market. The results of the studies show that certifi cation and rationalization of workplaces are eff ective tools in fi nding internal production reserves to improve the use of labour resources, fi xed production assets, promotes the replacement of obsolete equipment, improves the relationship between workplaces, improves working conditions, and optimally balances the need for labour with the number of existing workplaces. This will significantly increase the overall efficiency of activities and competitiveness of service enterprises in the fi eld of animal husbandry.

THE CORRELATION BETWEEN INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AS A TOOL FOR ACTIVATING SERVICE MARKETING IN SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES

Purpose: This research paper seeks to determine the relationship between internal and external customer satisfaction in order to activate the marketing of tourism services for Algerian small and medium enterprises by practicing internal marketing. Methodology: In order to answer the raised questions and test the validity of the hypotheses, and after reviewing previous studies, the descriptive analytical approach was relied upon, as this approach is one of the forms of scientific description and interpretation organized to describe the variable under study, depict it quantitatively, and analyze it. To extract the results, one of the methods of this approach was relied upon, which is the field survey by investigating the opinions of employees of the Algerian small and medium tourism enterprises under study on the impact of internal marketing on achieving internal and external customer satisfaction; to obtain data and information that help in coming up with results to provide suggestions and recommendations. The researchers used the questionnaire in this. The study community was selected, which was all small and medium tourism enterprises (agencies, hotels, airports, ...) operating in the Algerian tourism sector. Based on the study community, a random sample of 20 tourism enterprises operating in various parts of the country was selected. The sampling unit (items) was represented by the employees of the institutions under study. 140 questionnaires were distributed, 126 of which were returned, thus the return rate was 90%. Therefore, the study sample is 20 small and medium enterprises represented by 126 individuals. Results: The study concluded that there is a role for internal marketing procedures in achieving internal customer satisfaction, and that there is a role for internal customer satisfaction in achieving external customer satisfaction.. Practical Implications: The practical implications of the research were to recommend the need to expand the interest of Algerian small and medium enterprises in internal marketing, due to its major role in improving the organizational climate and achieving both job satisfaction and external customer satisfaction. Originality/Value: This study contributes to the growing body of knowledge on the concept of internal marketing application in SMEs as a necessity to achieve internal and external customer satisfaction, and can contribute something new to both practitioners as the study provides actionable insights for developing policies for these organizations.

Research on the spatial distribution and influencing factors of the maritime services: based on data from Chinese enterprises

ABSTRACT In the context of global maritime cluster development and the strategic evolution of port cities, the spatial distribution and determinants of Maritime Services (MSs) emerge as pivotal areas of inquiry. However, empirical analysis in this domain remains limited. To address this deficiency, our study meticulously processes and analyses data from Chinese Maritime Service Enterprises (MSEs) listed in the World Shipping Register Company until 2023, categorizing these enterprises into port-related, ship-related and maritime consulting enterprises. Utilizing instrumental variables and econometrics, our findings reveal that MSs in China predominantly aggregate in coastal cities, along major inland waterways, and within inland central cities, with a pronounced clustering near urban centers. This distribution is primarily influenced by two factors: firstly, geographic proximity to seaports and throughput levels markedly impacts the distribution, especially for port-related enterprises and ship-related enterprises. Secondly, the clustering of downstream supporting industries, shared labor pools and knowledge spillovers, which are essential elements of agglomeration economics, particularly affects maritime consulting enterprises. Such a pattern is also influenced by the broader business environment and governmental governance. This research not only clarifies existing disputes regarding the maritime industry’s spatial distribution but also offers insights for MSs development and the transformative planning of port cities.

Providing organizations with a validated instrument for an Enterprise Service Management capability

In light of new digital opportunities, enterprises require modernization also with regard to intra-organizational business and IT management. Enterprise Service Management (ESM) is an organizational capability aimed at a more efficient and effective IT and business service management in organizations. Although ESM has been recognized as an approach to improve customer and employee satisfaction and to create digital competitive advantage, there is a methodological and analytical void for organizations in how to measure their ESM capability. Motivated by this lack of measurability and tangibility, we aim to empirically validate the ESM capability model. Our contribution to this paper is empirical, as we provide a measurable instrument for further ESM studies. We aim to initiate a broader debate on ESM and thereby add to the scholarly establishment of the concept in the Information Systems and IT Management literature. Practically, we contribute by offering companies a validated and actionable set of ESM characteristics.

Can service robots recover themselves? The effect of service recovery agents and robot service failure types on customer response

As service robots become more widely deployed, the risk of service failures has increased, making it crucial to understand how service enterprises can effectively recover from such failures. Drawing on role congruity theory, we explore the performance of different recovery agents across various robot failure contexts. Through three experiments, we demonstrate that customer forgiveness and satisfaction improve for process failures caused by robots when service recovery is handled by human staff or a warm robot. Conversely, recovery efforts by human staff or a competent robot boost customer forgiveness and satisfaction in response to outcome failures triggered by robots. In addition, perceived role congruity acts as a mediator in the above interaction effects. Moreover, proactive recovery moderates these effects. This study offers a nuanced understanding of service recovery by refining robot service failure and recovery agent typologies, thereby enriching research in robot service recovery.

Digital transformation of the Centre for Advanced Professional Training of Kuzbass: approaches and solutions

Russian education system is currently undergoing a phase of advancement that is associated with distinctive features of post-industrial society, the main characteristic of which is informatization and digitalization of economy. The efficiency of business processes and the validity (legitimacy) of enterprises and organizations are directly correlated with their digital transformation. These global trends cannot be ignored by these educational organizations. The most untouched issue concerns the creation of digital services for facilitating interaction between educational institutions and the labor market. The purpose of research: development and implementation of the Digital Transformation Strategy of the Centre for Advanced Professional Training (CAPT) of Kuzbass. The leading methods of research include general scientific methods, methods of systematicity and analysis of scientific and methodological literature and regulatory and legal documentation, as well as empirical methods (in the collection, accumulation and recording of data), and rational method (in the interpretation of research data). The article presents the principles and mechanisms of the digital platform interaction with the external environment are described. The author examines the internal conditions for digital services transformation. The necessity of creating and utilizing a digital replica of the HR service of enterprise on the digital platform is substantiated. The presented approaches pertain to the implementation of the Strategy for the development of digital resources of the Centre for Advanced Professional Training of Kuzbass, along with the development of a digital platform with an enhanced version, which is focused on more effective interaction of labour market agents in the region, contribute to the resolution of the most pressing issues of socio-economic development of the region. These techniques can also be applied to employment assistance services and career centers of educational organizations for secondary vocational and higher education.

This article explores the organization of accounting for catering services, which includes both catering and comprehensive service offerings for company employees at locations specified by clients. The demand for catering services is on the rise, fueled by heightened competition and significant socio-economic impacts stemming from the Covid-19 pandemic. In Kazakhstan, corporate clients represent the primary consumer group for catering services, making up 70% of all orders. The article examines the current landscape and future potential of the catering sector in Kazakhstan, identifying key segments such as catering services, corporate offerings, and in-flight catering. It also addresses the legal regulations as well as the documentation, synthetic, and analytical accounting methods relevant to transactions in this field. The findings of this study are practically beneficial for catering businesses, particularly concerning specific documents and accounting entries. With the expansion of catering services in local enterprises and ongoing social contact restrictions due to the Covid-19 pandemic, there is a pressing need to enhance methods and types of catering service delivery, along with the accounting for related expenses.

Analysis of the List of Risks Affecting the Verification of Measuring Instruments

The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the risks accompanying the process of verification of measuring instruments in metrological services. Risks are analyzed within the framework of a holistic risk and opportunity management system aimed at identifying and managing potential threats and opportunities affecting the achievement of the ultimate goals of the organization. Risk is defined as a possible negative event that could affect project performance and is evaluated by probability of occurrence and possible consequences. The objectives of risk and opportunity management are aimed at ensuring the achievement of the capabilities of the metrology service under conditions of uncertainty. Effective risk assessment of the process of verification of measuring instruments requires a comprehensive approach. In this regard, in the course of the study the regulatory framework was considered, regulating activities in the field of ensuring the uniformity of measurements, identified internal and external environmental factors affecting the process of verification of measuring instruments, identified stakeholders in the field of metrology services. Procedures for risk identification, analysis, assessment and management have been developed within the system. The list of typical risks and opportunities in the process of verification of measuring instruments in the relationship with environmental factors and possible consequences for the organization is compiled. The developed list of potential risks and opportunities is typical for the process of verification of measuring instruments and therefore can be recommended to employees of metrological services of enterprises. With its help it is possible to assess in advance the potential risks and opportunities in the metrological field and to achieve a more effective result by minimizing the negative consequences.

АНАЛІТИКА ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ УКРАЇНИ З ВИРОБНИЦТВА ЦЕМЕНТУ В УМОВАХ СИСТЕМНИХ ВИКЛИКІВ

The article examines the activity of Ukrainian cement production enterprises in conditions of systemic challenges. The steady growth of the cement market in Ukraine in 2021 relative to 2020 has been determined. However, the full-scale war in Ukraine significantly affected the activities of cement manufacturing enterprises. The hostilities on the territory of the country have led to a decrease in the demand for cement due to the suspension of construction projects and infrastructure works, as well as due to instability and economic uncertainty. This was reflected in the decrease in business activity in the cement market in Ukraine. In 2022, the number of active cement production entities decreased by 22.2% compared to 2021. The decrease in the number of business entities in the cement industry of Ukraine led to a decrease in the number of employees, particularly, the number of employees decreased by 21.8% in 2022 compared to 2021. Such trends continued in the reduction of personnel costs of cement production enterprises by 25.1% over the last year under review. It has been proven that the most noticeable negative impact of the war on the development of the cement industry in Ukraine can be traced in the dynamics of the volumes of products sold (goods, services) of enterprises in 2022 compared to 2021: the value of this indicator decreased by UAH 7,499,298.9 thousand. or more than a third. As a result, the financial results of cement production enterprises in 2022 significantly worsened compared to 2021. In general, the level of profitability of the operational activities of cement production enterprises in 2022 significantly decreased compared to the previous three years. The most significant decrease was in profitability of operational activity resulting in a reduction of this indicator to the level of -25.6% in 2022. In general, the system challenges for the development of the cement market in Ukraine derived from war require adequate strategic decisions to support this exceptionally important activity for the post-war recovery of Ukraine. The further research of business responses for the current challenges is a perspective of the further studies in the field.

Unlocking Customer Happiness and Enhancing Quality of Life: The Potential of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise ICT Initiatives in Stress-Inducing Environments

Customers in resource-poor communities still grapple with many information and communication technology (ICT) failures as they strive to access goods and services in small and medium enterprises near them. From a customer perspective, these challenges often lead to stress-related issues such as frustrations and anxiety, which can even result in transaction abandonment. Extended ICT failures result in SMEs failing to achieve sustainable e-commerce. This study delves into the impact of ICT initiatives by SMEs in stress-inducing environments on customers’ quality of life. The study further examines whether customer stress and happiness play a role in this association. Quantitative data were acquired using the mall intercept method, while the developed hypotheses were examined using structural equation modeling (SEM) in SMART-PLS 4. The results shed light on how customers navigate daily ICT-related failures experienced by SMEs operating in poor resource communities as they strive for happiness and stress-free lives, ultimately leading to an improved quality of life. The study recommends that the government, through its agencies, the Department of Communications and Digital Technologies and the Department of Science and Technology, among others, not only create an environment supporting SME ICT initiatives but also find strategies for sustaining SME ICT adoption for improved human well-being and socio-economic development within resource-constrained communities.

Research of methods of modeling of mass service enterprise

Objective. The purpose of the study is to use artificial intelligence tools to optimize and model the automated organization of work at a mass service enterprise. Method. The research is based on the use of a Petri net as a modeling tool, as well as mathematical hardware that makes it possible to implement simulation models of subsystems and conduct additional research on GPSS artificial intelligence models. Result. To process the results of the modeling process, the Petri net modeling method was used and a network activity model graph was developed. The modeling process used with the Petri Net application allows such functions to be described more clearly. The principles of modeling systems based on the GPSS language and Petri nets are considered. Conclusion. It is advisable to use the language devices GPSS and SP, which provide information support for the activities of a mass service enterprise, modeling the structural organization and information flows.

Application of Simul-frac technology in Longdong shale oil field

Abstract This paper for the transformation of unconventional reservoir large-scale volume fracturing of long operation cycle, equipment occupancy, through the well optimization, fracturing design optimization, supporting equipment, construction organization mode upgrade, in the changqing oilfield longdong shale oil HX platform realized a single set of fracturing vehicle for two well synchronous shunt fracturing, created a single unit 17 hours fracturing 10 shale oil reservoir transformation new record. Compared with the production mode of two sets of fracturing units on the same platform, the efficiency of synchronous shunt fracturing operation of single unit increased by 32.1% and the number of equipment used decreased by 17.3%, which initially reflected the advantages of synchronous shunt fracturing technology in improving quality and efficiency. HEAT PUMP SYSTEM OF AUTONOMOUS HEAT SUPPLY FOR HEATING LOW-POTENTIAL COOLANT

Heat supply using a heat pump belongs to the field of energy-saving, environmentally friendly technologies and is becoming increasingly widespread in the world. This technology, according to the conclusion of a number of authoritative international organizations, along with other energy-saving technologies (use of solar, wind energy, ocean energy, etc.), belongs to the technologies of the 21st century. The main heat costs for household needs in buildings during the cold season are heating costs. This is explained by the operating conditions of buildings during the cold season, when heat loss through the building envelope significantly exceeds internal heat release. Therefore, to maintain the required internal air temperature, buildings are equipped with heating units. During the cold season, to create and maintain thermal comfort in buildings, technically advanced and reliable heating installations are required. The use of the proposed heat pump system will improve the efficiency of autonomous heat supply to decentralized and remote residential and industrial facilities, service enterprises. In addition, the proposed combination of heat pump units and renewable energy sources expands the resource base of the heat pump heating supply system, making it less dependent on fluctuations in ambient temperature, which is very important for increasing the level of reliability of heat pumps.
