Assessing the Effects of Organizational Culture on the Connection Between Innovation in Organizations and Human Resource Management

This article examines the significance of human resource management (HRM) in innovation, organizational culture, and organizational effectiveness. The conceptual framework creation was supported by extracting information from literature research on related study topics, such as resource-based views and organizational effectiveness. This paper seeks to address the existing gap in the literature on organizational effectiveness by emphasizing the role of HRM in influencing business performance. Specifically, it focuses on the intermediate impact of HRM on innovation and culture. This research can help higher education institutions better understand how human resource policies can improve long-term performance by encouraging innovation and fostering an effective culture.

How Entrepreneurial Mindset, Gender Stereotypes, and Innovation Practices Influence the Sustainability of Women-Owned Businesses in Bogor City, Indonesia

This study investigates the influence of entrepreneurial mindset, gender stereotypes, and innovation practices on the sustainability of women-owned businesses in Bogor City, Indonesia. Using a sample of 200 women entrepreneurs, data was collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results indicate that entrepreneurial mindset and innovation practices positively impact business sustainability, while gender stereotypes have a negative effect. The findings emphasize the critical role of fostering a strong entrepreneurial mindset and encouraging innovation among women entrepreneurs, while also addressing the detrimental impact of gender stereotypes on business operations. The study contributes to the growing body of literature on women’s entrepreneurship and offers practical insights for policymakers and support organizations in creating a conducive environment for the sustainability of women-owned businesses

Creative Leadership: An Implementing Study of Transformative Leadership Models in High School for Sustainable Development Goals

Purpose: The objectives of this study are to: 1). Identify the types of principal leadership applied in high schools, 2). The application of creative leadership of school principals in modern Islamic boarding schools in empowering teacher performance in schools, 3). Fostering the creative leadership of school principals in modern Islamic boarding schools. Theoretical Framework: This study will explore how high school leaders in Muhammadiyah apply creative and transformative leadership principles to face contemporary challenges in education, such as adapting to new technologies, improving the quality of teaching, and promoting sustainable development values among students and staff. Methods: This research uses an interpretative paradigm with a qualitative approach, case study type, and multicase design. Data were collected using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validity using triangulation of sources, methods, and theories. Next, an interactive model analysis is carried out. Obyek penelitian dilakukan di SMAM SBM Piyungan Yogyakarta dan SMAM Pondok Pesantren Modern Imam Cabang Syuhodo Muhammadiyah Blimbing, Sukoharjo, Jawa Tengah. Results and Conclusion: The results of this study show (1) Types of creative leadership in these two schools include being innovative, engaging in the community, providing opportunities for students to develop, and focusing on social and humanitarian contributions. (2) The application of principals' creative leadership in empowering teacher performance in schools is carried out by encouraging innovation in learning, providing support and training, recognizing and rewarding superior performance, developing joint learning plans, providing emotional support, facilitating teacher collaboration, implementing an equitable evaluation system, and integrating educational technology. Research implications: The implications of creative values applied in cottages, especially in terms of raising cottages, are proactive, advanced, inclusive, do not impose and do not prohibit, and even provide education to the community so that according to the direction of Islamic boarding schools that uphold Islamic teachings, can be implemented and applied. Originality/value: the originality of this research lies in pesantren which includes Islamic educational institutions with creative leadership that is not stagnant, and always runs and develops dynamically.

Digitalisation Empowerment of Business to Digital Innovation in the Achievement of SDGs: A Survey on Creative Msme Actors in Indonesia

Objective: This study aims to test and analyse the relationship patterns of digital business-based training, empowerment of MSME actors, digital self-efficacy and digital innovation in creative MSMEs for the achievement of SDGs in MSMEs in West Java and Banten Provinces, Indonesia. Theoretical Framework: Digital literacy is needed so that a person has the ability to access information related to digital-based media. MSMEs are required to have renewable digital-based business methods in order to provide optimal and satisfying services. When MSMEs have high digital literacy through digital-based training, they could increase high self-efficacy. Empowering MSMEs based on digital business is very necessary in the digital era. Human resources in the organisation is expected to have digital competencies (skills, knowledge, attitude). Also, employees are expected to increase digital self-efficacy in order to increase digital innovation and MSME performance in the long term. Method: This study uses quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 250 natural colour batik MSMEs in West Java and Banten Provinces. 207 questionnaires are filled in completely and then processed with Partial Least Square statistical techniques. Results and Discussion: This study finds that digital-based business training has a significant positive impact on the empowerment of MSME actors, and digital self-efficacy of MSME actors. In addition, empowerment of MSME players has significant positive impact on digital innovation and digital self-efficacy. On the other hand, digital self-efficacy of MSME actors has significant positive impact on digital innovation and is able to mediate the effect of business digital-based training on digital innovation. However, empowerment of MSME actors cannot mediate the effect of business digital-based training on digital innovation. Research Implications: This study provide guidance for the government and MSME empowerment organisations to design more targeted digital-based training. In addition, this study highlights the importance of supporting technological infrastructure and providing wider access to digital technology, especially for creative MSMEs in Indonesia. This study also enriches the literature on the role of digital training on digital empowerment and digital self-efficacy. Likewise, it provides implications for the role of digital empowerment and digital self-efficacy in encouraging digital innovation. Originality/Value: This study offers a business digitalisation empowerment model for creative MSMEs in order to increase digital innovation for creative MSMEs in achieving SDGs in Indonesia. The research model considers digital-based business training, empowerment of MSME players, and digital self-efficacy.

Climate risk perception and corporate ESG performance: evidence from China

PurposeThis study examines the impact of climate risk perception on corporate environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance from a microfirm perspective.Design/methodology/approachUsing a sample of Chinese listed companies from 2009 to 2021, we constructed corporate climate risk perception indicators based on the Management Discussion and Analysis (MD&A) in the annual reports of the companies, and analyzed it using ordinary least squares regression.FindingsThe results show that climate risk perception improves corporate ESG performance by encouraging green innovation. Heterogeneity analysis suggests that the greater the magnitude of climate risk shocks to the firms, the stronger the risk coping ability and the weaker the environmental regulation, the more pronounced the improvement of climate risk perception on corporate ESG performance. Furthermore, economic consequence analysis shows that the enhancement effect of climate risk perception on corporate ESG performance contributes to increasing corporate value.Originality/valueThis study emphasizes the significance of corporate climate risk perception in enhancing ESG performance. It provides a theoretical basis for enterprises to respond to climate risk and sustainable development.

Can big data reduce urban environmental pollution? Evidence from China's digital technology experimental zone.

This paper investigates the impact of the digital economy on urban environmental pollution by analyzing panel data from 283 prefecture-level cities in China from 2011 to 2019 and using the digital technology comprehensive pilot zone of China as a natural experiment. The results demonstrate that digital technology has a significant effect in reducing pollutant emissions and empowering urban environmental governance. The findings are proven to be robust based on various tests, including parallel trend, PSM-DID, and placebo tests. Our analysis further shows that digital technology is particularly effective in controlling pollution in old industrial areas, high digital areas, and low energy efficiency areas. We also find that the national digital technology integrated pilot zone can mitigate environmental pollution in prefecture-level cities by increasing public environmental awareness and encouraging green technology innovation. Moreover, our research indicates that digital technology-enabled urban pollution control can contribute to the formation of a new urbanization pattern in China. These findings provide valuable insights for promoting the digital economy and achieving the goal of carbon reduction in China.

Revealing the brain behind travel: an analysis of neuro-tourism research using structural topic models and network analysis

ABSTRACT Neuro-tourism is a growing field that could revolutionize the tourism industry by uncovering the neurological mechanisms behind the tourist experience. However, the underlying mechanisms and interrelationships shaping the evolving landscape of neuro-tourism research have not yet been fully elucidated. This study analyzes research trends in neuro-tourism from 2006 to 2024 and identifies academic collaboration networks. We utilized structural topic modeling and network analysis to uncover the underlying academic topics in neuro-tourism. Our analysis found eight growing and four declining subfields in neuro-tourism. The network analysis showed significant contributions from countries, institutions, and journals. This research adds to existing theory by explaining the mechanisms and connections impacting the evolving neuro-tourism research field. It provides valuable insights for scholars and researchers studying the intersection of neuroscience and tourism. Understanding how research is categorized in databases like the Web of Science can help make strategic publishing decisions, encouraging interdisciplinary collaboration and innovation.

Women Fighting the Crisis: Antecedents of Women's Leadership Performance in Facing the Covid-19 Pandemic

Objective: This study aims to empirically investigate the interplay between financial literacy, entrepreneurial orientation, learning orientation, and the performance of food and beverage Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bontang City, East Kalimantan Province. Method: The research, grounded in Resource-Based Theory (RBT), explores the mediation role of innovation ability in this relationship. The study encompasses 272 MSME owners as its population. Utilizing Structural Equation Modeling for data analysis. Research Findingsand Discussions: The findings show that financial literacy, entrepreneurial orientation, and learning orientation positively influence innovation capability and MSME performance. In addition, innovation capability emerges as an important mediator that bridges the impact of financial literacy, entrepreneurial orientation and learning orientation on MSME performance. The results of this study contribute to enriching the understanding of the Resource-Based Theory, highlighting that effective utilization of resources, such as financial literacy, entrepreneurial orientation, learning orientation, and innovation capability, can improve MSME performance. Research Implications: This study is a valuable reference for MSME owners in the food and beverage sector, emphasizing the importance of a proactive approach. Responding quickly to market opportunities, introducing new products to new markets, and developing a learning-oriented mindset all play an important role in driving innovation and ultimately improving MSME performance. Originality/Value: This research underscores the importance of strategic resource utilization for MSME success, in line with the principles of Resource-Based Theory. Owners of food and beverage MSMEs are encouraged to develop a proactive and learning-oriented attitude, encouraging innovation as a key driver to improve business performance.

Impact of Autoscaling on Application Performance in Cloud Environments

The current paper studies the impact of Autoscaling on application performance in Cloud computing environments. Cloud computing is one of the most encouraging innovations due to its vast applications. Predictive autoscaling is an advanced technique that aims to address the challenges in the autoscaling trends for large-scale systems. To account for the Quality of Service to the customer, features like load balancing according to the workload demand, understanding resource allocation and utilization, and dynamic decision-making are vital to any cloud computing application. This paper interprets these challenges and reviews a meta-reinforcement learning approach for predictive autoscaling in cloud environments. A novel RL-based predictive autoscaling approach on a popular large-scale digital payment platform system, Alipay, is compared with the existing models such as Autopilot and FIRM. The aim is to conduct a detailed analysis of performance metrics before and after autoscaling actions, aiming to identify optimal scaling strategies that minimize response time and maximize resource utilization without over- provisioning.

The impact of Job Empowerment on Organizational Culture. Case Study of ASME Integrated Solutions in Egypt

The study aimed to: To demonstrate the impact of Job empowerment on organizational culture, Case study: ASME Integrated Solutions Company in the Arab Republic of Egypt, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach and the questionnaire as the main tool for collecting data. It included 40 items to collect primary data, The study population consisted of all employees at ASME Integrated Solutions Company in the Arab Republic of Egypt, whose number is (50) employees, the researcher used the comprehensive survey method due to the small size of the study community, and a sample of 48 items was retrieved with a recovery rate of 96%.The dimensions of the independent variable in job empowerment were studied, which were: delegation of powers, independence, participation in decision-making, and access to information. The study concluded with results: There is a statistically significant impact at the level (α ≤ 0.05) for job empowerment on the organizational culture of employees at ASME Integrated Solutions Company in the Arab Republic of Egypt, where job empowerment obtained a percentage of (83.8%), and participation in decision-making obtained the highest percentage of (86%), and Organizational culture at a percentage of (85.6%), and the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences at a significance level (α ≤ 0.05) between the average responses of the study sample members at ASME Integrated Solutions Company in the Arab Republic of Egypt regarding the study variables (job empowerment and organizational culture) attributed to demographic and personal variables: (gender, age group, years of service, educational qualification, job title). The study recommended enhancing the delegation of powers and responsibilities to employees, improving employee performance and helping them keep pace with technological developments and changes in the work environment. It also emphasized encouraging and supporting independence and creating effective communication channels, in addition to enhancing shared values and a unified vision and encouraging innovation and creativity as part of the organizational culture.

Transformational Leadership of Educational Institution Administrators under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission Sa Kaeo Province

Background and Aims: Transformational leadership is essential because it inspires and motivates people to exceed their expectations, thereby encouraging innovation and personal growth. This leadership style promotes organizational change by fostering a shared vision and empowering team members to take ownership of their roles. The goals of this research are to: 1) investigate the level of transformational leadership among educational institution administrators. Sa Kaeo Province is administered by the Office of the Vocational Education Commission. 2) Compare the transformational leadership of educational institution administrators under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission, Sa Kaeo Province. Positions are classified based on their level of education and experience. 3) Investigate guidelines for fostering transformational leadership among school administrators. Sa Kaeo Province is administered by the Office of the Vocational Education Commission. Methodology: This study used a sample of 86 school administrators and teachers. The sample size was calculated using Krejci and Morgan's table and divided randomly into groups. The research instrument was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with a consistency index ranging from 0.80 to 1.00, and the overall reliability was 0.84. Data analysis statistics include frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, T-value, and F-value tests. Results: The study found that: (1) transformational leadership of educational institution administrators under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission Sa Kaeo Province. Overall, it is of a high standard. When each aspect was examined, it was discovered that the aspect with the highest average was influenced by ideology, followed by stimulating the use of intelligence. In terms of individuality, the inspiration aspect has the lowest average. (2) A comparison of school administrators' perspectives on transformational leadership. Sa Kaeo Province's Office of the Vocational Education Commission classifies jobs based on position, education level, and experience. It was discovered that the overall and individual aspects were not different. (3) Guidelines for encouraging the development of Transformational leadership of educational institution administrators under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission include four aspects: 1) Ideology-based influence, 2) Inspiration, 3) Intelligence-based stimulation, and 4) Individuality consideration. Conclusion: According to the research, transformational leadership is prevalent among Sa Kaeo Province administrators, with ideological influence being the strongest and inspiration being the lowest. There were no differences based on position, education, or experience, and development is centered on four key areas: influence, inspiration, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration.

Malaysia’s Industrial Competitiveness: Overview of Malaysia’s Industrial Collaboration Programme

This study examine the role of Malaysia's Industrial Collaboration Programme (ICP) in enhancing Malaysia Industrial Competitiveness (MIC) through the technology transfer (TT) and procurement value creation (PVC). The ICP, a government initiative aimed at leveraging procurement activities, facilitates the acquisition of advanced technologies from foreign partners while prioritizing local content development. Based upon the secondary data depicted from the TDA Report to the Ministry of Finance 2023 published by Technology Depository Agency (TDA) and Policy and Guidelines on Industrial Collaboration Programme (ICP) in Government Procurement, Second Edition, this study investigates the roles of the technology transfer (TT) and procurements value chain (PVC) on Malaysia’s Industrial Competitiveness (MIC). The results demonstrate the ICP’s role in increasing the competitiveness of local industries, encouraging innovation processes, and technology acquisition through partnerships with international counterparts. The paper will present the benefits and drawbacks of ICP and depict how the program will benefit Malaysia’s vision of shifting into a regional high-tech nation. The findings emphasize the need for continuous evaluation of ICP projects to maximize long-term competitiveness and economic sustainability.

Adapting to Competition: Solar PV Innovation in Europe and the Impact of the ‘China Shock’

AbstractLow cost solar energy is key to enabling the transition away from fossil fuels. Despite this, the European Union followed the United States’ example in imposing anti-dumping tariffs on solar panel imports from China in 2013, arguing that Chinese panels were unfairly subsidised and harmed its domestic industry. This paper examines the effects of Chinese import competition on firm-level innovation in solar photovoltaic technology by European firms using a sample of 10,137 firms in 15 EU countries over the period 1999–2020. I show that firms which were exposed to higher import competition innovated more if they had a relatively small existing stock of innovation, but less if their historical knowledge stock fell within the top 10th percentile of firms in the sample. This suggests that newer firms were more able to respond to increased competition by innovating, while firms with a large historical stock of innovation may have been locked into old technological paradigms. As firms with a smaller knowledge stock tended to innovate more overall, trade with China appears to have been beneficial in encouraging innovation among the most innovative firms. However, I also find evidence that import competition increased the probability of exit among firms in the sample.

Broadband Services Quality of Experience on Public Higher Educational Institution Users: A Research Direction

Internet access is crucial in facilitating effective learning and communication. However, disparities in internet quality persist, especially within Public Higher Educational Institutions (PHEIs). Despite efforts by broadband providers to enhance services, complaints regarding quality persist among students and staff. Thus, this research aims to investigate users' Quality of Experience (QoE) with broadband services in PHEI campuses, focusing on coverage, service quality, reliability, and usability. Additionally, it seeks to identify user preferences and usage patterns, correlate broadband quality with user satisfaction, and propose improvements. A comprehensive methodology integrating qualitative and quantitative approaches, including surveys, and interviews is proposed. The implications of this research extend to regulatory and policy actions, including infrastructure improvement, ensuring quality of service, supporting online learning, and encouraging research and innovation in broadband technologies. This study aims to inform stakeholders and contribute to enhancing broadband access and quality in PHEIs, ultimately improving educational outcomes and experiences.

The Impact of Total Quality Management (TQM) on Innovation Performance with Knowledge Sharing and Organizational Culture as Intervening Variables: A Study on PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bandung

This study examines the effect of Total Quality Management (TQM) on innovation performance at the Main Branch Office of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bandung, with knowledge sharing and organizational culture serving as intervening variables. The data was collected using a saturated sampling of 85 respondents and analysed using Structural Equation Modelling using SmartPLS. This research method is commonly used in quantitative research. Organisational culture, knowledge sharing, and innovation performance are all positively and significantly impacted by TQM, according to the findings. Furthermore, the connection between TQM and innovation performance is moderated to a large extent by both knowledge sharing and organisational culture. This research shows that TQM, supported by a values-driven culture and an emphasis on information sharing, is essential for encouraging innovation.

Selection Process Based on Advancing the Development of a Science and Technology Law System with Chinese Features

The significance of advancing socialist S&T legal system building with Chinese features is examined in this paper, along with the extensive effects it has on S&T innovation and economic growth. Against the backdrop of an increasingly competitive global scientific and technology landscape, China’s ability to innovate and achieve sustainable growth hinges on the establishment of an ideal science and technology legislative framework. This essay first examines the primary obstacles to China’s development of a science, technology, and innovation (S&T) legal system, including inadequate protection for intellectual property rights, a flawed process for transforming scientific and technological advancements, and an insufficient system for encouraging enterprise innovation. Then, this research presents a quantitative analysis model to optimize the path of science and technology legal building by applying the improved particle swarm optimization method (PSO). The model takes into account a wide range of variables, including the degree of intellectual property protection, the strength of legal backing, the pace at which scientific and technological advancements are transformed, etc. Through the analysis of simulation data, the model also confirms the promotion effect of the legal system construction on the quantity of patent applications, the success rate of innovation projects, the enterprise R&D expenditure, and the expansion of the local economy. The study’s findings demonstrate that bolstering the science and technology legal system can effectively encourage businesses to boost R&D investment and foster regional economic development in addition to greatly raising the quantity of patent applications and the success rate of innovation projects. The rigorous intellectual property protection laws and ideal legal framework for the conversion of accomplishments greatly boost the regional innovation vitality and economic efficiency, particularly in the case study of Zhongguancun in Beijing and East China. Moreover, adaptive weighting is used to enhance the PSO algorithm and optimize the development of science and technology legal system’s comprehensive performance index, thereby confirming the model’s viability and efficacy. The study’s findings offer theoretical justification and helpful advice for China’s development of a science and technology legal framework, which is crucial for fostering innovation in these fields and boosting the country’s competitiveness.

Modern Applications of Fiqh in Hajj: Analyzing Islamic Legal Responses to Contemporary Issues

This study analyzes the adaptation of Hajj Fiqh to technological developments and social changes in the modern context. By looking at recent developments, including the use of technologies such as mobile applications, information systems, and communication technologies, as well as updates in Hajj procedures and protocols, this study highlights the response of scholars and fatwa institutions to the demands of the times. Recent data shows that there has been an increase in the number of fatwas relevant to the use of technology, health, and the environment in the performance of Hajj. By analyzing the role of clerics, governments, and technologists in addressing the challenges of modern Hajj, this study offers suggestions for further encouraging technological innovation, increasing health and environmental awareness, fostering collaboration among stakeholders, and strengthening the role of religious authorities. It is hoped that the results of this study will help guide decision makers in improving the efficiency, safety, and sustainability of the Hajj in the future.

Assessing Supply-Side Determinants of Passenger Satisfaction in Long-Distance Expressway Bus Services in Sri Lanka: A Case Study of Southern Expressway

The transportation sector plays a vital role in fostering economic growth, societal connectivity, and individual mobility. Long-distance bus services have emerged as a prominent mode of transportation, offering an efficient and cost-effective means of travel for both urban and intercity commuters. This study aims to comprehensively assess and elucidate the supply-side determinants that significantly impact passenger satisfaction with long-distance expressway bus service in Sri Lanka. To ensure the collection of detailed and relevant insights from frequent users of the Southern Expressway's long-distance bus services, a purposive sampling technique was employed. Data collection was guided by variables identified in the literature review, and exploratory factor analysis was used to analyse the sample data. The study identified six salient supply-side factors affecting passenger satisfaction: service quality, comfort, accessibility and convenience, safety and security, cost, and customer service. These factors explained 74% of the total variance, with service quality being the most influential, accounting for 18% of the total variance. The findings recommend upgrading the bus fleet, maintaining cleanliness, optimizing scheduling, enhancing reservation systems, implementing staff training, improving safety measures, ensuring fair pricing, enhancing customer service, raising passenger awareness, and encouraging innovation to improve expressway bus services, attract more passengers, and build a reliable public transport system.

MARKETING INNOVATIONS AND PERFORMANCE OF INSURANCE COMPANIES IN NIGERIA: MODERATING ROLE OF INSTITUTIONAL SUPPORT

<p>The adoption of marketing innovations can contribute to the sustainability of a firm. However, research on the types of marketing innovations and their effects is limited. The study examined the dimensions of marketing innovations, their effects on performance of insurance firms, and how institutional support moderates those effects. The population of the study 504 management staff from 56 insurance companies, a sample size of 223 was determined using the Taro Yamane formula for finite population. Empirical data were collected and used to validate the model. Significant positive relationships are identified among each dimension of marketing innovation and performance. The findings are explained through the theoretical lens of resource-based view. Results show that both product and process innovation significantly contribute to the performance of insurance companies. Moreover, the relationship between process innovation and firm performance is significantly moderated by institutional support this is because with a favorable regulatory framework and activities aimed at encouraging innovation in the insurance business, institutional support is critical in easing the adoption and implementation of process changes. Whereas institutional support did not moderate the relationship between product innovation and firm performance. The study recommends that to maximize the significant positive effect of product innovation, Nigerian insurance firms should prioritize market research and client feedback. This study contributes to the literature because it elaborates the conceptualization of marketing innovation and presents the dynamics of institutional support and firm performance. It also provides practical implications on how insurance firms can utilize marketing innovations to achieve business sustainability.</p>

Cyclic Aspiration in Mechanical Thrombectomy: Influencing Factors and Experimental Validation.

Mechanical thrombectomy is a fundamental intervention for acute ischemic stroke treatment. While conventional techniques are effective, cyclic aspiration (CyA) shows potential for better recanalization rates. We aim to investigate factors affecting CyA and compare them with static aspiration (StA). StA setup consisted of an aspiration pump connected to pressure transducer. CyA was tested with 5 subsequent iterations: single solenoid valve with air plus saline (i1) or saline alone (i2) as aspiration medium; 2 solenoid valves with air plus saline (i3) as aspiration medium; complete air removal and saline feeding (i4); and pressurized saline feeding (i5). To assess the efficacy of clot ingestion, the pressure transducer was replaced with a distal aspiration catheter. Moderately stiff clot analogs (15 mm) were used to investigate the ingestion quantified as clot relative weight loss. Additionally, the aspiration flow rate was assessed for each setup. With CyA i1, the amplitude of the achieved negative pressure waves declined with increasing frequencies but progressively increased with each subsequent iteration, achieving a maximum amplitude of 81 kPa for i5 at 1 Hz. Relative clot weight loss was significantly higher with i5 at 5 Hz than with StA (100% versus 37.8%; P = .05). Aspiration flow rate was lower with CyA than with StA (i5 at 5 Hz: 199.8 mL/min versus StA: 311 mL/min; P < .01). CyA with the appropriate setup may represent an encouraging innovation in mechanical thrombectomy, offering a promising pathway for improving efficacy in clot ingestion and recanalization. The observed benefits warrant confirmation in a clinical setting.
